My vodafone data card # is [protected].

The biggest mistake of my life was to take a vodafone connection as it came with a series of problems.

1) On 29th Dec 2011 when I took this connection I was told by the executive the cost as Rs.499 - 4GB for the first month and as per the double dhamaka offer i would get 3 Gb @ Rs.650 for 3 months.
I was in for a shock when I got my FIRST Bill, as in the bill it was Rs.499 - 1GB. When I called the customer care as usual it was helpless as they could not do anything and I was asked to go to the vodafone gallery from where I purchased the connection for my laptop. I had to spend half day, fight to get the adjustments done.I was also told that there was no such offer like double dhamaka (the great thing is I had kept safely the printout sheet given by the executive stating the double dhamaka offer). When i produced this printout they were surprised as to how I got that sheet. Finally I was told to pay only Rs. 249.87 which was the Tax. I paid Rs.250 on 5th Feb which was 2 days before the due date and I was told I would get 3GB @ Rs.850, however for first 3 months I will not be charged For 3GB.

2) Now came the time for the second bill, which i have not received till date. I called the customer care and I was told they cannot give a duplicate copy of the bill. I requested them to send it on my email which was also denied. I was asked to go to the Vodafone gallery again. When I went to the store, it was the same story. They told me that there was some problem with my connection and they have rectified it. To my surprise when I came home and checked my laptop I was unable to connect and it gave me an error RAS ERROR CODE 635. I called the customer care who transferred me to the technical support. After being over the phone for about 45 minutes the rep told me that it would take 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. All I could do was WAIT. But this wait turned into 192 hours instead of 48 hours. Every other day I used to call up but was given the same answer... WAIT FOR 48 HOURS. During this period I would receive atleast 2 calls per day from vodafone asking me to pay my Bill which I have not yet received. The due date was on 7th March which was atleast 15 days away still I was asked to pay my bill in advance so that I do not cross the credit limit but nobody called tor resolve the complaint. This was so very frustrating. Finally after 8 days of my complaint somebody felt pity on me and a technician came to my house and resolved the problem.

All this while I was so fried that I had decided that I am going to put a stop to this trouble by throwing away vodafone connection. So again I asked the customer care the procedure to CHURN and stop the connection. I was told that whenever I wished to do so I could call and the Connection would be terminated immediately. So the best option would be to call 1 day prior to my billing date.

3) My due date was 7th March with the payment amount of Rs.4293.35. I made a payment of Rs.4094.00 on 6th March. Now 3 days ago, on 10th March I receive a message stating that I still have to pay Rs.199.35 which was due on 7th March.
From where did this amount come up, I have absolute no idea and this was much more than what I could take. Today I called up to get the details and as expected the customer care had no clue about this amount. All he said was I should make this payment. At once I asked to cancel this service and disconnect the number. I was transferred to a new department for my next surprise. I am now told that if place the cancellation request today, it will be processed only after 7 days. Now this is in complete contradiction to what was told to me by the earlier agent that I could call anytime the cancellation would happen instantly.


And I promise that I will ensure that I cancel all vodafone numbers of my family. And I swear that I will narrate this nightmare to each and every individual I know. And I take an oath that I will spread my ordeal with vodafone to all those unknown people I meet in the Train or Bus everyday.

Today had a very miserable experience with vodafone.

Don't know how did they even manage to do it... they gave my number to another customer when he migrated from prepaid to post paid.

My sim became inactive couple of days before. When I called the customer care they never bothered to find the real problem instead asked me to visit a vodafone store. Next day couple of my friends caught me online and I told me that some one else is picking up my calls. Initially though they made a mistake but few more people told the same thing. So I called my number and a guy picked my call. He informed me that he got this new number from Vodafone store during migration.

Once again I called customer care and intimated them about the problem. They did not bother to even believe me. Finally had to shout at them even to get their attention. My call was then put through to the manager and he promised me to get my number back. This happened yesterday.

Today again no action was taken by them. I made 4 calls to the customer care and every time they put me on hold and then disconnected me. Finally I was forced to visit a store in TTK road. There I proved that my number was given to another person by calling my number again. This guy spoke to Vadapalani center (where this mistake happened). Finally they said they will get it done in 2 hrs.

It was 5:00pm, 3 hrs since I spoke to them, still no action taken. I once again had to call the executive in Vadapalani store and he again argued with me that they have deactivate my account. Once again called the number to prove him it was not done. After few arguments he spoke to another executive to deactivate the number. After 2 hrs they deactivated my number.

Now I have to wait, god only knows how long, to get my number back.

Vodafone cutomer care service is one of the worst services I have ever received.
sir,on dated 18th i bought a vodafone post paid sim card, which is suppose to be activated after verification..
but after done verification my post paid connection not yet been activated..

My balance was updated by .36paise
I got the message that the Top Up was successful.

I called the customer care as i was in urgent need as i have to drive during night time.

After working in service industry in Dell, wipro, quark, sebiz infotech for more than 4years i will not grade thecustomer service out of 10.

They cant speak in english and whats next their hindi is too pathetic. The guy never listened to my issue and kept on repeating that he is sorry as details for the status of recharge is updated after 24 hours only.

