Hi I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier from Vijay Sales Kalyan, 3 months back. On Sept. 21st it had some problem and stop working. I called Vijay sales several times but the authorities at Vijay Sales are not responding properly. I even called Forbes office also but find the same thing there. Since then they are just telling us that they will send person today, tomorrow etc. And even after two weeks my machine is not rectified. They are not even ready to replace the machine. Everytime we called them, they just give some stupid reasons.
This was the worst experience for me. And will advice not to purchase anything from them as these people are very irresponsible as far as servicing is concern.

forbes vijay purifier — poor service

sir, i am using forbes vijay purifier on 15/3/10 from big bazaar. now it is not working. i have complained about it in service cener located in dhanbad. when engineer came he told that its PCB IS NOT WORKING AND told that it needs to be repared. he came on 30/6/11 and told that it wil be repared till 5/7/11. but till now it is not repared and they are not even liftin phone.

    I hv bought a washing machine from your ghatkopar center about a month ago in the name of Wipro Ltd. C/O manu dasgupta. I am still awating the siemens guy to come and give me a demo of the machine. I must have made 100 calls to the office and every time I am told that they will call me back - which never happens. Then they tell me that the Siemens guy will call me before coming today/tomorrow- which again never happens.
    I would like u folks to come & take the machine away and return my money. This is the worst service I have every experienced. Your customer serbice doesnot even hv the basic courtsey to call back- forget callin to give me the schedule of the siemens guy.
    It is evidently clear that Vijay sales have no sense of service ( which is the basic of demo in this case) , you guys are only interested in sales and nothing else.
    I am definetely not going to buy anything from you folks any more and will ensure the same for my friends and family..

BUT FAILED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.HE SAID HE WILL SEND HIS SENIOR NEXT DAY .AGAIN AFTER 2DAYS ON 09/06/2010 THE OTHER PERSON CAME AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM HE SAID HE WILL COME NEXT DAY WITH TOOL BOX TO OPEN THE MACHINE.BUT HE NEVER TURNED UP AND I GOT ANOTHER SMS FROM LG ON 09/06/2010 THAT MY SERVICE REQUEST IS CLOSED REASON: CUSTOMER WILL CALL AGAIN . WHAT NONSENSE ?

      AGAIN I HAD TO CALL UP THE LG CUSTOMER CARE TO GIVE COMPLAINT C [protected] ON 09/06/10 BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE NO BODY HAS VISITED HOME.

        i have purchased a godrej eon fullly automatic washing machine from vijay sales, thane. After first installation itslef my washing machine stopped working. I have registered the complaints for the same. Service engineer visited & he checked everything. After verifying he said " motor has malfunctioned & have to replace it". I wanna know after 1st wash motor is damaged. how is it possible. Contacted vijay sales for the same.

          I have purchsed FEDDERAS LLOYD LCD L42HU -chasis No.50113 Ecode-M72 on 18th June,2010 vide Retail Invoice No.64-DEV06-10SIAO 220 (ORDER NO.64-DEV06-10S0310) in name of my son Sandeep P.Vaidya ([protected])...from VIJAY SALES, AHMEDABAD in cash for Rs.39700/-

          After installation we found that one black horizontal strip is clearly visible on LCD screen. we have made complaint and they agreed to replace it .

          But till today ( i.e.10th July,2010) it is not done they say that we will repair it and change the channel of that LCD.

          but we are still waiting for the same.

            Hi...

            This is Neelesh Jain from Goregaon East. I had been experienced poor service of delivery from Vijay Sales who claim best in Mumbai for Electronics & Appliances.

            Mr.Sakeel who known o incharge of Bhandup depot had no communication and it has delivered by late night as it was promised to be delivered by afternoon.

            I say to them that the passion they have at the time of selling it why the same passion dont reflect at the time of services or after the goods sold.

              Never buy Vijay sales one day offer product or product from maharaja. I bought Godrej microwave from vijay sales in one day offer on which I got Maharaja food processor free. After buying the product they told me there would be no demo for the food processor as it is free and maharja does not provide it. Later I contacted maharaja and got the demo done as they readily agreed for the demo. I just used the food processor twice and one of the part broke. I lodged a complaint.with mahraja, they told me I need to replace the body of the FP and that they would get in touch with me once they receive the part. They never got in touch with me. I called them up several times they always tell me the engineer would come tomorrow but they never turn up. Neither Maharaja nor Vijay Sales people are helping me reslove the issue.I would advice everybody do not go for the one day offer on mahraja products.

                selling used product

                Vijay sales sells demo products as new products to the customer. The products which are kept for demo purpose are sold to the customer by repacking them. They insist it as new product when in fact the product has been used in the store for couple of months. Anybody knows how the demo products are handled at the show room. Vijay sales salesman conveniently forgets to inform the customer that the product packed in the box is a demo product....

