Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because of Useless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Hi,

I am snehal patil my no. is [protected].Two days before in my mobile there is activation of missed called information service. Because of that my current balance is (-14.Rs) . For that purpose I talk to Mr.Samanth Komine.He solved my problem. But after that I got new message of Monthly Rentle for 60/paisa per minute. Which I have not activated. So if I Prepaid my card it will again go in minus balance or cut that rentle. So please, de-activated all the existing offers or schems in my mobile which is present now, regarding monthly charges.
Dear Team,
I have not given any request for Vodafone Music Station, but I have received a SMS for the same at 1.40PM ( 24/04/2009). & deduct the balance Rs.50/- form my sim balance.
Let me know when I have not given the request for the same then why that service activated on my sim and deduct the balance.
Kindly refund the duducted amont urgently...

Hi Vodafone,
I am a Hyderabad based prepaid customer (number [protected] ) and have been facing a problem regarding my recharge .
I used ICICI Banking services to recharge my mobile.I recharged my phone through ICICI Internet online prepaid mobile
recharge facility on 27th April09 the money was taken away from my ICICI account but no talktime was credited to my vodafone acount.
I called up at Vodafone Care and the executive told me that its a temporary problem and would be rectified in one day, but the next day also I have the same problem. I have spoken to Vodafone Care executive wherein the executive told me that the problem would be solved within next 24 hours. The very next day (on 28 April09) when I called Vodafone to know the solution of my problem, the executive told me that it is in process and asked me to call later. The same process has kept running since then and I got the same response . Another executive asked me to drop into a Vodafone Shop as they could not do anything else but give me a new complaint number. During this process the behaviour of the excutives was not tolerable and SATISFACTORY as i have called the VODAFONE the world's most reknowned telecom giant.

My Vodafone Mobile No. is [protected] it belongs to Uttarakhand State. Before 45 days i Activated this Sim, Now from 24/04/2009 this number is out of order at Roaming this No. is Automatically De-activated
There is no Incoming & Outgoing facilities.Even i can't able to contact your customer executives also,

Through My Friend Mobile I talked with your customer executives they asked me to activate the Roaming Option from Vodafone Services.

I did that also, but there is no use,

Let now, give me an option how to activate this No.while in Roaming.(Now i am in Gujarat)

For the past one week i missed my callers due to your poor service.

I feeled a very very worst Service from your side..

This is a very very basic thing for this also there is need here to contact your executives, (Other Nerworks was not like this) but they was not ready in giving solutions.(also not Respecting)

Hi, I am Silam. I am using vodafone since 2006. They were providing fantastic service then. But when company is growing, their service is coming down. Three months before i have given a complaint for the coverage problem. They have given a due date but the complaint has not been rectified with in due date. After that 3 times i had given complaints for the same. But nothing happened as of now. Finally one lady called and told me it will take 6 months to one year. This is not a correct way to treat customer.

2 months before i have given a complaint to replace my STD pack which they disconnect without my permission. That also they didn't do.

A month before i have changed my callur tune. I have selected a song. But they have activated a different song which i didn't select. I have given more than 5 complaints and i went to Vodafone store and i spoke to one of the vodafone executive. But they didn't change my caller tune and they didn't refund my money.

As per my concern, vodafone is service needs to be improved a lot. Otherwise it will lose its customer.

To keep vodafone inform, I was using vodafone prepaid only. But i use to recharge more than Rs.3000 per month.

Please accept your faults and keep your customer happy. After 3 years i'm changing my sim from your un effective services...
I am using vodafone number since 2008. Every day Iam getting lots of call from vodaphone customer care regarding their products.They always call from some other no.I am bound to pick that call leaving all my work and after picking they speak in someother language that time I feel so much irritated.To avoid this I started saving all nos.but now my contact list is full with vodafone.what to do i don understand.Who can help me in this issue?I cant talk to them as most of the time it is computerised.
One day the situation became worst when one guy said i am from vodafone and started shouting at me.Please is their anyone to help.If nothing happens i will surely cancel this connection.

I purchase a new connection from you authorize dialer, and same time I deposit the id profe ..
After 3 or 4 days I receive a call from the call center for verification,
Then they found some Error from the dialer who had write the name of my father is wrong .
Same time I deposited a new document of passport and other Id. but still your persons has not update it. And whenever I call to 111 the call go to the verification department.
Now I am very much upset.
And if you need some document please come in my office or home.
Other wise I will go for justice.

I had taken a vodafone connection([protected]) for my official purpose on January 2009.I disconnected my Vodafone postpaid connection because of bad service. The reason behind is when I was in roaming they are disconnected my service(outgoing as well as incoming) without a prior information. When I returned back to Warangal I immediatly went to the vodafone store where I got the connection. I paid all remaining bill amount and returned the SIM. Latter I returned to Chennai. They are not returned my advance amount(Rs.500/-) yet. I informed the designated person in vodafone store, Warangal that I am shifting from Warangal to Chennai. I didn't get any information from Vodafone about my advance amount by any means. I am going to file a petition at consumer court against Vodafone to get my advance amount.

u all fools are posting your problems in the comment section...have mind folks..original issue of the person having balance deducted from icici bank accnt is lost.most of you are fools.


regarding the original issue...it has happened with me too..but generally bank reverse the amount
in a day or two. pls go and check the statement of your accnt for the past one month..i am sure u will find debit rollover. if not call icici bank helpline or better still fire an e mail with all the details.call vodafone too...again e mail works better.

Vodafone — bad behaviour of Customer Care Executives and T.L.

Sir/Madam,
On 6th of may i called bangalore customer care to activate my gprs connection. they told me that i will be charged by Rs.1/- but Rs. 69/- was deducted from my a/c so i called customer care on 7th of may morning at 6.17am and 1 guy picked my called he told me that they dont have an update and asked me to call after 30mins. So i called after 30mins and a lady attended me and told me that my 69 std pack has been renewed but i know that i use 31 std pack.Then again i called at 9am Ms. Santa picked my called and she told me that i am using 31 STD pack and when i requested her to escalate my call to T.L. she disconnected my call by keeping me on hold.Again i called after 5mins Mr.Vijay picked my call and when i requested him to listen my prob for what i m calling he misbehave with me with a very rude character as i am a dog if you have buzzed my call u can listen the conversession and again he disconnected my call and when i called at around 9pm a TL named Mr.Bannerjee attended me and he also did misbehave with me by saying "For this reason you are asking for the TL?" and he disconnected the call.
Sir/Madam i am a vodaphone customer since last 12yrs and you can go through my a/c how much i use vodaphone per month on STD calling. On last jan i came in bangalore for job and this is the 1st time i called the customer care to know the exact reason for what my Rs.69 has been deducted.I want to know the reason how they can misbehave like that with the customer is only as my name name resembles as a north indian??? if you talk with the customer care of kolkata you will see how polite they are. if like this any time customers called the customer care with their problem and if they are just treat like a dog as i was treated on 7th of may 2009 then the customer will seek for the other network.

In this April 24th I took one new vodafone prepaid connection . At the sane time I given my ID proof and one passport size photo for activation. Then 6th May 2009 Evening my new connection temperorly disconnected. Then I went that shop, then I knew they didn't send my proof. Then they talled tommorrow morning they will activate my connection. but they can't activate the connection. So, now I am suffering last four days. My disconnected vodafone mobile no. is [protected]. My another contact no. is [protected]. Plz re-start my vodafone no. as soon as possible.
