I also am a frustrated customer just like you. The same as above is being experienced by me. I claimed for REFUND of the same. But the Customer Care arrogantly disagreed.

Uninor — 10 Rs Balance is Cut

my Uninor No is [protected] this no in date 02/09/2012 in 10 rs balance is cut . then after i am call custoermar care and officer said i am 10 Rs balance refundable after 4 hour i am not get mu balance.
