Hello,
I have applied for the cancellation of my Vodafone postpaid connection due to change in my location. I have Mumbai connection and I shifted to Pune, so its going to roaming for me.

I have applied on mail and I remind the vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com regarding my application for cancellation. But still I do not receive any reply or message or call from Vodafone care. Also my outgoing facility has been stopped by Vodafone somehow. That is creating more problem for the communication. I tried to call vodafone customer care number (111), but the executives from that numbers were very rude and answering very bad for my queries.

Now I am not able to call on any further vodafone customer care (for mumbai - [protected]) from my mobile. I have applied for the cancellation of my number on 20-Dec-2010. So its become a big issue.

Please do needful on above and let me know the right way to get my query resolved.

Note: If required then I can present my emails to consumer forum.

Vodafone — reguarding my number

sir,
I m using vodafone more then one year when I puchase this connection there is a scheme 7 Rs will dedected from my accountand got 5 number call on1 Rs per minitue. but Now I dont have any requirements of that kind of service and I have called to customercare so many times they told me i[censored]r balance is in negative 15 for two weeks then this service automatically stop but it is not quite possible then we have last option to change my number plz consider our problem and give me responce as soon as possible my no is [protected].

Vodafone — Non-Cancellation of Mobile Number

Dear Sir,

I had cancelled the above number & given a request to vodafone through mail on 14.04.2010 for cancellation of the above number, as i was not satisified by the services of vodafone. They in turn had written the mail on 20.04.2010, stating to cancel the card. All Communication are below for your kind reference.

After that they have called me, what is reason for cancellation of the above numbers, as you are our privilege customer & what not, i told them very clearly to cancel them as soon as possible. Till then the card is not canclled & evertime i have to pay to VODAFONE. Actually i had registered for direct payment from my credit card to vodafone, otherwise i would have not paid.

Please Sir, kindly look into the matter & resolve.

Vodafone — Cancellation of number

Sir/Madam.
I have Purchase two Vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected] under corporate scheme. but due to some reason i have discontinue my both numbers. i already pay all pending amount. i would like to discontinue both numbers. but when i approach Firstly on Model Town office jalandhar they told me that come before 6:00pm. then on another day i have approach to Store situated near jyoti chowk jalandhar on 30thAug2010, the Staff sitting there is busy in there own chatting they are not bothering about clients standing in front of them they also told me about timing. I am working in Lovely Professional University and iam getting free on 5:00PM and i take 20 to 30 minutes to reach at vodafone stores.
on 31st i am againg vist on third store in jalandhar in Gupta Complex at 5:25p.m. they told me new story that we cancel the number before 5:00pm Even Vodafone representative have not same wordings one person told me 6:pm other says 5:pm
i have already paid all the amount and it is not possible for me to visit ur stores again and again. your company rally humiliates. the service is really disgusting.

Vodafone — Non cancellation of Mobile No

Dear Sir,
This is regarding my Vodafone mobile No. [protected] cancellation.

I got my above vodafone connecton cancelled 3 months back from a Vodafone store and duly after paying all my outstanding bill amount (for which i do hold a receipt as well). Unfortunately after 3 months now i got a demand notice email stating that i have to pay approx.1200 Rs. else action will be taken.

I don't understand, where is the problem.... 3 months back, I paid all my bills, cancelled my no. from vodafone store, the vodafone executives personally took the cancellation request and said my connection stands cancelled. So now, why do i have to pay for my cancelled connection ?

Please Sir, its my sincere request to you to look into the matter as such unnecessary threatening emails cause a lot of mental anxiety and stress.

I had sent an e- mail for the disconnection of number [protected] on the 20th of Jan 2013 and then I received a mail asking me to pay Rs.131/ towards my bill charges and it was promptly paid. Since I am away from India I am Unable to visit the Vodafone store.. Inspite of me sending several reminders, Vodafone has not cancelled my connection as yet..
Pls do help me.

    I am a vodafone postpaid user since last 4-5 years and my number is [protected]. recently i shifted my residence and informed vodafone about the same but despite request and submission of required documents, me address was not updated.

    last month i received an sms regarding the submission of documents of proof and address. I submitted the required documents at Vodafone store at Civil Lines, Kanpur but after 15 days i again got a call regarding the same, i again deposited all the documents and filled the required form. Today (27.12.2010), i have again received a call from vodafone demanding fresh documents of address and id.....

    Can vodafone tell me as to how many times i need to furnish these documents................???????????????????????????????????????????????????????...

    I am a vodafone customer since last . Recently i changed my vodafone prepaid connection to postpaid connection but i am not getting the vodafone bill.       Hello,

      I am using the vodafone prepaid SIM card [ no: [protected] ]since 2008 and recently 2 months before the vodafone services gets activated on my mobiles which gives the cricket/games/etc news which i don't want. Its not there to unsubscribe these services option anywhere even no related message from the center. I was tried the customer care by dialling 111 but there were no response I mean call was not gets connected so finally I decided to complained about this.

