Dear Sirs,
I'm sorry to lodge an complaint against Vodafone Happy2 help service. Without subscribed they deduct Rs.5/- per day from my mobile device no [protected] on account of Rs.1 store. I request your honor to please stop this deduction & refund my deducted amount in my mobile account immediately without any further deduction.

Very surprisingly, a well appreciated company like Vodafone is resorting to cheap tactical manouvers as listed above. My number is [protected] from Delhi circle. Recently they've been activating any of these petty packs costing from Rs 5-Rs 150 witout authorization in response to whenever you call up there call centre while in roaming.

This is unethical n very annoying. Pls stop these cheap tricks.

    Dear sir,
    I am Subhadip Chakraborty, a Ph.D. student in Jadavpur. Recently I have purchased one 3G compatible mobile to get the internet facility from my Vodafone connection. Before that I had a mobile, only for calling and messaging facility. After purchasing the new phone, I activated the internet facility by recharging Rs.98-/ as applicable. I purchased the new mobile set on 27th Feb, 2012 and on the same I recharged for internet facility with Rs.98-/.
    The problem is , I have yet not got any internet connection. Then I went to Vodafone store at South City Mall. They told me to upgrade my connection. I did it, but no internet facility. Then I called vodafone customer care 111, [protected] two times. Every time they are saying, We are doing our best. But no internet facility. I am frustated and annoyed regarding this kind of facility from vodafone as this is very old connection (2006, July).

    Please help me. what should I do?

    Vodafone — harassing messages

    i m receiving harrasing msgs on my cell phone frm REDIFFBOL... the guy/girl r writing bad and vulgur msgs abt me and my family...and i receive this msg every day or alternate day...pls tel me hw to search his name and address and who is he...
    Do not distrube unwanted calls from vodafone my mobile number is[protected]
    I was a vodafone corporate customer in India till Nov 08. I then moved to UK and i did not know about any outstanding balance on my card. This morning, one Mr. Kalyan from Vodafone (no : called up my parents and spoke to them as if he is my friend from my previous company. By begging and pleading to my parents, he gets my UK contact number and calls me at 12:30 Indian time. He says that there is a pending balance in my account of 1390 Rs which i have to pay by evening 4 PM else my name will be handed over to the Bangalore police. In addition, he asks for my card details so that he can take the payment from my account!!!

    If they knew how to call my paents, they could have easily forwarded my bill to my home address which my parents would have been more than happy to pay.

    I am surprised to see such crooks in the legal department of a company!!!

    This is regarding vodafone harassing there consumer's offering them fake plans which are not practical.I have a vodafone connection ,number [protected] in my name.One month back i have taken a new plan 199 which they told me this plan has 20,000 sms free.then after 3 days when i started my messages there harassment starts, sending me sms's saying your vodafone mobile phone usage of rs.....is reaching credit limit.we request for an interim payment for uninterrupted services. After 1 day they stopped my outgoing .then i spoke to one of their customer care executive and he said the same langauge to pay the interim amount if i want to start out going again.I had no option left because my business gets affected.so i deposited some amount.After every 4 days they started sending me same message saying interim payment.Then they stopped my services again.I called up once again to there customer care executive.to know why they doing so? they keep on harassing me.how my credit limit crossed? they told me that what ever messages i am sending they are charging me @ 50 paisa.i shocked to hear that.they told me that this is the process of our billing.that we charge you 50 paisa before the billing.once your invoice been made we give u the discount as per plan.i got confused and the very same day i got another message saying your bill for march of rs.....due on ....date,in this bill they had given me the discounts.then the very next day i paid the balance amount(i had paid them the interim amount-there bill amount=balance amount).the very next day they sent me the same message again regarding interim payment as i got there exceeded credit limit messages again and again.now today they stopped my outgoing servies once again.i called up the customer care executive rashmi.i made her understand that i have a plan off 199 which has 20,000 sms free.how my credit limits exceeded.she again told me that please make your payments if i want to continue my outgoing.she told me all your sms cost you @ 50 paisa before billing.then i told her that how i will be able to avail such scheme.in this case if i sms 20000 (which is free as per plan) i have to make interim payment again and again as per there process and then she kept phone on blank.i waited for her response but she didn't turn up....then again i called up another women executive did the same thing to me.they already charged me advance plan 199 in my previous bill.this is the regular harassment for me.i can't change my number because my business gets affected.can't take these kind of harassment any more.please help me.

