I happened to activate my ECS service for payment of by monthly bills since nov'08 (ICICI BANK). For the activation of this service i was asked to give one cancelled cheque duly signed by Vodafone employee. It was submitted. There were double deduction of payments from my ICICI bank account since April09 with different amounts. Bank statements are available with me. After joint investigation by Vodafone and ICICI bank it was came into notice that the attached vodafone authorization form for ECS activation was filled up with two mobiles number and the signature on this form is not authentic. it is fraud. Signature on the original cheque differs with that on the form. The form was never filled by me and was neither even signed by me. But this form was attached with the cancelled cheque which was originally signed by me. Details of these documents as a part of evidence is available with me. more over the space available on this vodafone authorization form is only for one mobile number. yet two mobile numbers were written. one number belongs to me and other of 3rd person . the other number mentioned in this form does not even belong to me.

Vodafone — Documentation

"Happy to help" has asked me to submit My docs 4 times in 14 days.I am not sure whether They really be happy after collation of Several pics N stick it on butt of Ponny to make him happy or Toast among themselves after befooling customers time and again.

Whatever be the reason behind all these, I strongly recommend to all aspiring Happy customers to think again before Connecting to them...Beware Wherever U go Our Customer Harrasment Unit Follows you...read between the lines before seeking help from CRM...

i have purchased a vodafone no.[protected] this no is not activated till now. i have submitted all the documents required but my no is still not activated, so kindly consider the matter and resolve it ASAP.

Vodafone — payment on number which does not belongs to me

Hi,

I am having Vodafone No.[protected] which was active for last more than 5 year but now suddenly it is disconnected by vodafone co. stating that i had one vodafone connection on that payment due of Rs.631/- as per my knowlege i am using this vodafone connection for last five years prior to this i was having AIRTEL CONNECTION.i have taken this connection in 2005 & this people after 5 year coming asking for money which was was due on my other connection.

At present i am staying at sion for more than 10 years in between the decade i have not received any communication for my outstanding from vodafone nor hutch nor orange ,but now they suddenly got up and asking for money which i realy don't know. i have already requested vodafone exe. & gallery to send me detail bill but still i am receiving it only & mailed it vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com .My vodafone connection got barred because of this & i am loosing lot of my business because of this. It is only mistake of company waking up after 5 year & their one of exe.Mr. Vinod telling me It can take even 10 year.

So. i just want the solution for the same because i don't think i am the only person facing this kind of problem.

Vodafone — cancellation of joint number

Hello Sir,

This is N.Raj Kumar, iam customer of vodafone service. My Mobile number is [protected]. I have another mobile i.e., joint plan that number is [protected]. I have to cancel second number ([protected]). In my account refund amount is 300 Rupees is there. Please refund my amount, this amout should be adjust in my bill amount in this month..

    I talked to a person, over the mentioned numbers in the mail.... they dont reveal their names, and when insisted they say their names as maya , indhumati, ravi (i think these are their pet names) , i talked to him about the discepency over the account and he said u r account would be settled i[censored] pay 1100 against 1400 odd amount, even after that i get mails to the pay remaining amount , when asked about the same he says , show the proof, where from the hell will i get the proof , since he has talked over the phone.

    And when i call he simply hangs and answers and cuts the mobile and when tried to the other number some lady answers and says her name is maya and and ravi is in court(great in india courts are working till 5.30) , and asked about the same, she says again might be in a meeting.

    When again called to other number [protected] he says there is no lady atall by name maya(Oh god ,godess has answered this call ([protected]))

    I have already mailed him, about the discrepencies and mentioned my moblie number too, he himself called me and settled the account and now he says, "Show me the proof"

    Dennis please escalate the issue to u r regional managers, i havent got the ID of sunitha , i just have her mobile number , so adding u in cc.

    300 odd doesnt matter to me, but the way they are responding with their petnames is disgusting

      Hi Sirs,
      I am a customer of Vodafone Chennai, South India. Last Saturday I called the customer care and enquired if there is any offer on TOP UP recharge which is currently available. One of the customer care executive named “ARUNKRISHNAN” who actually mislead me by asking me to recharge for INR 550.00 which is a recharge for WCC (World calling Card), Then I again called up the customer care and asked them why is that I was mislead.
      But they informed me that they have registered a complaint in that regard bearing the service registration number [protected], And they also sent me an SMS stating that they will respond to my query by Tuesday 22nd sep 09 before 6.00 PM but still no one has called to resolve my issue and when I called them they told me that even if they recharge my account I will be given a talk time of approx INR 500.00 and not INR 550.00 as they told me that the rest of the amount is detected as tax towards no fault of mine.

