Dear vodafone,

I have been using your services since long through mob no.[protected].

Thursday morning at around 12 p.m. in the morning from your side,some SAKSHI from [protected] on your behalf asking for the documents regarding the identity & address proof.
She fixed a time between 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. for Saturday 7th Nov,09 to get the documents collected from my place.

At 2 p.m. same day i discovered that the outgoing of the same connection has been barred.
Which is very strange & really indigestible as i fail to understand o[censored]r effort of making tat so cald executive o[censored]rs calling & fixing a appointment with to collect the papers.
I then cald ur customer care & got connected to a executive named PARMINDER who was really bad in communication skills & does not deserve to in the customer service &
hospitality industry.
I request him to put me through his senior to find me a solution on urgent basis which was a much more strong flavour than Parminder
According to Mr.Sundeep, the senior customer executive ,customer problems & grievances is not their concern
This was the first time i found some one so rude with a tag line "HAPPY TO HELP U"
I cald again & complaint for the rude experience at the previous call Parminder & Sundeep and the Sakshi chapter,for all i got an answer sorry for the false commitment from
vodafone caller

All this while my work suffered so much because of no outgoing calls
No body was HAPPY TO HELP ME from vodafone end

As the ball was in vodafone court, I finally left my work n rushed back home,collect all the desired paper,deposited at Vodafone at Kamla Nagar & was committed for
resumed services with in 2 hrs.
Which was very much expected,the outing facilty was not activated & i have to cancel my trip out of town.
After calling the customer care again & again the executive on the call told me tat need at least 24 hrs. & again he was sorry for the false commitment at vodafone store.

Why always customers has to suffer whether is documents or payments??

Being a loyal customer & paying all the bills on time is never expected from such an international brand.
Its very annoying & embarrassing on my part n have this regretting feeling to be associated with vodafone
I & my work suffered so much because of really unprofessional & un trained staff of vodafone India n felt tat the staff is just "HAPPY TO HARASS U"

    My(Amit Shrinivas Joshi) Father Shrinivas B Joshi was user of vodafone number [protected] in Thane. He passed away on 3rd September 2007 but we stilled continued the sim and number with a minimum Billing plan of Rs 75. This was goining perfect till this year May 2009. In June 2009 vodafone suddenly added Rs 75 additional without informing us for the clip charges. when the same was enquired to Vodafone callcentre and store we got information that the minimum Bill of Rs 75 was only for one year and so additional charges of Rs. 75 as CLIP charges been added on to Phone.

    I got a call from Vodafone care and was ask to settle the amount with some discount of Rs 50 on total billing. I was assured the Plan would be changed to Plan 99 which includes Talk time of Rs 99 plus CLIP charges. But after paying the bill also the Billing was never changed. The Bill still comes with old plan and additional CLIP charges. Now Vodafone has deactivated the SIM.

    Would like to take a complaint against vodafone for false assuarance by Customer Care and addition of extra charges in Billing Plan with out intimation to consumer.

      Again I am writing you, after having very bad experience in past.

      I have two more number on my name one is [protected] & another is [protected], I have registered my complaint of network issue, poor voice quality & call dropping so many times but always result is as usual. I have registered this time my complaint on mail expecting at least some action, but result is in front of you, I am writing once again .

      Your Representative visited my residence but after visit I never received any call regarding his observations & future steps for betterment of services. is not your responsibility to ask customer that he is satisfied or not? His complaint is resolved or not ?or value of customer satisfaction is ZEERO for you.

      At my residence B-29,Padamnabh Nagar,Near Subhash Nagar Crossing,Bhopal either your signal is missing or wherever signal is available they are very week, frequent call dropping is happening, ,in my last month bill you can find n numbers of time of call dropping on same number ,So I just want a clear cut answer from your side that are you able to provide me good services? Or you can tell me clearly that we can’t provide good & effective services .

      I have postpaid connection for these numbers & I have done all payments on time, if I am not getting signals at residence than what is the purpose to keep these numbers & what is the logic for paying monthly charges to Vodafone .

      Atleast this time please Convey your clear cut reply so that I can decide my future step to go to consumer forum or disconnect these numbers also.

