wrong billing

i god vodafone data card which gives 500mb/month for rs 500
and they also gave a software to track how much i use every month.
i used around 470mb in the month but the bill came to be around rs 8000
and they said i used around 1.8gb of data.i made a complaint and asked for detailed
billing, it took 2 months and lot of effort on my part to get the detailed bill, mean time they closed my
internet connection...

Blocking of my SIM Card without the complaint

I, Sheelsagar Shinraj, called to the customer care[protected] at around 10:15 am in the morning . As my both SIM Card prepared and the postpaid, was showing not registered from 2100 hrs 21 Feb 2009. (As I was moving from the post paid to the prepaid).

Post Paid- Legal Notice

I had a corporate post paid connection from Vodafone. When I accepted the connection I was told to submit a cancelled Cheque for Electronic Clearance Scheme. They lost the cheque and my Ecs was not activated. I again submitted a separate Cheque to get the ECS activated. They deducted a months bill from my account the next month. Incorrect ISD charge when I was using the WCC card

This complaint is in regards to my phone no: [protected]. I switched to Vodafone to use the WCC service. I have been using this for the past 9 months and have never dialed an ISD number directly. activated love jokes without permission

dear sir
this refers to my prepaid mobile number [protected] which is from vodaphone mobile company by my name (naveen kool)and it is with my wife(mrs geetika kool) on 12th feb 2009 i got a sms from the company that love jokes has been activated on my mobile and for that i will have to pay a monthly rental of 30/.
i have not sent any sms or requested any one from vodaphone to activate this facility even than they have activated...

Calls not connecting

I use to call my native place number(BSNL landline in TN) from my vodafone mobile(Hyderabad number) everyday, of late the service has become poor that I get an insane message "The number you have dialled is invalid, please check the number you have dialled", this is pissing me off badly, because this is the number which I am dialling daily and of a sudden it becomes invalid.
