my name is SANDEEP KUMAR.. I have been using my vodafone connection on my mobile no.[protected] since last 6 years.. when i received my mobile phone bill for the period between 06.12.11 to 05.01.12 there was one ISD CALL to pakistan for 30 minutes was charged to my bill for 28dec2011... but the fact is that i have never dailed even a single ISD call during my 6 years mobile using life... I went to vodafone store also about this problem and told them that they have wrongly charged this call to my mobile bill, because i never dialed on any ISD number... they were not understanding my problem any contineously saying that the call is dialed by you... i told them this is a mistake i have not dialed this number... but they did solve my problem and said that the number is dialed by your phone hence only you have to pay for this call..... that number was important to me i cannot cut the connection finally i have converted my connection from postpaid to prepaid after clear all my dues.... i want justice sir... they wrongly charged me for the wrong call which is not done by my mobile phone............................

Vodafone — ISD call from pakistan

today ,31st march 2011, at 22.24 , i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. I am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

    Vodafone is becoming worst now a day with bad reception all around the Chennai city, especially in Train routes like Villivakkam to Central/Beach.
    Beach to Vellachery, while travelling you cant even make or receive call/SMS.
    And if your office is @ Ascendas IT Park, you can leave you phone at home there is no use with it, if you will not get mobile reception.
    Almost 250+ employees have made complaints of no use. When BSNL, MTS, Tata Docomo e.t.c., work, why not Vodafone.

    Will this be addressed amidst 2G scandal?

    I am using Vodafone Service for almost a Year. I stay near the Main Highway connecting Mumbai. I am facing the Problem of No Reception from my Vodafone Sim. If I move my Phone just 1 Foot away from the window All I get to see is "Emergency calls only". I have to constanly keep my phone at the Main window so that it can catch reception. Even to talk on the network I have to lean out of the window so that the other person can atleast hear me. I have logged several complaints at the customer care but they donot seem to care. All they say is we cannot do anything about it. I dont know where to complain so that my problem gets resolved and I can atleast talk to my friends without causing pain to my feet.
    I cannot even keep my phone on charge properly as the network just vanishes at that location though the charging place is close to the main door. Please help me resolve my proble.

    No only me but almost everyone who were using vodafone in my office had made complaints (that would easily be 150+ of vodafone users in my office), e-mails e.t.c., of no use.
    Funny replies would be your excecutives were not allowed to enter the campus, its funny because, Vodafone store is already present in the campus.
    I have been using Vodafone 6+ years now, but now looking to change to different providers like my colleagues did.
    My available timings till 24th Feb, is from 1.30 PM onwards.
    Timings will change after that.

    Hi Vodafone!. I got a message today saying that my issue is resolved. But it isnt. Please ask me if the issue is resolved, dont send me a message thinking its resolved.

      I would like to inform you that I am using Vodafone Services from last couple of years, from last 9-10 months I am facing frequent NETWORK ISSUES in my area which is "Building No: 145 Second Floor, Flat No: 204 Gautam Nagar New Delhi- 110049". I have registered a complaint ([protected]) regarding the same on 7th November 2011, till now I haven't got any resolution in this issue, I don't know whether current team can resolve this issue in this decade or not. Could you please look into the ongoing issue as it is very frustating to drop my office conference calls in every 2-3 minutes.

      Vodafone — network complains given by feb `07 not resolved

      i have been complaining vodafone (for the number [protected]) since feb 2007 regarding network problem at my residence every time they give me a date but when it is not resolved, then again when i complain they do the same i have given them complains four times and their customer exicutives are also rude while attending my calls.
      and i have clearly told them when ever i making a call to someone my calls are dropped in few second or shows connection error then again i need to make the call, Means for one call i need to call 3-4 times so i am paying 3-4 times to them and that too becoz of their problem which is not desirable. My business is being effected by them. Even i left online complains and complains by calling their tollfree numbers.

      I have been using Vodafone connection(Postpaid) [protected] for the last 5 years.I usually have a monthly bill of around Rs.450/-. In my house i am not at all able to take calls or make outgoing calls because of poor network coverage. Its happening only inside my house. On my terrace i get 80% signal. I raised a complaint
      at a Vodafone store at Pala. After a couple of weeks two people came to my house and checked the signal.They said providing a Booster will solve my problem and they said they will recoment for a booster soon. Till now i havent received any confirmation regarding the booster.Still my problem is not solved.