      We all are using vodafone CUG as Godrej Hershey employees since last seven months but all time we are facing lot of network problem.         Dear Sir/Madam,

        I regret to submit my complaint and highly show my disappointment on my un trustworthy mobile service provider "Vodafone Egypt" who claimed by calling me that they provide an offer called "Vodafone Gold" for open lines (Please check the following link) http://www.vodafone.com.eg/en/Personal/PricePlans/OpenLine/VodafoneLine/index.ht...
        The issue i want to complain on is that when i had the phone call from the vodafone customer service employee, he/she did not explaine that (gold or platinum bundle customer, then you can enjoy the free 4 numbers, free Fridays, Saturdays & nights and free Vodafone numbers after consuming the monthly bundle minutes) and also the voice message that is played when applying the offer did not clarify or even gave a hint on this issue.
        I have noticed this improper manner just by fault when i was reading the promotion on the website today after i am using the scam offer since 12/10/2009.
        Please note that this scaming, cheating attitude is totally unacceptable by such a huge trustworthy company ("Vodafone") and a quick action is required to satisfy myself and ofcourse as well as the other scammed customers, and then after i will immediately switch to another service provider which is more responsible and honest.
        Ruining such a company's ("Vodafone Egypt") reputation is not just enough for me.
        Your attention and quick action is highly appreciated.

          i am saumik belel my vodafone no is [protected]. i would request u to stop the services of this card immediately. all outgoing and incoming services totally. as i have faced a lot of inconvinence from ur side. the reasons for stoping u r services or not using the card is informed by me at ur goregaon-e, mumbai vodafone store or gallery to ur csr mamta kulkarni. i have also informed to cust service at 111 and to collection agents the problems faced by me before 4 of november. i informed them all. i have informed mr gimmy at 111, to mr abshik at 111 and also mr imran imran ansari at cust care. i have also requested them to stop the services before 4 oct. the problem which i am facing is i have not received the gift that is reebok watch its already 1 and a half month. also my outgoing services where stopped bcoz i did not paid my bill, although i have informed why i delayed my payment. no body called to helped me.

          Vodafone — discontinue of service

          Sir,
          with reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that i has discontinue the service of Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] on 03.10.2008 and i had also given a letter in writing to your Representative Mr. Pavin, vodafone gallery, at Goregaon [west], S.V.Road, Mumbai - 400 062. but there is no respone from Vodafone side & they are sending every month thier bill & asking for bill payment & harrasing on telephone for bill payment so that final request from our side after which I will be felft with no option but to approach Consumer forum / Court & press for the mental harassment which I am facing because of mall practices of your telemarketing people & without my mistake of my goodself.

          Vodafone — Discontinue service to my mobile

          Dear Sir,

          I requested VODAFONE on 08th July,2010 to discontinue service to my no.[protected] because o[censored]nwanted calls.I was waiting for their action for five days but there was no action from their side,then after I complained several times to help line 198.Every time their executive assured me service will be discontinue within next 48 hours.And now this is 30th day running after my request but still there is no action.On 27/07/10 I spoke to executive on help line 198.He told me to send your request from your corporate email ID than only we can take action.Again I sent mail from my official Email ID for same same request on 28/07/2010. But before that many times I spoke with their several executives about my request no one told me that.they only told it will take next 24 to 48 hours to discontinue your service.Even I asked one of the executive is it required to send request from my official email ID.He said not required, as your request is already registered with us.After my request I not even using that line.As my billing date is 10 of every month,so I requested on 8th of July. But now because of WRONG guidance from their help line my connection is still unnecessarily active.Every time their auto reply to my mail stated "We acknowledge the receipt of your email. We will contact you within the next 3 working days".But still no action.You can check with Vodafone database whatever information I provided is true.So in this issue what should I do If they charge me current month rental?Because they already taken one month rental in advance in my first bill.This very worst experience I have faced from such a huge organization.

          Vodafone Essar Cellular LTD — Postpaid Billing Problem

          I taken 2 post paid connection in vodafone, 1 New post paid connection & Other one is prepaid to post paid on 13-Nov-2010, Connection activated on the same day and CUG is also activated on that day it self i receive the sms for the same my bill has been generated on 09-Dec-2010, My Out going usage mostly CUG Calls Other calls is ver very low Example Less Then
          30 Mins For this [protected], And My other numer i dono,
          My Bill Amount is 875, I paid activation charge Rs 275, 175 Rs for bill amount vodafone is cheated me so kindly take the acation for the same. am very upset duee to this.

