Videocon D2H — MOTOR NOT WORKING

I PURCHASED VIDEO CON A.C. IN JUNE 2012. TILL THEN ITS SWING IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY MANY TIMES. BUT NOBODY CARES IN THIS COMPANY. WHAT SHALL I DO NOW?

Videocon D2H — defective split ac

I HAD PURCHASED 1 TON VIDEOCON SPLIT AC (PRODUCT CODE NO [protected]) ON 10 OCT 11VFROM NEXT SHOWROOM IN KOCHIVVIDE THEIR BILL NO 12245 & INVOICE NO [protected].

HOWEVER SINCE LAST FEW MONTHS , THE AC IS GIVING SEVERAL PROBLEMS & IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE REGISTERED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ( COMPLAINT NOS COC[protected] DATED 26 SEP 12 , COC[protected] DATED 03 OCT 12 ,COC[protected] DATED 10 OCT 12 ) & EVERYTIME UR TECHNICIAN COMES & RECTIFIES IT BUT AGAIN AFTER FEW DAYS , THE AC STOPS WORKING.

THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF SAID THAT THE PRODUCT HAS GOT SOME PROBLEM & NEEDS REPLACEMENT .

I WOULD REQUEST U TO KINDLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT SINCE IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY SO THAT I GET RID OF TROUBLESOME PRODUCT WHICH UR COMPANY HAS SUPPLIED TO ME .

Dear manager, I must say code on service must be one of the worst.yersterday, on 14th Oct 2012i had lodged a complaint regarding poor signal transmission?till today nothing has been done .on top of that ur engineers, on 15th tried to intimidate me over the fine and were extremely rude, hung up the fine on me.i m from santoshpur, kolkata.
must say cursing the sday when I took code on d2h connection instead of Tata sky.infact if this state of affairs continue to b the same, then we may opt for Tata sky.
So people should take lesson from my experience.

I have a videocon fridge model number val1732009 which stopped working. so plz dont buy any videocon product .they are low quality, low standard product. instead of buying videocon fridge, buy any other brand like whirlpool, kelvinetor or LG but not videocon. I have a frideg of wirlpool in my village which is working from year 1999 without any service even in very tough environment.

Videocon D2H — 300 package not offered

i have vedicon d2h with ID no 31948985 upgraded from Rs 150 package to Rs 300 w.e. f 11/11/2012 but still the package has not been upgraded , when this was brought to the notice of local re charge guy he has given one ph no to register the complaint @ [protected] but that no is busy 24 hrs we need to wait in the que , can any one help me in the matter .
