I attended a call after that I got sms from videocon that VOICE CHAT has been activated and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I told the 198 customer care to stop this service three times but its still active and deduct 2 rs after two days . I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword".

      SIR, two year before i purchased videocon lcd from videocon authorised dealer in visakhapatnam. he gave me one year DTH service free of cost. after one year ,on 7,october 2011 i again recharge my DTH from videocon office in visakhapatnam as south gold package of 1700 rupees. but, they did not change my before package into new package new south gold, then again i approched to the said office they give the tollfree no. and told me we are not able to change your package.after that i called customer care ,he told me that from next month november it will change in new south gold package and it will valid upto october 2012.now, in june 2012 they are sending me messages your DTH PACKAGE will over on 10 june 2012 recharge it as early as possible what can i do in this matter. can you suggest me, can, i take this matter in the consumer court.

            Hi,
            I purchased a washing machine of Videocon last yr.I am having trouble with it.I complaint to thier service center and got a complaint #GHA [protected] and a contact engineer name Mr Sonnu Pal @[protected] on 12.06.12.I was told I would get a call on either the same day or next day from this gentleman.Since i did not get a call I tried calling him several times and on 14.06.2012 with my luck he picked up and told me that he cannot take my complaint since he does not cover sector 50 of noida.He was rude and not interested to even hear the complaint.He said he is short staff and he will not cater it.I even told him that i would be writing it to the senior guys of Videocon but guess he was used to this.
            I somehow dont understand that if this is the kind of after sale Videocon promises it should not try to oversell the products .I will never buy and also advise other people not to buy such brands untill they rectify their customer management.

              I've received a message from videocon at 15.5.2012 on 06:01:42pm saying that your callers will now hear a caller tune when they call you..You have been charged Rs.15.00 and your service will expire on 13.8.2012 on 06.31pm..And now from past two days i'm receiving a message is your caller tune rental subscription will expire on 14.06.2010 at 06.31pm but will be renewed automatically..But i wanna deactivate my caller tune as that my callers will not hear that tune..I called on your number 50000 to deactivate but couldn't get a proper help..So i called on 121 and 198 also..But couldn't get a proper solution..So i kindly request you to deactivate my caller tune as soon as possible...My number is [protected]...

                i p satyanarayana murhty has purchased kenstar mixture grinder on 21.05.2012 through online web site emartindia.in, i have utilised videocon givt voucher (silver jubilee) of rs. 2500/- and remaining amount of rs. 1750/- was paid through my icici bank credit card. the amount was debited to my card on 21.05.12 vide reference no 75105172143000129146750, but till date i have not receivedemail confirmation or sms. and product was not delivered, kindly verify and arrange to deliver the product , my gift voucher no is [protected]

                I have purchased a refrizrator of 190 ltrs. vide Invoice no. UX/1802/11-12, dtd.23/1/12 at V2 Electronics, Uppal X Road,Hyderabad-500039. But the dealer has not issued the gift coupons as advertised in EENADU daily newspaper.

                  It has been a worst experience since I chose the d2h service. I've called 13 times to the customer care and every time narrated my problem to them but after listening it they usually tell me to be on the line while either they pretend to check some a/c or in-consultation with someone or they transfer the call to some senior but ultimately they disconnect it. Then I call them afresh and have to tell my suffering again and again. So, I chose to write it now.

                  01. I installed the d2h system on 2nd May'2012 with a free one month default Super Gold Package (Rs.180/-).

                  02. on 6th May I took an add on English Movie Entertain Package (Rs.50/-) for Rs.100/-

                  03. While approaching the end of the month I got an on-screen notification that, my next due is on 8th June'2012.

                  04. I contacted your customer care and on their advise, I recharged Rs.3600/- first for long term (12 months + Free 02 months) New Diamond package (Rs.300/- pm) at 07th Jun'2012, 11:18PM. My re-charging details can be referred with the the response mail from you as below.

                  05. Then, I contacted the customer care at around on 08th. June'2012, 00:18 Hrs and I asked them for the new diamond package.

                  06. They did it and confirmed me with a return SMS with the next due date falling on 08th Aug'2013. I've verified it in my a/c details in your web site as well as with the on-screen notice on the television screen. Which confirms to the additional free 60 days validity (2nd June'2013 + 02 Months).

