[Resolved] Videocon D2H — no customer service - purely harrassment | |
We bought a videocon washing machine which is fully automatic roughly around 8 year back.. we used it for few years and after which it started giving some problems... now till the date nobody at videocon has been able to help us out and it was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened with their different departments. How can they expect form a middle class family to buy such gadgets after every few yearss.. they have to give some repairs and maintenance services for which we are ready to pay.. they have simply raised their hands telling..they cant do anything.. INfact during such procedure they have made the machine unusable by breaking few other things.. Was this information helpful? | |

I have D2H connection at my home with Three connections(set Box) and i want to split in two+one saperately.My ID 13943410 and contect No.[protected].Videocon D2H — Self balance deduction
I got my mobile balance deducted on[protected] about 40 Rs. I want my money refund, I complained to customer care, He denied & blamed that i have sent a message to activate this i.e. totally wrong... i never did so, it's their own creation. Kindly help to solve my matter... I need my balnce refund which I have never used ...It is technical theft by Videocon...Are they thief.. Videocon D2H — Rs.5 are cut
hi i have videocon prepaid customer last 1.5 yrs MY NO.[protected] my problem is last 20 days my prepaid balance are cuts every 5 day cut charges Rs.5 every 5 days i have call to customer care 8 th time and he says this is technical problem ur balance ar refand but balance are not refand. last 3 days i m calling( 121 and 198 ) 23 times customer care but is not responsing to my call pls halp.tnxCHINTAN
MY VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE BROKE DOWN SEVEN DAYS BACK. I IMMEDIATELY LODGED A COMPLAINT TO THEIR SERVICE DEPT. Videocon D2H — reconnection
i need to move dish from present place to just 2 -3 mts aside as present place is a disturbance to my owner and i was ready to pay for re fitting simply now they are asking me cash for disconnection re-connection refitting etc whats not logic Dear Sir,
i have purchased Videocon washing machine in 2009 from GIRIAS Bangalore and there was a problem where spinning was not functioning. I contacted Just Dial on November 10th 2011 for videocon Authorised service center phone number in Bangalore and within few minutes, I got a call from Ms. Shreya ( mob [protected]) that she is calling from Bright Servicesfrom Bangalore and said that they are Videocon Authorised service center and one person by name Pradeep ( mob[protected] will be coming to solve the problem. He came and replaced the parts and asked me to go for anual subscription. i have paid an amount of Rs 4675/- (Invoice no 1016 dated (11/11/2011, bill attached) and asked me to use the washing machine after 12 hrs.
the next day when i used, i found that the water was coming from below the washing machine. I called Pradeep on his mobile[protected]. he said that he will come on Monday 15th November. After making several calls, he came and checked and said that he has fixed the problem.. But in the eevning when i checked while spinning still the water comes from below the washing machine.. I Called him several times on his mobile, he used to say he iwll come next day and when i call him again, he nver used to pick up calls and till today he has not turned up. It's almost 1.5 months, still the problem is not rectified. one day even i spoke to Ms Shreya ( mob [protected]) and told all these things, she assured me that the problem will be rectified but still it is not rectified.till date the washing machine problem persists.. when one day when i got pradeep on phone, i asked his mamager's number so that i an speak with him. he gave me this number [protected] which is always switched off..
Even today i called pradeep several times on his mobile, he is disconnecting the call.
Really to say, i am not at all happy with the kind of service you are offering and i have DECIDED not to use videocon products henceforth.. Atleast after seeing this mail, i hope neceesary action will be taken and the problem will be rectified.

I am writing in the reference of my complaint no SAL [protected], SAL [protected], this is to bring in your notice that i got a problem on 20/1/ 2012 in my washing machine and i made a call to customer care stating that my rinse and spin option are not working as well as i told them that the very next day that means on 21st i am moving to my native place and will be back on 14/2/2012.And i asked them for complain no but it was not raised by the customer care center telling me and convening me that once you come back you can get the thing done and we will put your complain in warranty period.( NOW HERE I MADE THE MISTAKE IN BELIEVING THEM AND NOT TAKING A COMPLAIN NO, AND NOW I AM PAYING THE PRIES AS MY WORK IS LACKING BEHIND TILL THIS PERIOD).
It was advised by the customer care that once i come back i can get my work done within same period as the earliest, so i did the same i came back on 14th and made a call to customer care center, stating my problem and again it was advised to me that your call has been booked in warranty period only, so it will be done with nominal servicing charge.
Now the service center has told that mechanism, mechanism plate and outer tub is in trouble they are also telling that your warranty has expired three days before, what shall i do in this endeavor, please advise in this issue.

total 4 times it got repaired . one time its compressor changed.
now i want to know that to whom i can say my problem.
i think i have wasted my 10000/- rupees.
Now one funny thing is that dealer saying it is my fault because i have not informed him in last two years about fridge performance.when fridge repaired four times then what is other way to inform him about performance.
