Dear Sir ,

I like to inform you that I have an savings account in Axis Bank Barrackpore. My Axis Bank account number - [protected] has benn debited of Rs/- 8625 on 30.11.2010 without my knowledge and used as "online mobile reacharge from Gurgaon" and "Vodafone-BILL DESK-Mumbai" . I have already lodge the complaint to the AXIS Bank, Barrackpore branch and Vodafone Store in Barrackpore branch. I have also register a GDE at Titagarh Police Station vide GDE No. - 508. I am informing you this whole scenario for justice and to investigate the truth and revert my money.
I have attached my AXIS Bank statement. Please find 30.11.2010 transaction which I had not made.

I also like to inform you that going through your site I saw in recent past there is lots of cases happen exactly similar my case where this type of Fraudulent transaction made only by Vodafone BILLDESK from bank account and customers lost lots of money and Vodafone Store denied to share any details with customer. I think this becomes very serious issue as it is published in Internet and lots of people suffering with Fraudulent made by Vodafone BILLDESK. Please look into this matter with high priority as I want my money revert back as soon as possible .

Vodafone — Fraud Transaction to Vodafone

Dear Sir,

Myself Abhijit K. Chandode have registered a complaint in ICICI Bank on 22nd May 2010 for fraud transaction from my account to Vodaphone billing by unknown person.(Cyber Crime)

The person who has done this transsaction is a Vodaphone Dealer.
you will trace out the address from Transaction ID in my Bank statement.

I have got information from Vodaphone that this transaction is done from Banglore (Karnataka) area ,Cyber cafe.

Transaction was done on 15th & 16th May (Total 19 Transaction)

I have already given application to local Police Station on 22nd May.

    Hi,

    We were using Vodafone Service provider(Earlier Hutch) from past 6 years.
    But waht happened this time , make us feel so bad about it.

    My mother is using vodafone postpaid number , which she wanted to convert to prepaid.Beacuse of daily promitional calls from Vodafone were making her life miserable. ANd seriously those calls are so irritating. Even tellibg after those stupid callers that we are busy, sometimes they won't stop!

    They raised a request from Post-Pre at vodafone store near Phagwara chowk , Hoshiarpur. But nothing happened.

    Finally she stopped using number and told Customer care taht if they won't convert she wont pay. Even without making single call, she had to pay those stupid bills.

    My father who is senior citizen(but vodafone customer desk girls really don't care) visited store 10 times along with my mother. If required , can provide satff names also.

    There behaiour was so rude. Once she shouted at my father and said why coming daily hewe and disturbing us. Send you son with all documents , then we will do. Then my mom said - if we are not having any son, so you won't convert our no.

    I can't under policy - Vodafone customer satff (girls) not treating old aged customers and asking to send their son!!

    My mom is working lady and every alternate day she has to visit store and nothing hapened. Finally she also lost her tamper and was lil rude to staf. But it worked as per my parent's understanding.

    BUT HERE CUMS FRAUD.

    she convinced them to pay all pending bills and said within 24 hours your number will be prepaid. Poor guys TRUSTED vodafone. And girl gave strict instruction- Do not recharege your fone for few days. Being over clever she palyed a game. After waiting fr 5 days , I along with my father visted Store.

    Girl's first words to me-- You came with this GUY? what does it maen?? Insated of greeting anyone. They are talking like this! Then i said we need to check sattus of number and response made us shoched. She told num is PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED. Customer wanted post to pre and they disconnected. Rich Vodafone!!

    After discussing , she told it may take 1 month from post to pre. Thank God , we are educated and awrae of process. I told it takes mak 48-72 hours post to pre. Then she said it's vodafone and we aork in this way only!

    I just made a comment thaen how you guys gonna implement MNP - in a year. Then some head satff( again a rude female ) was about to eat me. What you know about MNP. We are not going to launch and all. I told Maa'm it has already started and will be cuming soon to Punajb. But if we could have stayed in store for more 5 mnts , she might have started abusing.

    We left with Thanks a lot mam! Atleast we are educated!

    After thatt i called Vodafone cutomer care from BSNL mobile (As we had only one vodafone num in Punjab). I asked them to tell me procedure for raising Vodafone store staff compalint. But poor guy said - NOT POSSIBLE MADAM> PLS VISIT OTHER VODAFONE STORE IN NEAR BY CITY LIKE AMRITSAR<LUDHIANA ETC.

    Aha agin hats of to such intelligent staff. To set a complaint i should travel to other city.