Come on guys grow up. The quality of customer care service provided by such a brand name is a biz zero.
I am really unhappy with the service provided by vodafone Care agents. their employees do not know how to deal with the customers; vodafone makes and changes the policies, which are meant for the customers. However, no one bothers to inform the customers about the changed policies.
When I called with my concern, of being double charged for a service which was not activated even once, the first agent I spoke to was polite and professional enough, to listen to my concern and gave a reference # and asked me to call after 24 hours as they would not have the transaction details of last half an hour. The second time I called; the agent was not willing to help and blamed me that I am wrong if I am not aware of the policy. I too work with customer service and I know how to assist the customers, at least not the way the second agent helped.
On top of that when I asked for a supervisor, she asked me about the issue but hung upon me before listening the issue. Even if I think for a minute that the call was disconnected due to technical error, it is the supervisor's duty to call back the customer, as the customer would not get the same person on calling back and would have to explain the issue all over again.
Finally I had no other option but to write an email to Vodafone with the detailed issue. I received an automated reply saying that I would receive the reply within next 2 business days. I never got ny response. In mean time I faced another Issue. I sent them a message to activate a service, they replied stating that the service is temporarily not available and I need to try again later. after an hour I tried again but received the same response. Again after about an hour I tried again and again received the same response. After an hour they charged me thrice for the same service and a message that the service would be activated in 6 hours. I called their customer care on again related to the issue. The agent told me that as I sent the message thrice, I would be charged thrice. I dont know what does try again means for them if I was supposed to send the message only once. I told the agent about the previous issue and told her that I am waiting for the reply to my email. She said that she would connect the call to a supervisor. I told her that I don’t want to speak to a supervisor and just want a response to my email and a resolution too, else I would go to the "Consumer Court" and they would get a notice from them.

But she just ignored what I said and said that she is connecting the call to the supervisor and put me on hold and finally disconnected the call.
I wrote a second email to them and again got an automated response stating that I would get the response in 2 business days. But today its been more than 2 weeks and not got any response from them.

It is so frustrating and they got the worst service and say on the advertisements that they are happy to help.

their customer care n every time they had different excuse and every executive of their tells me that sir you will get pay bare in next month but till now i haven't got any pay bare.Last month because of my busy schedule i was not able to pay my bill within time but one day their executive called me that sir u get prepare of a check for your bill he will come and collect it from my office and also i haven't need to pay any late payment charge, i did agree but again the same story i got charged with lat payment in my next bill, again i called to their customer care and they had again with their excuse that it was their fault and i'll get pay bare in my next bill but again the same story in next month bill again i used to call in their customer care at least 10 times and again find the same excuse.I really got frustrated by their customer care executives and their services.This month again i got again a problem, few days back i was in NOIDA, when i went to pay my bill at ATTA vodafone store, there were a huge rush and their machine were not working i was there for 3 hours but didn't get any success to pay my bill and then go inside to that store to pay my bill by DEBIT Card but that stupid fellow was busy with one customer by 20 minute and also their were huge rush for paying bill, and this time i failed to pay my bill within time and i paid this next day when machine got ok. Same day a lady executive called me and asked me for my bill and i told her that i paid it but i was late and that lady told me sir it's ok you are not going to pay any late payment charge and also i'll get my previous pay bare in my next month bill, i thanx to that lady and she told me that she will call me next day to know the registration no which i noted down once during my conversation with one of their executive, but again the same story i haven't got any call by that lady to solve my problem. This is that registration no "[protected]" during conversation of one of their executive "Vikas".Either solve my problem within week and let me get my pay bare in my next month's bill otherwise close my this no because i am not going to pay any bill in next month and also i am going to file a complaint against you in Consumer Court with this mail.

Useless customer care
I am DILPREET one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless...
I consider self as a prime customer of Vodafone as I not only use 3 cards but have a decent history. I am been facing a lot of problem since last few months mostly with the network issue but the issue got never been resolved. My experience with Vodafone was not that bad until I spoke to one of your Representative Mr. Mohammed Shaik.

Post interaction with him I have lost trust/ faith for the Brand. I see Vodafone tag line “Happy to Help” but let me tell you that most of your customers are not at all happy the way they receive the customer service. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, let me bring to your notice that Vodafone lack these skills of good customer service either they are not train or they don’t want to help their customers.

Here is my extremely awful experience with your service and the Representative who has attended my call on 17th Feb ’09. Below is the conversation I had with your Rep and his response to my concern.

Self: Hi I have lost my phone and I would request you to help me to track my sim card.
Rep: I apologize that we do not have such facility available to track your sim card.
Self: Okay can you help me with the last contact made from my cell phone as some one has got my phone but the person is not ready to return it? I also see that he is making calls?
Rep: I am sorry we cannot provide you with the respective information.
Self: Dude, its my account and I am a customer, I have verified all the security questions so what is that stopping you to provide me with the information. Try to understand my situation your one help can get my phone back.
Rep: No Mr. Mehta we cannot help you with the same.
Self: Okay then I wish to talk to your Manager
Rep: I cannot transfer the line you have to speak to me as I can very well take care of the situation.
Self: As its not in your control I would like to talk to your manager so please go ahead and transfer the line
Rep: I cannot do that Mr. Mehta (adamant tone)
Self: I am a customer and I hold all the rights to talk to your supervisor
Rep: I would transfer the line if you will tell me what is that your want to talk to him (discourteous)

I was shock to get the information that I have all rights to talk to the manager and can also put a request to discontinue for outgoing and international calling. Post speaking to the Borivali CS Manager I got more pissed off as I was not only been through a disaster customer experience but was also given wrong information due to which I have lost my phone forever which had lots of important numbers and some old memories stored in and much more…

Such a nastiest customer service I have never received in my life and I am shock to know that Vodafone is not even bother about their customers or else this call would have been monitored and one of the Manager could have called up to cover up the situation… but expectations with Vodafone seems to be a challenging task/ mistake.