      As the customer care agent misguided me this happened and yet till this time my issue is still not resolved, All these days I felt proud to be a Vodafone customer but now I really feel that Vodafone has cheated me.

      I also sent a negative feedback about the person to whom I spoke (ARUNKRISHNAN), But someone called me and asked why is that I gave a negative feedback. The person who called me doesn’t even know my name and I believe that this kind of calls are made offline by the customer care executives itself without the company being aware of the same.

      Requesting you to kindly take care of this problem and resolve it for me at the earliest so that I don’t lose even a penny of mine.

        I had called up the customer care for inquiring that how do I activate the sms pack of Rs 49 monthly rentals in which I can send sms to local numbers @ 35p but the executive gave me wrong information about the the activation process she said that I need to send a sms ACT SMS10 to 111 but some other pack got activated I don’t khow how come this kind of executives are kept at the customer care this is pathetic.

        After that I called up once again and asked the other executive said that you cannot activated both the pack and the 49 Rs pack cannot be activated as 35 Rs sms pack is in process but I don’t want that 35 Rs sms pack I want that the 49 Rs sms pack to be activated I had cleared informed the same.

        I do not understand what

        Kindly get the SMS pack of Rs 49 monthly rentals activated on very urgent basis as I am not able to activate the same by sms

        Kindly get the pack activated on very urgent basis or else I need to highlight this issue an PUT up in MEDIA that what all is happening.

        This is a very BAD experience I am having with Vodafone.

        i am vodafone user .my number is [protected].i have done the portability of number. when ever i call in your helpline center, my call never transfers to your executive member. i have requested them for sending me the vodafone mobile connect but i have not recieved it.

          Dear Sir,
          I am a Vodafone customer. On March 10, 2009 I had converted my mobile no. [protected] from prepaid to postpaid from vodafone store at gopalpura bypass road, near ridhi siddhi, Jaipur. At that time the customer care executive had assured me that whenever i may want to change my connection again to prepaid i can do that, & then only i choose to convert it to postpaid.
          Now i want to convert my connection back to prepaid. But on Saturday, 19th September, 2009 when i visited the same vodafone store mentioned above, they denied my request of converting my connection to prepaid. They said that & i quote that our policy has been changed & now we can't fulfill your request.
          This is a very irresponsible behavior from vodafone & it is not at all expected from a company of this stature.
          I want vodafone to look into the matter & converted my connection to prepaid as soon as possible.

            i gave a complaint to the hutch to stop the sim card activation
            and give me a detailed bill so that i will pay the amount which was used by me
            when i told this they didnot tell me that i should file a FIR IN THE POLICE

            Few days back (8 August 2009), I had lost my cellphone and I had blocked my SIM cards (both) on Saturday evening i.e 8 August 2009. I had asked Vodafone representative, and he denied as I have not requested to activate XYZ facility (monthly rental Rs 30)

            I have a simple question, don’t you think in such case a company should provide such facility (have saved numbers on SIM) even if I had not opted for such facility. If a customer has a genuine problem and has been servicing account since years, cant you provide this facility. The Company should come-up with a solution in such case, rather focusing on earning premium from such customer.

            Can anyone help me with this??

            Sir, we have booked 8 sim cards at Vodafone, opp Sai Petrol Pump, Bhayander (E). Our SP No. is 88D/09-10/8P01/8429; 30 respectively. We have submit every document required from passport, pan card, voter's card, Bank Of Baroda's statement (Andheri Branch), ICICI bank's statement (Mira Road Branch), as they keep changing their requirements, and cash Rs350/- on each sim, total Rs2800/-. Our every document was verified properly and was OK. They came for verification and told us our sim's will be activated in 1-2hrs, but they took 27-28hrs, and activated just 4 sim's. More problems, they give us our one contact no. (sim no.) wrong. After few hrs they disconnected our 4 lines. Their senior in charge Sheldon says our Rs20/- stamp paper is not accepted, but it has Police NOC on it, what more they want? They are charging Rs500/- on each sim no. We went to Kanakiya police stn, shared our problem with attendant officer Chougle. He was continuously trying to both nos. of Vodafone Gallery (Bhayander), but they did not response.

