Useless customer care I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services. My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working. since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. im prabhjeet frm delhi, , , my hutch no, is [protected] its a postpaid conn...well im very old clint of vodafone around my connection is 3 yrs old or 4 yrs...well before i got the right billl now ur vodafone company doing wrong in ths bill wch generate on 11-7-08...well i have checked my bill on 10th its 450 and wth plan its total around may be 700 only..well i check on 11th its 1152...wats goin on sir its not rght plz, ., ...im ur old clint see my profile, i paid timely all bills to u and i call internation to buy a world card and thn i call...so plz my request disconted ths bill as soon othrwise its not gd sir...and plz chjeck my b4re profile of payin ur all bills...

i tried to reach customer care for 2 day . but no use.

This is me ESAKKY. I am rtd govt staff & i m physically handicapped. I am running RECHARGE SHOP in RA PURAM Except VODAFONE all my distributers are given me EASY RECHARGE SIM CARD
VODAFONE distributer not given me the EASY SIM, I am missing LOT of CUSTOMERS
& not able to activate new prepaid cards. I asking easy past 1 (1/2) YEAR but he not giving
what can I do without easy sim how can I recharge to my customers please help for me.
For this request I sent u three mail 6 month back I get call from MURRAY [protected]
He collect me ID PROOF 6 months back. But no response from him I calling him for 6 monts but he telling past 6 (tomorrow) (tomorrow) (tomorrow). I don’t know what is the meaning of tomorrow he totally fooled me atllast he not attend my & add my number in unwanted call list. I think VODAFONE new services are use for this purpose. (no response from distributer & channel manager)
I am wait more than 6 monts I think this mail give positive result to me

on 3/9/08 at 10.27 pm i called the Customer care for enquiring the complaint which i have given earlier, while i was enquirng his tone was changed and abused me with very cultureless words, i asked his name he did not tell his name correctly, in the night at around 11.52 pm he called from the number [protected] and abused me several times, for clarification please check my number, i request to find out the ustomer Care Executive who have abused me and to take necessary action, if you did no respond to this i'll diconnect Vodafone.A reputed company like yours should be shame for having those Executive who does not have the BASIC MANNERS

Hutch is the worst services and very very irresponsible company in the whole world.I dont know wht kind of customer care services are they providing.Everyone are illeterate people in hutch.They never understand the customer's query and forget about the resolution.I think they doesn't know the meaning of resolution..I opted for a new connection from one of the dealer in B'lore and paid them 200rs for a new connection.They told me that with in 2 days the sim will be activated and gave a used sim card.After 2 days when i called that people the Executive phone number is switched off and the reciept which they had given me after paying, It doesn't have the Telephone number in it.The executive name and number is Mahesh [protected].Beware of him and ofcourse vodafone...Its turning out for a illegal activity.Shame on a big venture like Hutch which is now Vo...dafone...Wherver u go some fraud from vodafone follows...

I have lost my mobile which no. is [protected] on 23rd sep'08. I have complained alongwith a copy of FIR and at present my SIM is permanently out of service. But I want to know the call details if any made by the theft through which i can know about my mobile phone. the data which was feed in mobile can i get or not by any means. If any other relevent information u have in this regard pls provide me.

i got my new sim n submitted my customer form for change prepaid to postpaid i got my sim.After i am today my outgoing & incomeing was barred. please make sure u give my connection today.My no is [protected].

i m postpaid member of vodafone group...i have activated my caller tune one week before. on tat day he has taken 30 rs due to the insufficie... balance he has taken the next day 15 rs ...ok tis is the process of call tune i ask to the couster care...if i dont have the balance and i will send the song downloading requ it will be applicable or not he told me no it will not valid...then i send two more messa to the 55655 no ...but when i rechare he has taken all the charges...wat ever i send...due to the miss guidie by the coust care ...tis was happen...ok...up to tis no prob...but again he has change my...caller tune...one vulgar song activated...even i never list..such type of song...due to the careless of tis guy...if i m calling the couster care no boby is respondi...and unness they r taking...RS150 to acti the one song...yes when i send the mess to 55655 to change tis vulgar song...and act the om sahnti om movie song MAIN AGAR KAHU...he send me the messg ok yr calletune activate but he has activi one eng song and he has taken rs 50 for one song plz tell me wat is going on ...plz send me the sugg and i want recov my all amount...from vodafone service...
