Hi this is Ameit Verma from kalkaji south delhi (mob. no. is [protected]). On 02/01/2011,i recieved a call from fast track executive named devender on the behalf of Vodafone post-paid connections wing. He told me that he is offering me a post paid connection on my existing number with so many benefits along with it he offered me to talk free on a local vodafone number of my choice all the time if i go for the post paid connection what he was offering me..later he told me charges for this service which was Rs.250 one time payment and told me that this amount is refundable with in six months to me...i said him to send me his documents collection executive.....On 03/01/2011 around 1 pm his executive came and took the xerox of my driving license and Rs 250 from me and gave me the reciept (9754, SI no./c/10) of that amount along with a new number...that time i did not know that why he gave me that new number but on the next day i recieved another call from there side for telling me all the details for my number to be activated to post paid connection...he told me whatever the new number they have given me is eligible to be activated to post paid connection....i objected because i never wanted a new number even as per their executive devender saying that i m able to go for the post paid connection on my existing prepaid vodafone number.....so how can they offer me a new connection which i don want..then i told them that i dont want to go for the service and i want my money return..and also i told them if by any chance u prove to me that i am wrong on my side then in return, i will take your service but they didnt prove it...and stopped calling me...when i tried to contact them neither they pickup my call nor they called me back.....now i want my money back...kindly look into this matter and give me justice....

Vodafone Post Paid — fast commitment

Dear Manager
Vodafone Grievance Department.
I am a new customer of your extreme organization, I have just get a new post paid connection phone no+91 [protected] in sultanput city under the life time post paid offer, on 26/03/2009 from your Vodafone shop, which was sold by Mr. Vijay with the commitment that the my bill cycle was from 1st to 30th of all month.
He is also committed me that plz, send a message on 111 write PPC HR699 and get it changed in half rate plan on 30/03/2009, but after doing the same noting is changed. When I call at your very good and very know ledged call center on 30th night at 10 pm, one person is telling that your message is received and same has been changed on 31/03/2009 night after 12. When I call today night, some Mr. RAVI is picking the phone and he is telling that I have not received any request regarding this. After my requesting repeatedly, he is telling that yes, he is having my request but he is not going to processed it because my billing cycle is 16th to 15th.
He is very match rudely telling that I cannot do any this kindly mark a mail to my boss and company for any resolution.
Sir I am only 5-day-old customer with your renowned organization and get this type of treatment from organization and not only from one person from three persons.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it other wise I am bound to go in consumer forum as well as triy complaint cell.

Worst Customer Service ever seen

My Mobile # [protected] - I have blocked my sim on 09 Oct 09 as i misplaced my mobile. I tried to activate my sim on 10th and 12th by visiting the HUTCH shop at Kellys Balfour road.

Your exxcutives were well trained to give the worst service ever by pulling the shutter down and throwing their hands on the customer face and asking them to getout as it is closing time.
When we tried to explain, your representative returns with a wounderful stances " my name is Saifudian and do what ever you can, complain where ever you want to, but leave the shop right now".

Mind that iam associated with the similar domain in banking and if this type of service is given to our customer's who visits our branch then we would be in all media channels and article's in flash news.

Ameit i have seen same thing happened with another guy, i was in vodafone store preet vihar where one person came in for lodging complaint towards no activation of postpaid connection, he has given same amount and to same company to convert his prepaid to postpaid, but after waiting so long and when his number is not converted to post paid, he came there to check status but all in vain,

Hi, This is Kunal Tiwari registered with Vodafone Mumbai No. [protected], I recieved a msg from the Vodafone i.e. "Your request for Data pack activation has been processed". when i had not given any request, how my previous plan got deactivated and new plan is overrid. when i called on 198, and spoke to customer care executive about the same incident he informed me that i had recieved a call from the outbond department on which i have given request for 375 3g Data Plan at about 4.14 p.m when i recollect that i was driving my car and i have not recieved any call at that time immidietly i had request for deactivation of the services and activate the previous plan.
Now i wanted to know when i had not made any request for activation of the new plan then how my plan got deactivated and when i called on the 198 the executive was very rude to me and blaming it on me only with very rude voice. and this is to inform you that i am not goning to pay any single penny extra for your mistake.
I will exclate this issue with the higher authority as well as to the social site.
Kindly look into the matter and disolved it as soon as possible.

