[Resolved] Titan — Worst customer assistance | |||
dear Sir i had been a proud customer of titan untill i went to a titan showroom located near by to buy new crown for my titan chronograph 9351NDA two days back....i was expecting a world class customer assistance from a brand like titan...but to surprise me your employees' behaviour was as if went to a roadside vendor to get my 100 bucks watch....they tried to mislead me by telling incorrect and changing again and again the expenses for repairing my watch..when i tried to enquired about me the guy tried to threaten me....they were so rude,and unprofessional...it was my first time to go for repairing a titan but it proved to so uselessand dissappointing....i thinku should do about something....