    Vodafone — Harassment by sending multiple messages

    I am using this connection from the past 2and 1/2 years still I would be happy to disable Vodafone connection.
    I am receiving daily 5 to 10 messages from Vodafone,
    I send a mail for them regarding this (DO NOT DISTURB)
    This is not simple issue for as my important personal messages has no space to fit in.

    I know some promotional activities are OK, but I can't bear this any more.
    I am switching to Air tel.
    Coz they respond better.

    Even though I have complained earlier about harassing calls I would again reiterate that action has to be taken against the woman who repeatedly made calls when I had been on roaming in Himachal Pradesh and other areas where Vodafone had accessible range. Why do you have to question your customer where he is travelling? Why do you have to question your customer when he will come back home? What do you receive by doing this? This is a horrible experience which I never had with any other service provider.

    Constant calls on roaming made me lose money. It was in 2008 June and July. The last call I received was in July. This is not how you respect your customers by calling them constantly and questioning their whereabouts. Are you an investigation team? If you had any issues with the customer or any doubts you should have refused the connection immediately. This is nothing but humiliation. The services of Hutch started deteriorating and it has further deteriorated to third class finally with Vodafone taking over.
    Vodafone continues to bill me for my numbers for which I had put a request for disconnection on 30Jan11.
    Inspite of writing to them a zillion times & calling them a hundred times, they continue to harass me & bill me.
    Im not sure if the authorities at Vodafone are remotely concerned about what is exactly happening with their customers... Im worried if they even CARE!!
    Now they are claiming that I had given them the approval to continue my numbers... & hence they are billing me!!! This is nuthing but utter LIES... I had switched to another service provider before I surrendered my 2 numbers & hence they havent been in use. I hope someone responsible frm Vodafone reads this & takes action against their lousy billing & support centre.

    actually i need to change my network through MPT(mobile number portability) so i send the message to 1900 but i didnt get the message from that services because of vodafone network blocked that services and that they barred the incoming message services to my number and also they barred incoming and out going calls because of same reason they are doing harashement like suspending mobile services

    My wife paid the July bill by calling the Vodafone representative at my place in the amount of Rs. 920 (Bill Receipt attached). however, Vodafone is not able to trace this payment at their end, maybe the collector never submitted the amount to Vodafone. Despite sending the Scanned copy of the receipt multiple times they are still not able to resolve the issue at their end. We even called the Vodafone people at 111 and everytime got to speak with a different person and explaining him/her the situation again & again and when asked if I can speak with the supervisor or some superior person they make false excuses stating the supervisor is busy or the person is not picking the phone.
    Now today we received an email stating that "We would like to inform you that as per our records Vodafone mobile number [protected] is suspended due to non payment dated 21/08/11. As per our records 1622.66 amount due on your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. Kindly clear the same to use the Vodafone service uninterruptedly."
    We have clearly mentioned to first clear the July due in their system and then only the remaining amount will be paid.
    I hereby would like to file in a case of harrasment & negligence against Vodafone India

    I had taken a Vodafone postpaid connection number [protected] in march from the first bill they started charging me 150 as rental as per the marketing person it was clearly stated that 99 was the rental but again in april they sent me the 57 rs i am confused with this matter after that i called vodafone call center for the complain but they told i have to go to vodafone gallery there i went they told me we can't help it i have tried number of times with the call center they told bluntly they can't help me now i am getting calls from recovery department and they threatening me to pay 1275 rs amount which not acceptable i have already discontinued the number by going to vodafone gallery.IT IS MENTAL TORTURE TO ME.
    Please address the same to Nodal officer of Appelete office of Vodafone.. they will look into the matter. You will get teh details from Vodafone Website.
    Vodafone sucks !!! even for a new post paid connection they harras you so much!
    Its been more than 5 days now and they have not activated my SIM...In 5 days I have visited the office 5 times...they just dont value customers time...bloody loosers!!!

