Sir, my orkut screen is not showing any other frnd online, i.e no green sign is coming with their photo, nut my other are enjoying all this. and when i m going to the orkut chat settings, it is showing "We are very excited to tell you that a new Google Talk feature is coming to orkut!

We just need a little more time to release it to you. Very soon you will be able to use this feature and this page, but in the meantime, you cannot make any changes to your configuration. '

whereas, when i visited orkut chat settings of 1 of my friends, so many good options were coming eg Allow your friends tio chat with you. etc.

So plz revert back, what to do to use this nice facility. Why I am only debarred from this facility?

    I HAd become member of tvs miles and smiles programme on 16 August 07 and on it was written that the membership is valid upto two years from the date of enrolment but when i went for servesing of my vehecle on 24 april 09 the tvs showroom people told me that the membership ends on 1 jan 09 but on the booklet it is clearly mentioned that the membership is valid upto 2 years from the date of enrolment so plz help me.

    and i do have the booklet and my membership card

    I have recieved massege from from TVS about divali offer to REFER someone for TVS motors.
    in the it is said to send message "REFER" to 56677 . I did the same.

    But i recieved reply from 56677 that my mobile no. is not registered in in the system n contact TVS SMILES. S. kindly do the need full. my mobile no. is [protected].

    Hi TVS MOTORS,

    I m one of your customer because, I have purchased the Apache RTR 180 bike in July 2009 from binsar automobiles in Durgapuri. My bike engine number is ‘0E6E92000340’
    Now I facing the problem, in the front tyre of my bike the air is leaked between rim and tyre and due to tubeless tyre tube is not there in the tyre and if tyre setting is wrong then air is leaked. And this problem is running from one month and I m totally frustrated from the service centre services because I m unable to ride the bike and daily traveled through local and due to this I face more problem.
    And even I booked the complaint in service centre on 20 nov 2010 and they kept my bike tyre and they gave me the complaint slip also. And my Complaint slip No is 4936
    I m continuously contact with their service manager ‘Sanjay Yadav’ since one month. After more discussions they said that u give your tyre and then I booked the complaint but there is no use of it. And there is no new response from their side. Every Time they say that their service boy is not come in office when he comes then he will see the tyre and then any solution will come.
    So, Please tell me, is the service centre depends upon only one person and If there is some problem occurs in your product then you don’t give any solution.
    Now, what I do with my bike because it became out of service.

      Dear Sir,

      I am working at M/s.Acoustics India Private Limited, K.K.Nagar, Trichy as a Deputy Manager - Contracts and my Mobile No.is [protected]. I had purchased your TVS Apache RTR160 on 23.06.2008 and the Frame No is MD634KE4482F91096 and Engine No is OE4F82092292 with the Selling Dealer Code being 10264. Of course due to my heavy schedule of work I could not comply to the free services availed but I had ensured from the dealer that only Oil change and water + grease servicing would be done during the free services. And I had been regularly doing the water + grease servicing along with the Oil change at my local mechanic who stays near my home. From March 16, 2009 I had been facing an unexpected problem with the Auto Start ignition system in the bike which does not function. However I had reported the issue to the dealer and they had kept the bike for a week and said that the internal Engine casing is ruptured and needs to be changed.I enquired whether this could be done under the warranty period but surprisingly they said that since I had not complied to the free servicing so does not cover warranty. Look sir there is no specific indication that the non compliance of free servicing would affect the warranty may if its minor it can be overlooked, but this is something major and so request your good offices to consider my situation and please do the needful. With regret I had told the dealer to order the spare and i will also pay the extra cost of Rs.3000/- whatsoever as i cannot see my bike in such a pitiful state.

      The bike was purchased from M/s.Shriraj Associates, Thanjavur Main Road, Thiruverumbur, Trichy 620 013 and Phone No.[protected],[protected].

