I am a vodafone user,this is to inform u that,the vodafone company has changed my prepaid plan without my knowledge and permission.Previously my plan consisted of a daily 100 sms free per day,with a charge of 1 rupee rental daily,but from the past 10 days,they are charging/deducting 1 rupee per sms and that too without my knowledge.When i came to know bout this,i called up the vodafone customer care(i.e. on 9th november) regarding these sudden change of my plan.After knowing about their errs they apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to wait till evening of 11th november and during this period they will continue to charge 1 rupee per sms and said that on 11th the amount which they have deducted wrongly till now will be refunded back to my account.BUT today is 13th november and still i am waiting for my MONEY and my PREVIOUS PLAN.I called up them many a times but they are delaying the matter and are not working according to what they have said me previously.
I really hope thet you would see to this matter and act accordingly.

i had activated [protected] on 10th july, it was life time card. but i want to change my plan to life time to normal pre-paid for that i went to Vodafone office near Leela Bhavan, Patiala, Punjab.

There they guid me to Recharge with rs 101 to change plan, i do that in that office only and i also rechage with 224/-rs this all i had done on 19th January 2008.

after that i was not getting the spl local rates, again i went there on 25th Feb and asked that why it is so, there the Manager Mr Gurpreet was not ready to accept that i had done recharge of rs 101/- there only, he argued with me, he even told me that we r not doing that kind of recharges i said ok and old him that i will come 2moro with bill. Again i went there with bill of rs 101/- next day that is 26th Feb Tuesday, at last mr Gurpreet accepted that the recharge had been done from his office. He asked me to submit the xerox copy of bill, I did that also. He told me that he will complain to the main office and soon the matter will be solved. But again there was no response, so angain on saturday i went to the office near Leea Bhavan, Patiala, Punjab, he told me that the complain had been loged and on monday the matter will be solved. But till wednesday the matter was not solved so i called customer care there i told all the problem to ur Executive Mr Rana. He told me that there is no complain loged by Mr. Gurpreet i was shocked to here that. so Mr Rana register My complain on wednesday night.

Sir, i m a student here and i m not getting time to visit ur vodafone office every now and then inspit of going there many times my work was not done and tell today i m paying more money for local calls. This is not fair. Please take some action against Mr. Gurpreet after all he is the manager and not taking care of the customers and telling lies all the times.

I[censored] can then do it as soon as posssible, otherwise u have an other option to close this, I am very bothered again and again in writing to vodafone, Please take a necessary step for my safeguard. I need to change my talk plan from 299 plan to talk corporate 249 plan from july 25 billing date onwards.My mob. number is [protected]. Last month also I sent a request to change my talk plan, but after the billing date the talk plan remains the same.so i called customer care and told the problem to your Executive . He told me that there is no request submited by anybody.So please take necessary action to change my talk plan.

I wanted to recharge STD calling card INR149, but your uneducated Dealer has done recharge for 149 e-recharge (transcation IDCH[protected]), this happened on 29th Sep 10:30pm when i received the message of recharge, immediately called cutomercare [protected], they suggested to call 50119, did same agsin they told me to call back my customer care or Delar customer care, this time i went to delar and called delar customer care, i spoke to the person he told me this can be changed, and to come to the delar tomorrow morning that is this morning, again i went to delar called up customer care now Mr Abhishek told me to call my Customer care

The first thing i want is to change my olan back to my regular monthly recharge (which i have validity till 02/01/2009)

Secondly why there is so many customer care to deal with one problem, i am very much upset just because of this rechrge

Your delars to be educated before you give authorization to recharge to the customers

I am using the same sim from 20months i did'nt have any problem with recharging or any other

My only request is to change back to my old plan, and kindly let me know the procedureto do the same