    Vodafone should be sued and burdened with all the more penalty and interest charges!!!

    I give up and would never recommend any one to take this connection!

    Loosers...you can never make it big this way!

      Billing me on Happy2help HUGAMA Rs. 1 STORE PACK activation without my consent BY vodafone on my mobile [protected]
      had acitivated under Happy2Help (WITHOUT MY CONSENT). Today 1st Mar 2012 Vodafone has renewed it and deducted Rs. 5. I immediately(aftre receipt of their SMS) called 111 and asked them to cancel the subscription and return the deducted amount. I also told them I have not made any request for the said activation. Vodafone has charged for the service. The guy on 111 has promised that activation will be cancelled but refused to return the amount.

      FOR DEACTIVATION THE REPRESENTATIVE ON 111 ASK SO MANY DETAILS...LIKE ADDRESS CONFIRMATION, MONTHLY PLAN DETAIL ETC. BUT FOR ACTIVATION/RENEWAL NO DETAIL ARE BEING ASKED! WHY!

      Prepaid connection — activation/renewal of service without request

      Dear Sir,
      I have a prepaid connection with mobile no [protected] to day i have received a message from BSNL no56700 stating therein that your BSNL tune is renewed for next 30 days and debited my prepaid balance with Rs.30 reducing it to Rs.292/. In this connection I may submit that I have never requested them to renew this service and they have acted illegaly and an unauthorised debit has been made in my account just to enhance their business income by adopting such practices. Please intervene and instruct the concerned department to refund my money and not to continue such practice in future also.

      Please do the needful at the earliest under advice to me.

      I also had a similar issue on my mother's pre-paid connection, where she was getting messages "Re1 Store pack has been renewed" and it used to deducted 5/-. The call center insisted that this service has been activated by the subscriber by connecting to internet through mobile on a certain date and time. Funny things is, my mother doesn't even know how to access internet. I checked all the call/message logs to check any confirmation regarding the subscription of this service, but didn't find any. We don't have any way to prove that she didn't activate this service. Is this cheating in broad day light by the service providers on pre-paid connections ?? I would be interested in knowing how many people till now have called Vodafone with similar complaint and what is the revenue generated by Vodafone through those subscribers for this 'Store pack' service.
      My Dad had exactly the same problem with his Vodafone pre-paid. We have yet to call up Vodafone and complain. This is daylight robbery - nothing else! Has anyone got their money back?
      I have the same problem too. U know what first I tried cancelling the subscription, which I have never subscribed before, via msg...for 4 times..n yet i got that annoying balance sucking msg...[It says right there in the msg "To Cancel send CAN MM to 111/144"]...I was a fool for trying that..In the end my deduction was Rs.5 + msg sent charges...when i called CC n told about the Msg to the representative, he then started asking silly questions like since when did i start using the no., what was the address that i filled in the form, what was the last amount i have recharged for... C'mon Vodafone...the msg has already given me headache..n with all that QUESTIONs...are u trying to give me migraine...well after a pissed off conversation the representative informed me he is proceeding with the cancellation and IT'LL BE CANCELLED IN THE NEXT 24 HRS...forget about the cost deducted its never going to be refunded...
      let me tell you something...VODAFONE SUCKS BIG TIME...plz dont mind my language(fellow victim)...
      I am never using this service...and there is also a so called "Option of switching to other Network"

