I have a Vodafone prepaid no.[protected] & I have earlier activated FF service for two numbers i.e. [protected] & [protected]. Recently, I learned about a new recharge scheme of Rs. 54/-, wherein on recharge, I have been provided 135 minutes of free Vodafone to Vodafone calls in Punjab for 30 days. On the recharge coupon itself, it was written that your existing tariff will be overwritten when you recharge this bonus card. However, I was shocked to receive two messages from Vodafone that I have been charged for Rs. 15/- under FF scheme for [protected] & Rs. 15/- for [protected], whereas I was having a balance of 127 minutes of free vodafone to vodafone calls. It appears that the company is looting the people of their hard earned money. I tried to deactivate FF service by sending two message CAN FF [protected] & CAN FF [protected] to 144, but everytime I was replied that "Hello! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword & send it to 144. Now after being fed-up of the style of services being offered by Vodafone, I am writing this complaint. It is requested that Rs. 30/- may be got re-credited to my account & requisite directions be given to Vodafone for not defrauding the consumers.