    I Mohammed Riaz holding Vodafone mobile service bearing number [protected] have been charged for Vodafone Live service for around 220+Mb of downloads for the month of December 10'. I already have Unlimited BlackBerry service active on my connection and was told that when i browse internet from my Internet Browser (not Vodafone Live Browser) when i have EDGE connectivity it will be free and no extra internet usage will be changed. I have been using the service for the past 4 months and last month (December 10') was the only time where my bill had 2257.50 amount of Vodafone live service usage added extra which i am sure that i have not used. i have been talking to Vodafone service representatives to get this rectified but in vain. Request someone to address the issue and fix the problem.
    Hi Sir,

    I am a Vodafone postpaid customer, Bangalore. I was shocked when I got huge amount of bill Rs.1500. When I called and asked custmer care, everybody told that is because of my too much local calls. I spoke to 3 customer care executives and all three said same. But later, by itemized bill I came to know that it was because of Vodafone Live!!

    I am charged 659 rupees extra due to Vodafone Live!. I never told anybody to activate it in my mobile. If you say it is basic service in mobile, why customer care executives or vodafone care executives are not informing about this service?

    This is very wrong and I am unhappy with those who says "Happy to help you". Without my knowledge this was active. Even when I asked vodafone care they did not tell me about Vodafone Live.
    I do not want to pay for Vodafone Live! service which was active without my knowledge.

    I complained about this many times but nobody responded properly. Now I am writing to you thinking I will get justice.
    Please look into this. Thank you. My mobile number is [protected].

      Dear sir,
      I had bought a Vodafone net setter.I had recharged it with Rs.202. But i hadn't received my money till 5 days.
      I had recharged on 29th April and someone told me it is new internet pack of 3G.I had also called the PRE: Ravi Pandey to [protected] and he told me that i had used 500 MB data in only 1 Day, but it in my data card no message had been received about activating of net pack and i hadn't used my net setter.I had called costumer complaint number 198 many times, they first told me that my complaint that they would benefit me via sending back money to the dealer or will activate. But nothing has been done till now.My complaint no.is [protected]. My Vodafone no.is [protected].Please do something either ban the Vodafone company or give my money back.

        hai Vodafone, i am naveen, n i am residing in trivandrum, i was using Vodafone([protected]) from lat 2 years n i was not in India for last 10 months, but still my cousin used the same sim till last 6 months, n then i came back home my Sim was deactivated, wen i approached customer care, they told me that, i will not get the same no: with a prepaid connection, i will have to chance into post paid connection, ordinary people like us cant afford postpaid connection, its always better to have prepaid connection, so is there any chance for me to get the same number, my contact no is [protected], expecting a positive answer, please note that i haven't taken a new Sim yet

        I agree “VODAFONE IS A WORST OPERATOR” daily I am getting message like recharge with Rs:-6 get 1.2p/2sec for 6 months just dail *121*666#.
        When I tried I am getting response like “ Unable to process the request” or “ request under process” but no response after that.
        If I called to customer care 111 there are telling like the “request under process it will activate after 2 hours ” but no response after that.
        When tried to raise a complaint using 198, not connecting.
        After that I call to 111, after pressing “9” its redirecting to main menu.

        I am trying from last 4 days no response from Vodafone.

        I[censored]r not able to provide the service why are u sending SMS to customer unnecessarily .
        Provide another rating options like (0 for WORST or Very bad)

          Hi I have applied for an address change to vodafone store at paud road, Pune on 27th Dec 2010 for my number [protected].'
          They told me that it will be done in 7 days.
          After 7 days I called up customer care and asked the progress about it.
          They said not yet they have received a request for address change.
          And asked me to check with vodafone store where I submitted the request.
          Again I went there and asked it. The lady (Swapnali) went inside and came after 5 mins and said its under process and will be updated by 2morrow(4th Jan 2011).
          I told her that it is very important as my bill will be generated on 5th. It has to be updated by 4th only so that I can get my new address on my new bill.She assured me that it will happen by 4th. But nothing has been happened so far.
          What should I do now.. Why they are so irresponsible?
          Why they are forcing customer to go to other service providers?
          Now I may have to wait for 1 more month to get a bill on new address (If they update it)

