My Videocon DTH Customer ID is 63416102. On 6th May I changed my location within Bangalore. So I have made a Request to Videocon DTH to De install my Hardware on 5th May under the request No:[protected], for which charges was Rs 100. On 7th May 2012 I had made another request to Videocon DTH for Reinstallation for under the request no:[protected] for which charges was RS 200. So total charges of reinstallation and De Installation was Rs 300, for which I have recharged my account on 7th May, 2012 with Rs 300. Previous to these I had made one recharge on 14th April 2012 for the New South Gold Package for RS 180, for which I was, suppose to get the service till May 14, 2012, but suddenly the service was stopped on May 9th 2012.
On the basis of enquiry in the customer care under the complain no:[protected] it was found that the amount of De installation charges of RS 100 was deducted twice, and was told that it will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs, but it was not refunded, so another complain was made under the complain No:[protected] on May 11, 2012, again 24 hrs time was given, but the money was not refunded. So another complain was made on 12 May 2012 and was told now it will be definitely refunded within 24 to 48 hrs but nothing was done.
So now my question to the higher authorities of Videocon DTH is that, whether I should be refunded with the amount of RS 100 or not? If I do not get any response for this then I should think and I think everyone will think that this is the policy of cheating by Videocon in which higher authority have the consent.
Then my question to Videocon DTH is that can they become rich by cheating the customers in this way? Because ultimately they are acquiring the curse of the customers and not the goodwill.