                  07. But on the evening of 8th June'2012, I got a SMS stating that Rs. 367/- has been recharged to my a/c and the next due date is on 15th. July'2013.

                  So, my question is how my validity reduced to 15th. July'2013 from 8th Aug'2013 ?
                  Why my account balance was not added for Rs.600/- (Rs.300 X 2) as promised by the company for 1 year long term diamond package recharge ?

                  Videoncon d2h is a fraud company. Don't pay them any thing big. Try to get out of them. It seems you are trapped now. These customer care people will not do any thing, They will disconnect the call every time.

                    My videocon d2h customer id is 28986920. I recharged my d2h account with Rs. 1800 on 9th june 2012 through net banking. The message displayed at the end of the process was - "The payment has succeeded but the recharge operation has failed. Kindly contact Customer service at[protected] and quote your payment reference no: 43273429 and your web transaction id 6210036 and they will assist you in getting the credit". I am also having a print out of the transaction details in which the credited account number is provided i.e. 2878154.
                    The customer service number provided is not working. And the customer care number given on the site i.e. [protected] is also fake as it is not responsive. I have already called the nodal officer whose number was[protected]. He told me to contact SBI customer care. Even he was not supportive enough in helping me to get back my credit. I have already called many other numbers apart from the above mentioned but none of them is providing any kind of help. They are just giving few more numbers to contact. I do not understand what kind of customer service is this?? And i have noticed that this is not a single case. Many other customers are suffering the same fate. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible and tell me the procedure to get back my credit that was mishandled by your d2h service.

                        Hi Sir/madam

                        Its real pain to write it here as the service centre for videocon as so rude. The Engg who was looking after the problem whenever we call him he does not pick up the call and 2nd when we try to call him he switch's off his mobile. Its v v bad customer service. I am totally not happy about this and i have made my mind not to buy any videocon product in future.

                        My name is R.K.Achary, I am a citizen of India staying in Vizag . Sir we have purchased a 21" Videocon color TV cost to Rs.5600/-only from SONOVISION Show room (near Dimond park , Dwaraka Nagar , Vizag-530016, ph-6618001,02,2501177.) as on 12/04/2009. The consumer's name is MR. SANTOSH KUMAR ACHARY , ADARASA NGR, PEDAWALTAIR, VSP.BILL NO-T0000251, DATE:[protected]. Sir the TV has repaired since 1 month . I gave complaint to the service centre in vizag for 8 to 10 times (SERVICE AT SANSUI;V.CON;AKAI CTV; 2794468,2798211) . They are telling that they will provide , but 10 days has gone nobody came to provide service . And when we are calling to them , the phone is ringing but no response is there from their side. Sir we are facing so many problems, we can,t watch news , cricket ,etc.due to this reason. Please take any necessary action.

                        Videocon — Pain full service

                        I have purchased a refrigerator on 14/08/2009 from Techno City (Kolkata, Sarat Bose Road) the model no is VCE193CG/190Ltr. of VIDEOCON but from the very beginning that fridge is giving me the problem and in the month of Dec"09 the compressor had stop working and accordingly i informed to the service centre and they send a service person he repairs it but after a day or two it is giving the same problem again i complain to them and they again send their technician but the problem remain at last in the month of March"10 they have taken it in to their service centre and just two day's back they have returned it back with the same problem and with body current problem.

                        so at last i have decided to inform the organization for coming out from this problem,

                        Please help me.

                          i m facing the problem from 4 months,i cant recieve my d2h signal because of loose connection of dish antenna,nobody is ready to write the complaint ,they have appoint very fuddu enginners who were appointed in videocon d2h company,they dont understand the problem ,,i suggest to all the viewers that never ever try to purchase the d2h connection ,otherwise u will suffer so much that u cant imagine....

                            I purchased a videocon refrigerator on[protected] with model no. Vap243. When the refrigerator stops cooling, I register many complaints the last complaint no. Is pat[protected] on[protected]. For any complaint there is no action taken by the videocon and every time they are telling they will resolve the issue very soon. This non working of refrigerator taking away my and peace of mind and as well as the money(waste of food iteams).

                            I don't have the preveious complaint numbers.

                            Please do the needful.