            I would like to draw your attention that vodafone company is activating caller tunes to my number [protected] without any request and everyday a callertune call comes to our phone when we can recognise that it is a callertune call we reject it or cut the call.Last day (4th jan 2011) i called 198 several times but it was busy and at last anyhow a customer care personnel receive it and he charged me that i had clicked a button that is why my callertune get activated.He blamed me that i got a callertune call at 8.21 p.m but its not true i.I received a callertune call at 5.21 p.m and I got a msg later on that my callertune gets activated for 90 days and deduct 30 rs from my account.
            Now I have described the situation my problem is why vodafone company is doing this kind of thing with their customers.And I want to inform you that this is not the first time,it happened twice in the past .
            So i hope you will solve my problem so that i should get 30 rs back in my account and it shouldn' continue deducting money from my account.It will be better if you can inform me what solution I am getting for the described problem.

            How the caller tune has been activated in my mobile [protected] ? I dislike this sort of business practice. The caller tune be deactivated immediately and I donot want to have it ever.Moreover I donot want any sort of business ad in my mobile no.[protected]

            vodafone company automatically activate caller tunes on consumer phones without any user request for activation. and cut the activation amount from user balance account. i[censored]ser ask company customer care operator about it. then it will refund the activation amount .otherwise no amount refund. This problem is not happened with me. My many friends faced this problem. This is really a forgery case.
            Dear Team,

            I received a call for activation of caller tune from 15.03.2010 at 03:15:28 PM, as soon as I heard that the same is a caller tune activation call I disconnected the call within 3 seconds.
            In the evening when I wanted to call my brother urgently I found that my balance has gone in negative. When I spoke to the Customer Care they informed that the caller tune is activated on my number for which they have deducted Rs. 15 for downloading the song.
            When I complained that the same is not done by me, they said the activation cant happen unless the customer has requested the song. I argued that how can a customer listen the song and then confirm it within 3 seconds, for which the officer said he will assist me and take a complaint if required to refund the amount. After 10 seconds he disconnected my call (which can be clearly understood as I can hear the sound of pressing of button). Officer name: Pratik
            I called again and narrated the whole story again for they replied we dont how it is done but now the caller tune is activated. Hence you have have to keep it for one month and they will not refund the amount which has been charged.When I argued on the same the said they will not refund the amount at any cost even though you have not done it and he too disconnected.             I called again and had a lot of discussion for which the officer said you have to visit the vodafone store with the number and request them to refund the amount. They can only decide whether to refund the amount or not.

            I think Vodafone says "Happy to Help" but I think they should change it and say "Happy to Trouble".

            I would require toy assistance on this case.

I submitted all necessary documents that time and i also confirmed my details 2-3 months back when one of your operator called me. About 15 days back my outgoing service ended. Every time i make a call it says "this facility is not available on your telephone", now i dont understand why is this. And...

                Hi All,

                I am a regular user of the Vodafone bot from last month I am facing terrible experience from Vodafone as there Call Center is useless and the employees are not properly trained on the Product apart from that recently I have visited a Vodafone Mini Store based in Govind Nagar, Kanpur, a agent known as Kirti simply denied that she can't help as that is the mini store I need to visit the Main Office when I said that I want to surrender my no. the answers that she gave were like I need to Summit an F.I.R. to surrender the no. apart form that she was useless and helpless. The problem that I have faced is that if you have activated the Data Pack (i.e. Net Pack) then also Vodafone Deducts the Money which can be said as Fraud or Cheat apart from that I recharged my no. [protected] on 03/01/2011 at 1.00PM I got the msg that my recharge has been done but as it was an Net Pack they were suppose to Send an Confirmation msg or an Activation msg within 3Hrs but its almost 28Hrs but I haven't received the msg. So Vodafone has became useless and its better to switch on to any other network now I am waiting for the 3G so I can switch to Airtel infect I will tell all my friends, family members not use Vodafone at all.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I was using vodafone mobile no.[protected] from last 8 years. I was abroad for 6 months (from June 2010 to 12 December 2010). When I was in Amsterdam on 13th of December my sister recharged my mobile number with Rs.1000/- and I used my phone in Amsterdam airport and after coming back to India my phone was working. Then suddenly on 17th December all the outgoing calls were stopped. I can receive the calls but I can not make any call. I called customer care and they told me that my problem will be sorted out within 24 hrs but after 24 hours I was not able to make any calls and even incomings were stopped. So I went to Vodafone store at Rajeev Chowk metro station and they told me that I have not submitted my verification papers that is why my phone has been blocked then on 22nd December I submitted all my papers, they told me that my problem will be solved within 48 hrs but after 48 hrs problem was not solved. Then again I went to vodafone store and they told me that my account has been activated but my sim card has spoiled that is why I am not able to use my phone and I have to buy new sim card. That time sim card was not available in their store so I went to Paharganj vodafone centre and the executive there told me that my phone has been blocked and it has been transferred in company's name because I have not recharged my account in the last 6 months and the money around Rs.550/- has been forfeited by the company. According to him sms has been sent to me on 8th December that if I will not recharge within 48 hrs they will block my phone. Since I was abroad I have not received any such sms.