      I came to Patna last week for two months & had to take a local sim. Because of free sim & attractive offers on new connection, I went for a VODAFONE connection. and just in one week i am completely pissed off the network of Vodafone here in Patna especially in Patel nagar where I live. in about 100-150 calls I made/tried to make, hardly 10-15 times I got call connected in first attempt, not only that, many a times the calls were disconnected in between & the sound quality was deplorable.
      Tried to contact the customer care, there every function is working but one could not lodge the complain even after repeated efforts. Initially I decided not to switch my service provider but now I have got totally pissed off with the network & the company. Will be taking a new sim tomorrow but again have to choose from so many service providers.
      It's not a personal problem that can be solved by individual care. I shall be really happy If you could improve Vodafone network in Patel Nagar(west), Patna area. Thanks

      This is really disappointing that my the subject complaint regarding non availability of 3G Network was logged on 30th January 2012 with a resolution commitment by 11th February 2012 (13 Days). Inspite of regular follow ups with customer care post logging the complaint the complaint is not resolved till date. Moreover I didn’t received even a single call from Vodafone on this case since the complaint is logged.

      I have been paying Rs. 900/per month only to get 3G data services & in return I am not receiving even the network to access this service at below address. This is really poor show on part of Vodafone & is deeply disappointing. Kindly look into this concern immediately & confirm if I can receive 3G services OR else I should switch to some other service provider.

      Vodafone — non availability of services

      hello

      Inspite of no. of complaints with vodafone customer care for BBM services, my problem is not yet solved. Its been 5 days today and they are unable to solve the problem relating to BBM. Amount of Rs. 399 is deducted from my available balance 5 days back, but i am not able to use services. I have asked them to refund my money but refused to do so. whwn i ask executives to transfer my call to some senior, no one is available that time.This company is cheating people no. of people. I know many people who are facing these kind of problems. I dont know how to handle them. Pl help

      I am Pramod from Bangalore, facing lot of problems in Vodafone.
      Vodafone network in Bangalore is worst. I am not able to use data plan.I had registered complaint with registration number [protected] on 31st March. When I called yesterday ( 3rd April) to check the status, they said the issue is closed. I asked the reason why it is closed when the issue is still not resolved. They gave reason as no address. They haven&#039;t contacted me back regarding the issue. I asked the guy to raise a new complaint he said ok he will do. But till now I haven&#039;t received message regarding new registration number. Even they didn&#039;t allow me to port also.
      One of the worst network.
      Vodafone always advertise as always available network anywhere.
      I am from Mumbai.
      I live in Kandivali (Suburb) and work in Vileparle.
      I have complained that from last so many months Vodafone network gets down very frequently.
      It doesn&#039;t work properly in many area.
      I have 3G plan activated on my vodafone network but speed of 3G is very bad and maximum time i do not get network.

      Please solve this network issue as soon as possible.
      I am frustrated due vodafone network covarage in my area &amp;amp; customer help executives response ..today I decided to change my network via port..here after I wont suggest vodafone to anybody...

        I live in Bahraich.Yesterday while I was traveling and was at Lucknow I saw a message that you are currently active on the Vodafone matrimony alerts service your monthly subscription of Rs 30 will be charged on 16-02-12 in order to continue pl ensure that you have sufficient balance in yr account to unsubscribe pl send CAN MAR/MARRY as SMS to 54701.
        I am 60 year old and already married, I don’t need this service.
        I tried to send unsubscribe message several times by it never goes through.
        I feel that such scam has previously also deducted amount from my account as several times I felt that my money suddenly goes out..

        I don’t need this service and unsubscribe SMS message is never going thru
        I request you to unsubscribe this nonsense and if by any mistake my 30/- are deducted please recoupe it immediately.

        The TImes of India — prepaid Subscription fraud

        I subscribed Times of India Daily, prepaid subscription which is valid for 12 months, they took the money in advance of one month earlier and the news paper is not delivered to me, in spite of the repeted calls to the helpline number ther is no one to pick the call or respond to the mail id. I think this daily is making fraud in collecting money from the people in advance and the sales people is obscanding. They are just providing us with the booklet sating for the validity for 12 months period, which is of no use when the paper is not delivered

        our annual subscription of rs.299 was collected in march at our residence by your person who came from nandanam office. but we are not receiving paper from 15 april2009 from the date of renewal itself.