                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                We have bought doubled door freez (310 lt) of whirpool company form Vijay sales, Ghodbunder road, thane on 13th December 2009. We have agreed to provide Reebok watch and 2 pieces of towels agaist free rewards from Vijay sales within a week. But till date there is no communication form Vijay sales and every time we visit the place we get only one answer as we will get the rewards soon.

                  I Sachin R Sharma purchased Samsung LCD TV Model.Num# LA26B480 dated : 21/10/2009, Order No. 10-TH[protected]. I paid down payment of Rs. 8500/- & rest Rs. 17000/- was on EMI for 8 months at 0% interest. The scheme was under Bajaj Finance. Now every month they are charging 2 different EMI one is against LCD & the second is for Whirlpool washing machine which i have never purchased. I have already informed the same to the Vijay Sales Manager at Thane Branch & they have still not rectified it. Today again i get a message from Bajaj Finance that to keep funds available in my bank for the 2 different EMI. I dont no what to do should i file a case or should i stop paying these EMI which is directlty going out from my Bank. Please help

                    On 25th dec i wnt 2 buy a digi cam at vijay sales located at siddhivinayak mandir, mumbai, i was comparing various brands bt whle doing so 1 samsung cam just falled from 1st platform to the next platform hardly 3 to 4 inches n its lens got stuck, they told me 2 pay for d loss i made n i had 2 pay for d cam that i dint want 2 buy, can we do anything

                      I bought a Dell Inspiro 1545 laptop and paid Rs.38000 for it. just after a few days, when the 15 month Mc afee subciption that was pomised, and was part of subscription, was not working for me, I visited the store in S V Road, Mumbai. I was told to contact dell even when fault was on their part. Dell directed me to Mc afee..who asked for the invoice proof. But Vijay sales had not mentioned Mc afee on invoice, and my problem is not resolved till now.
                      I called up Vijay sales many times, noone gave response to my query and noone helped me. there is Mr. Sachin who had made big promises of serviceto sell me the laptop but didnt even talk to me, took my number, but never got back to me. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND NOONE SHOULD EVER TRUST THIS STORE.
                      I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXERINCE IN LIFE!!

                      Hi,
                      This is Aseem Jaiswal.
                      I am suffering from the same problem that Neha faced/facing.
                      I also bought a Dell Inspiron 15 @ Rs 38000/- from Vijay sales pune & got a 15 month free subscription of McAfee antivirus with it. But after 1 months, software is asking for an update which i am unable to do (coz i am not having the U id & password).

                      Vijay sales told to contact Dell support, they directed me to McAfee support, then McAfee told they can not give me the u id & pw because of some security reasons. And i was asked to give a invoice as a proof that i got 15 months subscription of McAfee antivirus. but on my invioce copy it is no where mentioned abt the mcafee. So vijay sales promised me that they will give there invioce copy which they got from Dell which shows 15 months mcafee subs.

                      The above story took 4 months.
                      And till now i not got the solution.

                        I bought a canon camera during diwali. It was the 2nd time i bought a canon camera because I liked the first one, & becuase they have a good name in cameras. I was lured to buy it during diwali because of the offers. I received an scratch card from the dealer Vijay Sales through which I won 100 free prints/photo calendar. But I was very disappointed that after spending a lot of my time getting used to the website zoomin.com, successfully uploading my 100 photos after 2 attempts, getting to the checkout page of the offer, where I was to pay a tax amount with my credit card no., all I got is the relisation that I had wasted a good part of my Sunday. After attempting to finish the transaction with my credit card I got an error message 'Looks like you have landed on a page that DOES NOT EXIST', which happened on October 25th 2009 at 4 pm which is the last date of the offer. This problem should not have occured as the transaction was attempted very much during the offer period. I do not understand how a reputed camera manufacturer like canon can provide sub-standard promotional offers, through a website like zoomin.com which takes up peoples' photographs, & credit card nos. While I am seriuosly doubting the intent of canon & zoomin.com to provide free gifts, I am also wondering why zoomin.com is making people enter their credit card nos. with sensitive information like the card CVV no. on their website.