                  I was surprised to know that if they sent me a message on 8th December and according to that my phone has been blocked on 10th of December then when my sister recharged with Rs.1000/- why they accepted it and how I was able to use the phone abroad and for 3-4 days after coming back. And without informing me anything they just forfeited my balance amount.

                  One more thing why customer care is not able to give me satisfied answer? I have talked with customer care, with Rajeev Chowk Metro Station store executives and with Paharganj Vodafone store executive and all gave me different reasons.

                  I was not expecting this from such a big company since I am Vodafone customer from 2002 and had never faced any problem before that.

                  I request you to look into this matter immediately so that I can use my Vodafone number since I have given this number to all my friends and relatives.

                  I recently recharged my vodafone number n just 2 days after that my balance disappeared I don't know what just happened but when i tried to search on self help i.e on last 3 activities it says Rs.33.00 : DA: 1 Forfeit. Can you give me damn explanation for this !!??? What the hell have i done to say Forfeit?
                  I recharged my vodafone number ([protected]) with Rs.38/- (100 local minutes) on 31st september 2015 & when i called my friend today it says that only Rs.10/- is available & kindly recharge with more amount to continue the service. I don't know what happened but when i tried to search on self help i.e on last 3 charges it says Rs 72:00 : DA: 1 Forfeit. Can anyone give me explanation for this ??? What i did to say Forfeit?

                  I have a plan of 509 with data pack and unlimited calls and recently my balance got deducted around Rs. 15/- in past week for reasons unknown to me and in last 3 deduction I could find some miscellenous deduction of Rs.7/- as DA:6 Forfeit... Now what on earth is that thing and why has Vodafone deducted my balance without any purpose?

                    Don't buy Vodafone connection -
                    I got a new vodafone sim 3 days ago. But I am still not able to use it. Because it says 'inactive sim' when it is inserted in the phone. When I called customer service. I spoke with 4 different agents. One of them said that a complaint will be taken. Another agent asked me to change some settings since everything was 'fine' and 'active' according to them. And the third one said that they generally don't activate till they receive the proof. Nobody really wants to help. It's just an eyewash. They are just repeating a list of solutions that is on their script. I still can't use it.

                      I have purchased Nokia E5 on 1st January 2011. Vodafone has an offer 2GB / month data usage for 3 months. My Mobile number : [protected].

                      I have registered the service through the instructions that I have recived after sending the IMEI number to 111. I got the message that you have successfully activated your scheme but still i have to bear the charges even for the surfing. I speak to customer care also and he also said that your scheme is successfully activated but when I visited to Vodafone center their they told me that their is no scheme activated on your number. I didn't understand the two different reply's from the vodafone customer care executives/members.

                      So, I request to have some solutions in this matter.

                        Hello Madam/Sir,

                        This is related to My Vodafone prepaid card no.[protected]. I have a complaint regarding this particular Sim Card that they have charged me negative amount of (-1153/-) unnecessarily, saying that I have downloaded something from my cell but i dint take internet facility On my cell. i was called up to vodafone customer care and given request for this particular issue but they dint fulfill my request so I want that you take the action against this issue and reverse this amount and show me the balance of Rs. 16/-which was there in my cell earlier. I am troubling from this issue, I am not able to call anyone and also cant send any messages to anyone.

                        kindly do the needful at the earliest .

                          I am using Vodafone service since last 3 months and since I was not interested in anything other than making/receiving calls, I registered for 'Do Not Disturb' with the service being effective as of 13/11/2010. But, despite this registration, I continue to receive messages.