        I'm from Karnataka.
        I had been using Vodafone (Karnataka) till recently.
        I had received a message from Vodafone saying that if i would recharge for Rs.194, I would get an extension of my validity for a year on the same plan. Mind you, the same plan.
        I found it a good deal, and recharged. And what I realised within hours was that the plan had changed.
        Ever since then, i have been a frequent visitor to Vodafone store. All the Customer Care Executive could tell me is I have sent a complaint and you should get a call from Vodafone in the next 4-5 days. After I got a call, the executive on the phone said he would forward the matter to his senior. No one called me for a week after that. Complaint No.[protected].
        Then again I went to Vodafone store and he said he will forward the matter to some Technical Manager. No call. Its been more than a month since the matter was forwarded to the Technical Manager. Almost 2 months since i faced the problem.
        I have bought Mobile Broadband USB stick connection with Vodafone for my laptop in month of 26th of June, my data card number is [protected], this connection is on my father name, USB model is K3770-7 .they promised me that they going to provide me 3G Speed wth 3GB everymonth for 3month .speed was good for 2 0r 3days after started giving me problem, even its not working like 2G, have paid 3 months advances Rent to this to you guys.I have register the complaine on 2nd July and Representative told me that someone is working on my Issue it will get sortout on 10th of July and I will receive a call back from Technical team but i havent receive any call yet, i call today 13713 to cust care they are absolutly not ready to help me making excusses, i haved called 5 times(today) they put me on hold for long time, i heard no responce from anyone, again i have tried got one Rep name called praveen - He infromed me that some one will get back to me on 11th of August means after a month, I asked y too long, you guys said it will get sortout on 10th of july but its not, Rep said some one working on my issue .Best part am staying in Newdelhi and some on working in Gaziyabad, what a big lair vodofone are they, i have lost my job just coz this careless Rep and they keep disconnecting me . am job less now.Please help or advise me

        i was cheated by your Vodafone services,
        i was applied for new postpaid connection with chosen number [protected], with conformation of above number availability, and i submitted all required documents and also advance of Rs 500, after 4th day of submission and process, your person called and told your number is activated but it is nit which you selected, , if you want to change the number you have to pay Rs250 for additional charges, , moreover it was my mistake by the time of applying i was confirmed availability by Miss shwetha ([protected]), after that i requested give same number, she promised to me for refunding the amount and sent sms for conformation of sending amount with executive, it was already 8 days ago i dint received my refund and even she is not ready to pick my call, , i rote so many massages to customer care mail id, those also not react about this, ,

        1) i have receipt of applied chosen number and advance amount
        2) i have msg`s that she giving me wrong commitment of refund

        I am currently in Manila and I requested Vodafone to activate my international roaming on 5th feb 2014.. I had a chat on their website with an agent called priti and she promised me that it will be activated in 2 hours.it was about 930 am India time...I waited for 2 hours and nothing happened and I chatted back and I was told by another agent neelofer that it will take at least 4 hours and the previous info was wrong...I waited for almost 24 hours after that and I contacted the chat agent back ...this time I chatted with rinky and she told me that she cant do much but will take a complaint and that I will hear from someone on my international no...all I have to say is that the reason I want my no activated for international roaming is so that I can transfer money to my mom's account...I have a salaried account in sbi and to transfer money online I have to add her as beneficiary for which I shud receive and activate the code from my Delhi no...my mom is not well and has to go thru heart checkups every now and then...she has to borrow money to pay for the tests as I am not in india...earlier I had an account in kotak bank so I was able to transfer money but since my company changed my salaried account to sbi I cant transfer money till I add my mom as beneficiary...vodafone has been reluctant and very rude to me over chat...my request id with them is- [protected]. I m very upset and heartbroken with the kind of attitude they showed me even after being their customer for more than 7 years

            have been using vodafone for ages, but it may be time to switch..they have been giving me grief... and each time i call customer care i get a different version of things, apart from having to wait endlessly and hear terrible music during the wait and also end up spending through my nose just to sort problems created by them... and i am getting nowhere near to solving my problem

            lost my phone when i was in puri, orissa... called customer care and got the sim blocked and was asked to try for a new sim there... next day i went to bhubaneshwar...to the vodafone store at shriya talkies square, janpath....again got different versions from the front desk.. finally the manager did help out and provided me a new sim after taking my id proof etc and assured me that it will get reactivated in 24 hours.... did not happen... then i called cust care again and was made to wait and not helped... i asked for a senoir and was put on to sandeep rane who assured me that it will come on in 4 hours... in 4 hours time, the older, lost sim card got activated which was now in the possession of some unknown person... i got it blocked again and this time the customer care banged the phone on me.... later at night i called the called customer care... talked to one mr balaji langde who could not solve my problem and put me on to shivaji ingle, supervisor, who also eventually kept repeating that they are unable to do anything and told me that now since i was in delhi, i should call delhi customer care and they will guide me about which vodafone store to go to and what to do
            but for me thats the last straw....

