I am a regular subscriber of "Times of India" and as per the package, I am also getting "Economic Times". My Annual Subscription Crossed Cheque is collected by the Vendor Mr R B Singh ([protected]) and Monthly Coupons despatched by Times of India. These monthly coupons are collected by R B Singh at the end of each month. This is the usual practice / procedure.
However, I have not received the Coupons w.e.f. August, 2016 to July, 2017 from 'Times of India' despite the fact that my subscription cheque had been encashed by it.
The Vendor has been pestering me for the coupons and I am cutting a sorry figure before him. I am helpless. No one answers the designated Tel.Nos.[protected] and 3437 in the Subscription Section in "TOI". When no one answers these Tel.Nos. why they should be provided at all!!! I am vexed-up contacting these Tel.Nos.
It is, therefore, suggested to revamp this Subscription Section and more efficient and responsible people to be posted and the present irresponsible and lazay staff sacked.
