Time and again I have posted the following complaint to the Nodal Officer, Vodafone, Bhubaneswar.
Each time they have acknowledged the same mechanically, but not given any redressal, or reply.

Vodafone is a customer-friendly service provider and you are all so friendly people.
But what happens to us. My woe is not over. It has increased.
In a confused state, I pressed MCI on 07.08.09. Some service provides have this facility free - that was my state of mind. Then when I realised that Rs.30 gets deducted, I wanted to decativate the command through SMS. I did not get any confirmation message to this effect; rather got some cricket news.
My BSNL landline phone being dead, I was not able to send an email. I lodged a complaint through my Voda voucher vendor to deactive MCI and all such priced services. Then when my landline was set right, I wrote to you.
I was informed that after deduction of Rs.30.00, I had a negative balance of Rs.12.06.
I charged the account today with a voucher of Rs.50.00 with full talk time. Supposing that
-Rs.12.06 was correct (I have contested it), I had a balance of Rs. 37.94. But, but, when I enquired about the balance a few minutes back, I was informed that I have a balance of minus Rs.11.06. HOW IS THIS, WHEN I HAVE MADE NO CALL, NO SMS, NOR AVAILED OF ANY PRICED SERVICES? WHERE HAS AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 49.00 GONE AFTER MIDNIGHT AND MORNING? THIS IS SUSPECT AND VERY SERIOUS. I HAVE TO ABANDON VODAFONE SIM AND PERSUADE MY RELATIVES & FRIENDS TO DO SO.
My request:
1. As I have written already I had a big balance before I used the SIM on 07.08.09 after hybernating it for about 3 and half months. It cannot be Rs.17.94. I need a detailed statement of accounts to be satisfied that it was so.
2. The MCI command may please be reversed as I wanted to reverse it atone by SMS, but it could not be possible. Moreover, I have not at all availed of its benefit at all.
3. If you judge that I must be charged Rs.30.00, then after my complaint, MCI and all priced services should have been disfunctional.
Supposing that -Rs.12.06 balance on 07.08.09 is correct, I must have a balance of Rs.37.94 on this day, 15.08.09. IT WAS THE BALANCE IN THE MIDNIGHT, HOW CAN IT BE OTHERWISE IN THE MORNING WITHOUT ANY CALL OR SMS?
Kindly attend to this personally and resolve all the complaints.

mera nam shakti patel he aur mera cell no.he [protected]. date 08/10/09 ko mere pe raat ko 1:24 pm ko msg aata he ki aapki callertune yeh pyar hi to tha set kar di gayi he jisse mera balance bhi kat chuka tha.me lagatar tin din se aapke customer care adhikari ke saat baat kar raha hu lekin mujhe ko bhi sahi answer nahi de raha 2 din to mujhe bataya gaya ki server me details 24 gahnte baad aayegi lekin 2 din to kafi hote he server ko update ho ne me. aaj subah phir me ne aap ke adhikari ke sath baat ki to mujhe batay gaya ki 4 ghante baad phone karo. me ne pucha ki ye kab tak chalega aap log customer ko sahi salah kab doge phir bhi mujhe koi sahi javab nahi mila.phir me ne aapki head customer care adhikari ke sath baat ki to mujhe 2 ghante ka time diya gaya aur kaha gaya ki aap ko 2 ghante ke baad samne se call aayegi. aap ki head customer care adhikari ne mujhe call kar ke bataya ki aap ne khud callertune service ka call aane par callertune ka selection kiya he.lekin ye answer bhi sahi nahi tha aap ki callertune 90 din tak hoti he aur me ne meri favourite callertune sirftum ka selection 6 mahine se upar kar raha hu to mujhe koi aur callertune ko le ke kya karna. aur agar me ne khud selection kiya hota to me customercare ko phone karne ki jarurat kya thi. ek to mera balance bhi kata he aur meri favourite callertune bhi change ho chuki he to ab aap mujhe bataye ki me aage kya karu.
1. aap ke customercare adhikari ke sath baat karne par bhi koi sahi answer nahi deta.
2. 3 din ho jane ke baad bhi aap ke customercare ke server me details update nahi hoti jisse aap ke
adhikari customer ko sahi answer nahi dete.
3. aap ke customercare pe baat karne ke baad waha se 1 confarmation msg aata he aap ke customercare adhikari ke naam. jabki me ne 5 baar call carne ke bavajud bhi msg nahi aaya tha jisse pata chalta he ki aapke adhikari customer ko bevkuff bana rahe he.
4. aap ke customercare adhikari ke naam 1-BRIJESH P DARJI & 2- HEAD OF CUSTOMERCARE KRISHAN BHATT.