      Could you please take a necessary actions for this issue?

      vodafone/pre-paid sim-card — complaint for careless service at center

      i have given whole id proof and papers more than 10 time to he man from whom i buied the sim. but till it is showing call barring what shall i do .
      i dont live in HR so i cant go any where els what should i do.
      can i submitt my papers in delhi plz reply i have to visit HR this weak again.

        sir,

        I m Dilip D.Gaikwad, from Virar Dist Thane (maharashtra state) writing to you with great pains as i m harrased with vodafone they have not only harrased me but played the dirty game of emotional blackmailing.

        Sir i was using vodafone no ([protected]) since 7yrs as a post paid client (biling) my bill was never below Rs 2500/ as i run my small business of gas fired water heaters , i have always paid the bill on time meanwhile.

        i took few no (5)for my staff too but i was not happy with the services, later on i disconnected the nos, which was with some outstanding. later on even me myself due accident lost my mobile and because of accident I asked /requested vodafone to active my mobile no they informed me to go in vodafone gallery (jogeshvary mumbai) and pay the dues,

        as per their instruction i paid Rs 2350/ as outstanding and also Rs 350/ as new connection charges,

        within two days i received a sms regarding outstanding of my old disconnected nos they orded me to pay the amt witin two days or the services of the resent no ([protected]) would be disconnected i requested them that due to diwali festival i m not in the position to pay the entire bill but i m ready to pay Rs 3000/ as part payment.

        but still they disconnected the services and after paying the bill (entire o/s ) my no was not active after that i had to sent them email and a email in which i wrote that i will take vodafone to the court of law and claim Rs 10 crore as mental harrasment and emotional blackmailing charges they actived my services.

        but now i have decided to approach u people for the justice how could vodafone do this to me ?, being so old client and also after paying the bill this people activated the no when i fired them is this the service of vodafone?

        right now i m using a new no [protected], and not the old no of vodafone due to which i m facing huge problems in my bussiness i m really out of my bussiness due to these peope.

        i have taken a oath until and unless i dont get justice i wont start /switch on the vodafone no in worst cases i will commit sucide but i will fight against vodafone for the justice

        Vodafone — Harrassment Caused by Them in Disconnecting the Mobile Nos.

        Dear Sir

        I have requested them to disconnect some of my vodafone nos but they people are just sleeping and not responding properly every time they reply to my mail they ask for new things to process the request. i have sent more then 15 mails and every time when they reply they just delete the old mail trail. I have been trying this since 7th April, 2009 but the nos are still live.In every month they are raising the bills and we people are paying like dumps. Its my humble request to you to look into the matter and please resolve itby taking hard actions.

          Hi,

          I requested to activate DND service on my VodaFone post paid connection [protected] 4 months back, i.e. first week of August 2010.

          From that day DND service was not activated on my cellphone ( checked at http://ndncregistry.gov.in/ndncregistry/search.misc ). However, VodaFone says that my phone has DND service activated, which it totally false as it can be seen on official DND registry site.

          I'm getting numerous marketing messages each day and even calls from VodaFone about some offer.

          I have launched complaint twice, talked to managers thrice, wasted much of my time.

          First Complaint : 24 Sep - Complaint Number - [protected]

          Second Complaint : 1 Dec - Complaint Number - [protected]

          Nothing has been done and so I'm launching complaint with TRAI for further actions.

          Just to mention, a lady @ VodaFone Customer Care doesn't even know that 198 is used for complaints and refused to take my complaint. Her name is Jhanvi and her manager is Shaam !

          Require a prompt action in this case ! Thanks !

            DEAR SIR, AS I HAVE PURCHASED VODAFONE DOONGLE STICK FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR RS. 1700/-. THIS STICK WAS SO DEFECTIVE THAT I USED ONE DAY ONLY AND THEN AFTER THER IS NO NETWORK COVERAGE IN IT.               Hi,

              I would like to raise a complaint regarding the problem that I am facing in receiving the Hard Copies of the Monthly Bill from Vodafone Care.

              Its been almost 4months since I have been facing this problem. I get a SMS from there end, that the bill has been generated from there end & will be sent to me within the next few days, and I just keep waiting for the same. After waiting for almost 15days, when I call up the Customer Care, they said that the Bill has been delivered to Ms. Meena at my residential address.(To be noted that I don't have anyone by this name in my family). Then the matter of concern is, that to whom & where has the bill been delivered, since it is a strong security breach in terms of access of my personal information to a stranger.

              The interesting and the weird part of the story is that when I raise a complaint to send me the Duplicate Copy of the bill at the address,without making any changes in my address details, it gets delivered to me at my address. That means, there is something wrong from there end, otherwise, how is it possible, that the Bill gets delivered at the wrong place in the first attempt and the right place in the second(though the address in both the cases remains the same).