Worst customer care service .From two days i am not able to activate my gprs.
Now i am not able to connect to customer care executive.
Even i am not able to send any messages also such as for deactivation of promotional sms and calls. It agreat humiliation.
I am a vodafone cutomer, I have visited Patna leaving my home circle UP-East. After reaching here I found that I unable make outgoing calls to anywhere except Bihar and UP-East circle phone numbers.

I had complained this to Bihar 1st level, 2nd level and then final exclation level Apallet but it's been three days I am here in Patna for a business tour nothing has done till time.

A customer of vodafone has to look for PCO for any call he wants to make, how rediculous it looks.

There must be certain Provision of Rules to punish such rubbish operators, claiming "Happy to Help" and making excellent ZooZoos fuuny adds.
I completely agree with you Mr. Mehta, even I'm facing similar issues with Vodafone, I think their customer service executives symbol i.e. the Hutch dog meant for them.

They do bark at the customers, they are never happy to help, but always sorry to help...

when today ask comany said your phone suspended without any sms phone from comany
not even given any info when sim card purchase .on my father name digamber bhanu age 79 .

today suddenly suspended our phone.sunil patel we talk but not givenany proper ans his co manager also not given satisfactory ans and said you canot talk our manager its our rule.
i have contacted company they asked you not rechard in six month so we suspeended .
when we purchaed sim they not even take care give all details to customer u have to recharge 200 within six months.
now they saying you not recharge of 200 in six month so your account suspended .
my brother staying with father 79 old person is hadicaff person he canot walk .
emergency call doctor, contact any person or me we have given that phone
now comany saying this is rule why not u folloe but in tv, news paper, ya when we purchase they
not saying any rule what use of that phone .
can u ask consern comany advertize proper way your rules display on shop ya newspaper too.
what about that suspendee phone which we got trouble .

i am a new customer and i am facing difficulty in getting connected to the net as well being able to communicate with customer care .my net gets disconnected and after long duration gets connected
automatically.i am facing this problem since last three days. i contacted the local reliance authorities
and when they sent technician at home he found net working[protected] but after one hour when i tried to
open the net i found it not working. at about 8.15 pm i tried to send email and when i clicked the submit
box the net was gone.i called so many times to cu.care nos but after getting connected i here unreadable
voice for a few seconds and then i get disconnected every time. i am unable to talk to or describe or
register my complaints so please:-
1-describe briefly the process off complaint registration
2-establish internet connection continuously
I shifted from airtelbroadband to reliance after being assure for continuous good services of the net

Vodafone — Worst Services of Vodafone & Customercare

This is Uma holding vodafone number [protected]. Previously when the network was Hutch, the services were better but now became worst and because of that instead of suffering frequently, I decided just to use it for only for minimal usage and that to due to I provided this number to all for official contacts.

One week back, I received a call from Customer Care (Mr. Chaitanya, from Begumpet, Hyderabad center) on 23rd of January at around 2:30 p.m. He said my number was randomly picked by the system and they are going to provide 50 paise/min offer for one year if I type VO send SMS to 111 and the offer is open for only for that day and the activation will be done in 24 hours. After clarifying my doubts about my previous validity life time offer and confirmed that there won't be any changes in my life time offer and sent SMS at arount 3:00 p.m. on 23rd of January.

When I called customer care on 25th about activation, they said, because 24th was Sunday, it was delayed and will be done by end of that day. When I called on 27th evening, one of the customer care person said my offer was already activated on 25th of January, 2010 and asked me to check, but I did not get any activation message and the calls were charged as usual Rs 1 / min. The same day I called again on 111 and informed them that the offer was not yet activated. This time a different received call and said it was not activated yet and will be done by end of that day. I am not sure why they are behaving worst with the customers. There wont be any coordination between customer care people and there will be lot of variations in their services. One persone says it was activated already and other person says not yet activated with in 5 minutes difference. Why dont they maintain their data properly? If they are not interested in servicing the customers properly, why should they call and waste their time and our time?

Still the offer was not activated and moreover if I try to call customer care, it's not getting connected and repeatedly asking for pressing options 1,2,3, etc and never gets connected to customer care. I am not sure whether they blocked particulary my number or all the numbers in contacting customer care but the service is becoming to worst worst and worst.

If I go to nearby vodafone center, they are not responding properly and asks to call customer care and this customer care never gets connected.

I am not writing this to get the offer just writing to say how they are providing services. It is no matter for me even if they dont provide any offers and moreover its better if they dont provide any offers and charge a fixed rate instead of confusing customers with their offers.