                          Following are the senders:
                          TA-MF-STOCK ([protected]); 30-Dec-2010 at 12:16 p.m.
                          TA-Dr. TAMBE ([protected]); 31-Dec-2010 at 09:39 a.m.
                          TD-HAIR SOL ([protected]); 31-Dec-2010 at 14:57 p.m.
                          BL-APEX HOS ([protected]); 01-Jan-2011 at 20:28 p.m.

                          I would like to know what steps need to be taken from here on.

                          Vodafone — disregard of the DND service

                          I had activated the DND (do not disturb) service on 18/11/09 for my vodafone prepaid no. [protected]
                          i was not receiving calls after 45 days of activation. but recently from the past 15 days i have got promotional calls quite a many times the record of which i have in my mobile. i also have the sms which they had sent regarding the activation of the DND service. i am a doctor by profession and i dont have time to attend these useless calls. when posted a complaint at the vodafone care they say it will not happen again. but the same story repeats. please guide me what to do in such a situation. is there nobody who can screw these mobile operators, since thousands of complaints have been posted on the internet for these grievances. kindly take account of the complaint and please warn these mobile operators for these irregularities. hoping for the reply as soon as possible. thanking you.

                            Dear Sir! I want to state that I'm F.A. Hafiz and I'm a defence personnel presently posted in Agra base. I applied for Hutch SIM in 2005 and was allotted with mobile no. [protected]. I was using the same for my day to day use. After that I converted it for lifetime my recharging of Rs. 1000/-. Since I'm a defence personnel so I have to go to various places on attachment bases. Likewise, I was attached in srinagar J&K for sometime but unfortunately this SIM was not working there. After return from my attachment from forward base I was shocked to know that my mobile No. has been allotted to somebody else. I'm surprised that How can an esteemed organisation like urs can do this!.

                            Therefore, it is requested to investigated into the matter so that my Mobile No. is re-activated again.

                              I have applied for conversion on 26.12.2010 of my existing vodafone prepaid no [protected] into postpaid no of vodafone BPCL corporate plan 199+special talk in Ghatkoper west store of vodafone. The sales representative stated that it is compulsory to apply for normal postpaid plan first and then only your no will be converted into corporate plan and asked for BPCL documents as BPCL ID card BPCL three months salary slip, pan card copy and voter ID card copy. I submitted all documents on store and forwarded salary slip through mail and paid Rs 99 as SIM charges and collected the SIM. It was told that the sim will be activated in BPCL corporate plan within 48 hrs. Today is 29.12.2010 and when it was not activated I called up in vodafone care, from there I came to know that Corporate sim is free of cost and sales representative should not have asked me to pay anything for the SIM and also they have not recevied any request for conversion into BPCL corporate plan and they have received request for normal postpaid plan only.

                              My prepaid no is not converted into BPCL corporate plan till date.
                              I am cheated with Rs 99 by Vodafone sales representative in wrong way since corporate sim is free of cost.
                              They are asking me to submit all the documents again which I have already submitted.

                              Vodafone — wrong way of sales

                              The following incidence has taken place while by dealing with vodafone.

                              I was prepaid customer of vodafone and then I have received a call from their marketing department regarding pre-paid to post paid migration. my prepaid call charges were as follows.
                              1) 1 rs STD
                              2) 0.30 local sms charges
                              3) 0.30 local vodafone to vodafone call charges..

                              The marketing executive has informed me that my call charges will be as follows and plan will be 299 mm plan . (i.e corporate 299 plan)

                              1) 200 msgs free all over india after that local messages will be charged as 0.30 RS
                              2) 600 vodafone to vodafone free minutes and after that 0.30 RS call charges
                              3) STD charges will be 1 rs.

                              So i have pain 400 rs deposite and i have activated that 299 mm plan. and for this plan i got the confirmation from agent, the sales executive and from the person who has given confirmation of my address.

                              4 days later their customer care has called me for and they said there is no plan as such as 299 MM plan and they have inquired about who was that sales executive etc. and then i have received following mail from them I am attaching that mail also.

                              After activation this plan assuming that i got the correct plan i was making calls and that has costed me a lot . moreover the process of communicating same is time consuming and stressfull for me. especially this i can take liberty of saying that this is cheating to me. they are trying to sell something which they dont have it. my pain is now i can not go back to the prepaid by having same number. The fact is that i have my mobile number and which is spread across the globe so i dont want to change. is there a way using which i can take any legal action.

