Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Myself is shikha useing vodafone postpaid number [protected]. recently i deposit 1000 rs. my total bill is 2447/- only so left is 1447/-. Ur company executive RAMAN (FEMALE) VISHAL(MALE) obuesd me they are pressureising me to deposit my balance amount. i said that right now i haveing some sort of problems i can deposit 500/-rs everyday. They said no u have to deposit on 15th only as it is our closeing. vodafone tere baap ka hai. kutti sali tere maa ki. and tera number toh hum chalene hi nahi de ge.Vishal said sali tere ghar aa ke tujhe choduga agar payment nahi ki. Raman said that teri aukat nahi thi toh vodafone ka connection jarur lena tha sali prostitute. THEIR NUMBERS ARE RAMAN([protected]), VISHAL NUMBER IS([protected]) and again they tourcher me from different numbers are [protected] and send one executive at my house ANIL SHARMA his number is ([protected]).
SIR THEY HARASSED ME VERY BADLY I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST UR COMPANY. I FEEL LIKE CRYING U REALLY INSULTED ME. MY ALTERNATE NUMBER IS [protected]. IF NO RESPONSE WILL COME BACK FROM U AFTER MY COMPLAINT I AM GOING TO MEDIA. sir this is the way ur company deals with us i am shocked and i m very old customer of vodafone u can check my number. i will societ and write the name of ur company in societ note if u dont reply to me. how can they call me prostitute they dont have any rights to say about my character. SHAME ON THEM AND VODAFONE WHO KEEP THAT KIND OF STAFF. Sir immediatey u respond to me otherwise i am going to kill myself. My house number is #1441/1 sector 40b chandigarh. Hutch is one of the most irresponsible services I have ever seen.
i am vodafone customer for one year my no is [protected]. last 3 months i am getting some brablam in my network. i have complained 4 time. it's not solved yet. please kindly check my complain and solve it soon as pasible.

Dear SIr,

I am one of your vodafone customer since more than 10 years and my number is [protected], Recently your executive contacted and inspired me to take an additional connection with a good scheme in which he has told me to send one vodafone travelling bag, pen, diary and one table clock along with new connection. I have taken a new connection i.e. [protected] (250 pm plan). But i got only one clock nothing else and plan 222.
Therefore you are requested to look into the plan and also arrange to send the rest gifts.

My vodofone nfumber is [protected]. Address: Old No, 2/New No 3, Ilakkiya flatds, West Mambalam, Chennai-33.But now in Bangalore City for treatmet. Some15 days ago only i re-purchased duplicate sim card. But for the past 13 days aagain the mobile is not working. Whe i toook it your Banglore office they said th tat the sim card is again gone. I am not getting any callls or make calls. Since i am a heart patient i could not contact any body. If u can rectify the defect from there itself i am willing to continue the service. If you are not attending and actvate with in a week i am not interested ni our service and I surrender my mobile connection wirth 5th of March.

Iam using Vodafone prepaid number for last one year but its second time they just provide add on service which i don't want to use, in first instance they cut my Rs 75/- and told i have asked for power recharge of Rs 75/- and now they are cutting Rs 12 per week as power rechage, i don't know what is happening the company is just cutting the amount from prepaid users like anything, i thing the company is a cheater, Kinldly suggest i want my money back or else i will stop using Vodafone there are many better options available in the market and when spoke to customer care they are not ready to accept their mistakes, the name was Akhlesh

Some what same problem am facing right now in Bangalore.It happened like this one of the Vodafone Customer Care executive called me and offered me regarding Postpaid service of monthly rental RS150 and send their representative to collect money for Sim as well as for Local Security Deposit.I gave him RS400 then he gave me a Sim and told me today night it will get activated, but even after 7 days no one responded about that.When I called the same no i.e [protected] no one is reponding properly and when I asked them that now I don't want to take connection they reluctant to give my Local Security Deposit RS300 back, one of their person even scold me and told me you do what ever you want you won't get your Deposit Back!!!
As per my information the store is "CENTA COMMUNICATIONS" in Shivajinagar Bangalore

Last couple of weeks I am tring to send messages to any number through my mobile and it is showing that message can not be sent on my mobile screen and i have positive balance .firstly it was negative balance after recharging it it shows check your operator services and when i talk to the customer care they told me to wait for 24 hrs and after that also now it is showing message sending failed on my screen from 8-03-09.sir this is my kindly request to you that please attend my complain as you know i am facing a lot of problem from this.

Yes very true . Actually it did not work for me at all. please read the complaint that I sent to Vodafone.

AFTER WAITING FOR 5 DAYS ALSO. THEY DID NOT REPAY ME. THEY LITERALLY ROBBED MY POCKET.

I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

i had taken a new prepaid connectin last friday. but till this moment the sim card n mobile number [protected] has not been activated.
i just want to know that why are you sitting in your offices doing nothing but spending yout time sending the useless and disturbing messages and calls all the time. plz do take care of us or we have to show our care towards youself.

i totlly agree... i am from hyderabad ... i too faced so many problems with vodafone customer care center in hyderabad...
thy just kept me roaming around them for days and days and atlast i gave up as i got used to it ... because of the INEFFICIENT, irresponsible and fit for nothing customer care service...

i atlast tried threating him saying i ll move to court ...hahahahaha... but believe me i was stunned seeing there reaction back to it... they were least bothered... as if they dunn care the judicial systems of india... or they had the confidence that no oone will go around court and waste their time...

someone has to take a move and do something to make them understand the power of judicial system of india... please wake up and unite your voice against the injustice...

i am unable to reach customer care ... and even if it get connects there is no surety that it wont get disconnected in between.

i am tired of this please lets make a move together and teach them a lesson...

Sir I called vodafone care on 26/3/2009 at 2145 hrs regarding the hello tune activated on my mobile without my concern. When i called your customer executive (telling his name as santosh when again called telling his name as manoj) started abusing me For 19 mins that person talked to me only abusing me I thought I hadn't called to some custmer care & I am talking to some mad person. Is this the service that vodafone gives? . After this also my problem didn't got solved & I called vodafone care again but your executive didn't listen to my complaint & continuied misbehaving.

From last few days vodafone is directly activated the Caller Tune more than 10 times. without customers agreement. so what type of this service May i change the sim with IDEA or other service co.
i am a vodafone prepaid user for last 5-6 years.i had used a vodafone prepaid connection from last 2 years. a vodafone executive come in my office and commited me to change my no from prepaid to coprate (postpaid) in the plan of 150 monthly rental, and he also commited me that when i want, i can change my this number from postpaid to prepeid.
but now after six months my vodafone con rent is increase with 100 hundred without any information.when i visit to custmer care, they told me that the rent of this number is can-not be changed now and also he told me that this connection is can-not be transeable into prepaid
plz solve my this problem, i dont want to change my vodafone number
