DELAY IN REACTIVATING MY SIM

Dear Sir:

My Mom has a prepaid vodafone lifetime connection, [protected]. My mom got sms on 10.09.2009 from 56789 stating as "your subscription to MCI has been activated. Thank You!" and her account was debited by Rs. 30/-, and the due date for the next month for paying Rs 30/ as October 10, 2009, but she has never requested for this service.

haressed for over 8 months

I had applied for a vodafone corporate connection which my company piramal lifesciences offers.I got a number which was already being used by someone else and his debit wasnt even cleared. Regarding monthly rentals