      Now the engine gives a rumbling noise when turned on and I fear whether the gear box would also get messed up. With lots of hope I await to receive a positive and favourable reply from your good offices.

        my byke is 1 and 7 yrs old. for the past 6 months, i am facing problems in engine oil leakage, brake master cylinder problem, engine noise problem, battery, frt wheel rim misbalancing etc. my vehicle is still lying at purulia dealer workshop since 2 days but until date, the problems were not rectified specially the brake. matter told to mr. manoj of kolkata. seems not interested. want to move to court if not get justice. still the bike is in SP TVS, PURULIA until the problem is solved. shortage of spare parts, whose fault? in future, i will suggest my well wishers and friends not to buy the tvs products because of insufficient service structure.

        TVS Apache 160 RTR — Head Making

        my bike getting very heavy head naking sound and i hav complained to the company several times but i hav not recived any response and they hav retified at all

          My name is saqib merchant I have purchase an apache rtr 160 red colour bike 10 months a go on 2nd of may 2008 AND THE BATTERY IS GIVING ME PROBLEM they have not given me the warrenty card for bettery and now they are asking me for the warrenty card of battery this is poor service provided by tvs compony please take some leagle action

          Yes. TVS dealer in my area said that TVS Company is not providing spare parts under warranty period to the customers. The customers are suffering due to this. They are buying spares instead of getting free replaced to repair the bike. this is not fair to the customers. we need to inform the consumers forum.
          Your right, as well as there is no spare parts available in PUNE what a big problem i have TVS apache RTR 160 and iam tired about TVS service centers
          Dont buy any product from TVS and poor service provided by TVS company please take some leagle action (ICCF)
          My name is vishnu i have apache rtr 160 red...after 30 days of purchasing...the cletch box giving me the problem...as well as the gear gives the problem...then the front fork is also become a big problem making sounds in small shakes...the TVS service centers in coimbatore were not giving the good responce for the free service...so plz dont buy TVSapache RTR 160 red...
          Even in my case, battery is completely gone bad within one year but service people found and responded only after 1years 3months (to avoid unnecessary warranty replacement..What a loyality they are showing to TVS company...Well done...). Now i am suffering to buy a new battery (atleast Rs.1500)...Now i am really hate TVS products...The service manager said this type of battery problem they are receiving at least once in two week...I bought this bike in bangalore...I proud once to buy TVS bike but now really i do not...
          :(...Please do not cheat and earn from the people hard-earned money then your company products won't sell with in people for long-time...Mind it...

            VIBRATION PROBLEM

            TVS Motor/ Apache RTR 160


            I have purchased Apache RTR 160 in the month of Dec.08 and facing problem with this bike. I am much frustrated with this bike.
            I have already made 2 FREE services, after the completion of second service, i noticed my problem to Service center officials. Engine not working fine, lots of vibration particularly at the speed of 60Km (on or above 5000rpm), also engine misfiers, noise level...

            I'M A CUSTOMER OF TVS MOTORS, I PURCHASE MY BIKE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL DTD. 28TH, YEAR 2008, ENGINE NO IS - AF1N71031016, & CHESSIS NO - MD625NF1471N49382, IN THE NAME OF MUKTI SETHI, AND MY BIKE REGISTRATION NO IS HR26 AC 4902, IN THE TIME OF PURCHASING I WNAT A BLACK COLOUR BIKE BUT DEALER NOT HAVE A BIKE OF BLACK COLOUR, BUT HE CHEAT ME AND CHANGE THE FUEL TANK OF SILVER COLOUR STAR CITY TO BLACK COLOUR FUEL TANK, IN THE TIME OF BILLING THE DEALER DOESN'T SHOWN HE CHANGE THE TANK AFTER THE BILLING THE PERSON NAME OF AKHIL TELL MY HUSBAND I CHANGE THE TANK BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. I ACCEPT IT

            BUT WHEN I GO FOR IST SERVICE MY OIL SEAL ARE LEAKED I REPLACED IT I HAVE THAT BILL.

            AFTER THAT 2ND SERVICE MY BRAKE ARE DOWN AGAIN I REPLACED IT AND I ALSO HAVE THAT BILL.

            BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WHEN I GO FOR MY 5HT SERVICE I TOLD THE SERVICE PERSON SOME BAD VOICE ARE COMING FROM ENGINE AND BIKE DOEN'T GIVE GOOD MAILEGE, HE SAYS YOU DON'T WORRY FOR VOICE BUT TODAY ALL LIMITS ARE CROSS WHEN MY HUSBAND SAYS OUR ENGINE ARE SEZED.

            SO THAT I COMPAINT AGAINST THIS DEALER AND MANUFACTURER AND I NEED GOOD RESULT OF THIS.

              i have a apche it is 10 month old and, after 3rd service the piston is gone damaged, i have taken the bike to service center they changed my block piston in warranty but after changing the block piston the bike make noise it is vibrating more when i reached 40+ km per hour, i have make complain in authorised 2 3 times, in the service center they make some adjustment after some time it is vibrate again and make same noise .i don't understand where to go to rectify this, i talked to a private mechnic who told me that it is crcnk noise please advise me to what to do

                Hello,

                I baut Apache RTR 160 some 3 months back i.e. on Oct24-2008 and I really regret when I look its condition now. I am really fed up with this bike now. I have already given my bike for two FREE services. After the second service I found too many problems except the bike was cleaned like Plug Cylinder Head was not fixed properly, Damper Assy Handle Bar missing, rubber bush was missing from battery box, rear break bolts were loose etc. I had to give the bike for re-work on second service as it started making too much of noise near spark plug that is because PLUG CYLINDER HEAD was not fixed properly I believe. They said PLUG CYLINDER HEAD is not in stock and said will call you once it comes, but by the time they call I have driven my bike almost 1000 kms with same condition. I never felt any smoothness in the engine after the service. And finally they got the PLUG HEAD fixed, there was not much noise after that for ONLY one DAY but after that it started making even more noise compare to before :-( So disgusting, mechanics are so irresponsible. And the PLUG HEAD is fixed in such a way that doesn't look like its done by experts (mechanics). I had taken my bike once again to show this, and same like before they said part is out of stock so they will call me once it comes. I am really frustrated with this issue now and looking for sum action. I have been constantly complaing about some strange sound in the engine but was never looked upon, some craking sound in the engine, and many other.

                I ride bike on the highways and its really scary to drive this bike, Nothing stable even after complaints during the service.

                i own a TVS APACHE 150cc, since one and a half year and i have problems with engine noise, pickup and speed and recently with the engine itself which was opened recently. the showroom opened the engine, replaced the valve what they thought was damaged and charged me about indian Rs 2200 but nothing has changed. the bike i even begginging to have trouble at 50kmph even in the highways. all the other apache were complaining the similar problems and i sometimes i think they are running a trial in my bike. though i am not an expert with the engine mechanics, i sure do know nobody ever paid that that amount despite the engine warranty. i am very disspointed with the first bike of my life and riding it annoys me everyday.
                i am not even compraing to bike to any 150 cc category bike, i even regretingly find it dissapointing that it does not even do as good as other 125cc or 100 cc category bike, which i had the option to choose economically.
                though i dont have the engine specifications, i did buy this bike from the authorised dealer here in nepal, pokhara. only one here in our town. i am even confused whom to blame the manufacturere or the dealer...

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sanjeev Jaiswal, bought a TVS Apache RTR (No: DL8SAP-2637) from 'Rajpoot Motors', Wazirpur, New Delhi on 19th Feb.2008.
                  Since then, I have never been issued my 'Registration Certificate (RC)'. Till date I have made 14-15 visits to Rajpoot motors regarding the same, but no result. I have been calling them from my mobile almost every week twice since Feb.2008, but everytime I am told that "Sir we have already forwarded the request of your RC, but its the Autority Dept. which is delaying the case".
                  Now, hearing the same story again and again, I was so distressed that in Nov.2008, I myself met with Mr. Pradeep Chauhan, owner of Rajpoot Motors. He tried to convince me by saying that "Ok, the RC will be issued to you for sure in the next 15days".
                  But, needless to mention that it was never issued and now its going to be almost 1year's time and till date my RC has not been issued to me.
                  Now, this is something really upsetting, unacceptable and harassing.
                  I am left with no other option in such a case, than to lodge a 'Consumer Complaint' .
                  I would want you to take an action on 'Rajpoot Motors' regaring my case, so that they get warned and in future they never try to repeat the same with any with any other client/person.