              I have been availing there services for over 5years but if this is the type of services they are going to offer to its customers, I am really afraid of there future in this sector.I have neglecting this issue for a long time, hoping that it will be fine soon. But since it is high time now, I would like them to take some serious action from there side in this regard at the earliest.

                I bought( paid Rs1600)a vodafone datacard on 7th. of dec,2010. The instruction booklet shows that the datacard will work in my apple macbook,I registered a complain to vodafone customer care and they paid a visit to sort out the problem.Ultimately they could not sort out the problem and the conclusion made was the version of my computer is not supporting the data card to run successfully. When I bought this data card i was aware that it will run in my macbook but in the instruction booklet no where it is written regarding this macbook version.If it would have written a specific version then i would not have opt for the purchase. I had given a complain letter to my nearest customer care also sent mail to vodafone customer care several times but no reply.

                ...not for use & not for throw...i spend 1500 for 3g datacard...it speed is like nothing..even not enough for opening website of vodafone also...not advicble to buy

                I would like to register my disappointment against the Vodafone India. Kindly note that I am facing lot of problems in my USB stick related to the speed of internet. This problem is from the day I have purchased this USB stick.

                  I'm a Media Person,I Have links with all superior people in all news media networks as well as News-papers.
                  They asked me you can submit an article/story to us free of cost stating..."Bigger Companies with False Promises/Incomplete Information" why can't you take help when we can,So i told them No.

                  I've been using vodafone since when it was Essar Cellphone and there services are outstanding.
                  It is just a matter of not taking my situation seriously or maybe its not reached to the right person.

                  We media people are always live our lives with cameras and records,you never know when you can prove yourself, So I record every single conversation that i make to Vodafone for my records to proof.
                  I have GK199 plan with 899 Vodafone Connect Unlimited Usage Plan,So total comes to 1100 /- Rs.(Approx). Now i use my cell not for calls but more often on net to download/upload lots n lots of stuff because its only 899 per month WOW !!! its the same thing what other service providers are also offering Right ?
                  I mean why will i take all this and when i call to customer care they are not available and the IVR repeats the same recording "Press # to go back to main menu". Again n Again n Again n Again( i recorded each n everything what happens when you call FOR HELP).

                  Now from one week my no. is Barred and i lost a very important business worth 5 lakh because i can't call,Whose Responsible for it ???,

                  I trusted your services blindly from so long and this you give in return to your valued Customer,I might try all legal possibility to show a clear picture of such Big Company with so small unprofessional services.

                  Kindly Help or else I'll take all legal networks and media/news possibility to get justice.Hope you understand English language because if we speak to your representatives in English they reply back Hindi or Hung up my calls....very astonishing.!!!

                  vodafone,mobile ph. connection — changing rates of local sms

                  sir,
                  i am using vodafone number [protected], it was under scheme of local sms 10p/msg to any mobile service in chd. region, few days before as calidity was over so after confirming from dealer and vodafone care i recharged it with low rates of v2v- 25p, v2othr mob- 49p, to landline-1.10p and local sms-10p, but now for sms they are deductiong 1 rupee and wheni called to lodge complaint they simply refused saying we can not lodge complaints for such small issues and might be your scheme is terminated.
                  i request you to kindly look in to the matter and stop these mob. companies to deal in such way with customers.

                    Vodafone — disconnection of advance rental service

                    i have complained about my fone[protected] that though i have paid advance rental for one year, the great happy to help people were more than happy to disconnect my advance rental connection and though i posted a complaint almost 6 months back to their customer care centre, till now no action.

                    further more, i posted a complaint on this almost 3 days back, nobody is happy to help from vodafone.

                    i urge them to remove the tag, happy to help !! instead they can say happy to get money and unhappy to help !
                    this best suits them.soon i will change to another network like airtel or reliance and i will not stop complaining about this till somebody from vodafone really bothers to help me.