            I got a corporate postpaid number about a month ago
            It worked fine till last 4-5 days

            around 29 oct my number stopped working
            outing was barred
            i tried calling my number from another number and some other person picked up the phone

            he told me he got this number with blackberry from his office as he has just come from chennai
            he works in noida and is gm of some company according to him

            i called customer service and got this number blocked on 30 or 31 oct
            customer service people told me that i would get the new sim at my mailing address on 1st nov
            i did not receive any sim on 1st

            on 2nd oct in evening i went to voda store in rajouri garden
            then took my id proof, old sim and gave me a new sim
            they told me it would be activated in 2-4 hrs

            i tried using the sim after some time and it gave me registration failed
            i tried calling my number from other cell and that same person picked up my phone
            his number was activated once again

            i tried calling customer service [protected]
            got prepaid rep who were not ready to help me out
            5 agents hung up the call on me

            after that i talked to Praveen Sharma (team lead) and Tanya (Floor supervisor)
            both of them refused to help me out block the number even though i provided all my details to them

            how was my number blocked the last time from same department?????
            which number did voda store rep activated ???????

            I was misguided by vodafone customer care centers (Thane, Branch), their call centers and because of that they finally block my SIM permanently.

            My question is that If they cant guide clients properly why they r running these centers and also charging for each call also??

            I am Ganesh Kathale one of the customer of "Vodafone", since Dec 2008, having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
            My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in pune, no one is sincere here in working.
            I went to Customer Care Centre at Dahnkawadi, pune, India on 19th Oct, 2010 for the migration from postpaid to prepaid service. One executive attended me and asked my problems. I came to same Vodafone store for same problem, every time same executive attend me give different reason. Till Dec 2010 they didn’t migrate my service.
            Finally on 26 Dec 2010, I went to dhankawadi, pune, Vodafone store, one of the executive named ‘ Rajashri’ attend me, I had submitted my all document required for migration. After 02 Jan 2011 my prepaid service was started. From 04 Jan 1011 my outgoing and incoming calls were blocked ( reason - document not submitted ). Again I had submitted my document to Vodafone store at Ideal Colony, kotharud, Pune. Till my outgoing and incoming calls were blocked
            I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor service/support being followed by VODAFONE Telecom and I am the victim for the last 95 days .
            Please do the needful.

              I am a customer of vodafone live from Gujarat with number [protected].
              On monday 21/09/2009 at around 9 am, i recharged my prepaid a/c with Rs. 501 using internet banking from vodafone site http://www.vodafone.in/existingusers/prepaid/onlinerecharge/pages/onlinerc_guj.a...
              using the link of state bank of india internet banking.
              I used the same and recharged my account.
              After the recharge was done, the last page gave me a reference no. MSBI[protected]IG11158026 and mentioned that the account has been credited with a talk time of Rs. 454.00 and talktime of 409.20 minutes after deduction of 10.3% service tax.
              Instantly I also got an sms from SBI giving me their reference as 11158026 for the same. But my account of vodafone was never credited. I immediately called 111. They told me to wait for a few hours and it would be maximally credited within 24 hrs.
              I again called at 6.30 pm for the same. And he repeated the same.

              I waited and called on 22/09/2009 at 8.30 am since it was yet not credited. But to my horror the executive said that The Vodafone Company doesnt have any tie up with state bank of india.
              I asked her the reason for keeping that link in their webpage and also mentioned reference nos. given by Vodafone and SBI. I also gave her the account No. of SBI Account where the amount was credited. A/c no. [protected].
              After which she kept me on hold for a long time and said that she registered my complaint forward and I would get a resolution soon. The complaint number given to me was [protected]. And that it would be resolved by 6.30pm on 23/09/2009.
              But I still have a doubt that it would never be resolved.
              Please help me out.

                  I am using Vodafone for last two years and regular customer of vodafone. I have never late payment or disput history. I use this mobile in roaming as well. This time I went to Dubai and accordingly changed my talktime plan. The officer didnot informed me anything regarding international roaming except for incomeing, outgoing call charges & sms charges.



                  While coming to dubai , I did not activated any GPRS, neither I was using GPRS service in Ahmedabad. Whicle activation of GPRS, they send confirmation massage, but here no such confirmation is taken. I was not aware of this system, as I have never been told about. Also, Vodafon Live service is totally free in Gujarat circle, I cheked on website too. Then how they can automatically activate GPRS without knowledge of customer?