          Few months back I converted my prepaid Vodafone number , [protected], into postpaid.
          Then started my billing cycle, but one day when I got the internet pack on this number , all problems started.
          Inspite of deducting my net pack for the usage I was doing, it got started deducting from the main account, as if there was no internet pack was activated. That cost me around 3000 rupees.
          I went to Vodafone store and they were not able to help me regarding this issue.
          I decided not to use this number anymore.
          One day a man named ‘Sushil Garg’ from ‘Prime Care Business Solutions’ on behalf of their client M/s Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd. called me saying that we can do a settlement on the bill till date. I agreed to do so. He came to my house on 26th of January and explained me that if I pay a negotiable amount my number will get started within 48 hours and all the last credit will be removed.
          On 27th of January the same person came and was ready to do the settlement on 2500 rupees. I gave him a cheque of 2500 rupees in favour of Vodafone.
          After 2-3 days my cheque was cashed by Vodafone, but till now my services have not been restored.
          I have tried calling Sushil Garg on his mobile number but he is not picking up now.
          I also visited Vodafone Store , sector 18 Noida, but inspite of helping me they are saying now that I have to pay 1500 more.
          So that’s the main concern of this email. If I was promised a settlement at rupees 2500 why they are now increasing it by 1500 more.
          Remmeber , that I was promised that I was only paying 2500 to clear all my bills till date. But even after 2 weeks of payment, my number is not active.
          I am not at all happy with the services.
          I want my number activated as soon as possible, because I am in a heavy financial loss because of Vodadone and going through mental stress.
          So I request you to take the responsibility to look into the case and also give me a positive feedback.

            my no. is [protected] i have a internet problem with my number i have activated aa pack of 500mb but my internet is not responding .speed is very slow.sometimes it doesn't work. i have complaint many times to customer care but i didn't get any response.there is also a caller tune activated on my phone .i send request many times to vodafone but they didn't deactivate the caller tune . so plz deactivate the caller tune and remove the internet problem...............

            Vodafone — Vodafone Caller tune problem

            Hello Sir,
            My vodafone mobile no- [protected]
            I am very much frustated for your service and the customer care executive.
            I activated one vodafone caller tune on 8 june in my mobile no- [protected].
            Instead of my caleer tune which i requested, vodafone caller tune has been acivated.
            i put one complain on 10 june and one on 13 june and one complain on 20 june.
            but this problem is not resolved till now.
            without proper testing your cc executive is told that problem has resolved but still i am having the same prob.

            Almost one month gone, so if in my mobile bill if they will include the caller tune bill, i am not going to pay that amount.i have all the complain no.

            Vodafone — caller tune problem

            vodofone tamil nadu sim having problem in caller tune.. who ever using tamilnadu sim in chennai dont set any caller tune because who ever calls you from out of chennai cannot hear ur tones ..i had complained this problem to vodfone more than 100 times but they did mind it... worst network for using caller tune...the only prblm i having in vodfone more than 10 months...

              This is Udayamohan from chennai.We took 3G vodafone data card(3G Mobile No:[protected]) from vodafone representative on[protected]. The representative told the offer details as follows.
              Free : 2 Months(19-March-2012)
              Free Usage: 20GB(For 2 months)

              I just used 7 days and just downloaded 202 MBPS(It was showing in my system from Vodafone dialog box) then they disconnected. I called Vodafone customer care from([protected]) number and told same thing. They replied me that there is no offer like that and for activate they asked me to pay back Rs.1000 then I shocked and disconnected mobile. Could you please look on this and please do the needful and kindly let me know if you need further information.

              I checked on last sunday night, the 3G is get activated.                 vodafone sim, nokia cell phone — deactivation & not showing balance

                Sir, I am a vodafone prepaid customer, on 14th Jan-2009 one Thirukural service was activated in my phone no.[protected] and deducted Rs.30/- for a month I given my request to your company for deactivate this service immediately, they confirmed it will be deativate in the following month. But 14th February 2009 once again deducted Rs.30/- and sent a message it has been recharged, next recharge date is 16th March. I contacted customer care Mr. Prabhu advice me sent a message (STOP DND) to 1909, I had sent this message several times but they were given reply that we are unable to process your request for deactivation.

                pls deactivate this service (Thiru) from my phone no.[protected] immediately and remit Rs.30/- to my prepaid account because it is your company mistake without request your company deducted this money from my accout.