            Dear Sir
            I am a Vodafone customer using its mobile phone services and I would like to inform some facts to you as:-
            1. I took one Vodafone post-paid connection on 18.03.2009 by paying Rs 599.00 (Rupees Five hundred ninety nine only) through their receipt number 136449, from Vodafone Store near bank road, Gorakhpur in my name i.e. Gobind Saran Goel, 4/20 Bahar, Sahara Estate, Gorakhpur. My mobile phone number is [protected].
            2. I paid Rs 1520.00 (Rupees One thousand five hundred twenty only) vide their receipt number 210429 on dated 15.04.2009 as advance rent for one year, as per their scheme.
            3. I am regularly paying my bills of Vodafone mobile as per detail given below:-

            Now, my problem with Vodafone is that:
            1. From the very first day I took this connection, I am facing signal problem at my residence, due to which I am unable to make or receive any call at my residence.
            2. I informed this problem to the Vodafone official who came to my residence for my address verification, in March 2009.
            3. This Vodafone official assured me that signal problem at my residence will be sorted out with in next 2-3 days. I was reluctant to pay advance rental as I saw the signal problem at my residence but after assurance of Vodafone official, I paid
            4. When signal problem at my residence was not sorted out, I approached Vodafone Store, Bank Road, Gorakhpur in March to April 2009, for the solution.
            5. Vodafone store in charge assured me that signal problem will be resolved with in a week. He also wrote some e-mails to the concerned officials of his company. But problem remains.
            6. After my repeated requests and long persuasions, Vodafone installed an instrument at my residence somewhere in July – August 2009, after which signal problem was resolved, but only for 2-3 days.
            7. But with in next 2-3 days above instrument failed & stopped working after which signal problem re-occurred.
            8. I approached Vodafone again and again at every possible level, be it their store or their Customer Care Service. Every time they assured to resolve the problem with in next few days, but never provided any support for resolving the signal problem. I wrote number of e-mails to their customer care service, called their online care service – some detail is given below, but all in vein.

Also I can not close this number as I have already paid advance rent for one year, as closing this number will cause financial loss to me. Even today, I am unable to make or receive any phone call at my residence.
            Therefore, I request your good self to please look into the matter and do the justice.

              I have been using vodofone prepaid connection ([protected]) for so many years. Nowadays Tata Indicom, Airtel started offering pulse rate for calls made at one paise per second. However the Vodafone keeps charging me even if i speak for fraction of minutes ( say even for 15 seconds) they deduct Re.1/- from my prepaid account. I have already lodged my complaint to Vodafone but there is no reply. Could you please help me. Also I request you to give more details about your organisation.

                hello sir
                i am pranav from coimbatore. my dell no. [protected] , i did a 95 bonus card through online recharge portal of vodafone.in- where it says unlimited browsing in vodafone live. i did and suddenly after 4-5 days 230 has been deducted from main balance. i called customer care and now the put clause that 50 MB of data is free.

                but i was not informed of that neither by sms or by mail or anything. whereas there online portal claims it to be unlimited rather than 50 MB limited usage.

                i am cheated badly and customer care refuses to take complain.

                  My name is Samir Chakrborty. My Vodafone postpaid number is [protected]. Every month I pay my bill by cash to the nearest vodafone mini store, Bhadreswar(Airtouch, CC no- AIRT).; but every month I receive my bill payment confirmation message past my last date of payment. Hence I face problems of late payment charges every month. For last two months the payment has been done by the mini stores at a date after the next billing cycle started. Even my previous months(September,09) payment has not been yet done by the mini store. Hence previous bill ammount has been carried forward to this month's(Oct,09) bill, all though I have already paid that on 9th September 2009. Hence this is my earnest request to you to please take appropriate steps so that I can avoid any discrepancies like this.

                  I am Vodafone postpaid connection user and had paid a bill by dropping a cheque in March 2007 which did not reach Vodafone (Hutch). Later in the coming months, I was promised by their collection executive that I will not be charged for a late payment fee, as this was an error at the company side. I paid a later bill with the late payment fee. In the next month, I received a bill with the late payment fee and the reconnection charges. My phone was not take out of service and I was able to make and receive calls for the period they had charged me for the reconnection.

                  I had spoken to an executive at Thane Vodafone gallery about this and he promised me that I will get a reversal of Rs. 450 in the next month billing statement. I had to pay Rs. 450 excess (Rs. 100 late payment fee for 2 months each and Rs. 250 for reconnection charges). The reversal never happened.