              Vodafone Prepaid not working properly. Whenever i dial any number the response comes that the dialled number is not reachable. Also I am unable to reach the customer care. Please help!!!
              the same happened, last month also when i tried to call my wud-by the same message occured, i dont understand why such a established company gives an irresponsible message. dear vodafone officals i[censored] r reading this then note some point, as you may be aware of that lot of companies are competiting in this industry, still why i support this company, its cozz from the past 3 years iam on this network, but you guys think that prepaid customers are the worst one. last month my wud be was admitted in the hospital and i treid to call her, at that time the message occured that" techinical work has been going on ffom 12-8 so please cooperate". i have to ask one thing to the officals, if the network is down then why are you allowing other mob companies to be in contact with vodafone, i just can understand this. last month when tha same problem occured i contacted with an vodafone executive named satheesh, at that time his response was a little bit of threatning me, he told that "hen you heard that message then what is the need of calling here" dear offiicals is this a right way to answer a customer, i also asked him whether he has given training to speak in such a manner, very pitty on you officials...running such a big company and dont give training to subordinates to how to speak to a customer...any way iam shifting to aircel, i know that one person or 100000 person changing to another network wont affect vodafone, but u have to think that if this system follows then one day the subscribers of vodofone will be 10-20%. best of luck you guys...keep servicing like this only...the slave appearance.

                The credit limit on my vodafone no was Rs.900. I was informed at 7:11am on[protected] that the billing amount had reached Rs.1262. Later I recieved a call in the afternoon asking when will be making the payment. I informed them that the payment will be done on 29t-02-2012 or[protected] for sure. However, in the evening my outgoing calls were barred saying I cannot get the service back till I make the payment. How can they bar my calls when they had not informed me that the billing amount had reached or in this case, had gone well beyond the credit limit?

                I had bought a vodafone sim from a local shop here, submitted all d reqd documents. n d number was active for 3-4.. after rechargin d account, all d outgoin calls and sms services wer barred... i dont know why... how can outgoing calls simply get barred that too after 3-4 days o[censored]sage?? on enquiry i was told that the shopkeep her had given d docs to d agent who in turn did the needful, but there was an internal problem at vodafone bcos of which they havent processed my documents and the outgoings calls got barred... if there is an internal problem at vodafone's end why do customers have to suffer for it????? now im told i hav to go to the main gallery and once again re-submit my docs.. why shud i go to all d troublw for sum stupid idiotic glitch at their end??????? bcos of this stupidity, my loved one cannot mek calls.. dat too in times o[censored]rgency... wit all kinds of strikes happening... im so raving mad at vodafone right now... n their customer care is no care at all ... wat wit all their 'sorry ma'ams' that u got to hear when they r least sorry, which meks d blood boil... wat i want right now is immediate redressal...

                  I have recently applied for prepaid to postpaid migration with vodafone under the corporate plan named CUG-199 .As explained by the shop executive, the plan holds 3000 local free minutes and 3000 local/national free sms per billing cycle .My connection got activated on 16th February 2012 (which got activated after so many escalations .That is a separate story)

                  On February 22nd 2012, I received a bill of 195 Rs .I was shocked on seeing the bill where all the local/national smses has been charged as 20p and 50p per sms respectively.I tried to lodge a complaint with customer care and tried to reach customer care 198 and 111 and [protected] .It was of no use IVR kept on going on an infinite loop.

                  I even mailed to sales manager at vodafone store-Usman Road -T Nagar seeking clarification on the bill. There was no response . I waited sending reminder mails everyday since then.

                  After 2 days I received a call from customer care (the executive told it is a welcome call :)).A welcome call that helped me to lodge the complaint . I was provided the service request/docket number [protected] (dated 23rd Feb 2012). All I got was a call from customer care saying that we don't have details regarding corporate plans. A separate team will call you later.Two days after the complaint was lodged (with no clarification from vodafone end), I found the complaint was closed around 25th Feb 2012.