                  While going to Dubai , I paid 3000/- as advance so that monthly bill amount can be adjusted.



                  The matter is that, on billing generation date Vodafone sent me bill for the month of July of Rs. 6767/- including GPRS charges of 5638/- which was never used by me!!



                  After a few days they disconnected all my vodafone services. I mailed them and wrote regarding the blockage of my services and they solved it after a week, till that I lost my business of almost Rs. 50000/-



                  Again for next month of August 09 they sent me bill of Rs. 25010/- including GPRS charges of Rs. 16540/-. I again mailed for the issue, then a representative called me and told to deposit Rs.1200/- as a partial charges so that they will activate the blockage. I paid that amount also scaring that they will again stop service.



                  In the third month they sent me bill of Rs. 2439/- after adjusting Rs. 21794/- for wrongly debited GPRS charges. But they blocked service on 14 sep to 16 sep and after my mail, they wrote first to pay outstanding amount and then they will activate the service. However, they activated service for two days and again on 19 sep stopped which is still not activated. I wrote them that this amount of Rs.2439/- is still not agreeable, however I shall pay it by Monday i.e. 21st sep but they have not taken any action.



                  Now, I am not interested in Vodafone, instead as per my records, I have credit balance of 28/- after all the adjustments. Now I want to sue Vodafon Essar for Stress, Pestering, harassment and loss in my business for total 14 days. I demand for compensation of Rs. 70000/- .

                    I am Ashish kumar Sharma using cell no. [protected] from vodafone for the last three years but for the last one year i am not receiving the bill . Every the month there is a false message from vodafone that your bill has been sent to your billing address. Although i am paying my bill regularly .Many times i have spoken to custommer care, but only with false commitment from custtomer care. All my bill is paid by my company so i need the bill for support document more than Rupees Fifteen thousand is standing in my account for cell bill as advance . So I have not paid the bill of August 09. which was due on 11/09/2009. amt Rs1203/- After lapse of due date there is call from the compnay for not paying the bill
                    After repeated request to the call executive for five days they have sent duplicate bill on my E- mail on 19/09/2009 at 17hrs . I have deposited cash Rs One Thousand only near by Vodafone store at 17:43 hrs vide receipt number DPV-1-[protected] dt 19/09/2009. Also there is confirmation message two from vodafone that your payment has been received. After depositing the payment recorded message starts coninue for two minutes when i dial any number that my bill is pending and your vodafone connection is active and if you want the service pay your bill as early as possible otherwise it will get discontinue .Even fter 48 hrs the message is continuing .

                    Is there any goverment body to stop these type of harrasement to the user or we poor user get suffering from these money minded MNC who comes in India only to earn money because weak central goverment policy is governing these forigen compnay .

                    Is there any answer .

                    Vodafone — Bill Payment not recorded

                    I pay my Vodafone bill for no. [protected] through internet banking of ICICI Bank. As scheduled the money gets deducted one day before the bill due date every time, but I keep getting messages from Vodafone to make payment for the bill and outgoing calls from my number gets barred. After repeatedly raising the issue with Vodafone Customer Service I keep facing the same problem month after month. I have never been informed of any complaint number.

                    Surprisingly, I have another no. [protected] where payment is made in the same manner but I do not have this problem.

I said ok. So they sent a guy(Hemant, cell: [protected]) on 1st of September to collect my paper and 250/- and gave me a postpaid sim card (No.[protected] and said that it will be activated in 2 days and its now almost 25. I keep on calling these guys but whenever I call them they says they have bit problem today it will be done but even after 25 days it’s not done. They have not even done the verification.                         I had called to Vodafone customer care center to complaint that iam not receiving incoming calls from 3 days ,each and every time cll cordintor will change and i have to explain all the story from begning and they use to ask 4-6 hours to get it rectify,But after two days their is no solution provided to me i had contacted executives by name vijay kumar (TL) ,swetha,anand ,arun,santoush,saif,mohamed imran khan pathan,at last indra TL all are provided false comments to me.I had contacted to this guys on 19th Sep 2009 till 20th SEP2009.
                        If someone calls me they are getting error as ERROR IN CONNECTION ,all is getting drop .

