I have Vodaphone Prepaid Mobile No [protected]. On 6th Mar09 at about 08:45 am I received a message that Priya Uphokta Molible Radio has been activated on my phone. Chagres Rs 12 per week. I immediately checked the balance. It had reduced by Rs 12/-. I had not asked for this facility at all. Vadaphoneon this is not the way. Stop this facility immediately and refund my money...Done make money by cheating the customers.It is criminal...Do the needful immediately or else I am going to stop using your mobile service. There are enough service providers now a days.

    excess charges

    I am charges almost 215 Rs more in my last mobile bill. As a promotion message I received message to download some pictures, and GPRS setting was sent to me. However I downloded only 3 pictures throught it, which costed me 215 Rs, as per scheme download charges is 10 paisa per kb....

    I have recharged my vodafone no.(Prepaid No.) [protected] with E-Top up of Rs.245/- on 25th February under the scheme of full talk time . But they have credited only Rs.108.05. When I called them later to credit the remaing amount, they said that my phone was not granted for full talk time of Rs. 245/-. Iagain asked them to credit the remaing talk time under the rules .But they refused to hear and disconnect my phone.

    I request you to credit the remaining talk time of Rs.110.02 if my mobile was not eligble for full talk time otherwise Rs.136.5, if it is

      Vodafone store name CENTA COMMUNICATIONS, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore Their No:[protected] and Venkat sales executive [protected]
      One of Vodafone Executive called and explained me about Vodafone postpaid connection of monthly rental RS149 on 14th Feb 09 by Mob No:[protected] and informed me offer is till today only then I asked to send me a new postpaid Sim she sent one person and he took RS 400 to give Sim on that it it written as RS300 as Local Security Deposit and RS99 for SIM.
      When I could not get activated even verification over then I told them that am not want to take connection then they have not start my connection and when I asked for my Local Security Deposit to return to me non of them is giving me assurance and even one of them told me you do what ever you want you wont get.Now how to get get my deposit back!!!

        dear i am your vodafone customer want to complaints against my plan shifting, my cell number is [protected], having lifetime incoming free without any monthly rent. user is Miss Varda Panduranf Tari also the sim on her name. nowdays we are observed that every day Rs. 2/- is deducted from balance so please look into matter if you shifting us in your any rental plan then kindly remove and keep us in our original plan or give us such infromation immedaitely.

          Sir,

          I had vodafone post paid connection, My mobile No.[protected], I paid vodafone bills every month without any due. Last five days my mobile number was not accepted to call any other mobiles (i.e. Airtel, BSNL, Tata Indicom, Reliance). I am complaint many more times in vodafone centres, but till now they was not rectified the compliants.

          Kindly take necessary action.

            My mother was using vodafone postpaid plan talk249 and to change the other plan the new postpaid connection is given though the new plan can be changed on previous number itself...the wrong information is given to her that to change the plan the new number will be given.
            for new plan they charge Rs.250 which is of no use...i have lodged my complaint 10 days earlier and also on last week...my complaint no is [protected] and new given phone no is [protected]...i want to permanantly close this new no and also this money should be either refund or transfer to my some other no...pls. help me in this case.

              I purchased Data Card (No. [protected]) from Vodafone through Mr. Mohit Dhawan (Dhawan's Mobile No.:[protected]) of Vodafone Ahmedabad in November 2008. Inspite of repeated request he is not giving bill for the stick (Rs. 2500 corporate connection). I complained on [protected] but nothing happened. I requested for address change, I was assured address had been changed but no reply. For Jan Bill I approached Mini Store in Chandkheda, they told me that the the request for duplicate bill has been sent and Iwould get duplicate bill within 7 days. Now 15 days have passed, again no response. What to do with this company and their horrible service?

              My name is Mangesh from Nagpur, Maharashtra. I have Vodafone Datacard SIM No is: [protected] (2G- Prepaid).It get disconnected in every 1 mint when i try to connect Internet. I have register the complaint in zonal office at Ashok Nagar Nagpur to Mr. Rishi Yadav but nothing is happened.
              I tried it many times on different location with different computers.
              Service and support is really very bad I am afraid with Vodafone Service.

                i am ramesh chander from delhi i have buy one vodafone mobile post-paid connection on dated 23th -2-2009 after taht 25th feb'2009 my verification is ok and after that evening 25th feb2009 my post-patid no. disconnect with any reason when i called to custmer care theysaid to me we are cant help you plase go to vodafone store.
                when went to vodafone store at rajiv chock matro sattion vodafone excutive miss. neha and miss manisha mis-behaviour with me she said to me pay 1000r.s after that open you connection when i know about reason she said to me we are not know why disconnet your no. i tell her why i paid 1000r.s she said to me if your paid 1000r.s when your connection. my calling data is i have use only 200 r.s why i paid 1000r.s. kindy requst to you place take action this fruad co.

