Videocon electronix — service not correctly provided after grabbing money

Sir,
I had purchased the 34 inch jumbo TV in[protected], recently last month of march 2012, I had complaint regarding picture quality with videocon customer care. they sent one technitian for the same job. he first checked the tv and told me that he need to take the board with him for some repair. after some 5 days, he brought it back and installed in tv. afterward tv started working little bit ok and he told if any problem call me i will come.so paid him Rs. 1800 as per him. immediately after left from the place again same problem started and then he was not been picking the phone. after this videocon has given me so many complaint no. but nobody came to repaire it. kindly help me in this regsrd.

I also faced the same problem. I asked the Videocon dellar in Mumbai. But they told, this model is obsulate, remote is no where available.. I suggest every one pls don't buy videocon product. B'cos they are not maintaining spares for 5 years.

videocon as been bad service to the customers. not answering the custormers and they have own subscribed and take the charges not refound. when the customer call to the videocon customercare they not responce and not give a permenant solution to the customers. bad service.

i have fa55 videocon fully automatic washing machine. in march, 2012 pcb has been changed by your service centre of bokaro steel city.but unfortunately, the above said part is not functioning properly. in this regard i have complain over telephone in april 2012.but they have not attended. then after a gap of two three months ihave complain about the problem at the service centre physically.but they have deaf ear.

Videocon D2H — Poor Service- no response

2010 when I got the videocon prepaid it was allright but the last 1 year the there IS NO SERVICE!
Pathetic performance.
sudden balance deductions etc. anytime cntct customer service they nvr solve the problem.
now the server has been down for a long time..meanwhile it asked me to verify my background to the distributor. but all the distributors are closed. no idea what to do.

Videocon D2H — repairing of LCD

To whom so ever it may concern

I have bought a LCD of videocon. After 10 days of the purchasing date some problem encounterd in LCD. One of the representatives of Videocon Service Centre visit to check the LCD and ask to visit again next day as he is not having the part which is to be replaced. But now it is more than 15 days no one come to repair the LCD. All the times i talk to customer care they said that the complint is in progress but no one is taking the necessary action to repir it.