                          I would like to bring to the notice of one and all, that I had bought a post paid connection([protected]) and while filling all the formalities, i had explained that as i am a working person, i will not be available after 9am at my residence, so get verification done before that time, however after two days, i come to know that my outgoing facility has been debarred 'coz negative verification report was submitted.
                          What crap? inspite of having mentioned in advance, if a customer is harassed in this manner, its highly unethical on the part of Vodafone. on contactng customer care, no help is provided whatsoevr, which furthur worsens the matter.
                          on top of all this, the verification deptt remains closed on sunday and they choose this very day to debar the services, how customer friendly is Vodafone, is crystal clear frm this fact itself.

                          I would like to bring to the notice of one and all, that I had bought a post paid connection[[protected]].i had got this connection two weeks back i got a call from your executive regarding verification of address i clearly said him i am not in station an will be available only after two days so please do call me after two days so that i would meet him and help him out in the verification process.hope that was clear later after i returned too bangalore i dint recieve any call from ur side an then after my outgoing was deactivated after all the response i got callin to customer care they said my verification was negative later all of a sudden my calls were activated without any verification.today again my sim card is been blocked with both incomin an outgoin facilities all of a sudden without any calls from ur side i dint get this when first time u activated me call facilities how could u deactivate my calls again now without information im a bussiness man an im facin hell problems with this interim from ur side n mainly im leavin too delhi tommorrow mornin how do i interact wit my business persons over there really not done.pls kindly activate my services by mornin or right now as coz of this there is gonna be lots of problem for me in the morning as i reach delhi n how do i take a new sim card at this time in the night i am goin for a bigmeetin where im gonna get lots of calls from the company who r gonna guide too the venue of the meetin so mpls hope u gettin my problem right here pls immediately activate my calls facility right now..
                          hope u do this or i would be forced too take a legal action against your company and proceed too criminal court for the loss in my business coz of an unnoticed barred in my calling facility.

                            I have got a sms from vodafone "New offer rchrg with 36 and get 110 local vodafone mins free valid for 30 days" .Then i activate this and got a acknoledgement "Hello Rs 36 deducted towards BC36 enjoy 110 v2v free mins" But credited only 72 mins. Then i called to customer care, they behav to me very badly and said we cant do anything its a server problem.Then they disconnected permanantly my customer care calling facility. My no-[protected], sir pls take any action.

                            My balance of approx Rs.200 vanished overnight in my prepaid Vodafone phone.
                            When I complained, I was told that it&#039;s a technical fault and balance
                            will come within 4 hours. It never came and same repeated for next 5-7 days.
                            Was promised time and again that my balance will come back which never did.
                            After 10 days upon my complain on facebook, they called and said that the balance got deducted
                            due to internet usage. I never used internet so how is that possible !! They told on phone that
                            will send me proof o[censored]sage which they never did.
                            These just telling me lies all the time.
                            They are cheaters and a fraud company and I warn everyone not to use them.
                            Will port all my vodafone numbers.

                              Vodafone — disturbed my one day

                              i am a vodafone post paid sim holder from past 2 yrs longback i activated DND also
                              on 19th nov 2011 they send around 20 sms regarding bill payment one should notice that
                              neither my credit limit is exceeded nor bill due date
                              i received same sms for 3 days
                              when i asked in vodafone store malakpet they have given service regesrtation num ie is [protected]
                              and they said we will respond to your query by tuesdat 29 th nov 2011
                              but still i didnt receive any phone call from vodafone
                              my mobl num is [protected]
                              I am receiving disturbing calls from the number[protected]. No one speaks and gives missed calls tiwice a day.. Anybody please tell me any way out...?

                                Time and again I have posted the following complaint to the Nodal Officer, Vodafone, Bhubaneswar.
                                Each time they have acknowledged the same mechanically, but not given any redressal, or reply.

                                Vodafone is a customer-friendly service provider and you are all so friendly people.
                                But what happens to us. My woe is not over. It has increased.

                                In a confused state, I pressed MCI on 07.08.09. Some service provides have this facility free - that was my state of mind. Then when I realised that Rs.30 gets deducted, I wanted to decativate the command through SMS. I did not get any confirmation message to this effect; rather got some cricket news.

                                My BSNL landline phone being dead, I was not able to send an email. I lodged a complaint through my Voda voucher vendor to deactive MCI and all such priced services. Then when my landline was set right, I wrote to you.

                                I was informed that after deduction of Rs.30.00, I had a negative balance of Rs.12.06.