But after all formalities your comstmer care exceutive unable to convert it. Miss VANDANA Ji from Mohali is guiding me regarding it but she did not tell me the entire story and fact.And fact is this when i was not eligible to get this service then why she is trying to make me fool.
                  Now i am totally dispointed with this service and my palin is also changed to migrate my number into postpaid so please. This is my request and order i dont want this postpaid service. Kindly stop it here.

                    Hi,

                    This is Amit Mishra, Vodafone prepaid mobile number:[protected] wants to file a conmplaint againts Vodafone Mini Store called, VMS Connexions at Shop No 1, Bldg No 26, Oshiwara Mhada Complex, Opp Mira Tower, Andheri West.


                    Well i have faced the worst CC experience today where i jus walked in to the above mantioned store at 5.15pm (02/03/09) and i simply asked to top my mobile worth voucher of Rs.50 and gave my number to the assistant called Mario, but since i have two mobile phone i got confused and gave my number as [protected] and after giving the number i said the assistant to WAIT AS I WASNT SURE OF MY NUMBER, MEANWHILE I JUS CHECKED MY NUMBER AND RECOLLECTED THAT MY NUMBER IN [protected] AND NOT [protected] AND I TOLD HIM TO WAIT BUT THE ASSITANT MARIO SAID I DINT HEARD THAT U SAID WAIT AND HE TOPPED UP THE OTHER NUMBER IE[protected] AND NOT [protected]. So i simply asked that i told u to wait and he started shouting that its refilled now and nothing could be done about it and cant be REVERSED. I I Simply said what s this and the Store Manager said that i can do what ever i want and it wont be reversed now. I had to leave fr my work so i dint stayed there after the above mentioned incident but yes tomorroe i will get this escalated to POLICE AND WILL REVERT BACK WITH THE NC NUMBER.


                    Its not the Matter of Rs.50 but the Concern for such rude and aggressive Customer experience from the store manager and the rep called MARIO. After which i thought to highlight it and get this reported to police and get my 50 Rupees back or my vodafone account being debited for the same amount.


                    I want ome action to be taken for the same and as i am a Prepaid user but no one would like to be dealt in such a way. Thanks

                      Vijay Here from Bangalore, I have recharged my Vodafone mobile through online on 02/Oct/2011.For Bonus Card 32
                      This gives the details as:

                      Benefit Local Vodafone calls at 30p/min, Other Local calls at 40p/min. STD at 50p/min. Daily 100 Local & National SMS Free.
                      Validity 90days

                      But they are charging Rs.1 for 1st 2 SMS. This is not mentioned in the Bonus Card 32.
                      I had informed the customer care executive, but they tell its TRAI rules to charge for SMS from 27th Oct 2011. If that’s the case then what does the Bonus Card 32 mean and even that don’t specify Rs.1 for 1st 2 SMS. I dont think TRAI rules suggest's to charge for SMS its just limited to 100 SMS/day.
                      This is a day light Robbery, I dont know what this fools have understood useless Vodafone service and Call Center.

                        Respected sir

                        I have applied in vodafone gallery to change my plan on 8th January. Today on 2nd March also its not done yet. Everytime i visit their gallery they keep on saying me that in next 4 days it will be done. But nothing is done since last 2 months. They dont even tell me what is the problem, they are not even giving me anything in writting. Following is the matter in length.

                        We have 3 post paid sim cards of Vodafone in Family plan.
                        1) Mr. Prashant Shah (My elder brother) - [protected]
                        2) Mrs. Madhuri P. Shah (My sister in law) - [protected]
                        3) Manish Shah (Myself) - [protected]