I was in a great lead of passion that I was a associated as a customer to the Worlds leading Mobile Network Vodafone. The brand itself makes the faith and belief in quality.

With my bitter experience I had written the Complain on my Blogs at http://saumendra.blogspot.com/ , which was read by more than 1200 people daily. Also added to the mouthshut.com and posted to nearly 11 blogs.

Vodafone Worst Customer Service [Complain no 25326658] : A Personal Experience 11 days went witout any Solution:

Problem : I was not able to call Ladhak numbers (STD code : 01982)
Complained on 6th of March:
SOLUTION : No Call back yet and without any Trace.
CUSTOMER CARE : Pathetic. People doesn't have any Idea on the matter and there concerned departments never get back with solution. If you had chance to have a talk with the Supervision its even worst , as they doesn't even know the best practices in corporate world: they just get frustrated and just cut out the Customer Complain Phone and will ban you from calling again from the same Cellphone ....Really really Pathetic. (How does the VOdofone hire these maniacs ???)

But I was surprised with the customer service of its in India. The thing of beauty is not forever as my last experience. I was been a victim of bad Corporate ethics, the worst customer call center people to talk and still the worst promise.

For a small problem of mine that I was not able to call the numbers in Ladhak Region(01982 STD code) from my cell in Orissa, I got lots of wired reasons like you can change the handset, You can wait for 24 hours, Please check the SIM card, from the so call customer helping people of VODAfone. And still looking for a solution at my end and no one ever from Vodafone confirm me of the solution , even get back to me saying ...here is the solution for this.(Surprisingly I did all with nothing result)

Lastly the People at to whom I had talked (198), (can see the Logs of the Conversation of the Recorded materials on my several complains)) were completely unaware of the solution and just making brilliant excuses.

I was been said that by 15th march , the solution will be provided but still now no callback is done and Still the Problem continues.

When I call them today at 198 they doesn't have any report to tell me what was the status of my Complain.

REMEMBER : this is my 12 time Complain to a World No 1 Company and still I didn't got any Solution , no CAll Backs even after pathetic 11 days.

CONCLUSION : VOdafone seems no Interest in its Customers , its just making billion dollar Advertisements. Will be changing My Service to other like AIRTEL, Reliance or BSNL.

They(Vodafone Customer Care) just make Fake entries to there Log mentioning the Problem was solved and the Solution was delivered. And here I challenged the Authentication of them that they didn't concern the Customers solution they do it intensively for there own LOG book Maintenance.

I am a corporate customer with Mobile number [protected], I want to change my tariff plan and there is no way I can speak with the advisors in the contact center as they have no dept to handle corporate customers, the only way we can communicate is through emails, however have send around 8 to 10 emails to corporate.assist id but they say they have not received a single one, Even when we call they charge us now for that, and after speaking for around 10 mins the advisor hangs up the call, they even dont have the courtesy to call back, I was speaking with an advisor named Rajendra Kamble on 27th March'2010 and he kept me on hold for 18 mins, can you imagine and they charged me for that. I even spoke with Wasim Sheikh, floor supervisor and he also couldnt help me out. On 07th April '2010, I spoke with a lady and she again hanged up the call on me after 9 mins, its the worst cust service I have ever come across..

'Vodafone Customer Service', is the best oxymoron I have seen since 'Microsoft Works'.
There typically is zero customer service.
Vodafone have been taking a monthly fee of 39 euros for a product that most of the time does not work, and when it does it is incredibly slow.
I too have complained at the Vodafone shop and the assistant told me, and I quote, "We don't handle complaints, we just sell stuff". She then told me to contact 123 on my mobile phone.
This I did and the technician first fobbed me off with 'Oh it must be a problem with your computer'.
That was not true, there was actually a problem with the Spanish post code 35100 satellite in this area.
I have explained my problems to four different technicians and after hours on the phone was told that I would be sent a new usb in a few days and I would not be charged. It was by way of apology for all the problems. That was two weeks ago. I rang again and have been told that they have not sent it and I have to pay for a new USB connection. The technician then hung up on me after telling me that I should cancel my Vodafone subscription. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!.
Hi this is Silambarasan V from chennai. I am keep on getting messages and calls form Vodofone to submit my address proof for verfication. I have submitted it at a Vodafone Store which is near to my residence where they did not gave any reference for it. Also they said this will be updated within a day.
But, now I am keep on getting the same messages and calls to submit it again.
This is REALLY FRUSTRATING that i have to submit it again even after submitting the same. I called cust service and got a agent named "NEELAGANDAN" and he's really very nice gentleman that he did not helped me and keep on telling the same thing again and again. Then I asked to connect to the supervisor and he suddently did that and my call has been cut off.

I received couple of Messages from Vodafone stating that need to submit ID proof documents to the nearest store. After few days, I am not able to view received call details on my phone. Regarding this,

12.11.2010 : Spoke with Customer care Representative ( Raghavendra Magajikondi) - Advised me to sent ID proof documents with Photo by Post to the below address

18.11.2010: Called 198( around 7.30 AM) and spoke with Uma - She said that It was already escalated and still under investigation. So, It will surely rectified before 12.30 AM on the same day
18.11.2010: Called 198( around 7.00 PM) and spoke with Nagesh - He said that it is still under investigation so It will definitely rectified before 10.00AM the next day.