Vodafone — changed the sms tariffs with out my permission

jab maine plan badal diya tb bi mrea purana plan ka charge laga diya hai.
I had renewed my plan of advance rental in month of february/march 2009, for a year(Talk 298 adv).In the month of may, while listening to the different talking plans, by mistake i pressed to a plan named 399, but i immediately called the customer care and told them to not activate the planinthe next billing cycle, for which approx 10 days were left, later in the mid of may, i was out of station for approx 2 months.
when i came back and saw the bill, they had activated the plan, and rental of Rs 399 was there for 2 months.
Later, when i called the customer care, they told that i did not call them, and they are lying.
CT Solutions, Bangalore had come to one of our office last week with corporate offers and said they would change my plan to one of the CUG plans they were offering to corporates and hence I had taken a new connection. But after repeated follow ups the company executives did not respond and when called spoke rudely without any assistance or solution to the problem. Want to bring this incident to the notice of Vodafone, so that they take actions immedietely.
I had spoken to customer service on 22/10/2010, as I need to submit documents as required by Vodafone, was disconncted twice by the agents from whom i need info. I was then asked to call 198 for information, when i called them i asked for my services to be disconnected as this is the norm with customer service to not give an end to end solution to a query that you have, i was transferred to the retention team where i spoke to Kiran, who offered me various schemes, which i did not agree to as was not compatiable to the scheme i was on, i informed him that all i was looking for was to get an additional SMS pack, i was informed that as per the scheme i was on i could activate a Rs. 35/- sms pack with 350 sms free. Before i disconnected the call i was informed that my plan was not changed only the Rs. 35/- pack was activated and i would be charged on a pro rata basis till my bill cycle.

I am currently on an intellenet 199 plan.

On 29/10/2010 i received an sms stating that the Rs.35/- sms pack was deactivated as per a request sent by me on 28/10/2010. I called customer service to check on the same, spoke to Fatima, was informed that the pack was active, however the rate plan was changed and i was put on a Rs. 99/- plan a rate plan change was done without my consent, when asked to speak to a supervisor i was informed that no no supervisors were availabe and i would need to hold the line for 1 hour if i need to speak to a supervisor. I was asked to call back in 10 mins and my rate plane would be changed to the original plan.

I called again and spoke to Amish, who informed me that I need to send an email from the HR of my company to get the rate plan changed. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was put onto Neha/TL who informed me that it would not be needed as a change was done without my consent.

When I never requested for a rate plan change, how was a change done. If a pack had to be activated on the account, why was i not informed by Kiran/retention that to activate the pack my plan needed to be changed as the said pack could not be activated on the plan I was on.
I have applied for change of my Talk Plan from the current plan to my company's corporate plan on 9th April.
The procedure which takes 4 days, is not yet completed.

Customer service asks to go to Vodafone store and vice-versa.

This is bad customer experience, Vodafone which is HAPPY TO HELP, definitely is not equipped to keep customers happy.

    Hello Vodafone,

    Please note that I had subscribed for international roaming for my vodafone mobile Number: [protected] on 16th of Sep 09. On the day of activating the international roaming, around 150 Rs. was deducted. I had a talk with customer care and money was returned back.

    I had phoned on 18th Sep 09 to customer care and I confirmed the activation of international roaming with customer care executive. Again on 19th Sep 09, I re-confirmed by speaking with customer care executive.

    On 19th Sep 09, I left Bangalore for international travel. I landed in Bahrain and switched on the phone but there was no connection, no roaming facility. I was out of touch of my family for a day at airport and throghout my international stay (15 days).

    Its very pathetic service from vodafone. If they cannot provide service, they should inform frankly. Instead of that its not good to say it will work.

    Also today (13th Nov 09), again money from my account was deducted for international roaming. I dont know what is the logic here. I think simply VODAFONE knows making money from people.

    Please return the money deducted and also discontinue the international roaming. My view of international roaming is; once is connected when I go out of the country and I will be charged for receiving the call and making call at different rate. But here, though there is NO SERVICE, still money is deducted.

    I know am writting too much and am wasting too much of my previous time.

    My request with vodafone are below;

    1. Dont cheat any other customer like this any more or please go out of the business.
    2. Return all the money you have deducted
    3. Issue an apology letter for blocking me from my family contact when I had international stay.