                        My first visit to vodafone gallery for this purpose was on 8th January 2009 & i met Mr. Micheal at churchgate vodafone gallery which is opposite to Asiatic. I wanted to change Mrs. Madhuri's no. to prepaid, Mr. Prashants no. to Double Value 299 plan & my plan to GK199 plan. They told me that to change the post paid card to prepaid for Mrs. Madhuri I'll have to take sign of Mrs. Madhuri on few documents which i did & went again on 19th January in the same gallery & met Mr. Vikas. Same day i purchased new sim card for her, gave all the documets required to change to prepaid & also paid my old dues. On 19th Jan. Mr. Vikas told me that in next 7 working days plans will change for other 2 cards also. i.e. for Mr. Prashant & for me. but as usual nothing was done & i went again in starting of the february month. This time i met Ms. Claudia in tha same branch. Again she commited that it will be changed in next 4 working days. I asked her repeatedly why its not done yet & she was not having any answer. I met Mr. Devesh (Branch Head) also on the same day & he assured me that we are putting a request on priority and your plan will change in next 2 working days. Still nothing was done to change my mobile plan. I went there again on 2nd March i.e. today & spoke to Ms. Claudia again. As usual she again told me that it will be done in next four working days & when i asked for the reason for not changing my plan yet, she was not having any answer. I again spoke to Mr. Devesh and he told Ms. Claudia to put up the request on high priority. Today i asked them to give me the print out of my requests put up by them on these various days. Ms. Claudia says they dont have this facility so she cant give. I asked her to give me in writting that my plan will change in next four working days as told by her. Again she gave me the same answer that she cant give.

                        I have given them all the necessary documents which they asked to change my plan & i dont have any proof as they have not given me anything in writting.

                        From almost last 2 months i am going there & have to waste at least 1 hour to complaint, request & still nothing is done by them. It takes hardly one day for them to activate the new sim card & its taking almost 2 months to change the plan. Just because i am an existing customer they are not giving the priority to my problem. Need help to resolve the issue & teach them a lesson.

                            i have two queries.
                            1. i have applied for dnd(do not distrub) service to my service provider vodafone in punjab on[protected]. but even after 45 days according to TRAI directions it has not been activated yet. i called to customer care also and they send me the below message
                            your service reg. no. is [protected], we shall respond to your query by saturday 07-mar-09 06:00 P.M.
                            LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO BECAUSE ACCORDING TO RULES IT MUST BE ACTIVATED WITH IN 45 DAYS.
                            2. on[protected] suddenly i got a msg that ur mci alerts has been activated and 30rs. has been deducted from ur account whearas i did'nt apply for any type of alert or facility. i called to customer care and talked to officer pankaj sharma, and he told me that after 24 hr. they will clear the actual position, but after that they block my mobile no. for calling customer care and now i have no option for returning my amount.
                            SO PLEASE TELL ME THAT HOW I WILL FIND MY MONEY BACK FROM VODAFONE.

                            SO PLEASE TAKE ADEQUIATE ACTION AGAINST VODAFONE PUNJAB.
                            PLEASE RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THIS WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

                            Since March, 09 we have been repeatedly calling up reliance executives and voicing our serious concern on promotional SMS, it’s a matter of grave concern in regard to the continuous harassment we have been facing from such promotional sms.

                            We have put this on record that as of now me and my company have made more than 15 calls and still we have not received any proper solutions from Reliance site. However much to my surprise and concern, we find that subsequent number which are brought to their notice repeatedly are also not yet blocked we are still getting such sms from same numbers mentioned in our various emails . On the other hand we have been receiving sms at odd hours and most of these messages are in very abusive language not befitting the status of the customer.

                            Since we are exhausted our patience in repeatedly giving email and calls.

                            Further it was brought to Reliance notice that both Managing Directors are facing such problems.

                            I am a idea user i convert prepaid to postpaid and my creadit limit deside is rs.750 but my usages is high.So my first bill due date was 4/11/09 and i made payment on 1/11 coz my service was bard.After that till today my services is bard even after call on customer care they told to submit Rs.500 and Rs.400 but services are not active.Now i have Rs.900 advance on Idea but my services is still bard.

                            I am Arvind from Ludhiana I have bought a sim no. [protected] from a shop, at sua road, Giaspura, Ludhiana on 12th July, 10 & submitted relevant proves & photo. My cell has been activated & it was harldy actice 3 or 4 days

                            Afterthat all services has been de-activated, I contact to shop owner regarding
                            this issue, he advice me for wait 2 days but my cell condtion was the same & I again contact him then he ask me to sumbitted proves again & I have submitted all proves as he required on 30th July, 10 but till date my sim is not activated.

                            Please look into the matter or suggest me what I can do now.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I received a Call from [protected].
                              They marketed to avail Vodafone connection.
                              I request her to give me the number [protected].
                              She said that she will check and get back to me.
                              After half an hour she called me and said that the number is available and she committed that she will give the number.
                              So I produced all my documents.
                              Today they are calling and saying that they dont have [protected].
                              I was totally not satisfied with the service given from the front end.
                              Customer satisfaction will be based on how people interact with customer.
                              Please help me in getting the committed number.

