My self Robinson,my Vodafone mobile no +91 [protected].Last month 08/12/2011 recharged Rs.95 for GPRS plan,but that day its worked,next eight day Vodafone signal having problem in Bangalore HMT,K.G Halli,BEL Circle.Dec 10th Resisted the complained.The Signal corrected on 17/12/2011.That validity 8days last from 30days.now i asked the customer care they not responding properly.kindly provide 8days validity...

Dear Mr. Solutions I here by this want to say that my complaint is very little but i am very shocked that this type of companies have no Skill Employees I think as per my opinion this is a lower class prestigious company and in my outlook all are illiterates in this Situation....

My credit limit was 1400 .The bill which i received was of 3200.My mobile number is [protected] .what is the use of credit limit if Vodafone cannot put limit on it?Why Customer should suffer because of this.

I recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 08/01/2012, 10:16 P.M. of Rs.
43.00 which is full talk value recharge as per offer know from *121#
number dialing on my mobile number. But now i get only RS. 36.98 talk
time. Please credit my remaining Rs 6.02 talk time in to my mobile
number.

Invalid First Bill complaint with Appellate Authority Unanswered..

Vodafone Live and VMC service Vodafone initiated the Default CORE service VF live/VMC Data. I have not used the service from my handset or laptop. Vodafone raised the first bill with the Data Usage charges of Rs 574.40/-. How does the handset consume the data worth Rs 574.40/- in the IDLE state within 5 days.

Vodafone is offering incorrect Bonus Offers. They offered 1000 MB data for 30 days @ Rs 58 bonus card. First my account got debited with Rs 58 and then there was no Credit of 1000 MB.

After calling the call centre the executive misguided stating that there is no such offer and then I asked her to give it to a senior official. The executive made me wait...

I m tired of taking followup continuously from before 7 months for network issue but
till date is it the pending same....

I applied for a post paid connection on 30th Dec 2011 and today it is 5 Jan 2012 n still the number is not activated.

By the way Pathetic Customer Service even Dehradun BSNL offers much better service. Oh and please close that [protected] office as they show lot of attitude (like they are going to pay for my bill :) ) and without hesitation directly say that they wont provide you with any complaint number. Even they do not...

I am getting so many calls in a days from and they are asking for gift awards. These people use to call even in deep night hours and disturbing my life schedule. I am continues calling to customer care and complainting about this but they are not ready to solve it....