      Mr. Rathi, one of the Customer Care Executives does have no knowledge and provided misleading information by sending customers for every small thing to vodafone store. Inspite of having made my payment he said u will have to go to vodafone store to activate ur no. and show the Credit Card statement. In his office only i called later and was told by Ms. Sujata that payment was received and will be updated and i need not bother.

      Y vodafone has such illeterate people like Rathi.

        dear sir,,
        I had VODAFONE postpaid connection,No-[protected]. which i had asked them to cancell in nov 2007, the number was cancelled but they were still charging me for the monthly rental after that because i had some dues left to pay, the recovery agents were harrasing me for the total amt 9500/. i issued a cheque of rs 9500, which unfortunately got returned. so after that they were asking me to pay an amt of 11000/ which included one more monthly rent, late fee and cheque return fee. the recovery person negotiated with me and asked to pay sum amt of 10000/ as a full and final settelment amt. so i paid the mentioned amt, he gave me the reciept for the same time. and said that i will recive the full and final letter from the company by courier. in next 15 days,but i never recieved the letter from them..
        Now nearly after 2yrs some diffrent recovery agency person comes at my residential address and says me that the amt is still outstanding,, when i showed him the reciept of the paid amt,, he says that that this information was not updated in their syestem and i still owe them Rs 2087 for which even they dont have calculation.. Now they have sent me a letter which says that there is legall case issued to me. and i have to meet Mr Gaurav Bhatia in the court to settle the issue, even the the peson who came to my address was a fraud advocate(recovery agent). who arrogantly to my family that if i dont attend the court next day they will issue a warrant on my name.
        respected sir this issue is spoiling atmosphere of my family. and giving dipression to my mother.so please try to rectify this issue and help me out as soon as possible..

        I write to you today to convey my utter annoyance and concern at the manner in which my Vodafone postpaid account has been treated, and to request urgent assistance to rectify the situation. If you care to investigate my account background, you will note I am a customer in good standing, I have always promptly paid my Vodafone bill by the due date. Up until recently, I have always thought highly of Vodafone, however the events detailed below have not only left me bitterly disappointed, but they are also incurring the Company not caring their customers.

        I was using this Vodafone postpaid connection for the last 1.5 years. My number was[protected], which is a paid fancy number. Few months back I received a call from customer care to activate an offer of STD calls @ 1.00Rs /minute and I had activated this offer. During May-June I had some more STD calls and my bill dated 11/6/09 was 2379 /-. I got doubt and when I checked my bill details with customer care, I realized that the STD offer is not yet activated and they have given me incorrect information about the offer. I paid that amount and activated that STD offer by the end of June. Again my June-July bill was 2759/- among this around 2200Rs is charged for my STD calls as I have activated this offer by the end of June. When I contacted with the bill section for a favor on this Bill they refused it and so I didn’t pay that bill and my next bill on July-Aug which is 1646/-. At the end of August my number is barred and my current amount due at that time was 4305/-. After that also I got a bill on September with 2 months fine Rs200+ a usage for the barring period Rs210 (which includes 30rs for song+31Rs for STD etc).

        On the first week of October, I received a call from a person who identified herself as Sapna, from Vodafone Office Kottayam informed me that my Bill due is around 4700/- . I explained what happened to me and informed her that I wish to activate my number if they can give me a favor in the bill amount. Few days later on the morning of 17/10/2009 she phoned me back and told me to pay an amount of Rs3750/- as a part of settlement and my number would be activated the day itself. Later a guy came to my home (ie at kuravilangad, kottyam district. I forgot his name, I think its Shiju/Shiju something like that), I paid an amount of Rs 3500/- by cash (receipt number: VCA-KTM 9994, dated: 17/10/2009) and he promised me that my number will be activated afternoon. But it’s not. The very next day I phoned back Sapna-vodafone kottayam and she replied that it will be activated soon. I phoned many times, she replied the same. After few days she handed over phone to other Officer and he bluntly informed me that my bill is still due, so I have to pay the remaining also to get the number activated.i felt it like an act of double-crossing.Customers like us never expect such an irresponsible act from your side. I would appreciate a prompt response and the fastest resolution possible to this problem.Waiting for your response and justice