                  In addition to my regular billing plan, I had also opted for 1 rupee STD plan, for which I was charged a rental of Rs 99 each month. I had later confirmed with the call executive that my regular STD charges are reduced from Rs 2.40 per call to Rs 1.30 per call. Because of this I cancelled this plan in June. I received a bill including additional rental of Rs 99 each for the next 2 months.

                  I had followed this up with the company for several months for the deduction of this approximate amount of Rs 650. I also had paid a deposit of Rs 500 at the time of subscription which does not reflect in their accounts.                   Even though following this up with them for over a year, I have not received a bill with this deductions. Now, my mobile service is withdrawn for non payment of bill. I had asked for the bill with the deduction of Rs 1150.
                  I am Vodafone postpaid connection user and had paid a bill by dropping a cheque in March 2007 which did not reach Vodafone (Hutch). Later in the coming months, I was promised by their collection executive that I will not be charged for a late payment fee, as this was an error at the company side. I paid a later bill with the late payment fee. In the next month, I received a bill with the late payment fee and the reconnection charges. My phone was not take out of service and I was able to make and receive calls for the period they had charged me for the reconnection.

                  I had spoken to an executive at Thane Vodafone gallery about this and he promised me that I will get a reversal of Rs. 450 in the next month billing statement. I had to pay Rs. 450 excess (Rs. 100 late payment fee for 2 months each and Rs. 250 for reconnection charges). The reversal never happened.

                  In addition to my regular billing plan, I had also opted for 1 rupee STD plan, for which I was charged a rental of Rs 99 each month. I had later confirmed with the call executive that my regular STD charges are reduced from Rs 2.40 per call to Rs 1.30 per call. Because of this I cancelled this plan in June. I received a bill including additional rental of Rs 99 each for the next 2 months.

                  I had followed this up with the company for several months for the deduction of this approximate amount of Rs 650. I also had paid a deposit of Rs 500 at the time of subscription which does not reflect in their accounts. I had also sent the copies of the receipt of this payment from Thane Vodafone gallery 3 times by fax. Still not updated.

                    This is Nitin Swami from Mumbai and I have been your customer
                    since almost 3 years. My vodafone no. being [protected]. The no. is a
                    corporate no. which is in the name of my sister Ms. Aarti Swami. Recently I
                    finally went to your vodafone store in Borivali-west 16TH Oct,2009 after
                    strolling around in vodafone store of prabhadevi and Borivali-west to get
                    the no.([protected]) transfered on my name; And I must say that the
                    slogan *HAPPY
                    TO HELP* should be changed to *PROUD TO CHEAT*.

                    I was told to get MY documents and my SISTER's document for
                    change in address and also for photo Id proof for which I carried both our
                    passports. During the submission of the document you vodafone executive
                    Mr.Tripurari Subedar Vishwakarma (Borivali-west) tried to *forge my original
                    passport by trying to darken my signature* in front of me to which I
                    objected and he took a dark xerox and told me to get my outstanding cleared
                    of rupees 1600. I was told that the no. would get transferred by 23rd of
                    Oct,2009. But it failed as your executive did not process my form and due to
                    his negligence it is still lingering and the transferred has not taken
                    place.

                    *Umpteen times have I been to your stores but still there is
                    no moment in the documentation and all I get to witness is your executive
                    trying to forge my document in front of me !!!!!!
                    IS THIS WHY I HAVE CHOSEN VODAFONE?????? IS THIS IS THE WAY
                    YOUR ORGANISATION TRY TO HELP CUSTOMERS??????????

                      Wirh reference to subject matter , I would like to inform you that though i
                      am yet to get my cheques ( reissued ) but the harassment and false
                      statement by representative of your Appelite Authority's Office by Mr.
                      Arijit Chatterjee is unacceptable to me. And it is just not expected from
                      such company like yours.
                      The connections which were subscribed somewhere in 21/22 Jan-09,never
                      activated and the payment is not refunded so far inspite of my repeated
                      follow-up/complain with the highest authority ( so-called). And in return ,
                      i have been cheated by your office staff since July 09.

                      Though as on date I am not sure whether i shall get my refund atall or not
                      as there is continuous wrong informations given from your office on one
                      pretext or other.
                      May I now request you to look into the matter and to request you to see
                      that such type of harassment / unjust behaviour is not extended to others
                      in future.

