Services barred and couldn't be debarred by Vodafone

Hi,

This is with reference to my previous complaint -
My number 96549023** was barred on 4th as the outstanding amount crossed teh limit of 1k, I later discoverd that was due to the advance fees they charged on my vodafone account and GPRS usages which they keep billing till the end of month when they revert it back as I have 1000 mb of free usages.

So infact there never was an outstanding surpassing the...

Service debarred

Hi,

I got a corporate account of Vodafone on my Nokia E75 and somehow the limit was fixed on 1100 rs, I got a call on 25th october to pay some interim payment as my usages were reaching 900, I did the same and paid the complete outstanding.
on 1st or 2nd of november I opted for GPRS , VMC service ,this they charge in advance and the outstanding touched 1000 again.

not changing talk plan

Sir,
I am a vodafone subscriber no [protected]. I had asked for talk plan to changed by sms and through vodafone request center three times in october 2009. but it was not done. now in november I got the bill with the old plan. Now again I am trying to change and they say it will be done by 14th december. My complaint is that if in october three complaints were made why it was not changed and why not immidiately....

Pulse rate discrimination

I have been using vodofone prepaid connection ([protected]) for so many years. Nowadays Tata Indicom, Airtel started offering pulse rate for calls made at one paise per second. 230 rupees deducted despite being unlimited gprs plan

i am pranav from coimbatore. my dell no. [protected] , i did a 95 bonus card through online recharge portal of vodafone.in- where it says unlimited browsing in vodafone live. i did and suddenly after 4-5 days 230 has been deducted from main balance. i called customer care and now the put clause that 50 MB of data is free.

Billing discrepancies

My name is Samir Chakrborty. My Vodafone postpaid number is [protected]. Every month I pay my bill by cash to the nearest vodafone mini store, Bhadreswar(Airtouch, CC no- AIRT).; but every month I receive my bill payment confirmation message past my last date of payment.