                I lost my cell phone on 3rd feb nokia 2300 and it has vodafone sim number [protected]. and this has around 300+ balance. I called costumer care to block my sim at very first moment. They told me your sim is blocked. And I also tried to call to my lost number at its says number does not exist and service of this number is temporarily blocked.
                today i went to vodafone store to buy new sim of same number . and when this sim is activate and i saw the balance it showing negative 17 rs balance.
                when i contact vodafone office they told some one use my sim and download so many thing using GPRS on 4th feb.

                I have an annoying problem with my Sim card. Every time I send a message or call, I receive a service reply. tht i hav this much balance left and sms left, I send a lot of sms per day. Long one. If I send around 500 characters (4 sms) in one sms, then I will receive 4 times the service reply... Just to tell me that my balance. I could forget about it, if it wasnt using my "received sms" tone! To cancel it i just press any key, but 4 times it will come, so 4 times I have to press any key.

                my mobile is no packs and no services activated but charged for monthly rental in rs30/- for not responsibility in costomer care.

                Vodafone company has deducted my balance for activating callertune even i didn't do it

                  In spite of my continuous calling, regarding the cancellation of Vodafone Business and Economy pack which was activated without my consent. The people in Vodafone haven't done it. I was charged Rs 15, Rs 30 for the last month and I'm again yet to be charged Rs 30 for this month starting form the 16th of February for the service which I dint even subscribe. I've already called the customer care three time and posted complaint regarding this on the Vodafone website and each time I was assured it will be deactivated but till now it hasn't been done. I even posted a message on the complaint page in Vodafone website that I would be taking this matter very seriously. But even then they haven't responded. I kindly urge you to look into this matter as it makes the customer the sufferer.

                            I have brouht a vodafone and also brought $29.00 cap with it, when i got home i activated my sim.Then i tryed recharging my phone i could'nt then i called the retailer they said they recharged it for me, but ive still have'nt got credit in my phone.The only thing they gave me is the invoice and the barcode of the $29.00 cap.I've tryed calling the customer servis and found out i cannot do anything untill Monday.So can u help me with this problem
                            I was a subscriber of Vodafone mobile services at Delhi having mobile number [protected]. I cancelled my connection on 26.07.08 by paying up to date dues. I was told that I would receive my current bill at the end of the billing cycle which was from 15th to 14th. Bu I have still not received my bill for the period 15.07.08 to 14.08.08. Iwould request you to kindly forward my complaint to the company so that I can get my bill.

                            From last 3 weeks i m complaining to Vodafone Customer Care that I have not received my June month bill.. everytime they within 4 hours you will receive the bill.. but still not received by me.. and without my initmation they have changed my email id... and some other customer bill I received on my email...

                            I had spoken to Mr. Prasanna (Manager) and Mr. Milind (Supervisior) and some more executives... everytime only one reply within 4 hours you will receive the bill..

                            I just request you to please do something...

                            Vodafone — Bill Not received

                            I am not getting bills from vodafone and still they call me and harrass me for the payment..please take strict action against vodafone sir...

                            My name is GANDHI. My mobile no. is [protected].
                            I am not receiving my hard copy nor soft copy of the bill since last Two months.
                            Due to non receipt of the bill, I could not pay on time & was charged late payment
                            charges. If you do not send the bills how can I pay. Please see that I receive hard copy
                            of my bill every month. Also, my internet connection gets disconnected every now & then.
                            I cannot use my Internet due to non connection. Please see that both my quires are solved
                            immediately.

                              I took a note of this in my latest Feb bill that I am being charged 155 rupees for something called "m_hungama_renew_5" downloads.
                              I don't have any clue as to what it is.
                              I called up Vodafone to check about this.

                              And I have not received any convincing answer till now.
                              They just informed me that this is some service which is active on my subscription.
                              So far I have had communication with three different Customer Service Reps and they asked me to try sending the below SMS's to deactivate this service -

                              CAN HUNGAMA 111
                              CAN ONE 111
                              CAN FS 111

                              But when I send these SMS's I receive the response -
                              "This service is not active on my account".

