I have a SIM No.[protected] of your company, residing at B127, Zinc Colony, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. I have recharged my sim for Rs.250/- on 29.10.09. I was told that I will get full talk time if I recharge for Rs.250/- and accordingly I recharge the same amount. After 3-4 hrs. when I checked my balance, I noticed that an amount of Rs.30/- has been reduced from my balance without any call which very surprising. Please give me detail how it has been occurred.

I m Vodafone custmer.i'got a call from vodafone office.Porbender.but i was v.busy to hospitalize my son for his crical health condition.A few days back, i got a call from vodafone office.Porbander.he asked me about my residant-address.he also informed me that he is trying to send me one card by currior/post and i'll get in two days.for last two days my cell may be blocked.not working.there no tower.then i realised that metter.but as a risponsible person he should inform me by the message or call.but he didnt do it.but as I m responsible customer, i'd like to complain.question is, who will suffer the loss which i've missed during these two days?i haven/t got any imformation from Porbander Vodafone.
Please deactivate the MCI facility immediately and balance amount deducted towards MCI may please be diverted to my account with an intimation to undersigned. I have already informed to your customer care centre.

I Have lost my mobile as on 29th october 09. so i want to disconnect my vodafone no. i have called customer care, but still it has been not done. pls disconnect my no. my vodafone no is [protected].This simcard is in the name of my Mother Mrs. Geeta Patil. pls do the neccessary needful and obilge for the same.

Vodafone — Useless Customer Care Center
Hi!I am using [protected] (HCL Corporate Connection) Vodafone connection which got BARRED by vodafone useless Customer Care. They such a dumb people who are NOT ready to listen to the customer at all!!!
On the Name of TRAI they asked me to provided few documents like Pencard and recent photopgrah and told me that they are going to send the executive to collect this. However, now without any prior warning they have BARRED the without from my mobile.
Is this called a professionalism??? Is this the way they do business??
They dumb call center executive's who are good in repetative statements are most foolish set of people on the globle.
vodafone new series [protected] se mujhe blank calls aur sms aa rahe hain? can you tell me username of this number?

i am jini i got fedup with this stupid vodophone customercare service i really become madsick because of this useless service actually always this custumerservice is so problematic but a recent eg: i just recharge with 121rs offer of local&std 50ps/min on 3/11/09 and also a scratch card for 30rs for urgent only we r recharging our every penny from our hardwork but there is no service from custumer care for every time someone responses then they will trickly speaking and ending the calls geetha ari spoke first then she ask us to wait for 4 hrs and again i called next day mariya spoke she said to wait for 12 hrs and again we called then sunendharan and vijay and etc why u people r behaving like this only the owner of this vodafone service will lose the custumer this is really not fair pls put back my money its my humble request dont ever try to waste or cheet others every penny only with their hardworking and dont try to waste our precious time with ur foolish speech thank u

I am more than in agreement with my friends in trailing mails. I have recently joined Vodafone network with mobile no. [protected]. Ever since the connection is activated, I am facing problem with promotional calls from Vodafone, specially those related to caller tunes. Why these services have been activated on my phone without my concent is not understood. My request to C.C. Executive on 13.11.09 too failed to yield any result as it takes 45 days to discontinue any such service. My request to forward the call to team leader was also not entertained and call was disconnected abruptly. Howeaver, My next call was forwarded to team leader who assured that the service would be deactivated within 45 day as per Telecom Regularory Authority Guidelines.
Since I am still receiving these calls, I would request the Vodafone authorities concerned to kindly address the matter urgently.
