I have videocon D2H connection in the name of Mr. Surender Kumar. I tried to recharge my videocon D2H account (Card no. [protected]) and got the recharge coupon worth Rs. 175. Before that I called the videocon customer care and asked for a customer ID which was provided to me[protected]. I recharged through SMS and got the confirmation that the account has been recharged but on TV it showed that the account was not recharged. Videocon is the worst service provider. Every time I try to recharge, there is some kind of problem.
I request the Videocon D2h to look into the matter and solve the issue or refund the money.

    I bought a satelite set top box from videocon brand owned by videocon d2h on[protected].But after that I can not view my basic package. So I told them & they sent a person called engineer/Technician, he DID something and took rs. 200. But the problem still persists from the next day. And till them I can not see my desirable channels & calling them daily I got telephone bill rs.200, paying them monthly rs. 160.

      My videocon customer id is 75733683 and i recharged for 200 using HDFC NET BANKING. After transaction received an error message. Please look into the snap attached

          I had lost my sim card (which was on my name, Poorva Shukla) hence got it blocked on 25/7/12. The next day (26/7/12) I submitted the paper work and got a new sim card with the same number from the Vikhroli Branch. They had said the outgoing service for the sim card would start within 24 hours but it is one week now and I still don't have any outgoing service.

          I had called the Videocon center to complain twice but once they said the paper-work was not processed and the second time they said the sim card was not in my name at all!

          Please do the need-full at the earliest.

            I am using Video con D2H for the last about two years. Recently a week ago I got my TV set repaired for some fault related to 'kit'. After repair and testing of the TV set at the maintenance shop, when we connected the set to our Videocon d2h set top box, it did'n work. The TV had running display and audio is also not coming proper. Since the TV is running well on DVD players (except proper sound) and with antenna, it seems its a problem of Videocon d2h.

            I have booked my complaint also, on 27/07/2012 the reference no. of the complaint is G[protected].

            THE COMPLAINT IS YET NOT ATTENDED BY THE LOCAL TECHNICAL PERSON.

            IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE COMPLAINT BE ATTENDED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

            Videocon LCD — no display, sound is coming

            I have purchased LCD of (big size 52) in the last year. The very first day of installation it the screen display was stop showing. On my complaint an another set was brought to replace it. It was functioning properly but oftenly the screen was shut off. We thought that due to telecast failure it has happening but it was the starting of trouble. We have many time given the complaint through a local dealer Prithvi Electronics at Supela and the technecians came on complaint but they could not caught any fault and in this formalities almost one year past away and the validity of warranty period also over.But still the problems are as it is.

            Sir, I am the regular customer of your products, but this kind of services very much disapponted me. Kindly do the needful in this regard or permit us to go to some private services to repair it. Waiting for your urgent response.

Then my wife tried to local videocon person who resolved my previous problem , his no. is [protected], who asked my wife to book complaint on toll free no. But my wife told him that line was busy. Then he promised to visit my place , but not visited. So I want to register the complaint and expecting fast resolution.

                Videocon — Exchange of Refrigerator

                I have Purchased A Videocon Refrigerator on December 2011. 28the of march, 2012 it has come under problem of No Cooling. The complaint has been made to thee autheorities under mobile No: [protected]. The engineer visited on thee next day and changed some parts. Withein 24 hours thee Refrigerator started heating up and complaint is again registered under thee same number. Since theen i have tried to contact every autheorities of thee company including Customer care of Videocon and thee local service center but theere is almost no progress in thee subject.

                So, please guide me to take thee proper steps regarding it.

                  I am Balamurugan, I am getting message from videocon. That u have successfully subscribe to voice chat. I keep calling on 198 to deactivate this service, and they are even given the line to toll to log the complain. That Customer care number is always busy for 24/7. and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms " DEACTIVATE VOCH" to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword".
                  No other way to deactivate or contact. please be give some solution for that.

                    I am suffering from the problem of display Error E 30-4 & E04-4 on TV screen & Remote is not work properly with my vediocon D2H from last Saturday

                    still no action is taken accept assurance of providing service as soon as possible.
                    please consider it materially.

They replaced it and asked for the complaint registration number. I request that that a complaint registration number may be provided for getting activated the new set top box.

                          I am Vamshi Krishna Kola. I Work for Microsoft. I had a terrible experience with Videocon Washing machine. i have Purchased it before 6 months since then iam facing lot of issues with water leakage. I have informed the same to the servicing team and they come to my place every time I log a complaint and fix the problem temporarily. I strongly believe the issue is with washing machine and I asked for the replacement for the same. Since my washing machine is under warranty I request you to replace ASAP.
                          The brand Videocon cannot be trusted for sure. I had a fridge whose compressor broke out within a few months of purchasing. Then we had a relative whose fridge also met with the same fate. I even know of a person who had a TV which stopped working and its picture tube needed to be changed. So Videocon is not a good company u can rely upon.

                            i wanted to lodge a complaint against my mobile service providers as they are unknowingly charging me for various schemes even tough i
                            am not activating any particular schemes.when i am trying to deactivate the scheme they are not ready to do so.
                            it is an incident of last month when i i was out for some work and had only Rs 45 left in my mobile i was charged for Rs 45 for some caller tune which i haven't approved because of which i was unable to inform at my home that i will be late for some reason.i had to face various difficulties due to this.i hope you consider the seriousness of my complaint and take necessary steps for the same.

                              videocon d2h is the worst service support, i had installed new videocon d2h 10 days before. and requested Movies now channel on A-la-cartel. till now i am not able to view this channel, i have called customer care almost 25 times. no one resolved this yet. everytime i call the customer care, i will have to explain the whole issue. cant they update this in complaint?... the worst service support, they will say i will refresh your channel, please check after few mins whenever i call them. i am frustuated with this. also amount is getting reduced from my account for this channel even i am not able to view this channel. my customer id: 71689403..

                                  I purchase a Videocon refrigerator model number D245-DX

                                  PURCHASE DATE- 2009.

                                  Same is not working properly since the time of purchase.Though, the compressor is in warranty still have been made to pay 3 times for the gas.
                                  Two times I have been told to change the timer.Still at present it is not working.The service engineers put a LG compressor one time without informing us.No one is ready to take the hit.I am suffering because of the same.

                                  Please help and get me connected to some authoritative person who can help to get the issue resolved.

                                    i have purchased a videocon d2h connection my customer id is 72027097 . I called the customer care number [protected] . the representative gave me details dat i will get a first month free subscription in which all the 375 channels will come pack cost around 370rs ..... then i placed an order for the d2h connection .... they installed the d2h but with 180rs pack .... and now no one is there in the customer care to listen the problem ... they have no details about the office in delhi neither the contact details of any person whom i can get in touch ..... i want that the commited pack should be activated for the month ..else to take the dth back and refund my money back .....

                                      I attended a call after that I got sms from videocon that VOICE CHAT has been activated and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I told the 198 customer care to stop this service three times but its still active and deduct 2 rs after two days . I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword".
