Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Please let us know status of Mobile No# [protected].

Hi I m using vodafone connection since 2003. I have bought new connection on dt 04/01/09. Also I've received confirmation call by your end but the New No# [protected] is still not activate yet. I m a Co-operate Members ([protected]) of Vodafone.

Now, today its 08th Jan 09, u almost completed 4 days as earlier u mention its working within 03 hrs at the time of purchase a new connection.

Kindly do needful and resolve it ASAP.

My mobile no. is [protected](Post Paid). The Vodafone astro pack is activated on my no. since 18th December 2008 but when I am dialing the deactivation code for that "no vodafone astro pack is activated on your vodafone no" appears on my phone's screen. I have called several times to Vodafone customer care. They gave me complain no. [protected] and asked me to go for Vodafone mini store. I went 5-8 times to that store (Parparganj, Delhi), They always made new excuse like system is not working etc. Still my service is activated . If someone is ther for help me then plz help.

hi, this is Ruchi, i brought new sim of vodafone. First i talk with customer care from 111 there was direct customer care no.Second when i went to the option of customer care there was no direct option to take to the customer care executive.
There are bad facilities in Vodafone.
i am pravin nair form mumbai, and i am using ([protected]) this vodafone number for past 5 years, i have not converted my mobile number in lifetime then, i could i convert it now, i have recharge it with 99rs which as 1month validity & get 10rs talktime.i have done it on[protected] at 11;59am.and after recharging it it as become lifetime, i don't want it in lifetime, i spoke 2 ur coustmer excutive whose name is mr.azar sheikh, he said me that 99rs recharge as converted to lifetime & if u don't want to continue it u have to recharege it with another 151rs recharge to convert it into non lifetime.its not my mistake..i want it in nonlifetime or else i am goona complaint on u ...and this the second time i am facing problem from vodafone...i am very serious
My mobile no. is [protected], i've activated national sms @29p bonus coupon on 16th jan 09.
Still it is not activated. When i'm entering 14 digit code it displays message on my mobile screen that
"RECHARGE NOT POSSIBLE". Number of times i've contacted to customer care but all in vain.
Please do something otherwise i will discontinue with your service.

the servicesof vodafone customer care r not upto the mark..i m using pre paid number of vodafone..n trying the cust care from last 5 days..but not able to talk to the executive as the line drops...useless connection...i got a recharge done for the amount of 100 n after 3 days my 50 rs were deducted without opting for ny scheme, , , , dont wat the hell services they providing...even receiving those useless schemes calls everday...

this is the worst ever service from you people from last two months i am trying to connect an mobile internet through my phone but asusal prob with ur service. None of you guys come in line to help us, there is a number call 111 and 50777, [protected] these are stupid number which i am not getting any infomation. when i am call any of these number going into the voice mail and saying options to press the button to meet the right person, when pressing the option and again its say ur entered a wrong number. why the hell is happening like this, when u guys converted from HUTCH to VODAFONE, i am sorry i mentioned in Capital letters service is worst. pls look at my problem and try to get solve as soon as possible other wise people are there to give better service than you people

Vodafone — Service support is worthless

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am not mentally suffered while using Vodafone [[protected]] for the last 4 year in Delhi. Now I totally disparate from Vodafone and feel customer service of Vodafone is worthless. I bought a new Vodafone connection no=[protected] sim no=[protected] on 17-Jan09. It was committed that it will be activated by 24-hr. Till today still it is not working. I complaint so many times over customer support always they gave wrong commitment. At last I went to Vodafone store(Mahipalpur 24) again they committed for new Sim which is suppose to be deliver at my billing address within 24 hr, but again it is 48 hrs gone NO SOLUTION. The only option I have to go to the

May I know from where my problem will get resolve?

i didnt persue any internet service in my vodafone mobile, ...suddenly on the night of 3.2.09 my vodafone mobile started giving me internet services, which I used that night...and all of a sudden next morning my balance was Rs. -430.00...

now my question is dis that its not my fault that my mobile started giving me internet services...
so why should i pay for it...

I am Vikas Madan having a vodaphone connection since a long time and pay huge bills, last year in december my phone has been lost during my geneva visit, from there i cannot barred my no. and now when i came back to India without any usage they are giving me heavy bill to pay, i even have the F.I.R
of my lost phone from geneva too. I went to the Vodaphone store to wave off the extra charges but they treat me like nothing. I just want a duplicate sim but they ask to pay the pending to activate and reissue of the sim. How can i pay the rentals when i was not in the continuous user of the number.My number is [protected].

It is a fraud. Lots of time i got the wrong and incomplete information from customer care.

Before recharge any scheme pls get the full imformation from cust care..

I am customer for more than 3 years in Chennai. Now I am moved to Vijayawada and started using A.P Vodogone vide No.[protected] and making STD calls to Chennai daily. I had a bad experience with Vodafone, Vijayawada. Once I went to a shop to put top up card for Rs.55/ The shope keeper is not familiar with scrapping the coating on the reverse so as to recharge my card. Unfortunately he damaged the number portion and I could see only two or three numbers . But he is unable to help me or replace the card. He suggested me to contact the customer care Nos.140 and [protected] which I am contacting from 7.2.09 but in vain. I could speak to the officials saying that the problem will be rectified witin 24 hours. But the problem could not be solved. Then I was tensed and informed the lady executive that if the prolbem is not solved within 48 hours I will refer this matter to the Letters to the Editor in the leading dailies in Vijayawada. She replied that it is your wish and whatever you want you can do. But the problem has not yet been solved till now i.e 15.2.09. From 12.2.09 I am able to speak to the Customer Care number as they are not taking it. Whenever I try 140 and[protected] we get the recorded answers about their plans and when they say press 9 for Customer care they are not answering. This is the case I am facing with Vodafone. Whoever so this complaint, kindly forward the same complaints to them so that they should not do their business in India.
I ACT VL on my cell . i only browes pages on net . my balance gone in rs -91.49 with in 5min . please help me out . how my balence gone in negative
