Sony Ericsson — defect peice

i bought a sony ericsson w595 peice 2 months back!!! but after 2 weeks the software crashed!!! i gave it ot the service center and i got the piece aftwer almost a month!!!
again after a week after getting my cell back i had network problems!! i coulndnt get any network!!!
again i gave it to the service center to get it fixed!!! again after i started getting netwrk problems!!!
i am totally unhappy wid sony!! have given it for repair again and i hope that it will wrk!!
We have taken my daughters phone back twice also with same complaint . Screen doubles and goes back to front also light on phone keeps fliockering. Carphone Warehouse in UXBRIDGE were most unhelpful and quite rude. We then took it to Carphone warehouse Greenford. HOW many times does my phone have to go backwards and forwards for the same repair. I am disgusted, phone is only 2 months old. I await your reply please. Rita Ashe

    This is Rajesh Chaudhari and I am using Videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 150 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you...

    My Customer Id is:56134243.
    Account No:5581476
    Recently i have exchanged my SD Box with the No:[protected] to HD Box no:[protected].
    However instead of Exchange mode, the Technician has installed the new HD box in New connection mode.The Old STB is also taken back by the Technician as this was an exchange.Hence under my Customer Id Now i have 3 Active connections and the money being deducted every month for the 3 connections.
    Actually there are only 2 connections active in my account and i am contacting Customer care twice on daily daily basis to get the issue resolved and get the money for exchange credited to my account.I am getting the same response from customer care representative stating that a request has been forwarded and the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.There has been almost 10 or more requests taken regarding this and i haven't got the resolution for it yet.
    As a highlight,on my today's follow up call to customer care,i was asked to email my query to [protected]@d2h.com and then it will be resolved within 12 hours.
    Hence i am forwarding an email to the email address mentioned and hope the issue gets resolved.

    The key things to be made to resolve the issue are.
    1.Update my Account with the correct 2 STB's that are currently active in my house.Credit the exchange offer money 1200 to my account
    2.credit the amount deducted till date for the Virtual STB(exchanged,but still shown as active connection) from 22 August 2012 onwards.

    I am expecting that the issue gets resolved at the earliest and i get my money back.

    I have attached the screenshot from my account page of VideoconD2h which shows 3 products under my account

    Hi The issue is partially resolved.I have got the exchange processed.but the exchange process is made on wrong SD Box instead of the actual exchanged box.

    During the exchange offer processing, instead of deactivating the exchanged SD Box:[protected], the existing SD box :[protected] is deactivated.
    Hence the connection is suspended for the box and i am not able to view the channels.i contacted customer care and got a reply saying i need to wait for 24hours, so that the will audit and see if this is an issue from their side and i was informed to make a follow up call tonight(26-Sep-2012) to check the status.

    Again now i have 2 connections active(1 HD box which is from the exchange and the box which is exchanged:[protected])

    Kindly activate the existing SD Box : [protected] and deactivate the exchanged SD Box:[protected]

        I purchage a VOX 8 mega picle camera from your side, I receive coorier after I face the some following problem –
        1) Waranty card not receive.
        2) camera not proper working.
        3) Battery back up verry less. Approx 30 minut (with new battery)
        4) picture quality not as a 8 MP. I think mostly 2 to 3 MP.

        Problem – this is not possible, after every 30 minut I change the 3nos. of 1.5 V battery. If I go to out of area then which I shout the video and photo.
        This is cheating.
        Your product is not good.

          My sattelite connection is not getting signals for last 12 days and i complained them at least 8-9 times but no one come to sortout, due to this on off ,on off situation my TV is also become Black and white. this was also happened at the time of installation, they changed the cord 2 times then got the colors back. please please........... help me out.

              here in bhilai we are not able to recharge our videocon mobile number due to network problems..we are facing the problem for the past 3 days and they are not taking any step to fix this...the same problem is facing throughout the state..when we contact the customer care they are saying it will be fixed by tomorrow and now many tomorrows have gone and they havent take any actions

                    Having D2H connection of videocon. I am very disappointed from the customer service of videocon. Today I got connection failed when I was watching TV. At the same time I have called on customer service but they dont respond up to mark just spoken right now our server is not working pls call after some time. Even few day back i had asked to provide new remote for videocon d2h and I have paid amount for the same after few time I got call from company (Vipin shrivastava) they have spoken to me you will be charge of Rs 30 for address updation while I had not requested for the address updation Even they had used rough launguage with me.

                    I am also working in service industry and I understand the value of customer But I think videocon want dicrease his customer level because they are having big work load and they dont need any extra customer So think I should shift my account with another service desk.

                    Looking forward your input on this. Because without intimation my service has been stoped by company.