                              In India there is any provision that i really can raise my voice and i can save many people . (This incidence is a real pain) because i have lots of things to do other then doing interaction with the customer care department.

                              money is not a matter this is matter of freedom, trust and commitments. when someone is not doing their job properly then why should i pay for that . why should i got throght all the pain.

                              take this as an exaple . you go to some shop you pay for car and instead of having new car some one gives you cycle and say this is what we have . we dont have facility of selling cars so we are giving you cycle.

                              same this has happened with me a prepaid customer who has managable bill and low call rates . marketing team came and said we will give you cheper rate and then after paying for it i got wrong plan and now i m paying a lot and can not go back to prepaid with same number.

                              Who is responsible for my trouble who will pay for the pain and mentale stress that i am going through.

                              I am ready to go by law in this case if this can really help other people or save other people. and i can give you some more details and if i can publish this case to media and i can raise my voice then it will be the great.
                              one more thing i want to add here, i am tring to get wots the local call rates of Vodafone but they havnt puted that information anywhere. tehy are just trying to make us fooool.

                              Vodafone — fraud plan

                              dear sir,
                              few months before i have got the vodafone connection. later on the bill amt has been increased.i complain the same to vodafone gallery borivali(w) n they gave me zero rental plan for 3 mts. but have not got the same.when again went for complain they say to contact customer care. no response from there also. i didnt pay the bill and got the notice from advocate.while solving the problem they were rude.pl take the strict action against them.

                              Vodafone — Fraud sales

                              Hi Team,

                              This is to inform you that the inconvenience I faced due to appalling services of Vodafone.

                              The first incident :- The sales team chased me to sell one more post paid connection. I explain them that I would not require as I am already using two connections.

                              The person Mr. Misra said that the connection will be automatically deactivated within 2 months and all plans will be transferred to the old phone number. Somehow I got convenience and agree for new connection.

                              The new connection (I do not remember the correct no for that) not got deactivated as suggested and recovery people keep on asking for the bill. I explained them the situation and inform that I will not be paying the rental as I have not used the connection. Also so many false promises were made while sales. Vodafone should agree that I do not have any wrong intentions because I never used that connection up to core. While the connection was active, I also used other two regular connections and made regular payments for them. In past I paid late payment fee so many times without calling in customer care to get that wave off. I am well aware that can be waved off.


                              Today Vodafone disconnected my phone for which I make regular payments, without any prior information. They stop incoming and outgoing of this number. On previous so many occasions I declare that my wife is using this phone number. She works in remote area hence this connection should not be disconnected at any cost. Today due to no means of communications with my wife, today my kids has to suffer a lot, they were almost missing.

                              I am sure no company would like to lose 8 years old customer who keep on making payments without any argument.

                              Changing phone number might be painful after such a long time but not impossible. I wish someone at higher rank within Vodafone should be aware that how people at front end playing with image of Vodafone.

                                I got a sms from vodafone to activate all local calls 1p/sec and std calls 1.2p/sec .I activate this plan but my phone plan not activate properly . my proplem is vodafone to vodarone call charges is 1p/sec but vodafone to other local call charges is 1.2p/sec . please solve my proplem quickly.my phone no is[protected] sab singh .

                                  My outgoing service has been withdrawn by fodofone and ask me to resubmit documents again.
                                  I Had contacted customer care to help me. They suggested me to submit self attested Identity proof, Residence proof, xerox copy of SIM and a two photograph. I went to near vodafone store to submit. There madam told me that we will not accept . Why becoz your residence proof is not affixed with photo.On the other hand Customer care told me that as my identity proof already contain Photo, no need of affixing photo again in residence proof. Vodafone store staff told me that they( mean customer care people) do not know about this so you have to submit as per our advice. So, is it really necessery to submit residence proof with affixed photograph as my Identity proof issued by IIT Kharagpur.

                                    i m senthilkumar,my vodafone prepaid number is [protected].i am having problem in sim for more than 2 months that i can't make calls to airtel and vodafone customers and whenever i make call to others customers computer voice is hearing.it told to submit the id proof of the sim,for verification,which i had done thrice.i also complianed to customer care about 20 timea.but there is no response and my problem was not solved yet.one senior officer told to change the network.his name is thiraviyam,designation is flow supervisior.