                      This is with regards to my Vodafone connection Mobile no. ( [protected] ). I am very much dissapointed with the servcies of vodafone, I have been using vodafone no. at Hyderabad for past 6 years and though I have a airtel connection provided by my company , I still prefered to go for one more connection of vodafone as I was happy with their earlier servcies. My problems started from day 1 when I went to vodafone store at HSR layout , I was actually planning for a prepaid connection as I was new to banglore and didnot have any address proof to go for a postpaid connection, but I was informed that there is no need for any address proof and i can go for a postpaid connection. After I took this connection verification department were contacting me for my address which i provided them with landmarks, voice records can be checked, everyday some or other person called me up for details and no one visited till date , its been 2 months, I have already made a payment as well. On November 29th i got a call from the verification department that they will send the person and i informed them that I will be leaving to hyderabad on 30th nov for my cousin's wedding and if anyone is coming on 29th i will meet them else there are other people who can give the information . When I was in hyderabad they disconnected my servcies without any information and then when i called up the call centre I was informed that it is because of bill amount of Rs.500, my earlier bills I have made payments of 5000 and more ([protected])., still i went to the store and paid the amount and they reactivated the connection and again after few hours they disconnected it and this time when i called up call centre the reason i was given was that verification didnot happen and from that date till today everyday I am facing problems with them, after I came bk I called up call centre and they informed me that i need to submit my docs and verification report was negative as i dont stay there , but the best part was they sent me the bill at the same address which i took it with me to the store at BTM layout along with other docs and he was laughing at his own company people, the so called verification department of vodafone.He have me a new sim and said the number will be activated in 30 mins which didnot happen till next evening as the sim he gave me was wrong and then i got one of the coordinators of vodafone, Hema's number ( [protected]) and i informed her the entire story and she was actually helpful but i had to visit again to the vodafone store at BTM layout to collect new sim , the store is 26kms from my place, I still went there and collected it just bcos mistakes do happen and the store incharge Anil ( [protected]) activated my number immediately,I would like to thank him, but again they disconnected it on a daily basis and everytime I called up Hema and she activated, but since yesterday 5pm my number has been disconnected again and still not activated, I called up Hema and msgd her but there was no response..I called up anil he has asked me to forward my number which i did but the number is still not activated. The reason i was given was that it is because of bill, I would like to understand that if it is because of bill then outgoing should be disconnected and not incoming,I found out with my friends at hyderabad vodafone office and they informed me that it is again suspended because of verification. I am really pissed off with vodafone , If this is the service they are giving to their existing customers then what would have been the scene with new customers. Can i see someone responsible stepping up and resolve this issue or do you want me to move to other service providers, regards Pavan ([protected]) Airtel number.

                        I enquired the Vodafone Customer Care Regarding the Conversion of my Pre Paid no. to Post Paid & also confirmed them regarding my address & contact details to pick up the documents.. But when the Field Executive Rang me up, I was not present at home & asked him to make a visit the next day, as i was unable to provide him the documents at that time, but the executive reached my home & started forcing my family for the same. He has taken Rs 50/. as the booking amount & has left the new SIM Card at my place.

                        Now Due to this behavior of the Executive, I have decided not to get my no. Converted to post paid & now if any bill regarding the same arrives to me I will not be paying that.. As i do not want the post paid connection..

                        i request U to please note the above matter.. & do not active the post paid service for my existing no. & please Inform me for the same.

                          Vodafone customer care has set a auto reminder in my phone to submit the documents which has asked them to collect.

                          I have already submitted the document on October 19, 2010. They have already confirmed that they have received the documents.
                          Again they have set a auto reminder call - when i have to make a call - i have to listen to that stupid message then call get connected to somebody. I don't know why i am receiving this message again and again.

                          I would be grateful if you could do something on this. otherwise i have to take submit an application at consumer court.

                            I wanted to migrate my prepaid vodafone connection to corporate postpaid for which i had given my documents on 09-Dec to one of their executive along with my company id and salary slip.

                            I did not get any revert aftre 5days when i did a call back to the customer care they said your verification has failed as your office had informed you do not work there.

                            Now after 2 weeks when i have send them a mail complaining about this i have got no response.

                            Now i want to cancel all my request and want my documents back but have no conserned emmail id or person to help.

                            Can you please get all my documents back along with the photograph.

                            I am suffering from your customer care Services Your employes is behave too much they do not any respect to customer and they are talking to me very irrespectibility, so i am very disappoint so please try to take action to them i am requestion to you please try to understand yourcoustmer.
                            In 2 months I have made 10 complaints and everytime I am given a new registration no. for the complaint without any action being taken on earlier ones.. I am totally disappointed with vodafone service. This is regarding change of tariff per call from Rs. 2 to Rs. 1. I have sent several SMS 'ONE' to 56565 and phoned them too..but all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears..

                            I have applied for a post paid sim with the same number as i got a call from one vodafone executive.
                            While appling for the Post paid sim the executive told me that it will hardly take 24 hrs. It has been more then 8 days.
                            Taken 300/- as post paid charges now she is not ready to return my money even now a days she is not receving my calls.
                            Customer care is telling to call Executive & executive telling call to vodafone customer care.
                            I have registered a complain with number[protected] on 17th june 08. after 48 hour I got again a message that ur problem has been resolved without solving anything.what is going on I am really dont know.

                            i am so sick of vodafone filipin network coverage i live in the uk a deveoloped country and you would expect a decent coverage yet i have complaint soooooooo many times and nothing is done.                             Vodafone — Deaf ears with no logical approach

                            Hi,

                            I am having a post paid connection [protected] . This connection was obtained in Jul07 on a Yearly rental plan of Rs.999/- .

                            Sometime in Dec07 or Jan08, due to some reason I switched off my number [protected] as I prefered using my Airtel connection .(My official mobile) . The vodafone number remained switched off most of the time or all times.