                        I am a subscriber of Vodafone no [protected] for about 11 years. In 2006 August, Rs 30 was added in my bill for caller tunes wrongly, and on recipt of bill I contacted customer care and told them the mistake. I was asked to make the payment by deducting Rs30/. but the problem was not sorted out on my repeated requests to customer care as Rs 30 was added in another bills along with late payment cgarges as I used to deduct the caller tune charges and late payment charges everymonth from the bill. I also sent mails once faxed the details on their request. In August 2007, I visited the vodafone store at East of Kailash and explained the entire case. I showed them the bills I paid every month and that to in time.I was given a refrence no for my complaint with an assurance to get it resolved but nothing happened. In january 2008 my outgoing calls were stopped by the provider and when I contacted I was told that due to non payment of bills it has happened.I made a stop payment of the cheque of 300.78 paid for previous bill. On assurance of Mr Anil Bhardwaj, introduced as advocate of Vodafone, I made a payment of Rs 500.00 and no got started but the wrong amounts were not adjusted. Since then I have send mails on customer care, the entire case with details(in an excel sheet) around twenty times but none of the mail was responded except a set reply that they will revert back in 72 hours.I want to confirm that I have been making payment every month for the usage regularly before due date. Now again in the beginning of the month they have stopped my number causing me a great inconvenience and when I contacted customer care, I was told that it is due to non payment of bills. When I tried to explain the problem, it was of no use.
                        I am enclosing the excel sheet sent to vodafone also comprising full details of bills, payment etc.
                        Now I wish to lodge a complaint against the provider for disconnecting the number I am using for the last 11 years causing me a great inconvenience for the fault of their own staff.

                          I have a vofafone prepaid that I have been using for more than 3 years.
                          I had this experience.
                          I got a recorded message with a caller tune on 31.10.09 playing some song in Kannada.We just cut the phone. After some time, we got a message saying caller tunes activated as per our request.
                          We immediately sent sms to cancel it. But, Vodafone alredy took our Rs.30.00 for this unsolicited service.

                          What do you advise?

                          We want to put a stop stop to these petty silly marketing techniques.

                          Vodafone, can openly ask for Rs.30.00 donation, instead of harassing its customers like this.

                          I am totally agreed with your feelings because i am also facing this problem & mailed my problem to cusotmer care on dt.16.08.2010 but till date they have not given any reply to my complaint.

                          I got the message on my no.[protected] that a caller tune is activated on your no. but they don t told me that tone is in bengali. before that surprisengly they activate va-Femina tips on my phone, now i am facing female beauty tips daily in morning & evening and after every call.

                          THIS IS A VERY HARRASED SITUATION FOR A PUNJABI GABRU.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is with regard to the non refunding of Security Deposit from Vodafon Cellular company. I had registered for three poatpaid corporate connections for myelf in the recent 7 months. The Vodafone Sales Rep charged me Rs250 for security deposit on the third number and told me it would be refunded once i cancelled the same. I requested for cancelling of the third number on the 6th of Oct and the same got cancelled only by a week's time. When I requested for the refund of the security deposit, they are denying that no amount was collected from me. I am having the copy of the Bill which they have provied me too.

                            Also, after I cancelled the Number [protected], the Vodafone company has charged me Rs175 as rental charges for the cancelled days too. They have not sent any bill to my address or email and claim to have sent the same. Just after the number got cancelled, I confirmed with the Vodafone Store Personnel that there was no balances for the account, but now they have charged me for this amount and are not returning the security deposit amount.

                            Kindly advice me, how I can get back the Security Deposit amount from VODAFONE Stores.

                            VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION — extension of services without customer approval

                            I have applied for Rs 900 one year connection one year back now in september it will be expired as i know. I got new corporate number but without my approval vodafone send me bill with adding new plan Rs 328/month which is not fare.

                            My mobile no. was [protected].Which i was disconnected on date 8 Sep 2008 by paid all time charges ( Rs. 215/- ) Recipt no.[protected].yet i received new bill. i have already submitted my card to your shop at Nahik (Ravivar Karanja stop )then how can i got new bill that means your service is not good. and you had taken more money from us. and when i submitted my card, your sales person told me that i would receive my security deposte very soon. but yet i didn't receive S.D. and got new bill which i Was not used
                            I humbly request you that cancal the same bill and return my S.D. otherwise i have no way to go to consumer forum. your company add always shows that " Happy to Help " Prove the same.

                            Vodafone — Refund of Cancelled Connection

                            I have been using Vodafone for the last 4 years. In the moonth of June'08, I got a offer from a franchisee of Vodafone with the name of Global Direct. They offered me a certain plan under which I had to compulsorily takea additional Sim Card to get that plan activated on the no.

