[Resolved]  UniverCell — Cheating!

Hi, i bought a new N72 nokia mobile from universal after 3months it say no net work coverage i had taken the Mobile to a nokia center and they had said would take 10 to 15 days .i went after 15 days and they said nothing to do we are not sure what had happened so asked the universal people i went -they said that we have to send this mobile to niokia center i explained to them and they said we would send to the nokia people so would take 10 days.i was sent to nokia again and again no one had responded to me and one nokia center said that we don't see any proof that right from the beginning you had given it to us for service and i had showed the proof he is saying that one particular # should be taken from the Mobile they did not take so i will not accept because i do not see any proof is this my mistake ???i had used the mobile for 3 months only i had spent my moneyy to travel one place to another, , , , , i had all the proofi gave Rs.8.500 for this Mobile i bought the Mobile aprl-2008 and this happend jul-2008justice please! wating for a good reply at the earliest!Nicole.

Hi Sivagami, i had sent the detail 2 times and already nokia people and univercell had taken 5 to 6 months to resolve this issue i'm at the back of your company for the past aug, sep, oct, nov, dec, jan now could you plase resovle this at the earliest.check with this E-mail id [protected]@univercell.in i had eswnt to them as well i got this id from the bill .

UniverCell — samsung tablet not working from first day

Purcahsed a samsung tab3 from univercell whitefield office... and from the very first day it is not working and now they are saying there is a problem with mother board. they have denied exchanging it saying a week has gone now... what to do... they r being rude... they r selling defective products

I bought a new nokia Lumia 520 in univercell. I love the mobile. But along with the mobile i wanted a transparent silicon pouch. But the showroom did not have a transparent silicon pouch, but the sales rep told to buy a black pouch and gave me a Bluetooth headset along with stating that it comes in a combo offer and sold it to me although i told him the Bluetooth headset is no use to me. He forced me to buy it . He said he will replace the black pouch with the transparent pouch the next day. The next day I went and the sales rep told it will come the next day., like this for 7 days he asked to come the next day. Tired of this I went to him on the eight day to get a reimbursement for the pouch and Bluetooth headset but the sales rep refused to take the Bluetooth headset and the pouch. I felt that the sales rep pushed me into buying the accessories and refused to take it back. M very disappointed with the service from Univercell as this is the second time happening o me. Please look into this and get my Bluetooth headset reimbursed. I have not opened the box but the sales rep opened the box and claims that I opened it. Please mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.

UniverCell — They are not giving computer generated Bill

They are not giving computer generated Bill. They are giving hand written bill. I came to know that once I go back the purchased phone from Univercell. Without this generated bill, they can not proceed it for repair. They charged me 100Rs for computer generated Bill. And Poor response and cheating.

I bought Tata docomo wifi data card @ Medavakkam Univercell, my data balance should be 10GB but they recharged for only 1 GB, there response is too worst, sales girl is not responding for my issue and saying we are not responsible for it, actually first recharge must me carried out by UNIVERCELL they promised me they will recharge for 10GB while purchasing after purchasing they only credited me 1 GB, bad experience with sales girls reply, am fedup with univercell Medavakkam

object but till i check my internet settings no 3G option i ask and complaint

saftware update to nessasry and try to it i put my mobile on your show room
manager but now no respance and Cheating

My karbona29 mobile speaker was not working within a month from the date of purchase. so i given it for repair in velacherry 100ft road univercell shop on 05/07/2014. service request no:4073.(I bought that mobile in the same shop and having insurance for my mobile).They told me within 10 days and maximum of 15 days, they will return back my mobile in in working condition.There is no response from them so i went to the univercell shop and i enquired about its status with Mr.Alagu, his mobile no:[protected].They behaved very badly with me and my husband and no proper response.Iam shocked.

I still have a question when they are going to return my mobile?After service is it work properly?...?

I noted that there is an conversation going between Mr.Alagu, Sahana (univercell workers) and with my husband.person who is incharge of attending these complaints sitting and watching the show.
pls return my mobile whatever the condition it may be. I never come back to your shop again. They tired us a lot.