                          I purchased LG refridgerator from Vijay Sales on 22nd Oct. I have not recieved the refridgerator after 2 days of frustrated wait, many unanswered/engaged phone calls. Shop contact person tells me that the piece allotted for this oreder is misplaced. They have no idea where the orderd item is. They have no idea when will it be delivered.
                          Vijay Sales does accept any credit; in that case they must adhere to their commitments about delivery or else provide compensation.
                          This is horrible, hopeless and useless customer service.

                            I had purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile W760i from Vijay Sales Dadar on the 16th May 09.
                            I had gone to my village the very next day. Surprsingly my phone stopped working from the evening of Sunday. I was in a remote village where i could not show the same. I came back to Mumbai on the 20th and went to the showroom where they said that it cannot be replaced as you need to come within 48 hrs of purchase i explained that as i was in the village i could not come, he insisited that i needed to go to the service center. I went to the service center and got the complaint id no SEO[protected], i was being told that they will make a check on the software and will let me know the problem the next day and also i was being asked to call there service center no.24302805, i tried calling the whole day in the 21st and nobody answered the call. I went to the service center at portugese church and they told me that it doesnt has any software problem and there might be a requirement of changing the spare parts which will take 15 days more.
                            I went to Vijay Sales after that in any stupid hope that they would help me out. I spoke to Mr.Shakil Ahmed, some floor manager and he said that VIjay Sales cant do anything about it.And i need to go to the service center and pressurize them to get the phone repaired soon.
                            I would like to complaint about the service of Vijay Sales and Sony Ericsson as well, as due to them i am left with no phone or next 15 days atleast.
                            I even tried calling the service center no today but it comes continously busy which leaves me with no option than going there personally and check on the same.

                            I request you to pls help me in this matter.
                            Poor quality brands and scrap sold by Vijay sales with no responsibility (Ram Bharose). Please change your shops name to "Rambharose sales"

                            I have bought sony erricson W302 mobile phone for approx Rs. 7200/- from Vijay sales, Borivli (W) in April 2009. In the first month the battery was dead. We went to customer care. They admitted the same and replace the battery. In the second month new problem arised. The phone network goes off again and again and the screen goes down. When approached to Vijay sales, the sales executive said they are not responsible and added that it is the company's responsibility. I will refer the matter to consumer court for this.

                              I Bought a GODREJ Referigerator & A SAMSUNG Split AC from VIJAY SALES KALYAN on 16th March & Got the delivery of the same on 19th March, while buying i was told that company person will come to my place for the installation of AC, but after two days no one came, hence we called them to know the status, but we were told that person will come the same day or the next day, i spent the entire two days waiting for him, but the guy never turned up. We kept on following with them, but till date nothing has been done. We spoke to Vijay Sales manager Mr. BIPIN and he assured us that he will let us know the status of the same in 10mins and will update me on my phone and took my number, but hours passed and he has never ranged. We spoke to Ms Harsha for the same we got the same answer that we will sent some one and call you in next 10mins but till date Ms Harsha never called. We spoke to Mr. Mahindra, he also assured us that the AC will be installed within two days time, but today 6days have passed but nothing has been done. "Do i have only this work to call u people and get the same answer over and over again" My parents are of old age and the way VIAJY SALES guys answers, any perons temper will shoot, increasing his or her blood pressure" Are we suppose to undergo such a pain, trauma after paying from our own pocket. "IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE VIJAY SALES PROVIDES ONCE THE GOODS ARE SOLD?"

                              Not only about the AC but after insisting on DEMO for the Referigerator we bought, till date no one has turned up to give us the demo of the Referigerator.

                              IS THIS HOW BUSINESS GROWS?

                              IS THIS HOW THE ONE OF THE BIGGEST RETAIL CHAIN OPERATES?

                              I appeal to all the consumers to Think twice before considering VIJAY SALES as an option for Buying, i don't want the same thing to happen with you guys again.