                              Hello sir,
                              I Am Bhupesh Gajanan Holikar on 13th January 2010 there was call from this no [protected] I think so Mr. amit he told me that there is good scheme from Vodafone saying that there is good plan of VF TALK 199 ONE SEC PLAN he told me every thing for 14 min. then to confirm his senior called me [protected] name Shilpa she also explained me and told me to take TICKET PLAN 299* I accepted and she told me to pay Rs. 350/- cash and you will get card in 48 hours and then at 5:15PM her executive name Jatin No. [protected] came and took from me Rs. 350/- and went saying you will get your card within 48 hours by courier. So waited till 15 January, 2010 till 5:00PM no one came so I called shilpa but she did not picked up the phone (nearly 58 times I called her ) but she did not picked up the phone so I called Jatin he told me you will receive till 6:00PM but after not receiving courier again I called jatin but he used to cut my phone.
                              Today(16 January 2010 when I called shilpa same thing happened she did not picked up the phone and when I called from landline she told me that I am In Pooja and she cut my phone .
                              so I called customer care 111 and talk to siyaa sanzgri her team leader Monica your number is activated [protected] (my new number which they have given me) and still I have not received the courier or my new sim card so pls help me out

                                This is to inform you that I Mr Kunal Sharma received call from vodafone or agency under vodafone for additional connection, I was already having Group Plan No .[protected] & the other[protected] with the rental of Rs 149, I Took new connection on condition for the same rental of Rs 149 No.[protected].

                                Without Intimation the bill were Splitted, the rental was Rs 250 on all 3 Nos, Inspite of my Strict Instructions for the same rental no response after regular follow up with vodafone customer care executive, I Have received the Two Bills of New No .[protected].

                                The Welcome Pack is still packed i have not open that kit.

                                Kindly update my plans for rental of Rs 149, with reverse charges i.e all dues clear of new no .[protected].

                                  i bought a sim card from banglore which has been stolen by some one and he is using that number. i am un able to understant his/her language because i m from north side.i contacted to my store and customer care for the procedure of deactivation of sim card.

                                  i request you to just deactivate that sim as soon as possible by that nobody can misuse it.

                                  I am Renjith Jose.. I had taken a Sim card from a vodafone distributor in cochin. My Sim is activated on 26/10/2010. I submitted my License copy and one photograph when i purchase the sim and i had submitted duly filled form also. But after 5 days my sim is deactivated. I tried customer care then they all telling ID proof so far not received. Then i contacted Distributor they all telling it will be activated after sometime. I don't want that sim but my ID proof and application they may misused for many other purpose. i made several complaints in customer care. If dealers is acting like this customer protection will not happen. Details given below:

                                    My mobile no. is [protected], i was migrated from pre-paid to post paid on 10.01.2009 .I have received a message on my mobile phone that my post paid bills will be directly debited from my bank account but it is regreted that i have neither sign any such agreement with the company nor make any request from my mobile phone or ever write for this. It is therefore requested that my post paid bills be surved to my billing address which helps me to paid by cash. If it doesnot happen i will not pay my bill and i will not be responsible for the same. I have also written a letter to bank that no mobile phone bills be debited from my bank account. If this problem is not sortout i will lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum.

                                      Dear Concerned,


                                      My self Neelmani Shukla from Lucknow, I have chosen postpaid plan of vodafone and taken connection on 25.02.09 submitted all required documents and Rs. 600 for activation and security.

                                      Vodafone executive has commited me that my connection will active till 10:30 am 26.02.09.

                                      Till time my connection is not in active mode.

                                      As for your information I belongs to a telecom service industry carring 150 to 200 calls per day.
                                      You can understant without any contact no. how will i managing myself with an organization.

                                      Its my first chance with vodafone, as per expectation from vodafone no any EXTRA VALUE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER..

                                      I AM SUFFERING DUE TO NON ACTIVE MY NO.

                                      KINDLY SUPPORT AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
                                      Why the executive of vodafone commited to customer for wrong way... I have lost my old one no. and the new one of vodafone is not in active mode.

                                      Such i haven't accept this type of false promising by vodafone. Being a world class telecom service provide it is not good indication of public faith.

                                      Pls help... I am facing problem due to non active of my no. pls help...
