Dear Sir
I am a Vodafone customer using its mobile phone services and I would like to inform some facts to you as:-
1. I took one Vodafone post-paid connection on 18.03.2009 by paying Rs 599.00 (Rupees Five hundred ninety nine only) through their receipt number 136449, from Vodafone Store near bank road, Gorakhpur in my name i.e. Gobind Saran Goel, 4/20 Bahar, Sahara Estate, Gorakhpur. My mobile phone number is [protected].
2. I paid Rs 1520.00 (Rupees One thousand five hundred twenty only) vide their receipt number 210429 on dated 15.04.2009 as advance rent for one year, as per their scheme.
3. I am regularly paying my bills of Vodafone mobile as per detail given below:-

In total I have paid Rs. 3679.00 till 11.10.2009.
Now, my problem with Vodafone is that:
1. From the very first day I took this connection, I am facing signal problem at my residence, due to which I am unable to make or receive any call at my residence.
2. I informed this problem to the Vodafone official who came to my residence for my address verification, in March 2009.
3. This Vodafone official assured me that signal problem at my residence will be sorted out with in next 2-3 days. I was reluctant to pay advance rental as I saw the signal problem at my residence but after assurance of Vodafone official, I paid
4. When signal problem at my residence was not sorted out, I approached Vodafone Store, Bank Road, Gorakhpur in March to April 2009, for the solution.
5. Vodafone store in charge assured me that signal problem will be resolved with in a week. He also wrote some e-mails to the concerned officials of his company. But problem remains.
6. After my repeated requests and long persuasions, Vodafone installed an instrument at my residence somewhere in July – August 2009, after which signal problem was resolved, but only for 2-3 days.
7. But with in next 2-3 days above instrument failed & stopped working after which signal problem re-occurred.
8. I approached Vodafone again and again at every possible level, be it their store or their Customer Care Service. Every time they assured to resolve the problem with in next few days, but never provided any support for resolving the signal problem. I wrote number of e-mails to their customer care service, called their online care service – some detail is given below, but all in vein.

9. The instrument fixed at my residence has been giving ELECTRIC SHOCKS and my young daughter was injured due to this.
Now, I would like to invite your attention that I am being harassed mentally and physically for such a long time. I am very upset by the behavior, attitude & services of Vodafone for which I am paying regularly. I can not change this number as this number is available with all my near and dear ones. Also I can not close this number as I have already paid advance rent for one year, as closing this number will cause financial loss to me. Even today, I am unable to make or receive any phone call at my residence.

Vodafone — discontinue of service
Sir,with reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that i has discontinue the service of Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] on 03.10.2008 and i had also given a letter in writing to your Representative Mr. Pavin, vodafone gallery, at Goregaon [west], S.V.Road, Mumbai - 400 062. but there is no respone from Vodafone side & they are sending every month thier bill & asking for bill payment & harrasing on telephone for bill payment so that final request from our side after which I will be felft with no option but to approach Consumer forum / Court & press for the mental harassment which I am facing because of mall practices of your telemarketing people & without my mistake of my goodself.