                            Although I found something fishy, I paid alongwith my friend paid the amount required. Since we had 5 nos. for which we wanted to take the scheme, we had to take 5 additional Sim Cards. we paid 299/- for 4 Sim Cards and 599/- for 1(since we wanted a different scheme on that no.). To verify the entire scheme we went to a Vodafone Store (Borivali - w). We were confirmed that Global Direct is a authorised franchisee of Vodafone. We were astonished to know that there was no scheme as such where were supposed to take a additional Sim Card. So we asked to cancel the connection of all the additional 5 cards we had taken. We were completely assured of the entire process. When we asked for a refund, we were assured that the refund will be reaching us in 60 working days. We left the store assured and satisfied that money will be returned to us.

                            Yesterday, 25th Dec'08, I visitied the same Vodafone store once again. There they took down the complaint once again and reassured us again. Even though it had been more than the then promised 60 working days, I was quiet since I was assured of a verification call for the complaints the very next day.

                            Today, 26th Dec'08, I received a call from Vodafone Customer Care for verification. I was shocked to know that I would not be getting a refund of the money I had paid. Although I can completely understand that it is difficult to refund an activation fee, but I am asking the money for which I was duped by the franchisee. The entire scheme turned out to be false which had been confirmed to me at the Vodafone store.

                            Am I wrong in asking the money which I had given to a scheme which turned to be fraudalent?
                            Am I wrong in asking the money which I had paid to a fraud agency of Vodafone?

                            I have had a long relationship with Vodafone and would be very sad if this relationship of mine is soured due to a fraud committed by a agency of Vodanfone.

                            The same case was with me. But in my case the Vodafone didn't raise the bill but are not giving me back the security Deposit.

                            Their statement "HAPPY TO HELP" means, to trouble us when we are mving out of the services. In order to retain the customers, they should be more competitive and retain the customer, not that when the customers leave make them pay a huge amount.

                            Like your case my sister's the card was cancelled 4 years back and when my sister wanted a new connection, they asked to clear the balance for more than Rs.1500. And when I went to ask the details, the stores lady si asking me bluntly "WHO ARE YOU TO ASK?". No corporate uses such words on a customer, even when some goes for the others accounts details.

                            These all shows how and what Vodafone is made up with. They have destroyed the belief in me and am cancelling all my Vodafone Nos. And Dear Vodafone... Kindly keep you words "HAPPY TO HELP".

                                  I would like it to bring it your notice the cheating done by vodafone staff for my new postpaid connection. I am working for an MNC when the executive who was roaming behind me for connections in order to meet the target said i am eligible for getting 2 sim cards and can use it without any problem and it would be activated within 3 hours, which never happened. I am facing problem for 10 days now where my sim card is not activated(one of them) and repeated visits to their stores(6times) fetched nothing. they have cheated on me by not activating the mobile(one of them). when i bring it to their notice their executives behave badly and in rude manner and say you are not eligible to get 2 sim cards. I am fed up of this cheating and raw behaviour by company called vodafone. They dont have any proper work ethics and how they work to sort the problem out of customer. I doubt they might be misusing my documents to get mobile recharges on their account.

                                    I have very bad experience with your services, I have faced the same many time due to this I had lost my business earlier also. Currently I have only one connection from your in the name of mine. We are in the business of tour & travels, yesterday I found that my services got deactivated due non payment. I was on frequent travel, so I couldn’t make it on time and even I didn’t receive any bill on my new address. As soon as I reached to Gurgaon I have paid my bill using Vodafone site thru net banking. Then I called to your C.Care and asked him to start my services with immediate effect because I had con call, but instead of giving me concrete and sudden solution he was unnecessarily put me on hold for long time, I got irritated but he was not giving me solution then we had heated argument and I have to call again to coustmer care and finally my services started.

                                    But all in vain in the evening again I was facing the same issue (my all services were being deactivated) then again I had contacted to C.Care to know the reason behind this thru your one of executive Ms Anuradha (time around 18:00 hrs on 28.10.09), she told me that your services has been deactivated due to lost of sim/phone, I was very surprised to listen this. It was a big shock for me. Then I asked her who had compliant about the lost of sim/phone tell me the no from which you got this compliant she denied to provide the nos and I can easily listen that somebody directing her from behind…………….and they were laughing also.