My issue has still not been rectified even after 7 days. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINT ON VODAFONE AND IT'S SERVICE.

My family is using other three Post paid connections and am going to disconnect those services immediately if issue not rectified within 24 hrs. (Important:- Definitely We are not going to pay for it)

I think that Vodafone has worst customer service and I going to send it to Media then only the people will come to know about Vodafone.

( Note:- Due to the bad service, I have recently disconnected one Post paid connection. For getting post paid connection, How many times we are getting verification calls and representative directly walking to our door to verify the address. Now, the Customer care is not at all bother about the customers if they are using prepaid? )

vodafone customer care has the worst services.. they never have solution to any problems...please beware of this when u purchase a vodafone number...... first of all when u tell about a problem rather than listening to the issue.. the person across argues.. and speaks rudely... this in unacceptable.. since vodafone calls itself the largest mobile service provider...and the slogan HAPPY TO HELP which they use to advertise their services is bogus...!!! since they are never happy to help.. and rather irritable...!!!!!! I HAVE OBSERVED IT ACROSS THE VODAFONE SERVICE STORES ALSO.....my case was that.. sum kind of alert servicei.E bhagvad gita alerts got activated on my phonewhich i had not activated.. on calling the customer service i was told i might have got activated accidentally.. by me itself... alrite this accepted..(thanks to the useless vodafone flash messages which keep coming up on the screen after every few minutes)... i had registered a complaint regarding thesame and still my money was deducted.. first 30rs then 30rs today again.. and when it was deducted at the first instance i had put forward the complaint....still money got deducted.. and the supervisor i spoke at the customer care number to was so arrogant that i felt hanging up would be a better option..... !!!!! i have used a differnt serice provider before this and never come accross a problem like this.... the only reason i switched to vodafone was because i moved to mumbai...from pune.. and this has been the worst xperience ever......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodafone — Worst Customer Care Services

I am not able to make ISD call from my phone. I gave complain about this on 8th August, 2011.
Complain Number: [protected].

But I am sorry to say that till now this issue has not been resolved.
Whenever I am calling and asking about the status, the customer care representative is telling that we can’t take more complain in this as the complaint is already registered.

I just want to know whether only to take complaint is the duty.
The complaint should be resolved also and its more than 2 months and if due to something you people can’t resolve the issue, is it your duty to inform the customer about the same.
For other offers you people are calling like anything in a day .but for customer’s problem doesn’t have time.

I am really very much disappointed with the service.

Hi this is Gaurav sethi and i want some strict actions to be taken against vodafone for fooling around with people and making false commitments, i bought a postpaid connection for my wife and the executive came to my place collected the documents nd money nd never got back he promised me to give a sim card the same day and now its been more than a week, whenever i call vodafone they just hang up the line, i am sor frustrated now coz i was in need of this connection as my wife is pregnant and i want to b in touch with her incase of emergencies, if anything goes wrong i will take them to the court. vodafone is the worst telecom service provider, their executive are so cheap and uneducated, they cant even speak english. shame on vodafone!!!!!! please someone help me coz i want to take some strict actions agianst them. my cel no is [protected]
The customer care of VODAFONE India, is not having the awareness of getting the correct information from the customer. They are happy to give a civil case against customers but they ready to check whether the information added about the customer to their database is correct or not. Never seen such a useless customer service which never accepts input from customer. The highlight is when the user tells to send the bill in correct email address, they have misunderstood and filled a civil case, finally wasting the time.
Suggestion: Please educate the customer service to get proper data from the customer and don't waste the time of everyone( Courier, Court, Customer and vodafone legal department)

        I,Nasreen is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They are deducting rs 2/- per day from my account on basis of activation of any combo service which i never opted for..i am suffering with this problem from the month of Oct 2010.my complaint no is[protected]...

He had shown all details about my recharge but he is not ready to give transaction id. I think the details which I have mention is true according to my knowledge. Vodafone licence will be cancelled and there wont be any vodofone office all over India. Better go to hell.         I am sorry to tell you that my transaction Id has been deleted due to some error. I want to know how important is that transaction id. Actually I got some unnecessary messages, Instead of deleting unnecessary message, I have erased the main transaction id. I want to know without transaction id the debited amount of Rs 320 will not be credited to my account. I want your attention on following mater. I hope my problem will be solved withing limited period of time. I have recharged Rs98 for gprs and Rs 62 for talk time, but due to confusion Rs 320 has been debited from me. I want your concern on following mobile recharge related problem. I am using Sbi debit card - I have recharged Rs 320 on 1st march 2012 on morning 8.45 am, I have made two or three time mistake. Due to confusion Rs 320 debited from me. My payment was 100 % successful. The outlet owner who recharge he had shone me the delivered status, I have seen everything was clearly mentioned. I am 100% sure that Rs 320 has been debited. Outlet owner started giving explanation. He is not ready. I only want my problem should be solved within limited period of time. Because the incident which I faced on 1st march 2012 its really hurts me. I was very depressed. I hope your service will provide best service to me. I am providing all details which are required to shot outing the problem. My SBI ACC NO[protected] Transaction No -2672. Recharge amount was Rs 320. I am 100 % sure that recharge was successful.         My problem is not solved. I want to know when my problem will be solved. This incident really hurts me.. Vodafone customer care executive are not ready to help me, My problem is very serious. I want your attention on following Mobile issue. If company is not ready to help its customer then why people will purchase sim from company. They are only arguing not do their work sincerely.There behavior is very bad. Vodafone provides worst service to its customer. They only change there commitments. First they promise to solve the problem, but now they playing game with me and other customer. I am not going to leave this issue. I WAS REPLIED BU CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THE SERVICE AND YOUR AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.           I just want Vodafone to request VOdafone to Stop the New advertisement which is coming up and Growing as a new trend.

