Vodafone — Worst Vodafone prepaid service

This is Saravanan from bangalore. I have been using vodafone prepaid
connection [protected] for the past 10 months and i am not happy with
the service that i get from Vodafone. this is my third mail regarding
the invalid charge that they made on prepaid account. Without my
knowledge they had activated the Bonus card(STD pack) which is
Rs. 31/- month. i called vodafone customer care more than thrice, i never
expected such a poor customer care service from Vodafone. I told him that this was not my mistake,
Vodafone has activated and charged RS. 31 on my account
This was the second time i am coming across with this kind of issue
that i had from Vodafone Mobile service. Last month they had activated the bonus card and deducted Rs 31 without my knowledge.
Last time i told to the customer care that i dont like have this automated option, let me decide whether to have std pack or not. Even i had sent the sms DCT to 997 for deactivation, every month i got a confirmation that bonus card service is deactivated. But i dont know why they are again activating this service on my account. If Vodafone wants to make money they should not grab it from customer account like this.

Really it was one of the Worst customer care and service that i got from Vodafone.

Vodafone Prepaid — activate the servises without the knowlge of the custmer

Dear sir,
I have a prepaid conection from voda phone the no is [protected] Sir my problem is this the co activate two servises without my knowlge frist service which they activate i dnot know about it but the balance of my card is Rs minus 84=00 which i have no knowlge about it when i recharge the phone than i am serprised that my balance is very low than i am go to the voda phone office they tell me my balance is - 84/= so the will be adjusted & the payment is not refund than i am took another recharge but again they activate another service for RS 30 this time without my knowlge than i visted their office again and they told me that i am come back with hand set & they diactivate the service & payment will be refund but sorry to say that i vist the voda phone office day after the diactivate the service but refuse to refund

Sir i want to know that vodaphone not provide the outgoing even balance is low than how can they activate the service without balance but all the person i met refuse to ans me & they told me they canot
help me in this regard & what action i want to taken against them to take they can not bother

Sir please tell me how can i received my money back from voda phone & they never cheated any person from right now
Hi Saravana,

Go to vodafone store sit with tham and tell i need all my money back rite now are i am going to consumer court or give me in writing that its been deactivated and will not be charged further.

Vodafone prepaid service at its worst.
I am having vodafone connection for a year. Bought it when I got in IIT Bombay, SJMSoM for MBA. Vodafone representatives opened stall here a year ago and I bought a sim from them then. After using it for a year - All my banking details, all utility service are registered with this number by now, suddenly on 23 july 2010, my connection was stopped showing status "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED". So here I was thinking why do I need registration. So I'm calling call center as to ask why my service was banned. The executive said I need to resubmit my ID and address proof.

So this is Status 1: My service is banned without any intimation thereof! IIT student's credit to buy a Prepaid SIM is falling short!!!

As we are supposed to attend Continuum entire day on 24 and 25 July 2010, I did not go to customer care. I am of busy these days. I have another TATA spare phone . So on 25 July, I get 15 calls from home to my TATA number while I'm in seminar. Once I'm having break from seminar, I call home just to know that my dad is leaving to Mumbai as my number is not with me and somebody else is using it and h is not able to contact me.Ofcourse after I talked to him he got relief .

So this is Status 2: My SIM is disconnected from service and it's sold to someone else., inspite having around 300 rupees balance and on service.

As I have to attend seminar again after break, I did not call my own number. But after finishing all lectures I call my number. Swapnil Naik speaks from other side!, and says I just bought this number yesterday. Bingo!! Vodafone just sold the number I've been using for a year!!
So now I'm calling call center again. Executive asks me all the details about my number, my name, last recharge amount, mode of transaction and tells me that this number is registered on my name and I DON'T NEED TO WORRY!!!???????

So this is Status 3: My SIM is disconnected from service, My number is sold out in market, and someone is using my number which is registered on my name.

And call center guy tells me I have to go customer service center. He can't help me! And
On sunday, no Customer Service Center is open. So I'm waiting till Monday