            As I have taken a new SIM of Vodafone (Postpaid) and they have given me a plan of Rs.234 per month in which Rs.199 will be my rental charges and Rs.35 was on SMS pack in which I get 350 local SMS free.
            After 15 days they have given me a bill of Rs.232 and in that all calls charges were correct but SMS charges was Rs.121 as they have failed to activate my plan of SMS pack
            When I compalained on customer care I have not got a correct response, after that I have gone to Vodafone Gallery Ghatkopar and I have told about this issue and in that they told me your problem will get solve within 72 hours after getting a call from vodafone company
            After 2 days I got a call from Vodafone company and I have told about this issue but they told me that you have to pay the bill and they have not solved my problems
            Due to their fault why should one bear

            Vodafone — plan not activated

            sir,
            i hve receive the call frm vodafone executive in case of new plan activation {becoz my old plan is expired}.so i agree for this plan activation.but by the mistake o[censored]r executive my plan is not activated nd becoz of this mistake i got monthly rental of RS 149 in my bill so kindly take action regarding my prblm. otherwise i will not pay my any bill till my prblm is not solved...

            vodafone company — remove the towers or give compassion and stop payment

            vodafone company has built a towers in my land (dist. beed, tal.gevori, tandla gaon).Land in the name of my mother Radhbai sirsat since dec 2006 Gat no. 141 and area 0.40 hactarces.My reg. copy has clearly mention that land from front side road is own. Then also company workers given rent to other person ( vasantrao gavate).
            What action has taken by company ? Is it true your some officer are related?

              Respected Sir,
              I am a Vodafone post paid connection holder from 2007 under the plan FTT / 299. Eight of our company members having the same plan or similer plans, have jointly decided to form a CUG including the 10 new post paid connections we have taken. The store men of your Kottayam store only canvased us for the same and we agreed to them for the single CUG plan. We gave application for the same. The plan was activated very late. More than that they have put us in two different CUGs. Many of the old post paid connections' plan has been changed in to 199 plan, without our knowledge. The services given to us is very poor. Whenever we try to contact the concerned person in the store, they are hesitant in attending our call. All o[censored]s received a huge some amount for the first bill. I request you to look into the matter urgently. Other wise we plan to cancell all the vodafone connections. Looking forward to your replay and help

              I am having mob no [protected] (plan 999- without any rent), I received a call from vodofone care, he advised me to change the plan which is lower call rate and told me send sms. As told by him i sent the sms to 111, In Jan2010 bill rs.45- has charged for rent, immediately i contacted vasant vihar cust care office and reported on 03.01.2010 to them. She has assured me the problem will be solved, yr plan would continue in 999. and also assured no rental charges will be charged. but in Feb2010 bill rs.299+tax has charged as rental. Again i have contacted vasant vihar office on 14.02.2010, she has told me that she sent email to controlling office to cancell the rental charges. and also informed me within 72 hours confimation message would come to my mob phone.
              but nothing has come and reminder for due payment only is coming.

              pls reply to me,
              I have pre paid connection & I never had active match service on my mobile, but they active the same on my mobile & last 20 days every day they are deductiong 3 to 5 rs from my account. 2 time I have visited vodofone stores they noted the complain but till today no action has done & amount are deducting from my account [protected].

                My name is Deep Jyoti Chakraborty. My mobile no. is [protected].I having your connection past 3 to 4 years. I am very disappointed with your service. I activate one culler tune on on 5/11/2009 at 8:00pm. But till now the culler tune not activated on my account. I told that matter to your customer care. But they not do anything. So plz look into that matter. One thing also happened that on 11/11/09 rs15 was also deducted from my account. I m very disappoint with your service. If you don’t do something then I am bound to disconnect the service.

                  i am a vodafone karnataka pre paid customer.
                  i had a low rate plan in dec 2007, and i got a sms like,
                  recharging with 888 i will get the same tariff for another one year, and recharged on the same day.
                  but all of a sudden after 3 months, in 2008 march, they withdrawn that plan...
                  i got one year validity, but a base plan from march 2008, with higher call rates...

                  who will answer for the lost amount 888 rs???
                  i called to customer care to complain about..
                  but i got the answer, that plan has been withdrawn...

                  this is cheating and against customer rules...
                  pls dont trust these people..
                  Harashment by Vodfone Staff - Mr Surinder, Mr. Naresh- Main office-mall Road Ludhiana Punjab.

