[Resolved] Vodafone — can't charge my phone they recharge voucher BC50 | |
i have a vodafone connection number [protected], , on saturday 1st nov 08 i purchase a recharge coupn named BC 50 for local calls at 50 paise, , but coupn didnt work . error that this voucher cannot b charge this time, i made a complaint at vodafone centre they said it ll work in 4 hours, but it didnt thn i make a call again on sunday morning, they again said it ll work in 4 hours, , thn i make a call on monday and take a complaint no, , , they said v r working on it, and ll reply you in 1 day... but till date i didnt got any call or anything, , , from vodafone, , now what i do, , should i throw tht card in dustbin or should shift to another service provider like AIRTEL OR IDEA, , its really discusting to have that type of BAD SERVICE thru a co. like VODAFONE, , its better to have HUTCH than vodafone sumesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

me vijay mere no[protected] h jo ki maine vodafone me portebilty karwai thi reliance GSM se parmere phon ki custumer care ka ka link hta dia h me cc se connect nhi ho pa rha hu maine bc 50 ka rchrge jarwaya tha par uska benefit abhi tak nhi mila custumer care ka no milta nhi h maine dono no. 111 or 198 pe try kia dono nhi lag rhe vaodafone walo ne meri link hta rakha h or inke cutumer care ko baat karne ki tameez nhi h agar koi no portibilty ka h to kehte h iske bare me koi knowledege nhi h ye compony cunsumer ko bewkhuf ban rhi h plz ipe kuch action lijiye