    So Now i want:

    We want our Security Refund.
    Educate your staff. How to talk. Atleast basic manners.
    Process should be ther.
    Let customer know if you wanht Post-Pre, Vodafone will make you fool for 2 months and then finally will Disconnect Number.

      I had written a mail to Vodafone for wrongly charging for Vodafone Live.
      Their executive Mr Kavin Disuza called at (2.17pm on 08 Dec 2010 ) had only one thing to say that I have used this service and vodafone can not reverse this charges. On asking for clarification for what and which sites are opened that I am charged Rs 2446, Mr Kavin had only one thing to say that they have got no clarification for what have I used in this service.
      I told them I am sure that I have not used this service but he repeatedly kept saying that they can not reverse this charges and from next time Vodafone live would not be charged as now it has been de-activated.

      On the first place I had never activated for this service and every time I was charged Rs 15 to Rs 50 for Vodafone Live which I was not bothered. But in the last bill they charged Rs 2446.


      On asking to speak to the higher executive or manager he again repeated saying "Charges wont be reverted".

      I have a Blackberry handset and I had opted for Blackberry Prosumer Lite scheme of Rs 299. Where in the executive had told me that I can only check my e-mails and
      use Blackberry Messenger chat and this is the maximum amount I would be charged.

      Suddenly, in my last bill dated[protected] I noticed charges for Vodafone Live amounting for Rs 2446. This service has not been activated by me and nor used.

      Post my telecon (reference no:[protected] with Mr Santosh on 5th Dec 2010, i was asked to put the above in the mail and that the matter would be looked into by the billing department.


      I would request you to look into the matter and wave off the charges which are wrongly debited in my bill. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

        I am a regular customer of vodafone last 6 year

        They have activated Bill Not Print Service without My consent and didn't inform me even.
        I am a customer of Vodafone Mobile Service Provider since long back. I have been enjoying their service for last 5 to 6 years. As per the recent circular of DOT ( Department of Telecom ), I got a message from Vodafone that I have to submit all the relavent documents ( e.g. CAP, Voter ID card, PAN card and address proof ) to nearest Vodafone store to continue my connection otherwise the service provide will stop my connection. As per their instruction, I have submitted all the required docs. to them ( Vodafone Mini Store - Dalhousi Area at Kolkata ). After submission all the required documents them ( without failing), I got that my connection started within 24 hours which was stopped after I got the first message from Vodafone. After a month, I got the same message that if I do not submit the required ( mentioned above ) then they would stop my connection, that time they had stopped my connection. I spoke to the concern authority that I had submitted all the document to them but they show me their system that DOT has rejected my document, where they have no clue why DoT had rejected my documents. Later on I have submitted the same documents once again and I got the connection back again. Today ( 09.12.2010 ), I once again got the same message from their end, to submit the required documents to continue my mobile service. But, they have not stopped my connection yet. Now, my question is what kind service we are getting from Vodafone, this is a very hectic serive I am enjoying from a reputed mobile service provider in India. If I call their customer care, then nobody is able to answer my query, if I visit to Vodafone store then they are not answering my question except asking for the same document. Now, I have to think to give up the Vodafone connection and have to think for a new one. As, I have provided this number to all of my friends, colleagues and relatives. If I discontinues this number then I will loose many contacts this is big deal for me. I would request you to take the necessary action on my complain thus I can enjoy the Vodafone connenction forever. Otherwise, I have to swith to any other Mobile Service Provider. I would like to stop this kind of harrassment from a reputed Mobile Service Provider. My numer is [protected]

          I work for accenture and opted for Vodafone. The signal strength in my residential area is very weak and call would often get dropped.
          May i request Vodafone to improve the signal strength near Mahaveer marvel, kodichikanahalli, Bannerghatta road, bangalore 76.
          from last few day Vodafone connection getting very weak signal in sector 39 Uniteck cyber park Gurgaon. Only Vodafone facing this problem.Kindly boost your signal in this area.

            vodafone has put the Flash message services for all the postpaid numbers by default without intimation to the customer. these messages are not for free of cost. customer will be charged with 3 Rs if clicks OK. These messages are very much disturbing. and to deactivate this service, the customers are being charged 3Rs unnecessarily. This kind of services should be stopped. Every company should respect the interest of the customers before burdening them with unnecessary default services. Please take necessary action against such service providers and save the customers.