                  Mr Surinder sold me New Corporate Connection in PAU in the month of May and Number is, [protected].

                  Actually i want to change my Old number to [protected] Plan to corporate Plan. and Mr. Surinder told me that I have to Purchase a new number if I have to change my Old Number, s Bill Plan.

                  and he told me my next bills be generated with new corportae Plan.

                  But bill are generated with my old plan

                  I personally met Mr Narsh in his office at Mall Road and he assured me my bill plan
                  wiil be changed and collect my documents once again

                  Now Vodfone customer care are calling to deposit my bills. which are generated with old Bill Plans

                  if i have to pay bills with my old plan then why Mr Surinder sold me new connection with false commitment

                  Now plaese change my bill plan and generate my last two bills with new bill plan so that i can pay my bills.

                  make it asap and on top priority

                  If my bill plan is not changed then i am going to sue you people in Consumer Court as I have no other option left and also i will try to Black list Vodafone in Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana

                  I am a unfortunate computer of Vodafone.. They change my Tariff plan to a ridiculous plan of 299 ROAM without my notification.. When I called them, they say.. It has done through ""IVR""... which I never DID. Band karo aise IVR ko.. No body is listening this.. Everybody is singing the same song. IVR.. IVR.. but nobody is able to prove it. HOW and WHEN?????

                  Please.. think Before buying a VODAFONE number.. It is not a Indian company and they can not do any good for INDIANS>> go to something else..

                  I've approached every support including NODAL, APPLET...

                    Hi,

                    This is with reference to my previous complaint -
                    My number 96549023** was barred on 4th as the outstanding amount crossed teh limit of 1k, I later discoverd that was due to the advance fees they charged on my vodafone account and GPRS usages which they keep billing till the end of month when they revert it back as I have 1000 mb of free usages.

                    So infact there never was an outstanding surpassing the limit, yet they gave a call and said when will you deposite the money, i said within 2 hours and I did the same using online payment provided on the site.

                    Yet the disconnected the outgoing, sms and gprs, I even paid 3k for security on 5th yet the services couldn't be started they kept telling me it fault in your handset, bl**dy monkeys.
                    They didn't undestand that till they sent a sms that your service have been barred, my phone was fine but after that it discovered a hardware fault, anyways, what to expect of 12th pass person.

                    later on 7th morning some techncial guy called and he asked me if the outgoing and sms were working fine, I check and they hads started working, that means this guy eventually fixed and called me.
                    But the gprs was not working and was giving me error Activation denied error 4159 , so after another 10 rounds of calling back to the customer care I decided to unsubscribe the GPRS and find something other service proably.

                    In short don't let your phone cross the limit, else they will cut the services withtout a proper notice and they don't have means to activate your services in time even if they and their 12th class pass CCE try.

                    Either don't go for Vodafone, if you go for them, be prepared to loose your calling when you will desperately need it.

                    i took a pre paid mobike connection from an authorised agent of vodafone on 17 may 09. service was started on the same day but my number is debarred on 31 may 09 without any notice. i met with the agent but he replied that this is related to vodafone head office. i had deposited the vadil proof of addres and identity. i resubmitted the same to the agent.

                    sir please look into the matter. this case is not only with me. it is with some of my friends also. this is a very common problem with vodafone.