                              I purchased videocond2h connection on dt 09.05.2012 vide my customer ID No 68993539 and the connection installed on that day against work order No 11221872. My videocond2h card No [protected] and SR No[protected]. After installation the connection I have received a message from videocon company where they are mentioned my name is "AMULMUDINDHAR A" instead of my name is "AMIT MITRA MAJUMDAR". Please do needful action at your end and rectify my name as " AMIT MITRA MAJUMDAR ".

                                Upon an emergency I happened to re-charge from the site "paytm.Com" videocon d2h through sbi debit/atm card on 15.05.2012
                                For the whole recharge amount of Rs. 1070.

                                The amount got debited into my sbi bank account with the reference order no of transaction as "37817653"

                                I didn't get the recharge. When I tried to get in touch with the contact no. Ther's no number for customer care as such.

                                why there are no responses from the mail ID [protected]@paytm.Com .

                                I request the authorities to take this forward and compensate my loss so that in mere future these mis haps wont occur and people like me wont get cheated up.

                                A stringent action needs to be initiated .

                                  My Videocon DTH Customer ID is 63416102. On 6th May I changed my location within Bangalore. So I have made a Request to Videocon DTH to De install my Hardware on 5th May under the request No:[protected], for which charges was Rs 100. On 7th May 2012 I had made another request to Videocon DTH for Reinstallation for under the request no:[protected] for which charges was RS 200. So total charges of reinstallation and De Installation was Rs 300, for which I have recharged my account on 7th May, 2012 with Rs 300. Previous to these I had made one recharge on 14th April 2012 for the New South Gold Package for RS 180, for which I was, suppose to get the service till May 14, 2012, but suddenly the service was stopped on May 9th 2012.
                                  On the basis of enquiry in the customer care under the complain no:[protected] it was found that the amount of De installation charges of RS 100 was deducted twice, and was told that it will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs, but it was not refunded, so another complain was made under the complain No:[protected] on May 11, 2012, again 24 hrs time was given, but the money was not refunded. So another complain was made on 12 May 2012 and was told now it will be definitely refunded within 24 to 48 hrs but nothing was done.

                                  So now my question to the higher authorities of Videocon DTH is that, whether I should be refunded with the amount of RS 100 or not? If I do not get any response for this then I should think and I think everyone will think that this is the policy of cheating by Videocon in which higher authority have the consent.

                                  Then my question to Videocon DTH is that can they become rich by cheating the customers in this way? Because ultimately they are acquiring the curse of the customers and not the goodwill.

                                  Thanks to the higher authority of Videocon DTH for refunding my amount which was wrongly deducted.

                                  My request to Videocon DTH is that please do not deduct any amount unwantedly in future, and my advice to Videocon DTH customer care is that it should respond as quickly as possible so that we customer should not have to look forward to consumer forum to settle the issue

                                  Thanks to Consumer Forum who took the effort to help me in getting the refund of wrongly deducted amount

                                    I have purchased 34" Jumbo videocon TV on dtd. 11/1/2009, at the time of purchasing the scheme on TV that there is a 32" plasma tv free after 2 yrs and 11 month from the purchasing date.

                                    After the completing of 2 yrs and 11 months when I goes to showroom of Videocon shopper says that company is give you a 32" lCD tv instead of 32" plasma tv so you have to pay another 7000/- ( Seven Thousands Rupees). So I Have paid another 7000/- rupees now company does not give me delivery of TV.

                                    So kindly do needfull for this case.and give me suggestion.

                                      mera videocon d2h customer id 21653826 KASID AHMAD ke name par register hai. mera d2h connection kuch problem kar raha tha,usme kuch pay channels nahi aa rahe the to maine customer care par complaint ki thi. videocon se sri badruddin engineer aaye the. unhone dekha aur kaha mera aadmi kal ayega use 150/- Rs. de dijiyega ho jayega. uske baad unka aadmi nahi aaya aur mera koi kaam bhi nahi hua. mere account se company ne 250/- Rs. deduct bhi kar liya. baar-baar complaint karne par bhi koi sunvayee nahi ho rahi hai.

                                        I bought a videocon fully automatic washing machine last month which was not working since last week.
                                        Since there is an issue in working and need to change wash motor itself which was explored by videocon service expert on next day.

                                        No body came to pick up the machine for service till date and we are awaiting desperately.
                                        Feeling very bad for gone with videocon.


                                        Pls dont buy videocon washing machine.Product is also worst and service is very very worst.
