i am a HD subscriber and purchased the connection a week back amd am satisfied with all ur services except for the remote which is not a universal one and also the given remote doesnt work properly.kindly replace it with a universal remote which would be of great use...thank you..!!!...

this is to lodge complain of my under warranty inverter.It was informed to the vidoecon authority the very next day i.e 23 of aug2012 and the comlian number is pat[protected].There is effort shown to solve my problem till now.kindly make arrangements solve my problem as soon as possible.

At the time of relocation in the month of December 2011, I have received a call from customer care mentioning that if I recharge for 6 months (in a single recharge on 3rd December 2011 amounting Rs. 1050 for 6+4= 10 months) the reinstallation charges will be waved off. I had lost my sim card (which was on my name, Poorva Shukla) hence got it blocked on 25/7/12. The next day (26/7/12) I submitted the paper work and got a new sim card with the same number from the Vikhroli Branch.