                    2Mr ravi/jaipur always cut my ph at least11 times
                    3 Dealer shown his total helpness in this matter
                    4 inspite of assurance fr mr sunilRSM no action took pl and ignorance was continued for last 10 days
                    4,Rs800 and extremely important calls from myoffice has tarnished my image to some extent.
                    5it appears that it has a inherent culture of teasing coustmer who trapped in such situations for lake of training of yr dealers to guide at the time of filling the form.
                    6.a service provider can be so ignorant is unbeliveabl/insulting to coustmer who had22 visits to dealer17 calls to yr officials,without service with total irresponsible behavior.
                    9.against my submissive nature I am compelled to move to consume court.
                    10i visited jodhpur office where Mr anant has shown sympathy and agreed that I am not at fault.

                      vodaphone mobile v-125 — mobile not working

                      I am Raju Mallick my mobile no -[protected]. purches of vodaphone mobile (model no-v125, EMI No-[protected]) from the shop of lokenath comunication center address : narayanpur battala, P.O-Rajerhat gopalpur, kol-136.phone no-[protected]/28660922 aginst biil no-2805 & date 05/05/08.

                      one month before mobile is giveing problem that time infromed that shop he replaced the mobile ( model no-v125, EMI No-[protected]) but this mobile given the problem from beging.

                      now last few days, everyday i am going vodaphone stores near chadnichawk, kolkatta... everyday he told stock not available Mr.Dulal & Mr.Sahid.

                      please give me a advice what will i do ???????????????????

                        Hi,

                        I got a corporate account of Vodafone on my Nokia E75 and somehow the limit was fixed on 1100 rs, I got a call on 25th october to pay some interim payment as my usages were reaching 900, I did the same and paid the complete outstanding.
                        on 1st or 2nd of november I opted for GPRS , VMC service ,this they charge in advance and the outstanding touched 1000 again.
                        On 4th november I got a call from a very arrogant and angry lady (not understanding that I pay income tax almost equal to her monthly salary every month) told me to make an interim payment immediately in cash, I said I always pay online and I wll pay when I get the bill as I have already paid the interim once on 25th and I haven't made so many calls, yet I paid within 2 hours when I could get time, but then I received an sms that 'your services have been barred'.
                        I tried to call 111 but seems they had barred me from there as well (thanks to the lady the other day) , I tried to get to call center executive for about 50 - 100 times and the menu keeps coming to the main menu.
                        later I was told that this can be activated for a subscriber , no guess who put this on for me for no obvious reasons, just that I said "I can't visit any office now, I will pay online".

                        I guess how many these kind of personalities are roaming around, taking revenge on anyone and everyone whosoever makes them look small, I just subscribed to VMC, didn't even call more than 300 minutes.But some one decided it has to be cut off and there I am .

                        VodaFone is saying the connection is fine from their end but I can't call I can't sms, I can't use my GPRS, I can't use my GPS locator (it uses GPRS) and I am paying some amount daily for the GPRS and VMC :-).

                        Jai ho angry bitter lady , probably in her PMS :-)
                        its 7th november, the call center tells me to go to their vodafone center and get my sim checked, as my services are fine from their end.
                        Who has time to go to some Vodafone center ?
                        And what went wrong with my sism after receiving message from them that my services have been barred.
                        I know some people in Vodafone newbury I would like to tell them this is how the business is being operated around here.

                          Hi all,
                          Im working in a MNC last month i have received a call from a vodafone executive stating that they have a corporate plan 265 plan which is haveing some bulk offers like 2000 mins std and local free and also he shown me the offer stated in a notice like something they are using for their advertisement there it has mentioned as 2000 mins STD/Local on net.Since we are consumers its their duty to explain us properly that guy tols i will be having both STD and local free for all the other networks i believed him and bought a sim for what i have to pay 300 as a deposit and also he mentioned that if im not satisfied with the plan i can able to cancel immediately and i can get the amount immeadiately in any karnataka vodafone stores.
                          After three days i have received a call from vodafone customer care stating that my plan had been activated and it is the same plan of 265 rent....After a clear enquiry with the customer care officer i came to know that i was mistakenly understood the wordings..The meaning for on net is only for vodafone to vodafone..Event though i was cheated by that person i dont mind,since its all already done.So i reached the vodafone care they told that it is not possible to cancel the plan..The reason behind this is i have to use this connection for a period of 3 months after that only i can able to cancel this plan..Then i went to vodafone store to cancel this thing they also repeating the same thing..I dont know what is the problem with the vodafone care i have sent a mail to vodafone care i didnt get any reply from them,For selling alone they are calling twice are thrice in a day for selling their product but after selling that they are not ready to help the Customer care......But their slogan is "HAPPY TO HELP"...My humble request to them is to follow the slogan.....Please call me back at [protected] if any vodafone customer care seen this means.........Thanks for reading my complaint.
                          As I have relocated from Bangalore to hyderabad and call'd vodafone customer care more then 10times for De-activation of my mobile no 91-[protected] but till now no response from them,

                          Requesting India Consumer to take action against them in De-activation of my mobile no before 25-July-13..