                                    I immediately got that Manoj was that guy (the executive, to whom I had a heated argument in the morning) , who had fraudulently raised the request of lost of phone and blocked my services. Even I had not registered any compliant in your C.Care. It shows the mallafide indentation of your executive, he used his rights/information wrong way and tried his best to harass me. Due to this I have lost my business and because we are also in this service industry, so I can’t explain what I have faced.

                                    1. I have not received my bills in time.
                                    2. In spite of good credit limit, my incoming as well as outgoing call was being barred; due to this we have lost business.
                                    3. I have given call to you customer care, the executive(Mr. Manoj) was not able to handle the same, he has wasted my precious time.
                                    I have request him many times and tell him hat I have made the payment thru your site(net banking) =è Thank you for your payment of Rs. 00001619.81. Please note the transaction id 'M[protected]' for further reference.
                                    4. In any case, why my incoming call was being barred? While I had paid the bills in the morning. Why did he misuse his position/power in blocking my services?
                                    5. What action are you going to take against him?
                                    6. How come vodafone blocked my SIM ? I didn't raise any lost SIM case... so simply he (Manoj) used my details as fraud and stopped me from using services. This is simply a misuse of my personal information which I provided to Vodafone executive.... As I don't have any personal rivalry with Manoj.. for me he is vodafone so vodafone cheated me ...I was supposed to get some important business calls, but I lost them because of Vodafone ..



                                    Being as your valued customer for last 5 years, I was being harassed by you/your company. So I request you take the strong action against Mr. Manoj as well as other executive who were along with him. Hence, I seek an apology letter from Vodafone and want know what disciplinary action you have taken against Manoj ?

                                    I hope you can understand my frustration and loss I got due to discrepancy in service and non professional behaviour of vodafone.

                                    I hope I will hear back on this shortly... and won't force me to take this matter in the legal competent court(DCDRF).

                                    Vodafone — Squandered documents by an executive

                                    I have sumitted all my documents to the executive named Mr. Anand Mulchandani, at a Store in Kalyan for activation as well as transfer of the scheme. My card was activiated in 3 days and was supposed to get transferred to an another scheme in about 7 days but wasn't done unitl about a month, and hence when enquired about the same the executive just refused straightaway of receiving any documents of transfer from my side. Even after giving lots of visit to the store my query was not solved and Mr. Anand's tone and manner of talking and not even good and polite. In stead of feeling regret for the same, he was mannerless towards the me. Even after having a talk with the manager of that store there was no suited solution by either of the concerned person. Even on talking to the customer care, who are not at all and never happy to help, talk as if they are obliging us. I was never satisfied and disentangled by the customer care serives the "NEVER HAPPY TO HELP" or "HAPPY TO NOT HELP".

                                      I purchased a Blackberry Bold from Vodafone Store in Kolkata, India on 27th October 2008. Within 6 months the steel frame of the instrument started rusting. When I took it to the store, I was informed that facia is not covered under warranty. .Soon after, the trackball started to stall. I was advised by helpline to re-boot the instrument to restore trackball movement. The instrument would hang at regular intervals and I had to re-boot same. On 20th of October the trackball stopped moving downwards and re-booting did not help.

                                      I reported to Vodafone Store in Sarat Bose Rd,, Kolkata on 22nd October 09 and was told to come next day as concerned technician was on leave. I reported again on 23rd October and the technician asked to produce purchase documents. On 24 th October, I took the purchase bills and demanded a new replacement but was told that Vodafone Store could only register complaints and send instrument to Bangalore for resolving hardware issues which would take 15 days.

                                      I am shocked that Vodafone sells Blackberry phones all over the country but does not offer service support even in Metro cities and instrument problems have to be referred to Bangalore. I demanded a replacement as the instrument was defective, within warranty and had a history of problems. The phone was purchased from a Vodafone Store for Rs 34900, yet Vodafone declined to resolve the issue on the grounds that they do not manufacture the Blackberry. I handed over the Blackberry Bold to the Vodafone Store and am yet to hear from them. I feel I have made a blunder purchasing from Vodafone Store

                                      Vodafone-Blackberry — Inadequate coverage

                                      I have been using a vodafone connection with back berry for the last 4 months.I had complained to Vodafone the lack of signals in our premises which has been verified by their authorised person.The company says they will rcectify it but not given a time time limt for the same.

