Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

i am yasser a customer of vodafone.I bought one recharge coupon of 20rs and when i rub the confidential no whichis at the back bymistake first two digits and then I try to enter bymyself then it got barred.I immediately talk to customer care talking to J aved and got information that I removed your barring and go to vodacare and get another coupon in exchange and refill it after 2 hrs and when I went and tell about the mistake happened they reply me that it will take 7 days to recover and after i talk to senior, he sais it will take 4 wrkn days, so I really fed of your services that vodafone coulegues replying different ways to solve it .Please tell me the exact solution in this case.
I'm presently using a CUG number which was previously used by my colleague, who also had another personal Vodafone number of his own. Now I have been getting calls from Vodafone (every time a different person-[protected], [protected], [protected]) for the past few weeks asking about a pending bill payment for my colleague's personal number. Even after giving his present contacts to the customer service repeatedly I keep getting calls asking for his contact details again and again... which is very irritating and goes to show how bad/incompetent the communication within the CS dept at Vodafone is... And to top this incompetency the last 2 calls([protected]) I have received have been particularly harassing... Since I refused to provide the contact details again I was told that I ll be contacted by their legal advisor(????)... The attitude of these ppl is atrocious to say the least...

I would like to file a complaint on the concerned personnel considering that its NOT MY BILL and i have given them the info they required(NOT ONCE BUT ATLEAST 3 TIMES IN MY RECKONING)

What more... when i asked my colleague he said he has paid his bill!!!

PS: Are there any actions taken for these complaints or is it another customer service gimmick?????

I was alloted that Number, but due to -ve verification, vodafone executive not allowed me that connection. so I request you to please refund my Rs. 1000/- deposit at the time of new connection
I saw my balance 6.78 paisa at 7/12/2008. But now my balance is -23.37 paisa. I do not know .
So if you will sent to me my details balane, I am very glad.
As off 07-dec-2008, i did call a vodaphone custmeraround 9.22 pm.When i reached the custmer care rep.Lakhwinder Singh Dhillon That he did, t satisfy me on my complaint.He was so harsh with me that i request to talk to his senior.when i talk to Mr Ajay rajpoot or(rajput)he did not satisfy me eather but hang up the entire call.When i saw the time that vodaphone custmer care did waist one and half hour of my time.The only thing i was asking was that when i send message to my wife in USA that didnt reach my wife, s cell phone system insted charge me two rupee each time(i tried two time).When i saw the message report was FAILD, vodaphone charge me the price what the system did, nt delever my message.If the company like vodaphone hire employe like Lakhwinder Singh Dhillon And senior like Ajay Rajpoot (Rajput) than we as custmer gona be down side.These some blacksheeps doing lousy job in night shift with bad atitude than how we can be satisfy with company like VODAPHONE. Dear Sirs,

I have been complaining about deficiency in service for over three months, unfortunately no action has been forthcoming from your side.

I have made numerous trips to your Dombivali gallery and registered my complaints.

I had visited the gallery on 30th November and the customer care assistant, noted my complaint and even showed me the same on her computer screen.

As a sign of protest and due to lack of any response or improvement of services from your side, I did not pay my bill. Subsequently, my outgoing calls were barred.

Upon visiting your gallery again on 12th December, 2008, I was told by your customer care assistant that no complaint had been registered on the 30th November, 2008. I find this kind of service very, very surprising. To add to the insult of not having any kind of proactive action on your part, the injury of not registering my complaints after assuring me the same have been registered is reprehensible.

I would now request top management to look into this without any further delay and loss of service to me.

Notwithstanding any action taken by you, if at all, given your track record of ignoring my complaints, I reserve the right to approach any legal forum, court or consumer redressal forums to give me justice.

i bought a new vodafone postpaid sim, no.[protected] on the name f sahil grover on 7 dec.2008. For first 4-5 days it was working on prepaid then i lost the sim i contact ur service care centre they said that u should block ur sim and go to ur near by vodafone store with an f.i.r. and u will get a naw sim. i visited vodafone store they said that u r sim is postpaid. i said k, then they said without verification we cannot provide u sim . and when ur verification person visited to me then i have said that i have lost my sim so he sid go to vodafone store and get a duplicate sim. then i again visited vodafone store they said that we cannot provide the sim without verification, again the whole procedure is repeated.

What the hell with ur customer satisfaction. u say that u r better then any other mobile connection, just look at it...and u say vodafone foolow his customers...

plz take an appropriate reaction and let me know about it my alternate contact no. is [protected] (sahil grover)...or should i visit consumer court for it...