                    Self Starting & Kick Starting.

                    I am suresh. I have finished 3rd free service (5970 kms app) held on 13.01.2009 at good will auto mobile centre, ambattur. After that, I have used only 300kms from 5970kms.Then i have lot problem in my bike like kick & self starting problem. Now i dont have any vehicle to convey my official & personal carriers.such a case i was sad with your service or manufacturing defects. i dont know, pl attend...

                    Sir, as per my talk with TVS Regional office in Pune I had sent my vehicle to Hran TVS(mumbai) at Grant Road.It was observed and told the dealer will do the paid service only on replacement of engine & gear oil.It was also told to them that oil was changed cat Loyal TVS which is also a dealer for TVS Bill was also shown to them, but the dealer did not listen I paid Rs 2000 at first visit again my vehicle had a problem and again ihave to pay Rs 200 for the brake job The dealer fooled me by telling that it is a wear and tear part but unable to prove why it was not checked at servicing.I am having all the proofs with which can be produced legally.If my case is not solved then I will register a police complaint and put it legaly.So pls help me out .My cell no [protected]/[protected]

                    Sir, This is for the second time I have faced problem at Loyal TVS Bandra for my parts procurement.First of all 3months of continuous follow up the dealer did not care a dam to procure any of ther mentioned parts.It was only procured when complained to TVS Motor company.Now also even after servicing my scooty pep.the dealer has damaged my engine I hereby demand to give me reembursment for the job which I have done worth Rs1300.Please help me out for and solve my problem.

                    with no comments despite 40 days or more from the dealer or the company itself, i tend to agree with you. u should approach the consumer redress court for the same.
                    also please publicise your plight through various blogs so as to dissuade people from buying tvs scooters in general.

                      I have purchased the above mentioned new motor cycle from your authorized dealer M/S Surya TVS, Town Hall Road, Opp. Sub Treasury, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur, Kerala considering the reputation and quality of your company vide delivery, temporary receipt no.315 dated 04/11/08 & receipt no.317 dated 06/11/08 and delivered the bike on 06/11/08. But soon I disappointed & frustrated as the vehicle gave frequent faults soon after the purchasing. I can't able to shift down the gear from 5ft. I soon complaint the dealer, but the complaint was attended on 06/12/08 ( First Service ) and some days after the same problem repeated, I handed over the vehicle to the company’s mechanic for service on15/01/2008. Still it've the same complaints & frequently, gear automatically shifted up and down without any action from me, while driving. I handed over the vehicle to the company’s mechanic for service on 23/01/2009.


                      You are therefore, requested, to kindly look in the matter personally as per the Consumer Act for service of the vehicle and verification new original parts of the vehicle according the reputation & goodwill of the company.

                        I purchased tvs apache RTR160 three months back from Arun tvs Chethimattam, Pala, Kerala.First service was on Dec26.Bike has run 1300km.Vehicle is vibrating uncontrollably especially handle and footrust when the speed exceeds 60-70km.When i complained about it at the service centre they told that all apache bikes have this problem and they cannot repair it.I want to know if this is true and want my bike to be repaired immediately.Otherwise i will take legal action against the company.

                          Dear sir,
                          I bought scooty pep on 01.09.08 from Guru Nanak Automoblies, Gt road Putligarh Amritsar, my scooty pep is unable to get self start, battery is not working properly, I think it is maunfactring defect as this is new vehicle, so i want my vehicle should be changed or my full amount may be given back

                          TVS Motors Company Ltd — New Vehicle not working properly

                          I m Vijay Kumar Dadlani of Ajmer (Rajasthan). We have Purchased new vehicle Scooty Pep+ on Oct 9, 2010 from Ajmer Auto Agengies TVS Motors. On 17th Jan, 2011 the second free service is done and after 15 days vehicle has started giving problem. There is starting problem in vehicle and I have complaint about it to the TVS agencies for that and they had repaired the vehicle and said that the vehicle will not give any problem but it again start giving same problem two times more. The TVS agencies workshop owner had said that there was problem in choke of vehicle and they had replaced it . But the problem is still continuing. So I request you to take this matter in your hands and take strict action against TVS Motor Company Ltd. for this problem.

