Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Previous week only i took a new sim.my connection is barred yesterday, when i submitted every documents.i'm completely dissatisfied with the service of vodafone.

i am santosh modi..i have 4 numbers on my name, but today one of my number [protected]..is diconnected without any infomation...sure i have got a sms on the said number after disconnection..when i talk to kolkata customer care...they didnot provide any positive response..is it legal to disconnect without any information? plz solve my problem or im forcefully bound to take the legal action...you can not harass your customer this way..hope...

My self Mr. Brijesh H Vadgama here i am writing mail for the new connection for UBS Roof Tower .

Actully we are searching the company who can offer us good price to install the UBS Roof Tower at our place.

We have three area where you can install your tower, i have ask many time in ur Vodafone care but they have not answer and telling that we are sending.

Long Back some one has came in our place and offer us but at that time the place is for rent so we have told no.

I am S. Balasubramanian, I am a vodafone customer for 3 years till now. My number is [protected]. One day I made a call to the customer care, there was an executive called Babu took the phone and talked to me very urgently and rushed me to complete my query and not provided proper solution to me for what I have called to him. He didn't even ask me Is there anything else I may assist u with? But simply cut the phone, while we were in the talk I could also hear some of his friends were calling himto go with them by putting me in the hold. At last thereafter I could not able to call to the customer care service, I don't know How that has happened to my mobile number alone. Even I sent a complaint regarding this issue to the chennai customer care, they replied me but the solution is not solved still now. Very Bad service, they are spoiling the name of the reputation of their pioneer's name.
I am a subscriber of Vodafone pre-paid connection having mobile No.[protected] for the last two years. I requested e-recharge of Rs.151/- on[protected] from Gayathripuram vide transaction Id KK[protected] stating that it is under process and I paid the amount to the retailer. But in turn only a sum of Rs.51/-(Fifty one) only credited to my account. I approached the Mysore Customer care centre repeatedly . I am fed up with the callous attitude of the customer care centre and they are not in a position to listen to me and to sort out the problem. I have not used any ring tune/caller tunes and having no negative balance. I am quite dissatisfied with the customer service . The recharge value admissible against the defaulted amount of Rs.100/- has not yet been credited to my pre-paid account . Please do needful immediately.

May i ask why i am being given different time it will take to activate my postpaid... the other day a vodafone guy came to my office to pick up my check which suposedly had too many zeroes... he tells me it will take 48 hrs... 24 hrs later i get another call asking to verify my information, 96 hrs later i am still not activated - then another guy shows up in my office today and verifys information that i have already verified and filled out in almost ten times in 20 so odd forms for like 3 guys, then that same afternoon i get a call from some lady who hangs up on me for asking her a very simple problem - 'when is my line going to be postpaid activated'... so i am writing to ask, why have a customer care where you are happy to help 'you' when infact one cant even get to a live customer relations person... and when they call, they are rude and obviously not willing to spend a moment to listen to what the customer needs... if you are "happy to help", as you so indicate everytime i dial your useless customer care number to some recorded message, i d like my number migrated to postpaid as i was promised 96 hrs ago... if you cant do this, please let me know as i am happy to migrate my business to some other company willing to provide its customers with services that they require. If you cant help within the next 24hrs, i suggest you send me an email letting me know that plus my check...
mare complaint hai ke mera mobile sim [protected] maen jab bhi main recharg carvatahun too mare pasie .kaat diye jatte hain mane thode din pehle recharg karvake swith oof kar diya 2din bad on kiya too jo 10.83pasie thee vo only 17pasie reh gay mane bhutber no111par ya [protected] par complaints ki hai too mujhse khaa jata hai ke apkke mobile main problam hai ab mane naya mobile la liya hai par ab costemer care wale mara phone kaat dete hain kal mane 29 rupees ka sms bonus recharg karvay mujhse kha gaya tha ke apkoo 29 rp ka sms bouns card recharg karne par 1rupees aur 300 sms milan gain 300 sms too mil gaya par jo mera balence 1 rupees 17pasie hona tha voo only 15pasie reh gaya hai .palese mare ek too sim ke problam ko dekha jaya aur mera costmer care wale phone attend kare thank you.

i want to cancel the MCI plan.. before 13 of this month but not connected the vodafone care... now what i do.. just tell me if not i change my sim card

i am butchi babu dis is my no..[protected]..i am using vodafone sim from the last 2 years.i have some signals problems, .some times i get two signals one time and some time single signal, , , i cant understand what happening, , , so please rectify my problem..and yesterday i purchased 20/- recharge card when i scratched the card some numbers are missing...i cant recharge the card.dis is the serial number [protected] i will wait for the 16 digit number, , , , , i hope i will return my number..thanking you...