                            Since the connection was not used for a long time, it did not strike me nor anybody from Vodafone informed me that Rs999/- yearly rental plan was/has expired in Jun08 . The connection was still not in use, there was no communication from Vodafone and they changed my billing plan to Rs347 per month without informing me in Jul08 .

                            I only came to know few month after when somebody from Vodafone called to say there are approx Rs1200/- due on me . When I check for the break up of this due, then to my surprise I realised that my plan has been changed .

                            Thereafter, lot of calls were made to my residence to harass my old parents . I did tried to explain, that I is not my fault is the company does not inform me to change the plan . But "deaf ears" . So then I finally decided to pay the dues, which I did on the assurance of the executive (who visited to collect the payment) that after the payment I would be again put on the INR999/- plan .

                            I wanted to be on Rs999/- plan because for some more time I will not be using the SIM since I have another connection of Airtel .

                            Look what has happen, again the same story . I have once again starting geting the treating call from Vodafone reps to make the payment for the bill . When I checked, my plan was not changed to INR999/- .

                            I don't uderstand how are these companies surviving . Absolutely ridiculious . There is not answerability, no concern, no logic etc .

                            Inspite of making request to vodafone that my plan should be changed . The people assured (only to get payment out of me ) and then no action taken .

                            When I questioned there excutives that there people has assured that after taking the dues, they will put me back on the previous plan of Rs999/- . But there stupid answer was " They were collection people" . My question is that if there reps maake promise, should the consumer be penalised ?

                            Once again I have a outstanding of INR1584 . Vodafone people are still not ready to listen to my plea . Today also I meet Mr Aakash of Vodafone at D block Connaught Place office . His reply was very sorry .

                            I just want to ask - I have not used the SIM for many months, I have not used there service for many months . Then also I am laible to pay them approx more than Rs2500/-

                            DOES IT MAKE ANY LOGIC .

                            I wish my story reaches some logical person, who can understand what am I saying.

                            My name is Anuraag Prabhakar and I have been living in Pune since the past 3 months. After my wonderful experiences with vodafone in Gujarat and Kerala, the only network I thought of taking was Vodafone. The first 2 months were good but since the past 1 month, it has gien me such big problems that I am actually thinking of telling everyone i know not to use vodafone.AAfter around 11 o clock in he night, Idea numbers cannot be called from Vodafone Maharashtra. All other newtworks can be called except for Idea. The call gets connected but we can hear our own voice.The person at the receiver's end gets a ring and if he picks it up, then money is deducted. So we have to keep saying something in the phone so that if we hear our own voice, we can disconnect the call before the person receiving it picks it up so that we are not charged. I remember shouting 'hello' 'hello' hundreds of times to get through one call and I cannot get through for hours together. It is very painful to keep saying something so that as soon as you hear your own voice, you hae to disconnect the phone.

                            I took this matter up with the customer care center and the first and second representatives hung up after listening to my problem.The third person asked me how many times this problem had occured and he put me on hold to check the matter when I had said 50-60 times.After the unhold, he asked me why I was lying because it showed only two times in his records.This went on for some time and in the end when I asked him what I should do, he tells me to discontinue vodafone and take another service. He keeps encouraging me to leave vodafone instead of assisting me as to how to go about in solving the problem.

                            This is not the kind of serice one expects from a reputed company like vodafone...

I had given my clear address with land marks & one of executive have committed me that my SIM will get activated on Tuesday post verification on Monday.Till not it is not activated.And no verification was done.

                            I Inform you that in last Month i.e. July i Purchase 12-15 Vodafone Postpaid Connection From MATRIX CELLULAR SERVICES PVT. LTD. SCO-22 Part-2, Sector-15, Gurgaon (Haryana). Before purchasing vodafone connections I used TATA Indicom connections. The basic reason of changing the TATA Indicom connection with Vodafone is that i want to decrease the monthly bill of my all these connections. But the sales man Mr. Mukesh Kumar from MATRIX CELLULAR SERVICES PVT. LTD. told us that we purchase Vodafone connections from him and they give us best plans in which our bill will be less as compare to TATA Indicom connections but now from 10 days the outgoing of all my Vodafone connection was barred because my all vodafone connection will cross the credit limit within 12 days. I contact Mr. MUKESH KUMAR from last 2-weeks but he has no time to meet and solve my problem. This is my last request to vodafone please as soon as meet me and take their all vodafone connections back because i never use again these vodafone connections. I realise Mr.Mukesh Kumar has cheat us. I wait one day more otherwise I filed case against MATRIX CELLULAR SERVICES PVT. LTD> that their sales man MR. MUKESH KUMAR cheat us.