                                I charged the account today with a voucher of Rs.50.00 with full talk time. Supposing that

                                -Rs.12.06 was correct (I have contested it), I had a balance of Rs. 37.94. But, but, when I enquired about the balance a few minutes back, I was informed that I have a balance of minus Rs.11.06. HOW IS THIS, WHEN I HAVE MADE NO CALL, NO SMS, NOR AVAILED OF ANY PRICED SERVICES? WHERE HAS AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 49.00 GONE AFTER MIDNIGHT AND MORNING? THIS IS SUSPECT AND VERY SERIOUS. I HAVE TO ABANDON VODAFONE SIM AND PERSUADE MY RELATIVES & FRIENDS TO DO SO.

                                My request:

                                1. As I have written already I had a big balance before I used the SIM on 07.08.09 after hybernating it for about 3 and half months. It cannot be Rs.17.94. I need a detailed statement of accounts to be satisfied that it was so.

                                2. The MCI command may please be reversed as I wanted to reverse it atone by SMS, but it could not be possible. Moreover, I have not at all availed of its benefit at all.

                                3. If you judge that I must be charged Rs.30.00, then after my complaint, MCI and all priced services should have been disfunctional.

                                Supposing that -Rs.12.06 balance on 07.08.09 is correct, I must have a balance of Rs.37.94 on this day, 15.08.09. IT WAS THE BALANCE IN THE MIDNIGHT, HOW CAN IT BE OTHERWISE IN THE MORNING WITHOUT ANY CALL OR SMS?

                                Kindly attend to this personally and resolve all the complaints.

                                SUB: - Deduction of money


                                Dear Sir,

                                I charged my account (mobile no.[protected]) of Rs.50 on 16-09-09 at 1.30 pm. I made a local call for 6 min at 7.00 Pm & what I found its 9.97 paisa left in my account .I inquiry Costumer Care but he did not gave satisfaction answer. According to him some LOVECOMBO service is activate which I never requested and to lodge a complain but in spite of solving the problem he cut the phone. Again I dialed Mr. Pradip Das- Supervisor (as he Mention) said your money cannot be return. He argue with me for long time but neither agreed to lodge a complain nor return money to my account. He spoke me such a way which gave me moral harassment and I was depressed

                                Hence I want to get a clarification & want my money back. I want a result in 7 days otherwise I am going to lodge a complain in consumer court against your company.

                                  HI,

                                  This is sudeep pillai one of the dissatified customer of vodofone. I was a customer of vodofone for last 2 yrs with RCUG 50 Plan . But all on a sudden they have changed my plan to [protected]@1. without my permission.

                                  When i contacted the customer care the CSE told me that i have send an sms to change plan.

                                  But i had not send any sms to change my plan . Why i will do so when i am holding a corporate plan.

                                  I am extremely dissapointed with the respose which i got from the CSE who attended my call .

                                  Then i have visited the vodofone store for resitering the compliaint. They have informed me that it was happen due to some technical problem and your problem will fixed within 3 working days.

                                  Again i visited the vodofoenstore as my plan has not got changed to previous one. But this time there was another CSE who atteneded she was also saying that i have send an sms request to change my Plan.

                                  Why there is'nt any sms command for termination, when they have the sms command for plan change.

                                        I BOUGHT A NEW MOBILE (BLACKBERRY 8900) IN DECEMBER 2008. I HAVE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MOBILE. FEW WEEKS BACK THE MOBILE STOPPED WORKING SO I GAVE IT FOR REPAIR AT THE VODAFONE STORE IN ANDHERI(W), MUMBAI. THEY TOOK MY MOBILE AND SAID THEY WILL FIX IT AND GIVE IT BACK TO MY WITHIN 14 DAYS. THEY ALSO PROVIDED ME A DOCUMENT WHICH SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR AND WILL BE DONE UNDER WARRANTY.
                                        NOW, AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX MY MOBILE AND IF I WANT TO REPAIR IT , I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RS.19,000/- . WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY 8900 COST IT RS.24,000/-. I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THAT AMOUNT SO I TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY MOBILE WITHOUT FIXING IT.                                         I BOUGHT A NEW MOBILE (BLACKBERRY 8900) IN DECEMBER 2008. I HAVE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MOBILE. FEW WEEKS BACK THE MOBILE STOPPED WORKING SO I GAVE IT FOR REPAIR AT THE VODAFONE STORE IN ANDHERI(W), MUMBAI. THEY TOOK MY MOBILE AND SAID THEY WILL FIX IT AND GIVE IT BACK TO MY WITHIN 14 DAYS.
