Uninor — sim blocking

I have done MNP from Vodafone to Uninor . After 15 days they blocked the sim card due to reject in document varification. I have submitted documents once again and they started it after 7 days. Once again they have blocked my sim card and the reason was same.

today on12.03.2012 i switched off my mobil after opening my mobil after 2 hrs its shows that your SIM card is rejected. after that i call to call center they give me PIN number, conformation PIN number, PUK number...
they told that go to settings and put the numbers. I have done but there is no response the sim is shows rejected ...
WHAT I WILL DO NOW???
