Videocon Vc1605 — Useless Company & Product | |||
This is Hari Krishnan. N, I have bought Videocon VC1605 in month of July 3rd Week & When I Started using the mobile I come to know that the Clarity of the Voice is not Clear & Volume is very Low. On the second day it self i have given to your authorized service centre in Bangalore (Service Point). They informed me that I will get the Mobile in a Weeks time after repairing. This been 2 Months I have not got my mobile Back, I have called Service Centre at least for 15 times & I have called your service centre for support for 7 times. No body have not given a proper response. Every time i get a reply that Once mobile ready we will give you call & but no body conform the date when i receive my mobile. I feeling why i have bought such a stupid mobile. But i don't want to through my money to Videocon. I am searching for Videocon CEO Email Id, at least the poor person should know what is his product & his service centre. May be for him this is nothing front of him But for me its big. Also want to check whether his using Videocon Mobile or Black Berry. I am sure he might not using Videocon Mobile. Such a stupid mobile brand which i bought. If still they don't realize and don't respond to Customers, One day Videocon will close, I wish for that. I will not leave here, I will definitely take to court for the same. THIS IS TO TELL EVERY CUSTOMER WHO IS EAGER TO BUY VIDEOCON MOBILE PHONES. sent an email to the nodal officer - almost 1 month ago - still waiting for a call or atleast reply the email ( which is free of cost - if calling will reduce his talktime on the phone and videocon does not pay good)..

Recently I bought a videocon mobile VC1605 but none of its features are working. Inspite of repeated telephone and email complaints no support from customer service.