                            Im a vodafone Edge Broadband customer. i took this connection last month and i was running under 499 scheme and last month when i atarted using net with in 4 days the limit crossed because my system automatically started to download all the anti virous software and all and because of that they blocked the connection so sfter that i realized my 499 plan willnot work so from that month i started calling the vodafone customer care and requested them to change my plan to 899 unlimited because i know according to their rule i need to submit my plan change request before my billing date. i called them nearly 10 to 12 times and they told its done but this month before using my connection when i called them to conform my plan they are telling its the same old 499 plan. I dont know what to do because im fedup of all these. So i hope you will do something favourable to me. I know mistakes will happen because we are humans but 10 persons cant even report about a single request means that system itself is very bad na. I dont wanna become a reason for any ones job or something but im doing this because they crossed the limits if they are paid for something then they need to work. Looking forward to hear from you.

                            Hi iam Pathi Srinivas Reddy, i had taken Vodafone post paid connection i.e [protected], on 23rd June rs.500/- deposit also paid, on 5th July number was suspended, then i call to Vodafone Executive Sachin ([protected]) to find out the reason but not responding the call, on 12th morning i got a call from ([protected]), and asked for available timings, the 1 of our executive (Adi) visited my residence address and taken all my details of native place, and inform that it will activated by evening. But it was not yet activated till now.

                            I am Moosa Nadu Moolayil. I took a vodafone connection on July 18, 2010. I took this connection from Vodafone outlet Perambra Branch. When I took this connection I told them don't send any message and anonymous call also, I need only incoming and outgoing calls service. But they activated caller tunes without any information or my consent. Vodafone deducted RS one every day for this caller tune services. Really I don't know this service is activated or not. After one month 30 Rs deducted from my account, that time I called to customer care and asked them, they told that this amount debited for caller tune facility and we don't have any provision for refund. This is number one cheating to customers

                            Mainly stop the anonymous calls and messages, These calls and messages are sending without customer's consent. If you are deactivating this, it will take 45 days. So make sure they should deactivate within 24 hours after getting customers request.

                            Already I submeet the documents it is not a issue but want to solve from you about some my quires as below.

                            1. I have a SIM card of Vodafone from three years, when I was purchased card I submit all my detail and document in spite of that for second time after two or three months of purchasing card one person from your company came to my home for doing all above said procedure I was done it.So, Why it is needed for third time from you? Why you do not able to give my documents for legal process ? Is it misplaced from you? or Do you not have a proper data collection system? Customer is not enough time to follow-up your procedure time to time in regular days and you do not give facility on Sunday for that type of special case for that procedure in spite of it is only useful(needful) to you .
                            2. I want to share with you some critical movement which I face at your VFS Center, when I was went to your VFS center at nadiad for submit my document which required by you at 11th October 2010 (Saturday).First I meet to Mr.Bahvesh(Exe.) and said about purpose to come he sent me on other counter where one lady seated I forget name of that lady(He said document submission Is there).I gave her my document and she ask question to other person that said it is not correct document (light bill require for last month for address purpose and I gave her two month latter) and they are enjoying each other with laughing when I left counter.(So why are you do not give instruction to customer, what type documents you want?)
                            3. Second time when I went to VFS for submission of document to that lady, she sent me to Mr.Bhavesh ,How is it possible ? That first time Bhaveshbhai told me document submission is there and second time at other? So, I come to think that they are enjoying customer and you give them platform with create that type of circular for the customer.

                            I m Anil Kumar From Amritsar (Punjab) & I m a permanent customer of Vodafone Prepaid. Curently I m using four numbers of the same Company. I m using the same service from near about 5 to 6 Years. My Mobile number was -[protected]. But now the same number was blocked from Company. Last month we are out of ststion because of a marriage party. In between my number was off & Company was calling for proff submetion but because of I was out of ststion on that time I can’s do the same. & when I m back I submet the proff at Vodafone store the told me that your number will be start within 72 hours. But I have not received any call in this regard from Company. Then I visit again in the store they told me your proof dose’t match with your snap then I give them again my pan card ist I give him my voter card. Then they told him again your number with in 48 hours. The same proces going near about 10 days but my number still not activate by the company. I shared my problem with Vodafone care the told me that your number will be start within 48 hours again the same process going 4 to 6 days. I logged my complaint three time in voda fone care In the last my number showing invailde sim all this just because of too much poor service of Vodafone I m bleming the company because I submit my proof on time the Vodafone company delaing & result my six year old munber deactive.                             I recently bought a Black berry and the first thing I did was to call the customer care number of Vodafone to check all the BB services they offer. I was told there are only two plans, one of 299/- and another of 599/-. I opted for 299 which got activated. I was surprised to know from my colleagues that they also have 399/- plan which has more features and I was not told about it!!!!!!
                            I again called the customer care number to check and the lady who answered informed 299/- is the plan which I can get. I asked for a supervisor who after a hold on 15 minutes responded and said the 399/- plan is not applicable on my corporate plan. It is offered to limited companies. I reconfirmed that my colleagues have the same plan which means my company does offer it. He then asked me for my colleagues numbers as he wanted to check if I was telling the truth!!!in other words, he was calling me a liar!! When I asked for his supervisor, he actually warned me saying it wud be a long hold which I dint mind but the long hold was for more than 30 mins as I was not connected to anyone and finally I had to disconnect. Does this mean that I now need to change the service provider after using the vodafone services for more than 4 years????

