[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — no customer service - purely harrassment

We bought a videocon washing machine which is fully automatic roughly around 8 year back.. we used it for few years and after which it started giving some problems... now till the date nobody at videocon has been able to help us out and it was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened with their different departments.

How can they expect form a middle class family to buy such gadgets after every few yearss.. they have to give some repairs and maintenance services for which we are ready to pay.. they have simply raised their hands telling..they cant do anything.. INfact during such procedure they have made the machine unusable by breaking few other things..

Dear Mr.Deendayal,



This refrigerator is under warranty for 5 years,



Now this is 3 years old,



One Mr. Khan called up now and he is telling us to pay arround RS 2000 for gas filling charges and service charges,



What is the meaning of warranty here? I can get it done from a local vendor for this cost,



Can you please split up & explain?

Videocon D2H — videocon prepaid connection

I am Bharat Sheth once again here for the complaint against deduction of prepaid amount balance..Today my prepaid balance is deducted by nearly Rs.22.00 without any reason. After talking to customer care of Videocon on 198 no response avail from the department.

Videocon D2H — unresolved technical issue and negligence

dear sir/madam,
I have a videocon dvd with d2h connection for more than a year. however since the past five days d2h is not working. i have called the customer service department and lodged a technical complaint on friday, 23 september 2011, plus many more such similar complaints, but to no use.(complaint numbers are mentioned below.) they say that the complaint status is resolved whereas the d2h is still not working. i have made more than seven complaints and all i have got in return is false promises. they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, a technician will visit the place and resolve the issue, also they asked to keep the product on for 12 hours, I have done this for more than three times and all is in vain, plus the electricity consumption! to add to this trouble, they deny a refund for this neglect and technical error from their side and also the customer service agents have gone to the extent of disconnecting the calls in middle of a conversation. is this harassment being done because i have done an annual recharge? why this neglect?
i have made more than 25 phone calls in these 5 days because no one talks properly. the mails are also not being responded to.
I request you to look into this matter and get it resolved with a refund and compensation asap. thank you.

it has a very poor services..
they are least bothered about the consumer.. once their product or appliances are sold they just give a damn..
I have tried to call them many times to complain.. neither they register the complain nor give an feed back.

This is a warning for all customers--DO NOT get carried away by the sweet talk when they sell their products, There is no after service and most of the parts are not available with the company. No one bothers about the complaints once the product is sold. Real harassment!

My name is parkash my problem with recharging not so proud owner of your videocon d2h (customer id[protected] tried to recharge my account with Rs-1100/- through credit Card . My account balance shows the amount getting debited but videocon d2h account didn't got updated nor did I received any acknowledgment .

i purchased videocon v1306 mobile , it automatically activates the headset without putting ear phones when i am on call it automatically activates my voice not audible to another person and when i am putting ear phones it not deactivate so i am facing problems i suggested people and my friends don't purchase this model.....
