DEAR SIR/MADAM
ON 13TH DECEMBER 2011 MY MNP REQUEST ACCEPTED BY UNINOR MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER AND MY EXISTING NETWORK(BSNL) CONVERTED INTO UNINOR. BUT AFTER CHANGE, I AM FACING SEVERE PROBLEM THAT THERE IS NO NETWORK AVAILABLE INSIDE THE HOUSE. SO I COULD NOT GET ANY INCOMING CALLS, WHEN I AM AT HOME. FOR OUTGOING CALLS I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE,AS I AM STAYING AT THE PRIME LOCATION OF OUR CITY. i.e. JYOTI NAGAR SECOND LANE BERHAMPUR GANJAM ORISSA. I HAVE REMINDED MANY TIMES TO UNINOR CUSTOMER CARE,BUT NO RESULTS CAME TILL DATE. SO KINDLY HELP ME.

UNINOR — NO NETWORK IN HOUSE

I AM USING SAMSUNG GALAXY WITH UNINOR SIM(PROVIDER). THE COVERAGE NETWORK IS GOOD OUTSIDE BUT JUST ENTERING THE HOUSE THE NETWORK GOES OFF.
WHEN I USE IT NEAR WINDOW SHOWS NETWORK BUT NOT INSIDE HOUSE.

UNINOR MOBILE NETWORK — no network coverage

from 02:00 pm to till now there is no network coverage in my uninor mobile ...

From 13 march 2013. Uninor range is disappeared in address Chopdem, Pernem, Goa.. I have made several complaints regarding this to customer care but no use. My uninor no. is [protected]. and alternate no. is [protected]

      there is deduction of my account balance every time i recharge i have called several times to stop caller tune service which i have never activated i also got a message that the service has been deactivated but after every recharge i got a message that the service has been auto activated and my balance is deducted. this is cheating with the customers please take a not of this

      I had activated only once but with out my permission the VAS servise has been activated through 777 it has been deactivated but my money has no been refunded. i request to refund my account soon as possible, my mobile no is [protected].

        My name is K srinivas Mobile No. [protected] (uninor) without my concern they have been activated Music unlimited option cost of 15-00 i calledup customer care they adviced me to deactivate this option within 24 hours i will get back my balance i did as they guided me after doing de-activation on[protected] again they have deducted 4 rs for the same option for 2 days service. This is reducles and unbearable i contact uninor again they are not ready to willing its their fault, they are still telling that i have been activated the stupid option.

            This is the second time that Music Unlimited Service activated without our consent. Earlier the caller tune was also activated without our consent but later on caller tune has been deactivated and the refund has been given to us.

            I have called up Unionor customer care but we have not received any proper response from them.

            Iam following up with Nodal officer & appellate-authority but till date we have not received any revert from them.


            Pls instruct Uninor to Deactivate Music Unlimited Service and refund Rs.15.00 which was deducted from our account.

            Also instruct Uninor to provide the procedure to activate the DND service.

              Myself Arko Biswas using a Uninor connection whose number is [protected]. It is regretting that a caller tune has been introduced in my aforesaid connection WITHOUT my confirmation and NO prior information was provided against this introduction. The company has also deducted Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only) from my balance.

              I, therefore, requesting you to take necessary action against it and at the same time I am launching a complaint against Uninor through Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to withdraw the caller tune from my phone and credit Rs. 5/- in my balance as they have introduced the caller tune in my phone unlawfully.

              UNINOR — Balance deduction due to caller tune

              hi, i am uninor customer....
              one day i got a call from [protected] which is for setting the caller tune .They had asking to select the song 1st , after selecting the song they ask for confermation of tht song,,,,but though , when i did not conferm tht song and cut the call between tht,,,,although still they activate the caller tune,,,which is a illigal,,,,or cheating with customer...
              so please take a strict action on this complaint.........

              I am Gouri Shankar Ram. I have three Sim o[censored]ninor (1) [protected] (Self), (2) [protected](wife- Mrs. Sushila Devi & (3) [protected]( in the name of my daughter). I am living in C.M.E.R.I Colony, Po: Durgapur-9, Dist: Burdwan (W.B). In Sim no.2 i.e. [protected] un-willing dialer tone was activated & amount was deducted on 03/08/2011. I recharged that sim on 01/08/2011 at about 10.00 p.m. for rs. 50/- . Hardly we expend 3 to 4 rupees with 2nd August and on 3rd August I have found that my balance is only 0.44 paise. I socked to see that how my balance amount was deducted & no any message was sent by company by which I can know that what amount was deducted and for which period.

