Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

i am a vodafone postpaid customer -[protected]- i opted for a ten paisa to 1 no. plan from vf on 13 or 16th december 07, ur exe comfirmed me that the plan will be activated within 72 hrs.. late on i caled after 3 days at yr cust care n gt the comfirmation that the plan was activated, i used my connection as per that, on 1st jan i caled cust care n again confirmed the plan n they said that its activated, i was happy bt on 11th i recieved my bill of a huge amount.. which i ws nt expectin.. i again gave a req n a ccomplain bt gt no resp. again i gt confirmation that the plan wil b activated n again they failed n no plan was activated on feb 2... i gt 2 huge bills n then i went for a vf care shop in faridabad n they helped me out n got me a 388rs waver bt i deserved a waver of 800rs nw since then m roamin in vf shops n talkin 2 cce's bt no responce is been given... please help me out guys.. ppl say that i can fine u n sue u in consumer court n recenly vodafone suffered from a 10 lakhs fine from consumer foroum cz of misleadin promotions... i dont expect this from u so simplycorrect my bills n remove all late payments 2bz m not payin til u correct it...

Vodafone — cannot get through customer care

Dear Sir,

it is very difficult to get through customer care .Now all the fuction has been changed from your side we are not recieving any option to talk to customer care executive .in any helpline no .so where we will find our solution if we need .atleast previously customer care could not solve our problem but they use to give some solution but but we are not getting any option how we will be knowing about the promo scheme .
so please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP

My wife’s mobile no. is [protected] using this no. since 2005. she is getting lot of call from vodaphone customer care regarding your products, as i have already sent the DND massage to vodaphone even though they are keep on calling for unnecessary information’s.

on 25th may'08 she got a call from the no. [protected] of vodaphone customer care ( Mr. Manish) was the representative, she asked him to don't call her again and again as we are not interested to take any product of vodaphone but I was shocked when he started abusing me and my family.

I have sufficient evidence for legal proceeding and I am going to sue the vodaphone co. for such kind of illiterate staff working with a reputed co.


take a appropriate action against the manish.

My mobile no. is [protected] and i am using this no. since 2007. Every day Iam getting lots of call from vodaphone customer care regarding their products.They always call from some other no.I am bound to pick that call leaving all my work and after picking they speak in someother language that time I feel so much irritated.To avoid this I started saving all nos.but now my contact list is full with vodafone.what to do i don understand.Who can help me in this issue?I cant talk to them as most of the time it is computerised.
One day the situation became worst when one guy said i am from vodafone and started shouting at me.Please is their anyone to help.If nothing happens i will surely cancel this connection.
I have never come across such a useless Customer care.
I have been charged 443 Rs for just Five days for which i didnt even use my phone.

and when i called Customer care, they are saying this is calulted on pro rated data, I dont know what the hell this is.I am totally fed up with them.
Third class service by vodaphone. There must be some legal action shold be taken.

In this june 5th I took one new vodafone prepaid connection from Velur Shop Name: Gulf Mobile at Thrissur. At the sane time I given my ID proof and one passport size photo for activation. Then yesterday morning my new connection temperorly disconnected. Then I called customer care. They talled my proof is not there. Then I went that shop, then I knew they didn't send my proof. Then they talled today morning they will activate my connection. Again I went at 2.00 pm on today, they can't activate the connection. So, now I am suffering last two days.

My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in coimbator, no one is sincere here in working.
I made a call to 111 customer care service regarding the scheme change of my one year plan to regular plan. Miss Kavitha suggested me on 16th june 2008 that it can be change by recharging the card Rs 200. but still my card is on the same scheme and the outgoing amount is reducing by 0.99 pi . once again i made a call to customer care regarding the same but reply was disappontable. Miss Priya said that there is no scheme such that to chane the card like that. most of the people in customer care are not ready to give the proper imformation about the scheme change at last i lost my 200 rs due to improper information. one more guy in customer care said that put a case on vodofone and claime the amount of rs 200. so i am plaining to make these guys in task.
This is the professional way of a Vodafone Customer Care Centre Executive at coimbator, . I told these guyes “I will complaint to ur Superiors”. He is least bothered about that and replied “u do as u like”. That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.
1) I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?
2) Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?
3) The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.
Sir our Mobile number, [protected], this prviously Rs. 300Plan, Last two weeks back change for Plan but could not be activated please activate the number.

This is regarding the Vodafone number :- [protected]
I have no due pending on the above number, just for this month only, but still from 20/06/2008 my incoming and out going are barred.

When I give a call to your call centre then I only hear a word Apologies and they don't have any idea or don't understand the meaning of the word.

They have not given any resolution except that I have visit the Vodafone centre as they can't help( This was a word from a floor supervisor).When I asked him what is the reason they told me that there is another number with your name which is ;- [protected] and this is corporate connection.

All the bill amount will transfer from [protected] to [protected] number when bill date expired for number [protected]. This was happen in the previous months and I have paid the bill for that and I have the receipt as well for paying 2500/- approximately, after that now they are asking the same amount again for the number [protected] to be paid.

In the month of march I called up at 111 and listen the outstanding balance for number [protected] and I have done the recording as well, according to that I have to just pay 200/- only nothing as, which I have pay in the same month.

But still my bill has not settle for [protected] and all calls are barred from the number [protected] and [protected] as well, then I request for the bill again from Jan -March, according to that I have paid the bill and its a confirmation from your side payment received on so and so date for so and so amount. According to that I have to pay just 600/- for the number [protected], and nothing for [protected].