                    Videocon — Misbehaviour

                    Sir,
                    I am a customer of Videocon products having 5 appliances of videocon at my premises. My wahing machine 400T became faulty as its pulsator (Of washing section) was rotating slowly. I called the service centre in Srinagar (In Karan Nagar) and the concerned incharge sent a technician to my residence. However the technician diagnosed the problem and said that its BUSH (small plastic component) is to be replaced. But he was not having it with him. The next day i called the service center to send the technician alongwith the BUSH, but he refused saying that we cant send a person just to replace the bush. So today i went to the service station and they replaced it but charged Rs.250 saying that these are service charges. I failed to understand that where do the service charge come in picture whereas no servicing was done at my premises. The strange part is that i was even denied the receipt for the amount i was supposed to pay as service charge making the matter fishy and compelling me to approach to your good office to intervene into the issue. On demanding the receipt, the incharge service center misbehaved with me and immediately removed the newly fitted BUSH from the pulsator i had brought from my house. He straightway said " I wont give you the BUSH. Do whatever you can".
                    I suggest you to kindly improve the customer service in Srinagar as otherwise the loyal customers of your brand will switch over to other brands. Also an appropriate action against the Incharge service centre may be initiated.
                    I hope that i will get an acknowledgement from your side.

                      I got d2h videocon d2h connection on dated[protected] and my custormer id no. 74854224, and got free one month package from this company, from[protected] to[protected], but during this period dated[protected], company change my package without my permission and with out any information, i open my t.v. at night and this message found on t.v. screen please recharge your package immediately, i informed to customer care no. ( Toll free) and after 2 hrs discusse with MR. Ramesh Manager said your package has been changed , I said without my permission, any information, why you change my package, Ramesh said your problem shortout with in 24 Hrs.
                      But till date not problem shortout i discuss with many time customer care but not reply me satisfaction. but dated[protected] one message received from videocon d2h recharge before[protected].

                        We have a Videocon DTH (Customer number[protected] and it stopped working all of a sudden. We had called Videocon Support at[protected] and reported the issue. The issue is that the DTH card inserted behind the Videocon DTH TV is not getting Satellite signal. This is an issue with the Card of the DTH provider (Videocon). We were being told that Engineer will come and will fix it but we have to beer the charges which will be Rs 750 (Visit Charges) + the charges for the Card or any thing else if they need to replace.

                        I have a Tata Sky connection also and we have never faced such issue. What Videocon is stating is absolutely absurd. If they are the service provider and the equipment they have installed to provide service should be fixed by the provider. We are ok with paying the charges of the Card if that is faulty but why the Visiting charges. The question is not of Rs 750, it is about unfair trade practices.

                        Videocon Sucks big Time.

                          i have been using videocon services for almost 2 years now. first year, i used videocond2h set which had the inbuilt DVD/USB media player in the set top box. i upgraded to the hd-dvr set top box and since then, it has been the worst experience being a videocon customer.

                          Started with the remote malfunctioning and functions failing in the evening for almost 7 months; next started the recording function that has always given a new error each week. i have not faced issues with the services center though. they have been courteous enough to provide me support and replacements of the product.

                          I would not call it a fault of the service center, if the product seems to have a problem. they visited and changed my set-top-box plenty of times for various complaints that i registered with the call center. i have got the lnb replaced, set top boxes replaced plenty times. each time, i am told that i am the only customer who is facing problem with the DVR set and am verbally offered data of dvr users at noida or up-east, to talk to them and confirm if they had a problem (was never given the data, or made to talk with any other customer though! also, i have been given plenty of funny and odd reasons by the technicians visiting for service viz- the paint of my room causes the remote to malfunction (paint has always been there, even when i bought the connection and used for first few weeks!) i kept insisting that there is a problem with the software or the back-end and the product is a failure, but was only given replacement sets, which itself is a process and takes its own time.

                          What is the point buying and paying for a dvr set top box, if the media guide has a problem al-through the year, or if the recording function is not reliable and currently doesnt at all work? I was offered a standby set over 3 weeks back, and i had asked the service center to get me a response from the company. Its very Unfortunatenever received a courtesy call-back from them. Last week I called and asked for a reply from company, and the history continues... currently, DVR DOES NOT RECORD AT ALL, I need to unplug the power and restart the system to view channels. i am told that the r&d team is working on fixing things and would take a quarter more. am i the only customer who is facing all this trauma? or am i one of the very few customers who are using videocond2h dvr set top box? I LOOK FORWARD TO WALK OUT OF THIS WONDERFUL SERVICE, but would like to have a genuine public opinion on this issue and also know IF I REALLY AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER USING DVR ? OR FACING SUCH ISSUES FOR MONTHS altogether?

                          I have received the call from Videocon and am now convinced with the commitments.

                          Hope that it stays the same in long run!

                            Dear Sir,
                            I ordered Videocon D2h D2H[protected] on 2nd of Sept 2012 at 12.30PM and requested a lot to the custmer care representative Mr.Gaurav Patel to fix it on Sunday.He insisted me to put his name in the online application form so that he will get good money out of it.Also told me that we will make the Connection by sunday evening.Even as a s/w professional i can not make time except saturday and sunday.So even i called 4-5 times yesterday and requested central help line number "[protected]" and Mr.gaurav patel and also from there they told we will fix it today means Sunday,sir do not worry.Finally its not being installed on sunday.Now i have to wait for next 1 week for connection as i will be free in weekends only.