              IN ADDITION TO THAT
              THERE IS NO PROPER DISTRIBUTER ALLOTED TILL TODAY.OR THE DISTRIBUTER FREQUENTLY GETS CHANGES OR THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK

                On 8th November 2010 afternoon I get a call from Vodafone that “ I am Calling from Vodafone Customer Care, your number is selected by a computerized selection system and Vodafone offers you a 3G USB Stick with 3.1 Mbps speed which support 4GB Micro SD Memory and the market price of the device is Rs.1850/- and as a offer you can get the device on discount price i.e. Rs.1600/- but you must have to pay in cash & for accept this offer Vodafone will gift you a wrist watch but you must have accept the offer within 8th November 2010 mid-night & you can get 10GB limit in Rs.499/- per month no extra cost within 10GB usage/month, beyond 10GB a charge of 5paisa/10KB will be apply & tax @10.5% applicable. Also said that you can also use it in multi configuration with a switch and a Router normally you are using your BSNL Broadband Connection, Also said to me that within a few minutes you will get a call from Vodafone Customer Care, please confirm your acceptance to the customer care officer and asked for my Address proof and a Passport photo, when I can be able to meet the sales person to receive the product.
                I accept the offer, on 18th November 2010 a sales person came to my office at near about 7:00 PM and he asked me for my Voter ID ‘s Xerox copy, 1 copy of Passport and I signed two/three forms and pay cash amount of Rs.1600/- and I received a USB stick which IMEI NO is- [protected] and S/N:[protected] and 1 SIM Card which No is [protected] ICCID:[protected] & IMSI: [protected].
                On that day approx 9 PM when I was free in my office then I visit Vodafone.in and confused that there are too many differences between the 2 USB stick which I received and which offered & described by the customer care officer. Immediately call the sales person, but he had no knowledge about that. He provide me
                The sales person said to me that your connection will be activated within tomorrow afternoon and you will get a call from Vodafone customer care. But within a day I can’s get any call from any where, after 48 hours i.e. after 2 days I get call from Vodafone that my connection is activated, on that time I try to convince that I was misguided by the caller person but unfortunately I get a reply that we have no detail, you must have to contact with the Sales Person.
                I was contact immediately with the sales person and give some advice and also give me a number for surrender my connection and I sent a SMS for surrender my connection to [protected] and now the connection is disconnected and after a few days I get a call for verification, I had wrote “surrender case” on the verification form.
                On 18th November 2010 afternoon I visited Vodafone Mini Store at Madan Street, Kolkata. After discuss a representative I get a information that the 3G service will launched on December 2010. The USB Stick which I purchased by paying Rs.1600/-(offer price Rs.1600/-, actual price is Rs.1850/-), it’s original cost is Rs.1600/-.
                I emailed this matter to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

                But they answered

                Purchased usb strick (vodaphone) from my near electronic shop on 31/08/10.
                but no work at the moment . i want to pls give my rs 2500/-. bit they are said no refund .now what i am doing .

                  Hi,i am deepu kumar from bangalore using vodafone sim from 4 years my no is [protected], i was treat very badly in your vodfone store which is in kamanahalli-bangalore, when i went to lodge a complain against the deduction of 70 rs from my account, i had lodge a complain on 1st december and vodafone CSR told that i will be getting my money on 4th december, i went to vodafone on 4th to check what is the status of my complain, store manager Ganesh told it will be credit to your acc tonight i,e 4th.

                  i went to vodafone on 6 th in the afternoon. when i ask the manager its is still not credit manager he told talk to the CSR Naveen, who attend me on 6th , CSr told me to go to the headoffice , when i ask me the address he told y should i give you the address, u got a vodafone sim you dont know the address, he made fun of me infront of every one, then i told i left from vodafone while leaving he came outside and told me what u dont 70 rs, i told its not the matter of 70rs its the matter of right. then i told i will give a complaint against you then he told what you will call the cop i will only call, then he called up someone on the phone he gave the phone to me to speak , that person told i will kill you , now any thing happens to me who will be held responsible.

                    I have requested you to not give me any unnecesaary calls and ur customer care promised that they have taken the compliant and given me the service reg number : [protected]. They took the complaaint on 4th october 2010 at 9:55 AM. And they sent me an SMS saying that they will get back on 29th Oct-2010.

                    I went to voda store on 10 th november to check the status. they said that it is in process.

                    I want to know when will my number gets added to DND list. Why do u need so much time to get ti added to DND list?

                    How much more time I need to suffer to get rid o[censored]nwanted calls?

                      I called to vodafone customer care on 05-12-10,I was not satisfied to the C.C.E.(Mr.Satyam,Mr.Arshad),when I told that please transfer my call to your senior,they disconnected my call.
                      Again I called on 06-12-10 morning(9:45am).Mr.Abhishek received the call,he did the timepass on the call,I said that please transfer my call,he put the call on hold and after few minutes he disconnect the call.
                      Now please tell me when a customer called to call center,he pay the amount,instead of solving his query and complaint,C.C.E. or senior disconnected the call.Is that fare.For this kind of act I already droped the four no.of CUG connection.