                            I have had a very bad experience with Vodaphone Customer Care and am appalled at the quality of service provided through the call center.

                            I needed help because I spent Rs. 399 to activate the pre-paid BB internet service on my phone. However, after I did so e-mail and BBM was not working (though both of them were under my old Airtel plan) so I thought I should deactivate and get my money back. When I deactivated I did not get the balance back so called customer care for help.

                            Several things went wrong:

                            -I explained the my situation and rather than try to offer me solutions the operator spent 10 minutes explaining to me that I had activated and deactivated my account (as I had already said myself), and also that my credit was not returned (which I had also already said). When I finally got so frustrated I asked for the Supervisor I was put on hold and then transferred.

                            -The supervisor spent 90% of the call telling me it was my fault because after activation I should have called to get help making the services work rather than deactivate myself. I told him that that is fine, but there is no way that that is clear from the website, and I purchased a service that was not working so it is logical to try to give it back. He kept explaining to me that I did not take the normal approach to solving the problem . I explained to him that it was really bad service to waste time blaming the customer for action that was logical – particularly when the website did not make instructions clear. He said no matter what there is no way my credit could be returned.

                            -After about 20 minutes of him wasting my time I finally asked that, though I did not understand why he can’t seek permission to have my credit returned, I asked him if he could reactivate the service and help me make sure it was working without me being charged 399 again. He said he was putting in a complaint and that I should expect a response within 48 hours and if not I should call back. I asked him how I could refer to this call, and he said he could not sms or email me a reference number . I pushed it further and he said okay, let me file the complaint, and then you can write down the reference number for that.

                            -I called back Customer Care in 2 days to talk to Prabat and was told he was not in the office, again after choosing the English option and having two consecutive representatives speak to me 99% in Hindi despite the fact I was responding in English ( I understand basic hindi but am not fluent in speaking yet). I said please make sure he calls me back tomorrow, will he be in the office? He said yes. I got no call. I called back again, again could not reach him.

                            I am extreme disappointed with Vodafone services. It all started with my international travel. I was bombarded with calls from Vodafone when I was traveling to Spain and then next when I was traveling to UK. I not only got heavily charged for these calls , I was harassed and disturbed by these.y vacations were completely ruined. When I contacted customer service I was advised to write a mail to customer care. I wrote mail after mail I received no response. I asked for a call to be arranged, but in vain. Nothing was done. Then I tried to escalate the call I was put in indefinite holds by the executives. I would have called atleast 9 times. I am again charged for these calls invariably.
                            I am sick and tired of repeating my query each time. I wNt to give up the service however wAnt to bring the callous treatment to your notice. The entire episode was harrowing and a lot of my time , energy and money was wasted.
                            Vodafone service is absolutely horrendous. I would recommend all my acquaintances to switch to a different service. Also I would have my entire staff change the service immediately.
                            I am taking this step in the event of not being able to reach out to the appropriate authority.
                            Please take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                              We had purchased prepaid mobile connection and submitted all our documents to Paspa Distributors, Mandevila Garden on[protected] through its agent.

                              Services started very soon and was very good.

                              On[protected], the connection got out of service due to non-submission of documents. On query, it was found that the agent forgot to logon my documents.

                              For last 48 hours, I am suffering due to this. The agent not loging my documents.

                                With due respect I would like to state that I m a regular old customer of Vodafone from last two years .my name is satyendra singh.I m a student from rewa m.p. I was using Vodafone no ([protected]) in rewa m.p. further I came to delhi I took new connection of Vodafone whose no. is ([protected]) in delhi . day before today I recharged my no .([protected]) by internet voucher of rs.95/- at 1.00pm and after it by voucher of 30/- as a balance .after it when I tried to connect the internet I was unable to connect.after which I send a sms for Vodafone settings” ACT VC” in 144 and wrong service message came that u have got Vodafone chat service .my balance get deducted and happened in negative .further I recharged the no. with voucher of 30/- and internet was still not working .i send message CAN CT to 144 for cancel the chat service and further I called to 111 and the customer care person told me to send VMC to 56789 after which again 3/- get deducted for settings.and no settings were sent by Vodafone to my mobile as told by him.later after sometime when I tried to connect internet it worked for 10 minutes and again my balance get deducted and happened rs-7/- .when I again contacted to customer care they told me we have no information .please call after 4 hrs.after that I recharged my no. with rs 30/- and after calling to my frnd my balance remain 0.50/-.again internet was not working. when I called 198 in morning today she told me that it will work after 4 hrs.when I used internet after 2 min it get disconnected and my balance get deducted to negative.when I contacted again 2 times they are not giving correct informations and making customers silly .i am highly unsatisfied by these .
                                And now I am highly unsatisfied due to such things and I have lost trust over the Vodafone. Unusually my balance get deducted by company without any reasons with no service within a day.
                                So I am going to close my number on Monday (27th dec)and I will not suggest to in future to anyone.hope u will understand my problems.