                  As per the complaint manual hosted at vodafone site, I called up Nodal officer desk for chennai on 27th Feb 2012. The officer who attended the call said he would take up the issue and will arrange a conference call with the sales executive who processed my application.Till now there was no such call been arranged and neither I am able to reach any of the vodafone executives through mail/ or at 198 or at 111 or at [protected].

                  Better they remove their tag line - "Happy to help" when people cannot reach anyone in vodafone for help.

DINESH WITH CONTACT NO.[protected]). AS PER INSTRUCTION OR SCHEME EXPLAINED TO ME (I.E.RS. 199/- PLUS 350 FREE SMS MONTHLY).                     Once again i shocked to see the current bill. In spite of my several complaints and negotiations with vodafone. they are not implementing 2GB Plan in my VODAPHONE Connection. they are charging internet bill every month and reversing it in next month after my approach. the brief history is as follows.

                    in this month also I have a problem with VODAFONE billing system, this is to inform you that, they have unnecessarily put Internet Charges in my Vodafone bill from the day 1 I have take a connection.

                    In the first month you have charged 274/- in bill showing 234/- as a Internet Charges, after discussion with there executive, they reversed that charges in next month bill.

                    On the second month they have billed me 1264.34/- included around 1069/- Internet Charges, when I spoke with their Corporate Customer Office they said, you have use Vodafone live and that's why we have charged for the same, but on the same time there Customer Officer Mr. Akshay of fort branch said you have used extra Interest so that we have charged accordingly.

                    After lot of discussion with your people, they are agreed that the Internet
                    2 GB plan was not updating. So they reversed the charges of Rs.1069/- in the next bill and they do.

                    In this month bill the same problem is there, they are not updating the system for the same PLAN and put a bill of Rs.1699.38/-

                    I can't understand why they are doing same mistake again and again.

                    I request you please assisst me in this regards so I can change my post paid connection to prepaid connection,

                      Ive received a call from Vodafone back office for my postpaid connection bill due and i particularly told i was out of station and will make a week later.
                      For that the tele caller used real unparliamentary words and abused badly.

                          My Complaint is against Vodafone Mobile Service Provider.

                          It has been 2-3 times when thee above mentioned service provider has barred my Outgoing call witheout any prior notice by means of SMS/Call from thee theeir customer care.

                          First was thee case when I started hearing some sort of 2 min Pre-call announcement asking for submitting my documents before making each call, one can imagine thee inconvenience caused to thee user because of theis when making an urgent or important call. This became all thee more frustrating when I found myself getting no help and clarification whatsoever from Vodafone executives wherein theey kept me waiting for 24/48/72 hrs for quiet a no. of times.
                          I submitted my documents at Vodafone Punjabi Bagh Store on 30the Jan2012. Received a service registration no. as [protected] & was told theat thee announcement will be deactivated in withein 48 hrs. Still no conclusion & which made me write to theeir nodal office & still same replies of waiting for 24/48/72 hours for getting theis deactivated. Finally withein 6 days of irritating experience theis got deactivated.

                          Second was thee case after one monthe of theis when my Outgoing calls were barred witheout any prior notice from Vodafone stating theat your documents are not submitted. Again thee same process of calling n no. of times at Vodafone Customer Care & again waiting for 24/48 hrs theis my calls got debarred withein 3 days of inconvenience.

                          & now again theey has barred my incoming as well as outgoing calls for thee reason theat you have not submitted any documents.

                          Actually I do not understand when as per theem I didn't submitted any documents theen in thee above two cases why were my call debarred & even any of thee customer care executives have thee record theat thee documents have been submitted.

                          Please take necessary actions against theem as theis can happen to anybody during emergency conditions too.

                          Vodafone — Call barring without notice even after bill payment

                          Sir/Madam,

                          This is to inform youl that my outgoing calls are barred without prior notice, even after paying my bill(mobile no. [protected])vide receipt no.CC1841 on 13-06-08. I have called your excecutive many times, but no use. Even I have not crossed my credit limit(Rs 3000).

                          I hope you will look into this matter as soon as possible and take proper action.