                        Yesterday (5th December) at 23:47 (11:47 PM) she recieved a call from number:[protected]. As soon as she received the call a man at other side started abusing and was using very
                        offensive language. I or my family nobody knows him. I called him back and again he was on his way...abusing and using bad language.

                        I request you to give warning to the owner of this number ([protected]) otherwise I have to go to Police Station.

                        Hi this is nadeem ikram and i m using vodafone prepaid number for about last 10 years and i m happy with this number.Actually the reason for this complain is I am getting regular call from vodafone asking me to convert my prepaid into the post paid one but i told them i m not interested i m happy with my prepaid number.The calls came fromthis no-[protected] and a executive name is rahul .MY vodafone number is [protected], kindly take some action as they are using more and more abusive language.
                        Mera mobile no. [protected] hai jiska sabhi local call 1.99 p/m lagta hai, jabki aap ke taraf se kuchh aisa hua ki aur logo ka 1.00 p/m lagne lagaa hai aisa kyo ?

                            Hi

                            on 22-oct-2010, I have signed and submitted form for putting my vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected] under safe custody for an year, in their Vodafone Store at Thane West Manpada store, I did pay Sapfe custody as well as all my unbilled amount for both my mobile numbers. I asked several times their representative that to make sure that the process is complete, and she assured me that it is being taken care of, so I dont need to worry about it.

                            Now I am in USA, and still getting bills, from them and when I call Vodafone customer care they say they cannot help me in any respect and can't even connect me to that vodafone store, there is absolutely no on Vodafone webistes from which I can get a contact for that vodafone number. By providing such rediculous customer care service and vodafone store service Vodafone says they are Happy to help that's ironical, I have done so many ISD calls to their customer care, but its all in vain. One of their representaive on phone said go to that Vodafone Store, will Vodafone pay for the tickets as well as other financial losses I'll bear, travelling back to India. Please help me raise my voice to Vodafone, as they are not ready to listen.

Cannot keep it in safe custody through any vodafone shop even within Maharashtra but out of Mumbai. In today's world of net-banking, request vodafone to allow users to keep safe safe custody of a cell no. through their web portal

                              As mentioned to above subject i Ratnadeep s Patwari was the customer of
                              vodafone mobile lifetime service provider since 2005 .
                              As i was 1st customer of BPL(perpaid) then HUTCH(prepaid) and afterwards vodafone(lifetime).
                              I lost my cell in pune in year 2010 and i was not able to take another cell.
                              So as i thought my number is lifetime but when i visited to vodafone center in pune they told me that your no. is not available on your name as i was lifetime member of vodafone also they have not intimated to me about my number to provinding to any other without my permision. i requested them but i didnt get my cell no. back.
                              As i was using since many years i am in need of my no.

                              so its my request to provide my cell no. back to me.
                              Also i am ready to pay any charges to get back.Hope i will get my number
                              back to me. so taht i will be thankful.

                                I had a vodafone postpaid connection in Kolkata with the no[protected] for which i had repeatedly asked the customer care n vodafone store people to discontinue the connection as i had to shift to Chennai in a short notice. It has been more than 3 months now that i hav stopped using the number, but they continue to send me monthly bills with roaming charges, late fees. As a last resort to discontinue the connection i had stop payment of bill, for which they mail me writing this:
                                "Please note that if the above overdue outstanding is not cleared by 4th December 2010, we shall be compelled to take necessary legal action as deemed fit."
                                As also they have started visiting my home harassing my family members in kolkata regarding the same.
                                The problem is they deny to discontinue connections even on request and I am not the only victim to their unethical dealings.

                                  i have two numbers with vodafone since the last one year. [protected] & [protected]. due to high bill charges and bad services i got them converted to prepaid on the 03/12/10. they vodafone gallery in mira road informed that in the next 3 hours the accounts will be active and they asked me to make payments for the recahrge in the gallery itself stating once its active the money will show up on your account. thus i made a payment of 29+29+333+99+89 on one account and then 29+29+222+89 on the other account for various services. my number got activates by 3 hours but then there was no balance on it. i called up the customer care they told it takes 24 hours or i should go to the store. they cant do anything. what kind o[censored]tter rubbish is this. i make the payments still i dont get the amount. i want file a complaint against them and go to higher authorities. the customer care is real bad and store keeps giving wrog information.

