Vodafone — dishonesty and Misleading the customers | |
Hi, I called up the vodafone customer care on behalf of my mother (Mob no:[protected]) to clarify why the line was disconnected. The answer that I got varies from agent to agent. Suraj from customer care picked up the call and his reply was I need to provide a local reference signature and contact number which I completely understand however he says the contact number has to be a bsnl number. when asked If I could speak to any supervisor on the floor he puts the line on hold for quite sometime and then disconnects it. When I called for the second time it was phonit who picked up the call and his reply was that the documents haven't reached .When I transferred the call to one of the member of the local vodafone store he apologises and says I am sorry I will check and let you know. When asked for his supervisor he pits the call on hold for close to 5 minutes and then his supervisor comes and disconnects the call. Guys working there are not sure about what to say they go on telling whatever comes into their mind and when cross questioned says sorry for n number of times. My mother has again submitted the documents however my only question is that is this the kind of quality service that we should expect from vodafone customer care. I know your calls are recorded for quality purpose please can you listen to those calls which were made around 6:30 pm to 8 pm on thursday(11/12/2008). I expect that vodafone being a reputed company would definitely look into this or else we will have listen to whatever these kind of guys from customer care would tell. who are not sure about what they are telling. I have completely lost any kind of trust on the custome care now. its really painful for me to think that vodafone works this way. Please can someone look into this. Seven days ago your engineer visit our house no. 1636 .HBC, SECTOR 15 SONEPAT HARYANA and he also feel and he assured the problems will solved very sortly, but it is sorry to say that the problem still stand at yet . please take it seriously and solve the problem immidietly.