i would like to bring in notice that there has been a very bad response of vodafone customer care.
in name of improving service they just dont take the calls. and let the customer be getting confused with computer voice response system.
dear vodaphone.
i have several time talk to ur excutive about disconnecting my vodaphone no. bt its still not disconnected. as ur excutive saying that i have send him no mail regarding this. actually when i called up to ur excutive about disconnectionin the mont of sept. he said ' pl wait for confirmation call and after u get confirmation call about disconnecton ur no will disconnected after 24 hour ' i got the confirmation call he said the very lines. the no [protected] become d activeted. no in coming.no outgoing. i thougt its disconnected. i remove the chips frm.mobile. bt in the month of nov. i just cheked it. it was activeted. i do not understand. first the no diactiveted and then its strats at it own. and as ur excutive told me that if someone not paying the bill the connection wll temprorly out of service. fine. then haw it open for all the facilities when i have not submitted the bill as yet????????????????? ok its not disconnected bcoz i hve not maild u. i ve not submitted bill bt its start automatically. haw its possible sir. i know i hv not submitted the bill. i have brifed ur excutive abot the couse of disconnection.(its a corporate connection i got in my previous orgnization so that i cant carry it.) as ur excutive mention to me that i have not submitted the bill. bt the fact is that i hvnt got the bill of last mont becoz i hv already left that orgnization. sir i would like to let u know that befor i hv said to disconnection i ve provided him my residence address. he told me that he will send bill to my home. bt didnt. this all story happend in month of september. i went to vodafone care also. they are saying that i hv to submitted bill till the month of dec. you can see the record of the no.[protected]. that i did no calls frm this no. after sep and not recievd any call. because i thout its being disconnected. bt ur excutive is saying i hv not send them any mail about disconnection in the month of sep and not submitte the bill so that the connection is on going. haw i customer will maild u if ur excutive said that 'ok, u will get confirmation call and it will be disconnected after 24 hour.'
i would like to settlement on the principle amount. and please dont say that vodaphone excutives talk is not valid if u do not maild the connection will not dis connected.u know sir u do most of work on phon. or either u want any mail u hv to let ur customer know first.

Vodafone — Useless Customer Service

I had a corporate (billing) number ([protected]) from Vodafone and have asked the Vodafone people to close the number in August, as I resigned from the Company in August month. I cleared my August month bill and told them to close my account. But Vodafone has not closed my account till date. Their customer service is useless. They are charging me unnecessarily without providing me any detail bills. I am asking the detail bills of september and October month from last two months, but they have failed to send me any bills.
They are charging for a number which is closed from last four months, can you imagine ???
Their customer service is extremely useless and they are unnecessarily harrassing the customers.

Vodafone — Beware:Vodafone can do anything to get new customers

Firstly i was using vodafone prepaid card.
One day some customer care exceutive called me up for some 175 postpaid scheme.I was interested in corp199 plan though i was told first you have to go for a postpaid plan atleast for 3 months and after that we will shift you to corp199 plan.
I happily accepted the offer and changed from prepaid to postpaid 175 plan.
Now since last 1 yr i am waitng for the change to corp199 plan.
Many a times i spoke to the helpdesk people(mrs. pooja) in vodafone care opposite Akbarallys in chembur. Everytime i get answers like
YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS
SORRY SIR WE DONT GIVE CORP199 PLANS LIKE THIS
YOU DONT FIT INTO OUR CORP CRITERIA
dam!!!
Why the hell you loosers(Vodafone) claim what you cannot deliver?????
I also told them "now i am using 5 vodafone numbers and you can check my bill payment records also then whats the problem now.Why u cant give me the corp199 plan?".
Then these people did some natak, taken the complain and gave me a new complain number.

To add more the funniest part
now also i get calls with same offers example" Take a new prepaid conection and then will shift this new prepaid to corp199 plan" huh!!!.

1 thing i have decided damit will return all my 5 vodafone connections now and this time will create a big scene in vodafone care centre oposite akbarallys before returning the connections.

For vodafone people:Mail me on luvrhn(at)yahoo(dot)com if you need some more clarifications or my number.Enough of my patience testing now I am waiting to screw you hard.

Request to all please be alert from loosers like vodafone.
They can do anything to get new customers.

I AM A POSTPAID CUSTUMER MY MOBIL NO IS [protected].I ACTIVATED THE MASSAGE TERRIF 28 DEC FOR MASSAGE .BUT TODAY I HAVE GOT A MASSAGE FROM COMPANY END THAT THE MASSAGE FROM 31ST DEC & 1ST JAN IS ON THE OLD RATE.WHY THIS THING NOT TOLD WHEN THIS SERVICE ACTIVATED .BECAUSE THIS SERVECES CUSTUMER ACTIVATE WHEN THIS OCASENES COMES.YOU HAVE TO TOLD THE CUSTMER THAT THIS OCCASSEON YOU NOTE PPOVIDE THISE BENFITES.WHEN ITALK TO CUSTMER CARE THEN VODFONE CUSTMER CARE ALWAYS SAY THAT THIS US NOT A MATTER TO COMPLANT TODAY I TALK TO MISS DIPTI FROM LUCKNOW .
i've been using this vodafone number for the past one year, and recently i activated the callertune, !! due to some reasons, i couldnt top up my mobile, my callertune got deactivated, now the worse part is - I've been charged Rs.30/- every month but ive got no callertune activated on my mobile - i don understand y is the management being is careless and taking no initiaitve to cross check the complaints

MOreover Vodafone customer care service is just useless cos no one answers the god damn phone!!
If things are persisting like this, I don think Vodafone would withstand the forthcoming generation !!

I believe Airtel is much better !!!