                              Still he not reached my home. Very pathetic service.
                              i have a question does this website atleast looks forward towards these complaints or its just another government scheme of making money only my making this website.
                              I purchased Godrej Friz & Philiphs LED TV from Vijay Sales Kothrud Pune on 28/7/13, after following up for 4 days the Philips TV person came and installed the same, but for the demo of Godrej Friz no one has came till date, i have follwed by calling customer care & the answer only i got is that it will be done as sson as poosible, so this is very pethetic service i am getting from Vijay Sales.
                              I had purchased a godrej refrigerator on 20th July 2010.It is a double door, since four days I'm calling your customer care helpline to send me a soft copy on my email address which I had provided them but still they have not sent me the soft copy. I m in a big trouble my fridge is down since last five days. The godrej people are not ready to help me without the bill please send me a soft copy of my bill. I am not at all happy with the service you have provided.

                                I had purchased a laptop from the prabhadevi branch about 9/10 months ago. I have a slight problem with it now. Since it comes in the guarantee period, of 1year, I called them for help.

                                Now the amazing part is that I get no help unless I pay.
                                These people expect me to have preserved the bill of this laptop from 10months. Before purchasing I wasnt informed of any such formality.
                                I am calm and patient till the operator and several other salesmen keep me on hold. I wait and wait.
                                Finally they give me another telephone no. to dial to get help.
                                DON'T you people understand what the word WARRANTY means???
                                Please don't promise help to any costumer.

                                DONT expect any sort of help/guidance from vijay sales.

                                The warranty period for a laptop is 1 year and this is provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, not the distributor. It is common knowledge to preserve bills of products purchased as you would need to furnish the same to the service centre as proof of purchase.
                                Speak with the authorised service centre and they would be able to resolve the issue.

                                  I brought juicer mixer grinder from Vjay sales, Ghodbunder road Thane on sunday.
                                  i enquired about the guarantee card .They said its in the Box.
                                  I went home and next day on monday purchased an iron from the same place.
                                  I opened the box on tuesday and found no guarantee card nor the manual.
                                  One of the lids for the mixer doesnt fit.

                                  I called the sales person he said he forgot to put the card.I said its ok.
                                  i asked him that i had come next day and purchased iron and u could have given me the card.
                                  He said Mein Bhool Gaya(He forgot!!!).

                                  i told him you people had taken my no. U should have called me and informed me . its been three days. He didnt have any answer to this.
                                  finally i said its ok. Please deliver me the cards. They said i have to come and collect.

                                  This is when i lost the control. I told him that u have done the mistake its ok but atlease u should take the responsibility.
                                  He said he will deliver next day. I didnt receive it the next day. i called again they said they will call back. Still waiting for the call...

                                  My frnd had warned me to not to purchase anyything from vijay sales. i should have listened.

                                  i searched on google and there are tons of complaints against vijay sales.

                                  Is there a way to register a complaint against them?

                                  PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIJAY SALES.

                                    POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER CARE
                                    I had bought an ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN EM25EG90SS on 15.11.2008 from VIJAY SALES, GALLERIA VASHI.After 10 days and repeated followups one technician came to my home for demo.The fuse was tripping and the oven body was overheating.Without getting customer signature on the demo receipt he left.
                                    Today after around a week of follow up I took the oven to M/s.Vijaysales and they were not ready to take the material back also the Electrolux technician made false remarks of visiting my house thrice .He also said he had given me demo three times whic is absolutely wrong.
                                    I am not feeling safe to use this machine anymore as I have serious concerns abt the quality of the material as well as the trustworthiness of the staff.Customercare dept should understand the concern of the customer rather than convincing him with a substandard material.
                                    As a customer i felt more humiliated by their treatment rather than loss of my hard earned money.
                                    I even offered them the oven to keep as a demo piece (without any refund)at there showroom bcoz of the fact that the very sight of the material in my home shoots my Blood pressure.
                                    I have learnt my 2 mistakes
                                    1.Wrong make.
                                    2.Wrong shop.

                                    I also had similar experience.I bought a WPL 340 DLX Whirlppol Fridge from the Vijay Sales Galleria, Vashi on the last Akshrara Tritiya day ie 28th April, 2009. The fridge was delieverd on 30th. On ist May, the Company representative visited my house for service/demonstration of the Fridge.He advised us to get the Fridge replaced as its door as well as the gasket are bent. So Fridge door does not close automatically. I contacted the Vijay Sales Manager Mr Milind after lots of queries and rude talk from the sales/service employees. He has agreed to check up the stock position and replace it after two or three days. He advised me not to use the Fridge in the meanwhile.