          The advertisement features a with very Young Girl and Boy.

          1) The Girl and Boy in Park introduced by the Pug.. This add is fine..

          2) Girl riding Bycycle and using cycle Bell to call the Boy outside... Fine for some extent..

          3) the third one is very bad, Girl and Boy sitting and Talking personally and the DOG guarding them.. This is very annoying to see...

          One thing i want to make clear is that the High School or Primary school Kids will be having Bad effect due these kind of Bad advertisements.. Please some body take care of this matter..

In this advertisement vodafone using a young girl a young boy and through vodafone they are connecting with each other and starting to talk with each other. But the sence is different. Both of the them are school going children they are giving wrong message to our society children. Bal vikas mantralaya or any NGO please see this matter.

            As per the Happy to Help !!! response from Vodafone insisting my mobile connection is still a Company Paid Company Owned Corporate Account Instead of Personal Account without looking into or explaining how the Billing address is my Residential Address, that the bills are paid by me personally. On account of same after 2+ years of leaving the company in which I got the connection ( At time of leaving had submitted the NOC at the Company's Mahipalpur outlet based on which the Billing Address was changed, but the change to Personal Account was not done?) I am being harassed to obtain an NOC & waste time going again to a Vodafone outlet to fill out all formalities again from scratch. Attitude of staff at the Vodafone Care outlet in JMD Regent Arcade absolutely un-helpful.


            I Guess now since Vodafone thinks its a company paid company owned account they can recover the money from the Company... lol...

                  My name is vivek kumar and my complaint is against Vodafone Essar Mobile services which has been a pain since Day 1 and though I left them,they continue to bother me to serious proportions.

                  I had signed up for a USB internet Rs.650 plan in the last week of september 2011 from the Vodafone branch in Sector-18 , Noida. I paid Rs.1950 against it and i was told that my rental was free for first 3 months with 3 GB Data for each month.

                  There were several problems with this connection:

                  1. The number was [protected] for USB stick, and it was not activated till 2nd week of october.when confronted,the people at vodafone store kept asking for different Id and address proof.

                  2. The speeds never went above 100kbps and were usually much lower.

                  3. I clearly intimated them to send the bills on my email id,which they never did till date.

                  4. The software for vodafone internet services,also read the usage done on WiFi services, it counted the usage done on WiFi on different service provider,and due to this usage was calculated more then what was actually used through Vodafone stick.(i.e. the software for vodafone kept on working even when i run my laptop on WiFi services of other service provider, even when the usb stick was not plugged.) The same usage is been charged by vodafone against me.

                  5.After about 2 months(i.e. 1st DEC-2011) i got a email informing me that my unpaid bill was Rs.5000/- and my credit limit was Rs.2500/-. Bill for usage was still not send.

                  6. On 21st DEC-2011, i get another email, mentioning that my unpaid bill was Rs.5520/- and my credit limit was Rs.4000/-. Bill for usage was still not send.

                  7.On january 18th -2012, i get another email,threathning me to pay the bill. Bill for usage still not send.

                  8.How can the company keep the credit limit,much above the rentals for services. How can the company keep on changing the credit limit, as the bill keep increasing?

                  9.When i paid advance rentals for first three months, i should have been informed for my usage,over my limits for which i had paid my rentals.

                  10. I never got any email regarding my usage bill.

                  11.Vodafone discontinued my services, before it was 2 months, instead i had paid 3 months rentals in advance.

                  12. This, I thought, was going to the end of it. After spending 1950 for the stick and the worthles services provided against it but i keep getting calls for paying the amount. This is worthless and a pure harassment from vodafone side, Do vodafone expect me to pay bills,which are generated due to their faulty software and inappropriate services.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am Ravikumar B working in Bangalore (Karnataka) in MNC and my mobile number is [protected] (Vodafone). Since 1 once year I am using this Vodafone number. I have activated 3G service to my number 6 to 7 months back. Mine is corporate number so I was getting 500MB 3G free usage and the same was communicated to me from costumer care while activating 3g service to my number.

                      But in this month bill (generated on 5th March) 500MB 3G free usage is deactivated without any prior information and charged for 500 MB. So my bill is increased nearly Rs 3200 in this month. I had been to vodafone store (In Rajajinagar-Bhashyam circle) to ask about the bill but they did not respond properly and asked me to contact costumer care person. 3 times I called to costumer care and asked why 500 MB free packages is deactivated and I got 3 different answers from them and told me to go Vodafone store for more information. Both are not having proper information about my bill amount and irritating me.