                            My scooty es having a noice . i given to annapoorna motors its located in hoodi itpl road bangalore.

                            i told him repair that and do the service, But he not repaired and he is telling total engine was gone.
                            i am a automobile engg i know its not engine falt its gear box falt i told but he not agree for that. then i left from there and taken my bike to venkateshwara motors k r purm. he told he will repair and its gear box falt only... i wanted know wether annapoorna motors is athorised ? if yes then they dont no how treet a custmor. ... its too bad, ... .

                            My name is Kishore I am from Hyderabad. I took TVS Scooty pep+ in december. Since from that day its started giving trouble. I think I took the used bike becoz
                            1) Self is not wrking.
                            2) In the middle of the running its stops suddenly(After giving 1st service also)
                            3) Some sounds from shocks.
                            4) No pick up at all.
                            I already gave the bike in showroom for servicing then also same problems no change. I want replacement. Please suggest what i have do? what step I have to take? I am waiitng for the good feedback.
                            I have tvs flame bike and the day I bought it I felt that it's engine is not smooth.I told the dealer, but he told me that since the engine is new it is rough but in a few months the bike would run freely.but year passed and now the problem has increased and the dealer is telling me to do the engine work.He even had not given me the back footrest, everytime I ask for it he says that the company does not stock.His name is Amar and he has a authorised dealership in khemshet.I am going to complaint this in consumer court to the earliest.So friends and my message viewers don't ever buy a TVS bike espacially the new TVS FLAME .Think of the bajaj two wheeler bikes but not the TVS.

                              I'm having apache rtr160 and it is only 10 months old. such a worst quality product in ots class. while driving i heared so many noises like engine valve, chain sparkets, gear slip, etc., i do all the services at ramkaytvs at adayar, chennai. at the service is over, i felt that the quality of their service is very worst.

                              TVS Motor Company — Fuel Sensor Problem

                              My Low fuel indication LED (orange) does not glow even if there's no fuel in the tank, instead the Reserve (R) indication keeps glowing on the digital Odometer. Please tell me whats the problem and how to solve it?

                                I am Mukund from Hydearbad, I own a Fiero 2001 model bike, I have purchased this bike with my hard earned money because for it's performance & Looks which are pretty good.

                                I have a complaint in my bike,
                                Problem Number(1)The problem is Ignition is getting switched OFF!! very frequently.
                                Problem Number(2)When I operate the cluth the cluth pin which is attached to the engine is comming out.
                                I immediately took it to one of the service centre called "laxmi motors" at east anandbagh they examined my bike for a while and told me that for
                                PROBLEM NUMBER(1) Carburator hose pipe has been damaged need to be replaced.
                                Problem Number(2)The clutch lock Pin is damaged and even that has to be replaced.

                                I agreed to there words and told them to replace it ASAP.I got a shocking answer from the service guy he says" getting these spares is highly impossible", even i tried at kiran commercial which is at MG road, even there the same answer.They say can't help out in this regard.
                                My bike is idle for more than 3 weeks, I am not understanding what to do now.
                                Any body knows where do i find these spares or whom to complain in this regard.As this is not fare i purchase the bike for so many thousands of rupees and i am keeping it idle just for lack of spares.Any information in this regard will be helpful to me, thanks in advance.
                                TVS Scooty pep spare parts are not available for Eg back viewing mirrors, any plastic item relatedto the body.

                                  I had procured a Scooty Teenz on 06/07/08 from Baroda, Gujarat and at present I am residing at Kalol in North Gujarat. I come to know that there is a problem in plate of rear wheel and as per M/s. Sai Motors, Kalol (Dealer of TVS) that part requires replacement. They said that I have to bring my Scooty at Gandhinagar (30 km far from Kalol) because Gandhinagar dealer has no trust on them hence they are not sending required part.