                              So why the hell I am being charged Rs. 5 almost per day for this?

                              I really want someone responsible from Vodafone to check this and reply back to me.

                              If Vodafone cannot provide genuine and fair service I don't want to use their service.

                              I have again faced the issue this time as well.
                              Again 55 rupees have been charged for these m_hungama_renew.

                              What is happening? What is the way forward to take this to the consumer court.
                              Is there anyone listening here????
                              I am really disappointed with Vodafone.

                                  dear sir/madam

                                  i am from pondicherry, i receive a phone call from [protected] (a vodafone member).some one called me today at 10:39 am on 15/2/2012, a gents voice.he was a unknown person, i don't know who he is.since it was a wrong number, i cancelled the call after answering him that it was a wrong number by stating that "brother, who are you, i do not know who you are, i do not wish to talk, please cut the call"

                                  but, he called me once again and started abusing me, why did i cut the phone call.he is misbehaving in calls by using abusing language lavishly.

                                  so i want to known that who is calling and misbehavior.

                                  please inform as soon as possible my email is siva.[protected]@yahoo.in

                                  other wise i would report this to my nearest police station

                                      I had Aircel number then I applied for MNP to convert it into Vodafone and submitted all required documents along with requisite form on 4 December 2011 through retailer M/s R K travels sector-1 Pushp Vihar New Delhi-110017. After elapse of a considerable period of 25 days I was asked again to request unique porting code on 30 December 2011. My number was successfully converted into Vodafone on 5 January 2012 but all incoming and outgoing calls were blocked on 12 January 2012. I was never informed about why this was done and when I contacted customer care they told me that they have not received any documents. Then I once again submitted all requisite documents and photograph with above mentioned retailer. My all outgoing and incoming calls including customer care are still blocked. In this regard I have already made several requests to the Vodafone employee dealing with MNP process Named Rakesh and mobile number -[protected] and retailer by personal visits and telephonic conversation but all in vain.
                                      THERE IS DELAY OF 62 DAYS TILL TODAY AND STILL MY NUMBER IS BLOCKED.
                                      I have already suffered a huge loss and unconveniance due to loss of my number. It therefore requested to release my number without delay and suitable action should be taken against defaulters. Further it is also requested if above requested action is not possible my mobile number may be reverted to my old service operator i.e. Aircel.

                                        BUT I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SECOND MONTH BILL WAS DUE & IT CAME IN SHOCKING MANNER OF 2087/- I HAVE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES IN VODAFONE CARE BUT THEY DIDN'T HELP ME.
                                        ONE OF THE REQUEST NO. WAS[protected] WHILE TALKING TO THEM THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY BILL WAS TREMENDOUS INCREASED DUE TO ACCESS INTERNET DOWNLOAD. I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF I WANT TO USE INTERNET IN HARSH MANNER (DOWNLOADS) THAN I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN PLAN OF 399/- INSTEAD OF 299/- WHICH IS MORE LOGICAL THAN CAUSING BILL OF 2087/-

                                        I HAVE VISITED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AT GAIWADI (MUMBAI, CHARNI ROAD) TWICE & SPOKE TO MR. RAJNIKANTH BUT HE REGRET TO HELP ME & INFORMED ME TO PAY THE BILL.

                                        THEY ARE INFORMING ME THAT BILL WAS HIGH DUE TO DOWNLOADS, BUT AGAIN I AM INFORMING YOU THAT I HAVENT CHOSEN THE INTERNET SERVICE ALSO, THE DOWNLOAD WHICH IS DONE FROM MY SIDE WAS DONE VIA WI-FI THROUGH INTERNET SERVER (A local area network that uses high frequency radio signals to transmit and receive data over distances of a few hundred feet) WHICH IS DONE THROUGH LOCAL NETWORK AVAILABLE IN YOUR PREMISES.

                                        ALL MY OUTGOING CALLS, BBM SERVICES & MAIL FACILITY HAVE BEEN STOPPED. LOSS OCCURRED HAS BEEN HEAVY & INCONVENIENCE TO ME PAST 15 DAYS WILL BE TAKEN IN ACTION

                                        SO WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GIVE US THE EXACT BILL AS PER USAGE & START OUR SERVICE OTHERWISE STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS PART PAYMENT OF BILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID.