                            When they can not make a customer happy from very beginning how they can make me happy with their service next 4-5 yrs or 5-10yrs.I am totally unhappy with their service and wants action against customer care people especially Mr.gaurav patel who made wrong promise and creates mental trauma in these 24hrs.Below is the order details,

                              I have purchased Videocon Washing Machine M. No. VA76RSGL-CNC S. No.
                              [protected] on dated 23/10/2011 from a showroom of Sitapur Road near Devaki Hospital. I have complaind for leakage. Once on dated 15/5/12 a service was done but leakage started after two hours
                              of delivary on the same day. I am complaining contineously since May 2012.Only messages on mobile phones and calls from executives from videocon were recieved. There is no service till date. The set is in
                              warranty period. I also emailed to the company on dated 24 August 2012 that now i am going to complaint in consumer forum. There was a reply that, "We are in touch with the respective branch over your issue and will make sure that your problem gets resolve on the priority basis." But no one visited and the problem is remain same till date.

                                  Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                  I am D2H customer ID no. 30096034. At the time of relocation in the month of December 2011, I have received a call from customer care mentioning that if I recharge for 6 months (in a single recharge on 3rd December 2011 amounting Rs. 1050 for 6+4= 10 months) the reinstallation charges will be waved off. Now they has deducted Rs 200 for Re-installation charges.

                                  This is against what they have committed me in the month of Dec 2011 and gives a false impression on the image of company.

                                  At present they have blocked my connection and demanding for a new recharge but according to my previous recharge i can avail the facility upto 2nd Oct, 2012. If this type of activities continue then I will think to withdraw D2h facility.
                                  Kindly suggest me what I should do?

                                  Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                                    Subscriber Id: 48692042. Signal not available from five days, customer care number never reachable, they say that for every visit, they charge Rs. 125. Apart from that they are not even willing to register my complaint regarding refund of balance that has been deducted from my account since the last 5 days, that amounts to Rs. 50 till today, and will increase by Rs. 10 per day. Their exact words were: "Kaahey ka Credit". When I ask for the reference number of the conversation that we had on phone, I am being ridiculed when they say that such number does not exist, which was a total surprise.

                                    Videocon India/DTH — Denying to register a complaint

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I subscribed the DTH service from Videocon about 1 month ago. My customer ID is 12255742.
                                    Today(27/06/2010) it was not working since morning due to some technical error. I called to Videocon Customer Care at 10:15 am but they denied registering my complaint until I will suffer the same situation up to 2 hrs. I called them again 2 times consequently at 10:23 am and 10: 27 am to transfer my call to any supervisor or to provide me my Communication ID/Complaint number, they again denied following the same.
                                    However, I able to find my complaint number which is 14554095. In the mean time I talked with the following representatives respectively.
                                    1. Ms Bharti
                                    2. Mr. Mukesh
                                    3. Ms. Gita
                                    I want to make a complaint against M/s Videocon India due to their poor services given to me by the product and customer care. If they will deny to registering a complaint or not providing the communication number, where will customer go or what will he do in this situation. I never faced such a worst situation before.
                                    Finally, I want to ask M/s Videocon, why shouldn’t I make a claim of Rs. 20,000 for not registering my complaint. Why shouldn’t I file the charges against them in the consumer forum.
                                    Please respond me as your earliest.

                                      Please note that I bought 32-inch LED TV on July 15th 2012 from DigiWorld at New BEL road, Bangalore. I started having issues with the TV in first week itself. The issue was that the TV will blink off and back on while it’s been watched. So I contacted Videocon customer care and Digiworld. Service technician isolated the problem to be Motherboard issue. Now since this was a major repair I contacted Digiworld and they replaced my TV with another piece.

                                      Now once again i am having the same problem with the replacement TV also with in week. I am really not sure if this is a common problem with this model. The model number of My TV is VJB32FG-B0. I am really looking forward for a permanent solution to my problem. Trust me this is my first experience with this brand and it has been horrible so far.

                                      I have spent my Hard earned money and i want to know what shall i do here to get Refund because i don't think this brand is reliable for LED TV.

                                      I had purchased a videocon 15" colour tv from a local electronics shop detailed as below :-

                                      It's warranty is to expire soon. But the set had a manufacturing defect. Not only in my set but I had observed the same problem in another set of the same model. The problem is that the screen moves right or left or upwards or downwards, and the remote (model VP1-01) dose not work propperly.
                                      I am sure that the problem is in the manufacturing as the same problem could not happen in 2 sets.
                                      I had informed the service center, and they had attented and changed the remote also. One the other hand the screen problem was repaired 2 times by entering some codes from the remote.