                                  As there is an authorized dealer is available in my local town than why I have to spend time & money for this small work?

                                  Why Gandhinagar dealer is not sending that material on the word of dealer of Kalol?

                                  I am B.Caldwell Nadar I took APACHE 160CC on 03rd Jan 2010.My engine number is 0E4E92180625, Frame number MD634KE4892E79886.(I took this bike on my brother's name Mr G.Felix Raju).I am not satisfied in TVS show room service(Sneha Motors in Kowliguda).I did my first service on 30th Jan 2010 after finishing my service while driving I found my wheel alleigment is not proper(At the same day).
                                  In the same way I did my 2nd service on 20th Mar 2010 (Sneha Motors in Kowliguda) I had same problem of wheel alleigment in addition to that my ENGINE ON/OFF switch is not working (At the same dayof service).
                                  What is the solution for this.I cant belive TVS show room service.Totaly my bike has run 1800 KMS only I have given my bike to change oil two times to your show room, now I am having a dought that wheather they have changed oil or not.

                                  hi i am Rk Sharma I have purchased Tvs wego Reg. No. MH46 U 6689 on 23 Aug 2013 from Ms Priyanka Motors Panvel Navi Mumbai on cash of Rs.57680/-but some discrepancies have been observed in the transaction are as follows.
                                  1. The first invoice of two receipts given to me was of Rs. 57, 000/- against initial one receipt of Rs 57680/- It was sent for correction in the amount of accessories of about Rs. 680/-
                                  2. Amount for RTO has been taken from me is of Rs.4900/-but receipt is given only for Rs. 3243/-
                                  3. Amount for Insurance has been taken from me is of Rs.1230/-but receipt is given only for Rs. 1142.3/- can any one justify and return the amount back or make me understand
                                  The branch manager has no clear answer and has justified wrongly

                                  I am Major R K Mohapatra deputed in abroad under the UN Mission. I purchased a TVS WEgo scooty from Ramya TVS motors, Madras in Dec 2012. As I am away on emergency commitment, I failed to have service of my scotty for last 2 consecutive times. There was a service due on 11 Nov 2014. Right now my family is staying at Jabalpur (MP). I approached on 15 Sep 2014 to the nearest TVS service centre (near Madan Mahal) Jabalpur (MP). They refused to undertake the service and told that it will be charged for any machinery faulty found with . It is a matter of great concern that a gap of only 5 days even not considered whereas a consumer has to undergo harassment . It is against the credibility of such a company . Your service centres must have a humane considerations for different problems. May I request to consider the case and allow to undergo service in authorized centre at Jabalpur under confirmation to my email id as well as issue direction to the authorized dealer of Jabalur TVS service centre .

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had purchase the TVS X-L-HD on dated[protected] from TVS Motor Company authorized dealer Leelavati Classic Motors Pvt Ltd. B.O. Rednam Gardens, Jail Road jn, Visakhapatnam-2. In cash. Cash Invoice No.193 dated[protected]. Description of the Vehicle are as follows:
                                    Frame No:MD621BD1681H07495
                                    Engine No:OD1H81572746
                                    Registration No:AP31AX7561

                                    We went for our first free servicing on dated[protected], at that time of vehicle inspection service engineer told us that there is a head problem which has to be replaced but they did not have the stock at that time. They informed us that the stock will arrive with in 10 days from the company and then they will replace it. After that several times we had called them and visited them for the same problem, but they answered us the same reason that There's no stock, it will arrive within 10 days form company, after that we stop using our vehicle. At time of second servicing they told us the time has been lappsed for second servicing where as third free servicing was done by them on dated[protected]. On the same day we demanded to solve our vehicle problem but the answer received by us was the same. Today[protected] when we called the authorized dealer to solve our vehicle problem they answered us very carelessly that the stock has not yet come. We have verbally given them 3 days time and if the problem is even not solved we will be appealing in the consumer court. Please check for the above and solve it as fast as possible.
