I had subscribed for one year till now they did not deliver a more than two additions to me i called them several times but their is no worthful work they had done this is the worst service i ever got in my life. my order no is 02022 ours is vizag if possible let me know the possibility for u to deliver the paper or not otherwise i will go for another newspaper

I am from Chennai-600029, Officers Colony, 1st street Mehta Nagar. I had paid for yearly subscription of TOI on 26/06/12 to my local supplier. They started delivering newspaper on the coupons from August 2012. Since 1st december the local supplier claims thats the coupons are finished and I need to again apply for subscription. This is absolute duping of customers like us who seem to be at mercy of local dealers. no where did TOI representative be contacted. Moreover the coupons were not handed over to me anytime. My local agent is Saravanan [protected].
Expect the TOI team to work on this at priority and ensure the customers are not duped.

Hi i am also facing the same problem, with Times of India paper i paid one year subscription to chennai office they told from 1-12-12 they will start sending paper. But till to day no paper. No response to my complaint to the customer care. They collect money and simply dodging there after.

On follow up action of your Gariahat Dealer Mr. S mondal ‘s representative Mr. Ram Babu Kamathi and also as a permanent customer-of Times Of India I paid yearly renewal cheque for Rs 390/= on 26.11.2012 in your favour to be effective from 01.12.2012. The cheque was debited from my a/c on 5.12.2012. But you issued 12 monthly valid cupons, stamped on 15.12.2012 . While paying monthly bill to the hawker he asked for 14 days' price from 01.12.2012 to 14.12.2012 in addition to the I month’s coupon. Logically the last month’s coupon is valid up to 06.12.2012 issue/stamped date being 7.12.2011. At best the hawker can ask for 8 days’ price( From 07.12.2012 to 14.12.2012) not for 14 days’.
2. In order to resolve the issue please clarify the position as to How the coupon is valid For 1 month i.e., 30 /31 days’ or from Issuing date 07.12.2011. Coupons are issued on monthly basis and for 12 full months the issue date may be different but seems to be effective from 01.12.2012 in our renewal case. So please advise your Gariahat Dealer to value the Dec’12 coupon for full 1 month and not from stamped date (15 days’) and oblige
3. In response to our several enquiries to your Gariahat vender for clarification his reply to us was against any such payment for 14 days’ but on the contrary advised our hawker to element such type of customer henceforth and did not valid the coupon for Dec ‘12 from 15.12.2012. As advised by your Dealer do you also suggest us to discontinue reading Times Group of News papers to oblige the vender? If not, please advise your Gariahat vender and us suitably about the effective date to avoid any confrontation..

On enquiry, Ram Babu assured us to accept all coupons to effect till it finishes i.e, 14.10.2013. Times Of India Chennai Division — Non-Delivering of TOI
HiThis is Punniakoti from Pudur,Ambattur,Chennai-53 and my annual subscription of TOI is valid upto 13-Apr-2013 . But the local vendor stopped delivering the paper last couple of week before. When I approached him, he simply replying that he will not issue since he is not getting the paper and will not deliver. We want this issue has be addressed immediately

Please be advised that, during the month of November 2012, i happen to subscribe to TOI (kolkata edition) newspaper effective 1st nov 2012. The subscription was done through a representative of theirs at my doorstep. I happen to pay a total of 390.00 RS for 1 year subscription and Rs30 cash. effective 1st nov. The concerned person, did state that i would be receiving a courier with the coupons which i need to pass on to my newspaper agent. However, till date i have not received any coupons, and my Cheque was given back on 13th April2013 saying the price has increased and the current cheque amount shall be 490/-
I want to know why it was not en cashed 7 months earlier when the price was 390/- and why I have been ask to pay again in cash.
The person i contacted in agency in Sandip, Imran and finally Rohit (who took my cheque).
This is the Second time, i am subscribing for TOI, my first experience was also horrible and was was solve after 6 months by sending mails to higher authority, but currently i am not getting any response from that mail ID as well and i wish to have cordial relationship, rather than continuing with a unpleasant atmosphere like this.