                                    my name is vipul vaghela holding 3 vodafone numbers, one day i had visited the vodafone store in mumbai, mulund-400080. at lbs marg, i went coz i wanted to convert my all postpaid numbers in to prepaid, so i enquired about it, the executive name yogesh attended me and he informed that this is not possible unless our manager talks to me in next 72hrs,he was not ready to co operate at all and all the time he was talking in a very rude manner & behaved very badly he also told jo karna hai karlo, so i had to leave, the next day this guy yogesh he stoped all my number's outgoing calls & i had to rush and today again 1 no has been blocked entirely, i want to complain regarding this that the company has no right to stop my calls where i had only enquired about prepaid with them kindly look into the matter.

                                    vodafone-India — barring of outgoin calls

                                    i am complaining against vodafone(india).i have a mobile connection of vodafone.i have been using these connection since one year 3 months.But due to flaw in the vodafone billilng system, every now and then they barr my phone and all its services.They have provided me with the credit limit of 3300/-.But never ever have i crossed the credit limit, but because of flaw in billing system of vodafone they make me cross the credit limit.90% of my calls are STD calls, and the unbilled amount is charged on the basis of rs.2.40/min.which is being discounted once in a month to my original rate that is rs 1/min.but for the whole month i am being harassed by vodafone calls for crossing the credit limit, when actually i m not crossing it.

                                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                      I had been using a corporate connection of Vodafone for the past 10 months. Today around 4 p.m. i received a message from Vodafone stating that my Outgoing calls have been suspended. I was surprised and called up their Customer Care Executive they said they have raised the request for reactivation. On my visit to the Vodafone centre i learnt that these customer care executive had never initiated any reactivation they have only taken the confirmation but not initiated. I also learned that they got a call from someone on 25th of March, 2009 asking for suspension of this number. To my Surprise, i never made any call and asked them for suspension of this number . Also, they have been receiving call for queries but i had never made a call to them. That makes it clear that some one else has called the up and asked for the suspension of this number. How can some one bypass the security question.
                                      They have been telling me that this number will be activated in 2hrs, 48hrs, 72 hrs. They are not sure themselves.

                                      This is unexpected and would like to bring this into the notice of TRAI and consumer court to claim damages for this mental harrasment.

                                        and i have no problem in saying vodafone is the best service provide as i use but it is worst for the customer in every means.

                                        its more then two months still i am suffering from the same problem and its 2nd time i writing here.

                                        three times i have subited documents to vodafone for ownership change still the issue is not resolved.
                                        they even do not know who collected the documents from me.

                                        every time when i visit vodafone store new person is handling to whom i have to tell my story but they are just the stupid person on the earth they commit that tommorow u just met me or i will give u call regarding the issue but nither i got call from them nor my issues is resolved and when i go to v store then every time that person is not there .

                                        my issue is more than 2 months older and from last 15 days i went to vodafone store but noone there is gentleman who know every thing they are just a parasite every time sucking my blood.

                                        every time i called to vodafone centre we din have update about ur documents.

                                        so tell who should look after for updates????

                                        called me that u just met the Vaibhav kapoor for the issue .

                                        i had a talk with all executive and yesterday withmr. vaibhav kapoor.alos he commited that he will provide response to me and give me a call regarding that i din got any response any of them any time if i dont visit store.

                                        so u can imagine how they are responsible............
                                        why u are paying money to them theyare there to help customer but customre suffers just because of them

                                        even if i complained for any body they just give me a no. on which no action willl be taken and never let mw know about my complained status.

                                        further all that i visit vod.store so much time that they know me by face .and this is jus rubish.

                                        i provide them even affidevit for ownership change they still ask for handwritten application .

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I've given a request to vodafone store, alwar to change the ownership of Mob. no.[protected]. It's registered Subcriber is Mr. Vikas Bhargava S/o Keval Krishna, R/o House No. 128, Shree Krishna Nagar, Behind 23rd Sector, Housing Board, Pal Road, Jodhpur-342001 (Rajasthan). The ownership change request is in favour of my name i.e. Arun Kumar Agrawal. The request with essential documents and fees was submittted on dated[protected]. The Receiept of fees is enclosed. CAF No. is also mentioned in this receipt..But this Mob. No. (+[protected] is not transferred in my favour till date. I've visited many time to vodafone store and call the customer care and also called to nodal officer Mr. Ashish Chauhan. But there is no relief. I've also submitted a new CAF with docs on dated 03/04 Sep., 2010, But again a message received from there side that we are unable to process your for the change of ownership.
                                        So, please. take the strict action against the vodafone Co. and Penalise for the same due to about 02 months has passed but they are fail to change the ownership. This is harrasement of mine.
