Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Mobile No.[protected] &[protected] these no. all service are close for One or Two days. Here
networking problem for One month these problem does not solve so facing lot of problem. Please solve these Two Problem immediately.

Prepaid — imei no related & not satisfaction of your service

my reliance sim is not working but other sim r working in my handset & i also conform my imei no so i call reliance coutmer care & talk to mr.nishant he never give me proper Guidance & not talk proper way & hold my call tell me call later.

This is really totally useless...
I am trying since couple of days to speak to a customer care executive but could sucessed.
The IVR is just trapping me to enter one by one so many choices and at last I just cut the call .

Don't know how I can speak to a customer care executive.

I hate callertune, tune activate itself now want to dactivate my callertune, I call so many times 111 number but all vodaphone officer say that my number is out of Mumbai.

they r not attend any call .& also not replied any sms.they r not realize that the customer having a problem.

there are so many unknown persons calls and say that messages are coming from ur mobile([protected]) which disturb us .I know that i dont send any messages to that people .Plz inform me How messages are going from my nuber without knowing. How is possible?

Vodafone — Prepaid no. barred with out notice and given to new customer in 5 days

Request your intervention for the below mentioned case..

I am using [protected] from last 6 years and now the same has been disconnected by VODAFONE with out even informed me once.. even if i breach company policy of life time recharge which was not disclosed to me at the time of doing life time recharge that 200rs recharge is necessary in 6 months, i failed to recharge the no hence it got disconnected.

My biggest concern is vodafone people did not even informed me once before the disconnection and moreover reissued the same no to a new customer in just 5 days which is not legal way to resuming the no.

I would appreciate if the same action had been taken with my knowledge, therefore reuqest to pl look into the issue personally and help in getting my no. back on my sim card.

I am using this no. since last 6 years and from last few months i was using that no. for incoming only and moreover i was not aware the life time recharge policy.

Would really appreciate if you could help me in retaining the no.

yes bank ltd. — new post paid connection not getting activated since last 5 days

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I'm working in YES Bank Ltd. Aligarh Branch. I'v taken a post paid connection from your Vodaphone Aligarh office on friday (04/12/09). After completing all my formalities, I've been told that the no. will get activated on Saturday (05/12/09). But till date the no. is not activated. I'm trying to contact the local office but they are not picking up my call.

Such miscommitments and poor quality was not at all expected from a company of such repute. I've got pathetic response from Vodaphone local office.

Request you to relove my grievance asap.

I am having vodafone mobile [protected] and at present i have converted my postpaid to prepaid. in the begining whenever i dial *141# to check the balance, the balance was displayed, but now the problem is that whenever i dial *141# the message displayed is "request not completed". in this case i am unable to see my balance and whenever i send a message of BAL to 50141 the balance is displayed and i am surprise to know that my balance is deducted without mysel[censored]sing the mobile. i think that the money is deducted unknowingly and where the balance is going because i have already entered the scheme of 1p/sec. if this condition remains i would like to stop your service and join another mobile subscriber.
on 10th december i have reacharge amount 58. i received confirmation sms but the service is not activation . i contact to customer care but they r not given the solution not only ones time every day 4 to 5 times m calling to customer care but still i m suffering so now i can tell that vodafone service cant give satisfy to any customer
Dear Vodafone care,
I've been using no.[protected] for past 5 months.The service is found satisfactory.In this month i wanted to avail the value added service of GPRS. I sent a message of ACT VL to 56789 after that I get the message that I am not a valid prepaid customer.
Till that point as per the laid down procedure then also I get this.Then I call up vodafone care to get my small query resolved.I then get a very responsive answer from people attending my call (names I will write cause I would request to teach your employees to be a bit rude cause they are too polite to be handled) the first call by rajesh and the second was not willing to give his name. At the end my query did not get resolved because three times that I called the care they kept me on hold for around 5 mins and then they hang up the call.On the next day I get a call from vodafone care which surprised me a bit they informed me that if I call up more on the Vodafone care no. then I will be devoid of the Vodafone Care service.
I would request of some action to be taken for the same as soon as possible and would liked to be informed on my contact mail id.

I m very sorry to say but . I m really not happy with service u give infact i think u don give a service also to ur coustomer... n after registering a complaint u don even bother to get it don.. even i had a camplaint but it was not don on time n my complaint number is [protected]... it was not don til yesterday.. so i had to dct 49 pack... n ya if any one ask me how is the service i wil say its worst n very bad service i had ever seen . n i wil tel my firends also to jus don take vodafone sim... n d biggest thing... u dont even connect to the service center... n ya u wil be wanting my number so jus take it... [protected]... n i wil say this is inly money minded company... i mean my words
Vodafone is the worst custome service provider company. they never listen the problems and when you have to tell problem they would ask for wait for a while and after sometimes they disconnect the phone line.
they are the LEECH who just come to india to suck the money (blood) from india and in return gives them harrassments and frustrations.
sometimes i thought that how these [censored]s wok around in india, .
and it happens to me not once but several times
if the person can not solve the problem then they should say that ki we are the bad company that we could support and u can [censored] ou asses but we will not work.

I am Atharul Bashar, Using Vodafone no-[protected].
One Job service has been activated from vodafone without any information.
However I want to deactivate that service and talked to vodafone care more than ten times.No one is able to provide the solution for the same. I have send the message CAN VAJOBS to 144 and 111.After sending the message i received the messge that stated as-You are not active for this service. I have also done *123*...#. Vodafone provides worst services according to my experiance. I have decided that if this service will not closed within this month i will switch to another vendor.
Mere pass no change karne k elawa koi aur option nahi hai...
WORST EVER RESPONSE I HAVE FACED. I Took a vodaphone connection no.[protected] from nasik and submitted all relevant documents. After activation I got recharged the were no. But after 3-4 days my calls were barred due to reasons that documents have not been submitted. I again immediately submitted all my relevant doucuments and one official certificate from State Bank of India where I work as Chief Manager. But inspite of all these my calls are still barred. Due to such worst response I will never recommend any body to go for vodafone connection .
