Your service is very bad now a days
because my balance automaic deduct in my a/c.
and customercare people tel me your balance wil be return after 4 hours but i wait last 40 hours i dont knw when wil 4 hours finish. today i try to conect customare care but i didnt make a single cal with u people. stil morning i try to call u but u people very edout. nd dont call back also to me.
i m nothing other i m ur customer ok
dont forgat ur customer otherwise customer is king.

Useless customer care and not happy with the vodafone support and service
My number: [protected], from the last 2 week I have been struggling with vodafone billing changes on my prepaid number: [protected]. I had recharged with Rs. 70 on 06-Nov-09 to activate the sec pulse billing (1paisa/Sec) but that plan has not activated yet.
But from 06-Nov-09 onwards it has been charging 2 paisa/Sec even after 60 Seconds.
Logged the compliant: [protected] but no action.

I have switched over to Postpaid to prepaid on 21st '09 . I have got another sim on the same day by Vodafone store, Atta market, Noida. Now it has been 72 hrs. my sim has not been activated harming my professional life badly.Please activate my sim at earliest.I have cleared my all past liabilities on the same date.

WE ARE TIRED OF VODAFONE — CUSTOMER CARE IS USELESS!!!
Vodafone are training their employees to speak like a computer.It is NOT NICE to speak to a computer.
I am unable to make VODAFONE understand thet this is HARMFUL for their business.

It is with great agony that I wish to draw your kind notice towards that I am Customer (Subscriber, Mobile no[protected] of your company since last 5+ years.
It is a corporate connection. I am using 149 Plan. Call charges through my Vodaphone no. is abruptly inflated since last two months without giving any intimation. I appealed to Customer Assistance Cell several times in this concern but all in vain. Your call rates are far soaring than other operators, e.g, Reliance, Airtel etc. One of friend is using Vodaphone no-[protected] & his calls are very low than my. Why is this discrimination? Why should pay extra for same? What massage do I take is its gaffe of any consumer being so long relation with your organization. Possibly, I have done the same mistake. It is only matter of money but more than that, i.e., principles, commitment, ethics towards yours client whose trace record is good throughout this long period commercial relation. Now I feeling like deceived, is not it? In my opinion, a wise person can't continue this business relation on irrational grounds.
In nutshell, am I not being exploited by this association? Kindly do needful within 15 hours as required otherwise I will be compelled to surrender the SIM & have to switch to other operator. If the number portability put into practice, I extremely regretful to state this approach/policy of company is going to plunge great acquisition of costumer.

i am very much disappointed about vodofone service because worst service about callertune, in airtel if we need any song from the world(OLD R NEW) we can get the song activated (BUT IN VODOFONE ONLY LIMITED SONGS IT IS VERY PROBULEM TO THE COUSTOMER SO LIKE AIRTEL (vodofone also make all song in the callertone this is a humbel request for VODOFONE HEAD so pls do the customer needful