              I tried so many time to contact Custer care services but failed. I request you to de-activate these type of services & return my balance amount. In future do not activate such type of services. If no suitable action will taken from company side, I can not continue with your services & compeld to disconect all three above mentioned numbers.                 The number from which i got the miss calls is +92-[protected].Just Iwant to know that how the no. is going to the other People outside the country.So. tell me that is it safe to submit the document to the mobile service provider. If the no. is getting publish then how we can trust that the documents submitted are safe.So pls prevent the misuse of the Mobile Number.

                  I have an Uninor service provider connection number is [protected] and I want to port out this number in Airtel network. So I taken the UPC code and going to submit Airtel gallery. But after some days i have come a new message your UPC code and is Invalid please take new UPC code and try again. I trying this procedure about 3 or more time but I did not get the solution about this problem. plz. solve my problem immediately.

                      I brought a UNINOR sim card and i was using for some times.. I missed the sim card and when i went to the Uninor customer service centre.

                      They demand FIR for the lost of sim card. Getting FIR for the sim card is not possible now a days. Can anyone confirm FIR is necessary for getting the lost SIM card.

                        my no is [protected] i using uni-nor services from last 8 months till now your company wrongly charged my a/c 1st time 30 rs this is not refunded back to me 2nd in bi twin 10/11/2011 to 14/11/2011 Rs.260/- and i called customer care on 15/11/2011 and they told me that your a/c is not updated till now

                        further i call customer care till 22/11/2011 on daily basis minimum 4to5 call in a day but they told me that no update is found on u r number you call after 6 hours we will give u information

                        on 23/11/2011 i went to uni-nor galary and they told me that they have only seven days record they cant help me
                        on that day i talk to ur customer care they told me that they dint have any information about the deduction but the senior of that fellow give me a complain no and told me that your request is processed in 72 hours but till now no intimation is given to me

                        on today also 10 rs is deducted from my a/c i called customer care they told me that no update about the deduction is showing till now u call after some time back

                        now sir you have to refund my 260/Rs that was deducted in bi twin 10/11/2011 to 14/11/2011 and 10/Rs on 03/12/2011 as soon as possible


                        and till no reply is given by uninor about the charges

                            I HAD RECHARGED WITH RS.64.00 STD PACK ON 22*11*2011 & THE SAME WAS CREDITED BUT I COULDN'T DO STD CALLS . AFTER THAT I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND GAVE A COMPLAINT AND THE COMPLAINT NO. SR 1-[protected] WAS GIVEN. THE PERSON TOLD THE ISSUE WILL BE SOLVED BY 30*11*2011., IN THE MEAN TIME I HAD TO DO STD SO ONCE AGAIN I RECHARGED WITH 64.00 STD PACK. ON 28*11*2011 I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM REPEATED ONCE AGAIN. THERE IS NO PROPER ANSWER FROM YOUR CELL I DON'T KNOW HOW YOUR PEOPLE WORK.
                            THEN ON 30*11*2011 I WAS CREDITED WITH 64.00 STD PACK. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OTHER 64.00 RECHARGE, PLEASE GIVE A PROPER ANSWER NOW ATLEAST

                              Recently I have noticed that a paid service pack has been actived in respect of my mobile number for which a subscription has been deducted from my account balance without any intimation or information to me and without any option/ concent from my end. I shall be highly obliged if I get a proper justice in this regard recovering the said deducted amount.

                                    I want to report you that, from last 15 to 20 days . my phone no is getting automatically subcribes for some schemes like fashion pack, cricket pack etc. and my balance getting automatically deducted .
                                    So go through the matter and do the needfull so that company refund my balance.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have been using my Uninor number from the past 4 months. Caller tune is been activated on my number without automatically and the money is been charged. It's the case before two months. But due to low balance in my account caller tune is been removes. But as I recharged my mobile with 200 rupees company activated caller tune back without any prior notification and money is deducted from my balance. When I called the customer care, they said it was automatic renewal system and they cant give back my money.

                                        Yesterday the 24th Nov '11, I bought a uninor Sim card for international calling, paild around Rs. 250, and precisely asked for only international talk time, I was given the sim card, only to check later that my balance is 0.

                                        People at the customer care say that I didn't get the international calling recharge and but got some local promotional offer. They aren't ready to transfer the scheme into the international calling, aren't willing to transfer my call to a senior official or tell me where to submit my complaint, they were just being ridiculous.

                                        This by far is the telecom service provider and the worst service by far, rather crooks or frauds I must say,