                            after one ms.balvinder talked to me about 10days back i went to voda office at church gate with all documents next day to get my name corrected in the bills and to change my address to breach candy.after wasting one hour there one mr.kasim attended and asked me to get certain forms signed from my son akshay .along with his ID proof self attested by him. i got the needful done and and visited vodafon office YESTERDAY and there after waiting for 40 miutes one sachin attended and after verifying all documents for 30 minutes he showed anxity to leave office at 7.30 pm but when i insisted in rectifying my name and address, he went to his senior reluctantly and soon after informed me that on one of the documents my sons signature is not tallying completely.i got SO furious when i hav given so many documents not only of mine and my sons but also pertaining to my wife,s passport in whose name the said residence had been allotted by her organisation.when he refused to do the needful corrections in in my phone bills i tore off all the documents and threw ALL the paper at them and also application DULLY FILLED UP AND SIGNED for transfer of phone connection in my name as advised by the vodafone staff when there was no need for the same since all mistakes were committed by vodafoe staff .NOW DONT EXPECT ANY PAYMENT OF BILLS FROM ME.                               I am using a Vodafone postpaid connection Mo. No. [protected]. I had given all the relative documents to Vodafone store. After 10-11 month I got a call from Vodafone customer care, Vodafone update your address so require your all the relative documents. Then I had given my address proof with my residential proof (Photo, ID proof, Address proof etc.) yours executive. But my outgoing calls barred. they commit me that it will done and after one and half hour your services will activated. I sent this complain Vodafone customer care and customer care executive give me a complaint ID [protected]. But nothing happen. Every time I call in 111 every caller are saying documents not submit . I talk many times to customer care executive but they cannot satisfy me. I don't understand what to do. Is it my fault that we use Vodafone services . Please suggest.

                                Sir,
                                I am a vodafone subscriber no [protected]. I had asked for talk plan to changed by sms and through vodafone request center three times in october 2009. but it was not done. now in november I got the bill with the old plan. Now again I am trying to change and they say it will be done by 14th december. My complaint is that if in october three complaints were made why it was not changed and why not immidiately.

                                  Dear vodafone,

                                  I have been using your services since long through mob no.[protected].

                                  Thursday morning at around 12 p.m. in the morning from your side,some SAKSHI from [protected] on your behalf asking for the documents regarding the identity & address proof.
                                  She fixed a time between 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. for Saturday 7th Nov,09 to get the documents collected from my place.

                                  At 2 p.m. same day i discovered that the outgoing of the same connection has been barred.
                                  Which is very strange & really indigestible as i fail to understand o[censored]r effort of making tat so cald executive o[censored]rs calling & fixing a appointment with to collect the papers.
                                  I then cald ur customer care & got connected to a executive named PARMINDER who was really bad in communication skills & does not deserve to in the customer service &
                                  hospitality industry.
                                  I request him to put me through his senior to find me a solution on urgent basis which was a much more strong flavour than Parminder
                                  According to Mr.Sundeep, the senior customer executive ,customer problems & grievances is not their concern
                                  This was the first time i found some one so rude with a tag line "HAPPY TO HELP U"
                                  I cald again & complaint for the rude experience at the previous call Parminder & Sundeep and the Sakshi chapter,for all i got an answer sorry for the false commitment from
                                  vodafone caller

                                  All this while my work suffered so much because of no outgoing calls
                                  No body was HAPPY TO HELP ME from vodafone end

                                  As the ball was in vodafone court, I finally left my work n rushed back home,collect all the desired paper,deposited at Vodafone at Kamla Nagar & was committed for
                                  resumed services with in 2 hrs.
                                  Which was very much expected,the outing facilty was not activated & i have to cancel my trip out of town.
                                  After calling the customer care again & again the executive on the call told me tat need at least 24 hrs. & again he was sorry for the false commitment at vodafone store.