GOT CHEATED BY UNIVERCEL MOBILE STOREI'm really very upset with your pathetic, intolerable and worst services which I ever came across from your company i.e Univercell for the very first time. I'm regular purchaser o[censored]nivercell and I was always suggesting my friends and family. But for this I got the prize and in rewards I have a done a very big mistake and blunder that too by paying in advance for SAMSUNG NOTE 3 i.e 2 in quantity for me and my brother.My brother's birthday was in this month (OCT) hence thought of gifting him a SAMSUNG NOTE 3 as a birthday gift but Univercell spoiled everything.On 25th Oct, 2014 (Saturday) when I went to purchase SAMSUNG NOTE 3 from Jayanagar 3rd Block Univercell Branch, Bangalore. But it was out of stock. Hence your Manager, ASM of Bangalore Division assisted to make the prior payment through our SBI Debit card (as we would be entitled for 10% Cash back (Diwali Offer)) who was present in the store at that time and promised us that he will deliver the handsets on Monday i.e, On 27th Oct, 2014 (Monday) morning.As per his words we made the payment on 26th Oct, 2014 (Sunday).But he failed to deliver as promised and did not even respond to ours calls, when we tried calling him. He was bluffing that he is in meeting even at 10pm and informed via SMS that he will deliver it on 28th Oct, 2014 (Tuesday) by 2 pm max and even the STORE STAFF promised the same.The next day i.e 28th Oct, 2014 (Tuesday) when we visited the Jayanagar 3rd Block Univercell Branch, Bangalore, the 2 Handsets were not even arrived neither in the Jayanagar 3rd Block Univercell's branch nor in the Warehouse. And the promised deadline for the second time was already crossed. And at 3 pm the Jayanagar Univercell Branch store manager with his colleague confirmed that the stock is on the way to the store from the Warehouse and we will deliver it you by 5 pm and also gave us the PROOF OF WRITTEN STATEMENT ON THE INVOICE THAT THEY WILL DELIVER THE HANDSETS BY 5 PM IN THE EVENING WITH COMPANIES SEAL AND HIS SINATURE WITH DATE. And at the same time, ASM of Bangalore Division was bluffing again stating that he is in the meeting (i.e BUSY) for the entire day.In the same day evening we also had a word with Service Manager, Karnataka. Now let's see what his story is. Around 6 pm when we called him up. He informed that we will get the handsets delivered on 31st Oct, 2014(Friday) as the stock should come from Mumbai. So we informed that he can send it via Travels and spoke with the Travels Manager and stopped the bus for about an hour to help us and we also informed that will take the guarantee of any risk or damage during transit. He agreed for that but From Univercell, Mumbai they stopped that.I'm also having all the proofs (i.e voice recordings, SMS, the invoice with promise date and time of delivery with seal and signature, etc.)Coming to today i.e 29th Oct, 2014 (Wednesday) when I had a conversation with managers. Both are supporting me and they are in my favor and are trying their best I hope so. But the question is that who is supporting them? I don't think so their own company (Univercell) who they work for is supporting them.I also tried to contact your corporate office but they do not pick calls.Later, Team Leader (Mob.[protected]) he is also not capable to sort out this issue.I guess instead of wasting time I should have lodged a complaint against Univercell long ago in the consumer forum and should have called media. I guess this brings your company a good publicity in the market for your excellent services and customer satisfaction.Now I'm really fed up with your worst services which I came across in these days. However this is a loss for me and my money is stuck with you and you guys are making a rotation of it and making a profit out of it. And also realized that only when we the pay the amount in advance, the company will call the Mobile Company and order for the products and then even if possible deliver it to customers I hope.I can suggest you that online you will get the delivery in a day’s time.I guess purchasing ONLINE is safer and secured and worth for the money and most importantly TIME.THEY SPOILED MY BROTHER'S BIRTHDAY AND MY PRECIOUS TIME FOR DOING THIS WONDERFUL JOB of making a follow up of THEIR worst services.AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HANDSETS EVEN AFTER A MAKING THE PAYMENT.SO HATS OFF TO YOUR COMPANY AND TO YOUR MARVELOUS, EXCELLENT, PATHETIC, ETC SERVICES AND PROMISES.

Karbon Titanium S4 plus on 16th of feb 2015 at univercell showroom near
T.nagar railway station. On the same day my mob getting Hanging so i
came to showroom and confirmed that as defect piece.In order to change
the mobile we have waited for getting DOC for 2 days at karbon service
center then we surrendered the DOC to showroom and asked for other
mobiles but there is lack of expected mobiles. So we asked for cashback
or we will get the mobile at other branch o[censored]nivercell showroom but
that guy said it is not possioble and his response is so rude and
rubbish (He saying that "you must get any mobile which is available in
that showroom or else do whatever you want you cannott get cash back) Is
this is the way to talk with the Customer. After investigation we found
that there is an cashback option but even for that we need to pay
Rs.100 and to write the letter and the cheque will be given after one
