I have exactly the same story. I have been using vodafone for last 2.5 years.I got many calls for add on connection on my number. On approximately 50th call I accepted the offer, I paid the security amount Rs 250/- and I received a SIM too. They called me for activation of the new SIM and allotted me a number. But my new SIM has not yet activated. When I called customer care, they told me that my number has already been allotted to someone else and they ask me to visit vodafone store. When I ask them Why do I have to visit vodafone store, it's not my fault? then they simply say Ma'am we can't help it. And the person- Gagan ([protected]) who took the responsibility of activation has stopped attending my calls. There are many mobile companies out there, but I continued using vodafone till now because I trusted it. Now I am forced to take stringent actions against vodafone if my problem will not be solved as soon as possible. It is not the matter of rs 250/- it is a matter of trust that I had in vodafone.

Vodafone Postpaid Connection — not refunded rs.250/- since march 2009
sir vodaphone has to refund me Rs. 250/- in r/o cancelation of conversion of vodaphone prepaid to post paid which was committed me by thier executives time to time . my no is [protected] I am agree with u Poornima bcoz it is not the matter of rs 250/- it is a matter of trust that we have in vodafone. I ask to vodafone that why your executives make fool to vodafone's valuable customers to achieve their Sale target. It is not fair