                                  Why always customers has to suffer whether is documents or payments??

                                  Being a loyal customer & paying all the bills on time is never expected from such an international brand.
                                  Its very annoying & embarrassing on my part n have this regretting feeling to be associated with vodafone
                                  I & my work suffered so much because of really unprofessional & un trained staff of vodafone India n felt tat the staff is just "HAPPY TO HARASS U"

                                    My(Amit Shrinivas Joshi) Father Shrinivas B Joshi was user of vodafone number [protected] in Thane. He passed away on 3rd September 2007 but we stilled continued the sim and number with a minimum Billing plan of Rs 75. This was goining perfect till this year May 2009. In June 2009 vodafone suddenly added Rs 75 additional without informing us for the clip charges. when the same was enquired to Vodafone callcentre and store we got information that the minimum Bill of Rs 75 was only for one year and so additional charges of Rs. 75 as CLIP charges been added on to Phone.

                                    I got a call from Vodafone care and was ask to settle the amount with some discount of Rs 50 on total billing. I was assured the Plan would be changed to Plan 99 which includes Talk time of Rs 99 plus CLIP charges. But after paying the bill also the Billing was never changed. The Bill still comes with old plan and additional CLIP charges. Now Vodafone has deactivated the SIM.

                                    Would like to take a complaint against vodafone for false assuarance by Customer Care and addition of extra charges in Billing Plan with out intimation to consumer.

                                      Again I am writing you, after having very bad experience in past.

                                      I have two more number on my name one is [protected] & another is [protected], I have registered my complaint of network issue, poor voice quality & call dropping so many times but always result is as usual. I have registered this time my complaint on mail expecting at least some action, but result is in front of you, I am writing once again .

                                      Your Representative visited my residence but after visit I never received any call regarding his observations & future steps for betterment of services. is not your responsibility to ask customer that he is satisfied or not? His complaint is resolved or not ?or value of customer satisfaction is ZEERO for you.

                                      At my residence B-29,Padamnabh Nagar,Near Subhash Nagar Crossing,Bhopal either your signal is missing or wherever signal is available they are very week, frequent call dropping is happening, ,in my last month bill you can find n numbers of time of call dropping on same number ,So I just want a clear cut answer from your side that are you able to provide me good services? Or you can tell me clearly that we can’t provide good & effective services .

                                      I have postpaid connection for these numbers & I have done all payments on time, if I am not getting signals at residence than what is the purpose to keep these numbers & what is the logic for paying monthly charges to Vodafone .

                                      Atleast this time please Convey your clear cut reply so that I can decide my future step to go to consumer forum or disconnect these numbers also.

                                        I regret to submit my complaint and highly show my disappointment on my un trustworthy mobile service provider "Vodafone Egypt" who claimed by calling me that they provide an offer called "Vodafone Gold" for open lines (Please check the following link) http://www.vodafone.com.eg/en/Personal/PricePlans/OpenLine/VodafoneLine/index.ht...
                                        The issue i want to complain on is that when i had the phone call from the vodafone customer service employee, he/she did not explaine that (gold or platinum bundle customer, then you can enjoy the free 4 numbers, free Fridays, Saturdays & nights and free Vodafone numbers after consuming the monthly bundle minutes) and also the voice message that is played when applying the offer did not clarify or even gave a hint on this issue.
                                        I have noticed this improper manner just by fault when i was reading the promotion on the website today after i am using the scam offer since 12/10/2009.
                                        Please note that this scaming, cheating attitude is totally unacceptable by such a huge trustworthy company ("Vodafone") and a quick action is required to satisfy myself and ofcourse as well as the other scammed customers, and then after i will immediately switch to another service provider which is more responsible and honest.
                                        Ruining such a company's ("Vodafone Egypt") reputation is not just enough for me.
                                        Your attention and quick action is highly appreciated.