                      Because of wrong information provided by Vodafone costumer care I got huge bill amount. In previous months bill I got discount for 500 MB free 3G usage and this month its charged. 2 days before getting the bill to my mail I had got message which was showing still 17 MB free 3G usage is available for my number then why they have charged for all 3G usage. At least they should have informed me about this in last month then I would have activated another 3G package or gone for another network.

                      I have monthly tariff plan of 600 min free for any mobile and 30 paise for Vodafone to Vodafone. For Example:- In next bill they may say only 10 min is free and Vodafone to Vodafone is RS 100 for my number then what I should I do. Without any prior information how they will charge anything.

                      I am requesting you to go through my above complaint and kindly give me the solution.

                          One Fateful day I called Vodafone Customer Care for some issues regarding my Mobile Phone and at the end of the conversation the excutive offered me a VODAFONE NETCRUISE CONNECTION (with unlimited plan) @ Rs. 799/- Per month and insisted me to Get it. On approval they supplied me the Netcruise device within hours at my place, and I provided them all the necessary papers and Rs. 799 in cash. The Delivery Boy promised me that it will be activated within 72 Hours.
                          Now the Story begins, It has not been activated in 72 hours, not in 96 hours, not even in a weeks time despite my several call to vodafone customer support.
                          Then suddenly after 8 Days suddenly it started working.
                          Within 3 days it again stopped working. I again Called Vodafone, (Executive : Bharat) and they told me that due to non submission of my papers my connection has been barred.
                          I asked him that
                          1. If the papers are not submitted than how it was activated earlier
                          2. If the papers were misplaced by Vodafone employee, What is my fault and for this how they can made me suffer
                          3. If so, Why I was not contacted before barring my service, so that I could submit fresh papers in time.
                          4. Why not I sue Vodafone in the Consumer court for paying the for the losses and the agony I suffered Today. And Also report this to TRAI.
                          No concrete answer, only apologies and also refused to give me any reference no. for my conversation.
                          I am definately going to sue Vodafone in Consumer court, and report this matter on all Social Networking Sites

                            i am a vodafone customer, useally my bill was approx rs[protected].00 per month with BB services-299/-.In jan-12 i have changed my plan of BB with 899/-PM and in feb i got bill of rs-9800.00 when i contact then they said that there are net charges more than Rs-6000.00 which shocked me.
                            When i asked why so when i have activated Blackberry plan of Rs-899/- and using same they said ur browser was by defalt on Vodafone live however i have never login thru Vodafone live and even i am not aware how it was set by default on main bowser. Even i have not asked for same from vodafone and nither asked for Vodafone live activation.
                            I asked then to look into adjestment but they denye for same and forcefully asking mt to pay the same.
                            i dont know wht to do cos rs-10000.00 PM bill is really not dijestable.
                            i have asked then to disconnect my connecton which is also not done by vodafone yet and even i dont know whether i will use BB or net or not?
                            Now i am planing to go to consumer court for same.

                              I am customer of Vodafone, using for more than 5 years, I have free SMS service activated in my mobile, which is autorenewable. everytime before renew they notify me by message that this offer is going to renew on this date.. make your balance enough. this time also I get the notifacation message saying that 8th march is the date for autorenew of this offer, but because of some reason I can't recharge my account. and uptil 7th march I have 853 message pending in my account. now as offer was not renewed due to insufficient balance,the validity of this offer is completed and I lost this messages. now i have recharged my account and check the balance so it was 899.27rs. with no sms, now on 10th of march at 5:20p.m. I got the message " SMS34 pack is active now. Charge rs34/month and autorenewable. No discounted rates on spldays. To Cancel Send CAN SMS34 to 144" so my balance was cut. my complain is that I should get some notification message that your SMS34 offer is going to renew from parking as you have sufficient balance, but they didn't give me any notifaication message, n the message which I get is already saying that your SMS34 pack is active now. and when i have talk about this to vodafone customer care first time they have cut my call during the conversation and secondly they ask me to dial 198, which is complain number, and there also i cant get good response. Kindly help me

                                  My mobile no. [protected], i was charged Rs. 5/- daily for the Daily Lakhpati competition for which i never requrested.

                                  Earlier also i am charged daily Rs. 5/- for the Happy2Help.

                                  Request Vodafone to refund all the money for the last 10-12 days for wrongly charging me or i will go through to file a case.

Continuously i'm answering the questions Which was asking 4m company but i'm not getting any response 4m you. So please requesting you let me know is it fraud or actual game please.
                                  i have many of the vodafone contests but dey never activate d ICIC gift vouchres on tym nd i try to talk customer dey alwayz say tat it will be activated after ten days nd all of dem are about to expire on 31st of May 2012.                                     Hi I had been working with Vodafone J&K for 1 year...and left Vodafone on ht May 2010...since then I have applied for my PF withdrawal but I have not received my PF yet...I resides in Mumbai, so it is difficult for me to visit the PF office...My friends have visited there so many times, but they always say it will be processed in 1 week..around 2years have been passed.

                                        I have purchased a Vodaphone connection with Phone No. - [protected] on 21 Jan 2012. I requested to activate internet package on March 06, 2012. But they did not provide. I called to Customer Care on march 8, 2012 regarding the activation of internet connection. My complaint no. is [protected].
                                        As i called to Costumer care, they asked me to submit my documents to Vodafone office. I already received 2 payment bills from their side, and i already deposited one.