                                  This is kalmeshwar javali i am using hutch moblie sim service from the last four years now the call charges are applying more were my initial charges are as follows v-v network-30paisa,v-other network-50paisa and 1rupee for land line.......But when i called v-v network it applied charges of Rs1.91/- for 3 minutes 9 seconds and actual charge is Rs.1.20paisa.

                                  I am Rakesh([protected]) i have been using the vodafone network. But now i got vexed up with it. My old tariff was 25p Local V2V, 1 rs for other local, 10ps /sms for local.

                                  My validity was about to expire on 11'th of July.

                                  I dialed 55500 for special offers on Vodafone prepaid and i was said that "ON UR CURRENT TARIFF RECHARGE WITH 888 AND GET Rs400 TALK TIME AND VALIDITY OF 1 YEAR "

                                  But I used to be charged Rs1.30 for STD therefore i had activated STD 31 Pack. Everything went Normal(Local V2V calls at 25p and V2V SMS at 10p) for some days. But i have been charged rs 1 for local V2V and Rs 1 for local SMS. I got vexed up now and recharged with 32 for low calling tariff there was NO USE.Now I recharged with 77 for low local tariff.

                                  I had contacted with vodafone call center but the answer was not satisfactory.

                                  I got vexed up with VODAFONE now. Please let me know whether it was just to fool the customers on 55500 who choose the special offers.

                                  I have lost money but its not the problem for me but I was dejected by the way u handle with customers by saying one thing and implementing other.

                                  PLEASE for Gods sake let me know what was wrong with VODAFONE in dealing these situations. If this continues with many customers you may have to lose many valuable customers.

                                  Let the old tariff applicable for me or PLEASE CHANGE the offers u are saying on 55500 and fooling the customers.

                                  If this kind of problem is being faced by educated customers i don't know how the uneducated vodafone customers are facing.

                                  I wanted to recharge my vodafone prepaid phone with a voucher of full talk time.I surfed the vodafone
                                  karnataka site and found that Rs200 full talk voucher/card is available.
                                  so i recharged my mobile using the net banking of CITI bank with the amout of Rs200. But the talk time i received is only Rs181.33. When i contacted the customer care i got the answer.."the offer is not valid now"
                                  .It is the vodafone company responsibilty to update the site with proper information.

                                  I feel cheated of my Rs19. I want it refunded in my mobile.

                                        Survice provider (Vodafone) called In my mobile set (My Mob. No:-[protected]) on date 14.12.2010 at 12:19 pm from Mob.no : [protected] and asked for " BONUS 26 " offer.
                                        He said to press 5 for activation of the same offer,but I do not press any no in my hand set,only heared.Then he repeated the same,but I do not press any no in my hand set,only heared. (I am 100 % sure ).Then call end automatically and message come in my hand set "your offer has been activated.After some time 26 Rs. dedcted in my account & offer activated ( Why ,Without my conformation? I again repeated).
                                        Then I complained to 198 (vodafone compl.no) at 13:18 pm on same day.My survice registration no is : [protected] . But Till date no any satisfactory replay.

                                        Vodafone/Mobile Set — Not Activate till date

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I hereby inform you that I have purchased a Vodafone Set 136, (No. -[protected] ) on dated 26/07/09, form the shop " MADAN MOBILE - A Block Lajpat Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad. The Bill No. is 337. I have submitted my Voter ID card and one photograph on dt.27/07/09. But till date my phone haven't activated. Many times I went at shop & requested to the shopkeeper for activation, but all time he told "tommorow it will be activate. He is just making me fool. Now I got very troubled.

                                        You are kindly requested to take a suitable action so that my problem can be solved. I will be highly thankful to you.

                                        Vodafone — vodafone offer activate without information

                                        we have taken special 5 offer for one month from 16 Aug-16 Sep after one month we have taken another offer like 1000 free of vodafone to vodafone. but you peaple again activate special 5 offer without any information from me and deduct Rs 15 from my balance. I do not know why did dyou do like this if you know i have taken 1000 min V to V why need special 5.

                                        My Name is Muniraj Singh and i have taken vodafone No [protected]. I have taken special five facility for 01 Number as thinking we could talk more with my family but after 01 month we have taken another offer of 1000 free minutes v to v but you have activate special facility again with out any information and deduct 15 Rs in my balance.

                                        From so many days I am trying to talk to the customer care.

                                        But I am unable to talk.. You are asking to select so many options and instead of connecting to Customer care executive you peaple tell many advertizement like caller tune , world caller card etc.

                                        I have some problem and I wanted to know about it. But you are not at all connecting my call to Customer care executive.