                                    Customers are advised to take due care before purchasing FMCG items from Vijay sales. Though their prices may be competitive, their sales-service arrangements are poor and the staff are rude and discourtreous.
                                    I am not sure abt the aftersales services yet but the services nevertheless are so pathetic, I am wondering what will happen afterwards. I purchased 1 ton Videocon AC and specifically requested the same to be delivered at my premises after 2 days. The delivery person called me on the designated day and confirmed that the AC would be delivered in about 2 hours. This was 6.30 pm. At 9 pm I called up this person (Ganesh) and he told me that he was in my locality and delivering a Fridge at a place very close and his next destination would be mine. When I again called him at 10 pm, he simply disconnected my call. When I tried again at 10.10 pm, he said that his people could not find my place and they will deliver the goods only the next day. It was really frustrating and disgusting for me as I had taken the pains of takng a half day from office to deliver documents in order to ensure that the AC reaches my place on time. The mechanic was supposed to be there to take measurements and commence work (framing of the window etc) on the next day and all of it was washed down the Mumbai gutter by this sonofa[censored]. I called VSP vashi next day and got a very cold response and I di not know even now as I type the email as to whether I will ever get the goods I purchased.
                                    I completely agree with the above statement.

                                    Do not buy any thing from Vijay Sales corporation, Vashi or any other place.

                                    There service and customer care is pathetic. They are only intrested to sell the product.

                                    Once you make the payment, they will not even look towards you.
                                    vijay sales people are the liers ...who just know how to fool the customers...yesterday I booked

                                    refrigrerator and mixer from vashi...saying clearly that I dont want display peice...but

                                    when I received delievry both the item were display pieces...I was having dinner with my

                                    family so I didnot check properly...In the past I had good experience with Relience digital

                                    and Croma...so thought you will provide me the same but now when I unpacked mixer, one of

                                    the jar has mosquito inside ..and switch was at second state...and with refrigator it wasnt

                                    properly packed...the delivery boys unpacked it outside of the house and took refrigator

                                    inside room but it was a display piece...so their service is just unreliable...
                                    this whole experience wid them was horrible n their people r just unproffesional..
                                    made bigger mistake by taking decision of goin their.. REquest all others not to repeat this mistake.
                                    I totally agree. Never buy any product from vijaysales. They are liers. I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator on 3rd Dec. 2009 (From Vijay Sales, Ghatkoper, Mumbai) and there is problem in the door. I had given complain about it 1.5 months back (Complain no. MB [protected]) and service engineer told at that time, the door will be replaced in 3-4 day (Refrigerator is under Warranty period). But still it is not repaired yet. Each time when we call them the answer given is "it will be repaired in 3-4 days". I must have called at least 8-10 times.
                                    My dear, why did you not take the matter to Consumer Court? Un logonki pant nikal jayegi. I took a 32 inch Videocon LCD and it stopped working within 10 days, I screamed blue murder. They replaced the piece. Again within 15 days, same problem. This time I called the Country Head of Videocon Service division and gave him a piece of my mind. Third TV came within 24 hours with a brand new Reebok T shirt.
                                    i fully agree. i have paidmoney for 32 inches LCD and paid hard cash. The TV has not yet been delivered. The call centre is not responding Galleria Mall vijay sales does not take the phone at all. Dont buy anything from Vijay sales.

                                    We Recived 1 ton Ac 1day i Have Complate Ac Cooling Low.. Product faulty.

                                    We Purchase 1 ton Ac Form Vijay Sale Navi mumbai.Ac not Cooling We Registered Complate in Vijay Sale Navi mumbai but We Are Not Getting proper Response from vijay sale.

                                      On 11th Nov 08 I purchased Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic from Vijay Sales, Baner, Pune.

                                      At the time of pursing sales person gave wrong specification as its expandable memory is 8GB.

                                      On the basic of that information I purchased the mobile.

                                      After reaching home I came to know that actual expandable memory is 4 GB only.

                                      So next day I went there and asked for refund or replacement. That day the sales person was on leave so Vijay Sales management told me to come next day.

                                      On 13th I went there, but that salesperson refused to accept that he told Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic has 8 Gb memory.

                                      But after long argument Vijay Sales accepted to replace the phone. They gave Nokia 5220 Xpressmusic as a replacement.

                                      Which they told very firmly that it’s expandable memory is 8GB. Even they have written this on bill and singned.

                                      But in this case also, after reaching home I came to know that actual expandable memory is 2 GB only.

                                      Today I am planning to go back and ask for refund or file a case against them.