                                        If they have not received my document, why did the continue sending mobile bills? They should not activated my mobile no. without documents.
                                        I am feeling so much harrased by their services. Even if i calling to their costomer care, they are not talking properly and their language is un acceptable. if they are receiving bill payments, they should not disconnect my no.

                                        Hi!

                                        I had a post paid number with you for 3 years. I had not been recieving my bills for 5 months (before February 2008) despite consistent follow up. Inspite of that I paid my bills based on only the amount confirmation for 4 months. I got transferred in the month of January and called up your call centre to follow up on the bill for the month as I wanted to close the account. Inspite of close to 50 calls over a month's time I did not get the bill and moved out of the town. I suddenly got a call sometime later from your collection people who threatened to file a police complaint and take action etc. When I asked them to provide me with a bill in the city I was in, they refused saying that I would have to come to Bangalore to collect the bill. Also, they were abusive and extremely rude. They also called up an acquaitance pretending to be a friend and asked him for my contact details.

                                        This kind of lack of service and invasion of privacy is not acceptable from an organization like yours. I am yet to recieve my bill after all these follow ups, threats and interactions. Please help me get a solution for the following issues :

                                        1) Harassment by Vodafone for no fault of mine and delays caused due to their service failure.
                                        2) Invasion of privacy by the organization by unauthorized access to my acquaitances.
                                        3) Rude and abusive behavior by Prasad from bangalore

But in reply she starts using abused language and disconnect the phone.My quetion to your vodafone company, ' Is this called customer care'.I Felt so stressed at that time because of her loose talk. She called again at evening near 6.20 p.m and her way of talk hasn't improved . I advised her don't loose talk or i will complaint. In reply she just disconnect my phone.                                         i am working as a agency manager in birla sunlife as a agency manager.i have pending of rs 750. yesterday evening 5.30 pm i recived call from [protected] a lady who not enclosed her name spoke vulgar and irrespective mannar. i want to know who is responsible to control this type of telecaller and collection agency . mail me collection head name of chennai division head .
                                        Vodafone bill collection employee with the numbers [protected] and [protected] are harassing me for an unpaid bill for the number [protected]. This number does not belong to me. The owner of this number has given my number as the secondary number (which is not true). I have never verified my number as being a secondary number for [protected]. Please help me against this harassment by Vodafone.
                                        Dear Sir,

                                        1. I am an Army Officer posted in Chennai. I am writing this mail to bring to your notice a case of Customer Grievance against VODAFONE. I was using a post-paid mobile connection of Vodafone since Aug 2010 in Chennai. After appropriate billing for first 2-3 months, I faced a problem of WRONG BILLING by Vodafone in the month of Nov 2010, wherein I was charged with wrong SMS on the bill, which were not sent by me. My bill which was otherwise in the range of Rs 800-1000 suddenly shot up to Rs 5000.
                                        2. I contacted Vodafone through various modes of communication - I visited their showroom, contacted their customer care and sent them number of mails. I was kept on hold for a long time, wherein I was promised that the case will be resolved by Vodafone, In this process my number was barred number of times without informing me.
                                        3.I sent them (their Nodal Officers as well) regular mails regarding the same on 22 Oct 10, 23 Oct 10, 26 Nov 10, 30 Nov 10 & 08 Dec 10.I was also visited by their Relationship Manager at my residence whom I explained in detail about the entire issue. He told me that he will get it checked, and later on he even got in touch with me a number of times, however the matter was not resolved. And finally after almost one & a half months, they conveniently sent me a mail that the Bill was correct and I have to pay the amount. They put the entire blame on me and my mobile handset.
                                        4. And now after almost 3 months, they have started Harassing me by calling me constantly to pay the Bill, and even threatening me with consequences. Hence, I have no other option but to approach the Consumer Court.
                                        5. This case of Customer Grievance by a reputed mobile company like VODAFONE should not go unnoticed. I am constantly being harrassed by Vodafone to pay the bill - which is INCORRECT. Hence, it is requested that a case against Vodafone may please be registered with Consumer Court, so that this Serving Soldier of the country doesn’t get bothered by them.

                                        Vodafone — unnoticed charging

                                        sir,
                                        my name is Ravi Kumar Malviya.
                                        i have Vodafone Sim with [protected] no.
                                        i have recharged it with Rs 98 for internet balance on April 18.
                                        on 19th may my mobile got a negative balance of Rs.571
                                        on asking to customer care they told me that this is due to extra browsing by your mobile but i have not made this much of browsing.
                                        i have some question to ask
                                        if someone's mobile balance gets low than they tell it by frequent reminder
                                        if balance get's zero than they disconnect their connection
                                        than why don't they preinform me about my low internet balance or they disconnect it on completion of month

                                        this is all happened to many of my friends they knowingly did not tell about the completion of time period so that they can earn extra from their customer.
                                        if they want to charge than they should charge maximum limit that is Rs98
                                        because after recharging one get same service for one month than how they can charge 600 for less than 2 hour
                                        this is done by all of the service provider
                                        TRI should stop this malpractice
                                        please look into my matter.
                                        but at least i should know pre handed when my period is going to over
