This is Amit Mishra, Vodafone prepaid mobile number:[protected] wants to file a conmplaint againts Vodafone Mini Store called, VMS Connexions at Shop No 1, Bldg No 26, Oshiwara Mhada Complex, Opp Mira Tower, Andheri West.
Well i have faced the worst CC experience today where i jus walked in to the above mantioned store at 5.15pm (02/03/09) and i simply asked to top my mobile worth voucher of Rs.50 and gave my number to the assistant called Mario, but since i have two mobile phone i got confused and gave my number as [protected] and after giving the number i said the assistant to WAIT AS I WASNT SURE OF MY NUMBER, MEANWHILE I JUS CHECKED MY NUMBER AND RECOLLECTED THAT MY NUMBER IN [protected] AND NOT [protected] AND I TOLD HIM TO WAIT BUT THE ASSITANT MARIO SAID I DINT HEARD THAT U SAID WAIT AND HE TOPPED UP THE OTHER NUMBER IE[protected] AND NOT [protected]. So i simply asked that i told u to wait and he started shouting that its refilled now and nothing could be done about it and cant be REVERSED. I I Simply said what s this and the Store Manager said that i can do what ever i want and it wont be reversed now. I had to leave fr my work so i dint stayed there after the above mentioned incident but yes tomorroe i will get this escalated to POLICE AND WILL REVERT BACK WITH THE NC NUMBER.
Its not the Matter of Rs.50 but the Concern for such rude and aggressive Customer experience from the store manager and the rep called MARIO. After which i thought to highlight it and get this reported to police and get my 50 Rupees back or my vodafone account being debited for the same amount.
I want ome action to be taken for the same and as i am a Prepaid user but no one would like to be dealt in such a way. Thanks

My name is Mangesh from Nagpur, Maharashtra. I have Vodafone Datacard SIM No is: [protected] (2G- Prepaid).It get disconnected in every 1 mint when i try to connect Internet. I have register the complaint in zonal office at Ashok Nagar Nagpur to Mr. Rishi Yadav but nothing is happened.
I tried it many times on different location with different computers.
Service and support is really very bad I am afraid with Vodafone Service.