                            My mobile number is [protected] and on 25th February 2012, i got a call early in the morning from a fellow from the number [protected] introducing himself as a Vodafone executive. As per him, I was the recipient of free talktime worth Rs. 500/- from Vodafone and to complete the formalities, i had to dial *131*30*[protected] and get a 2 digit code. He would then call me back and confirm the 2 digit code and immediately ensure the transfer of talktime worth Rs. 500/-.
                            I did precisely as instructed and to my shock and horror, i got a message saying that Rs. 30/- has been transferred from my account to the same number [protected]. I tried calling the number back but to no avail as the number had blocked all incoming calls.

                            Is there any way I can get my money back and most importantly, is there any way that the fraud person is punished so that no one else gets trapped in this scam?

                              I logged a complaint on 22/02/12 and I got a mail from Vel India telling that they are looking into my complaint, and they want my number so that they can call me with a resolution.

                              I have written a Email to them and was told that I will have a response in 2 days and still waiting for that.

                              Today I got a message telling me that they are unable to get in touch and they want me to call their toll free number and have another horrendous experience with their so called customer care (do they really care) who do not have a clue of service plans, their store representative are rude, abrupt and manner less who have guts to call a customer liar, so I have decided not to call them ever again and will move to another provider very soon.

                              I wanted to let everyone know please never ever fall for this company they are happy to screw not to help.

                              If in case you register a complaint they will send you automated message and close the complaint.

                                Since 4 to 5 years I am using vodafone and I have terrible experience with network issue and call drop. Many times I have called customer care, but as expected till now there is no resolution on the same.

                                Due to this pathetic service, I had decided and applied for mobile number portability from vodafone to airtel. As expected, past 2 months I am struggling to get the service provide to be changed. I have made n numbers calls and also spoke to vodafone customer care executive on the same.

                                As suggested by airtel, I have also paid extra amount to ensure that the portability can happen smoothly. Every time, I get the message stating that you have the pending amount to and by the time I pay my pending amount and the processing happens, the next billing cycle happens and get the same information stating that you have the pending amount.

                                Everyone thinks that vodafone is the best service provider but i must say they have provided pathetic service regarding mobile number portability.

                                I request you to please look in the matter and take immediate action regarding this.

                                      Vodafone — unnecessary postpaid bill

                                      Greetings of the day,
                                      who so ever it may concern,,
                                      my mobile no. is [protected],,and every month i am getting excess bill..which is completely not acceptable. two months back i have bought galaxy S2, which cost me Rs 29,900,,which includes 3G internet plan of Rs 1800 for six month ,1GB every month...as per plan,, but i m getting bill for the same ,,recently now they are asking me to pay Rs 3253,,,,i have launched my complain to every possible single person but there is no help....
                                      Vodafone a British company looting the Indian costumers by unnecessary manipulated charges which they dont disclose in starting, Vodafone must be ban from India.

                                      I am an affected costumer who got cheated by Vodafone.

                                        I am a regular vodafone customer having number [protected] ported from idea cellular and carrying the other number [protected] also. I wanted to make my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid and have visited thrice the vodafone hub in Lawrence road area. Their customer care executive miss. Payal is very rude and stuborn in her behaviour. I visited the showroom on 21/2/2012 and had taken a token from the counter. after waiting for a long time she asked me to come in the evening as the cashier was not available. I again visited the showroom in this regard at 7.35 p.m and she said that the shop is now closed. My office is at a distance from the hub so i was just 5 minutes late for the same. It was due to the mistake of the person at vodafone that i had to go again.I again went at around 6 p.m the next day as promised by her that my prepaid card will be given to me immediately on my arrival at the hub and i will not be asked to wait for my turn. But as i went to her she told me to stand for my turn though she promised me an immediate delivery. I am a busy man and can not visit the hub again and again. I request you to provide me justice in this regard otherwise i will have to shift my numbers which in all i have seven to some other network.

                                        You must write it to regional grievance officer mail id that can be found in Vodafone.in site. I faced severe problem when migrating the tariff plan, where the incoming/outgoing was not working for 4 days. After going to the regional grievance officer, my problem resolved and compensated by discounting the basic rental of Rs.299/