                                      Which are the appelete athorities for complaints regarding the lack of service from the Mobile companies- please inform
                                      I don't have signal in my house too. My house is just 5 KM from the heart of the city. Despite talking to the managers of Vodafone who give promises in the air - that too with committed dates, there was no action.

                                      Vodafone is very bad with network, Reliance is a tragedy in customer care, Airtel stands as a brother to both.

                                      For customer care response, you should probably call Virgin Mobile. On the spot they will analyse the issue and try to provide you with a solution. If there is a mis-selling, call virgin customer care, the agent will loop the call over to the vendor/seller and make them answer you.

                                      I have a Vodafone Blackberry 8700G and with in 3 months got problem in track wheel, when I submitted to vodafone office they said me sir you will get in the next 15 days and now it over a month and still they are saying it will take another 15 days. I don't know what your engineers sits and do there work on vodafone service centre.

                                      I request to those who are reading this message please tell your friends and collegues not to use vodafone connection, as everyone know they come with a dog ad and dog won't do anything( That means all the customers are dogs).

                                      The Blackberry Bold is having a hell lot of problems.
                                      The track wheel gets worse within 3 weeks o[censored]sage.
                                      The handset gets blacked out and a complete white screen appears and remains the same for hour or more.

                                      I reported to Vodafone Store in Sarat Bose Rd & Southern Avenue crossing, Kolkata on 22 nd October 09 and demanded a replacement and was told to come next day as concerned technician was on leave. I reported again on 23rd October and the technician asked to produce purchase documents. On the 24 th, I took the purchase bills and demanded a new replacement but was told that Vodafone Store could only register complaints and send instrument to Bangalore for resolving hardware issues which would take 15 days.

                                      I am shocked that Blackberry sells phones all over the country but does not offer service support even in Metro cities and instrument problems have to be referred to Bangalore. I demanded an Immediate replacement as the instrument was defective, within warranty and had a history of problems. The phone was purchased from a Vodafone Store for Rs 34900, yet Vodafone declined to take responsibility and passed the buck to Blavckberry in Bangaloe. I handed over the Blakberry Bold to Vodafone with a strong complaint demanding immediate replacement with a new set

I am yet to get a response and under compulsion.may have to move the consumer court for redressal.
                                      Vodafone is a blunder by itself. Thier customer service sucks. Thier BlackBerry helpline sucks. I have had nothing but problems since i got the BB and they literally FORCED me to go billing saying BB services are not offered on pre paid. its amazing they still exist.

                                        Generally I don’t check my phone bill, but when I saw Aug 09 bill, i got doubt. Even though I didn’t use much I see bigger amount. When I checked Itemized bill, I shocked to see the charges made by Vodafone.

                                        I've sent friendship message at 10.28AM to my friends, which is of 221 characters. As its exceeding 160 characters it should be treated as 2 SMSs. In the Itemized bill, I found till 10:41Am it has been treated as 2SMSs(which is correct) after that same message treated as 4 SMSs. There is no change in Message, its same message and sent at once to my friends.

                                        1. I called customer care Helpdesk, they asked me to contact corporate care by email.
                                        2. I sent mail to Corporate care and got response in 2 days stating "no discrepancies".
                                        3. I sent mail to understand what they mean "no discrepancies". No reply
                                        4. I sent mail again to understand what they mean "no discrepancies". No reply
                                        5. Contacted Customer care helpdesk ( long holds and disconnects)
                                        6. Requested to visit Vodafone store, so went to store and explained the issue, they requested one day time.
                                        7 Went to Store next day, again they asked for one more day.
                                        8. Went to store after two days, again they asked one more day.
                                        9. Got worried and called customer care helpdesk, no useful info after long hours of hold and discussions. Customer care people asked me to send mail to Corporate care helpdesk.
                                        10. Sent mail to Nodal office, corporate care & customer care helpdesk.
                                        11. Got mail from corporate care giving waiver of 63/- and mail from customer care stating "no discrepancies".
                                        12. Sent separate mails requesting explanation of excess charges.
                                        13. No response from them (Customer care & Corporate Care).
                                        14 Send mail again keeping CC to Nodal officer.
                                        15. Got call from Vodafone, stating they gave waiver of 63/- for the excess charged SMS.

                                        What I want to raise a concern here.

                                        First of all no good service from Vodafone customer care. Secondly wantedly they charged the Excess on SMS to take advantage of Friendship day messages. If same can be done across the India, they could have earned chores of rupees in few minutes. No explanation from their end, except stating everything is OK at their end.
