    Dear Sir,

    On 11th nov 2008, i got call from Fast Track, A-21/8, Naraina industrial area, phase -II, New delhi-110028, for a post paid connection. They committed that they will be giving me new connection with no. of my choice i.e. [protected], same is also mention on the receipt no.16712 dtd 12/11/09 issued by concerned department for which I agreed and paid Rs 250/- to them.

    After that customer care /verification department told that there is no posibility of giving particular no.with this much amt.as this was premium no.for which I refused & asked the executive to kindly refund my money back, but no action had been taken at yet.

    I want my money back and want to sue Fast Track, Associate of Vodafone for making me fool and doing such inconvience to me.

    Please do the needful and strict action against them.

They committed that they will be giving me post paid connection with no. of my own no. i.e. [protected], same is also mention on the receipt no.23286 dtd 15/03/09 issued by concerned department for which I agreed and paid Rs 250/- to them.
    After the day when i have call to them to know about my post paid connection activation but nobody received their mobile or disconnect by themselves my call. Still now i am not getting any information from them. That is why, I have some doubt that my identity documents are going to misused by others. So, I am going to police case against Ms. Deepika - [protected], Mr. Manish - [protected], Mr. Atul - [protected], Mr. Amarjeet - [protected] employee of Fast Track, Associate of Vodafone.

    i have also received a call from this company Fast Track, A-21/8, Naraina industrial area, phase -II, New delhi-110028, (Associate of Vodafone.) for a post paid connection on 29 april 2011, After the day when i have call to them to know about my post paid connection activation but numbers were switched off..Still now i am not getting any information from them. That is why, I have some doubt that my identity documents are going to misused by others.

      I have a complaint regarding a customer/client of yours in Bhopal. India. His mobile no. is [protected]. He is sending obnoxious messages for the last 4-5 days regularly. I dont know where all he is sending the obnoxious messages apart from me. I want to know what action you can take at your end after checking out the validity of my complaint. I hope you can take action if my complaint is found out to be correct without an FIR. Hope you would reply soon.
      I had mailed a complaint regarding obnoxious messages received by my family member from a vodafone mobile number [protected] on 7th March. I had received calls from an officer and the nodal officer regarding my complaint also. But the language used by the officer was very disgusting. He was saying any tom, dick or harry would make a complaint and on the basis of that complaint, the vodafone people could not take action against the malicious messages sender. I had told him I dont want the details of the person and I just wanted him to verify my complaint, which vodafone could easily verify, and if my complaint was found to be correct I just want the number to be blocked. Maybe vodafone people just completed a formality of calling me and insisted on a police complaint, which I do not want to give so as not to involve the law enforcement agencies, to take action against the errant message sender. I could not just fathom the logic behind the insisting of the police complaint by a service provider to take action against the malicious message sender. That too I just wanted to block the number without getting the details of the person after verifying whether my complaint is correct or not.

        Dear sir,
        I am a bonafied member of Indian Defense services and I am using vodaphone prepaid connection ([protected]) since Feb 09. I had submitted my Indian Navy Identity card copy, one photo and a certified letter from Commanding Officer INS Hamla as address proof. Despite submitting these upper said documents in supervision of customer care executive Vodaphone gallery Inorbit mall Malad Mumbai. my calls were barred When inquired, i was asked to submit documents all over again.Despite pressed for time I obliged. yet my calls have been barred again on today 08 march 09. I have been using prepaid services for a long time now but this particular incident has puzzled me and caused wastage to my valuable time and efforts.I was made a victim of poor customer care services as well.

        Please look into the matter immediately, and do the needful

        I'm, Ashutosh Singh Bhadauria, using Vodafone no. [protected] since Jan 09. My scheme is:
        In day time V2V 49 paise, V2O 99 paise, In night time V2V 10 paise, V2O 49 paise.
        All Sms charge is 25 paise. There is another scheme for which 7 rs deducted for a week and i can save 5 no in FnF list so that my STD charges are 1 rs/min. The thing is that till november there was a no problem.But there was some new sereis with Airtel in U.P. for which this 140 ivr giving prompt " This no can not be selected as Fnf no." I treid to contact CC so many times but I think executive of CC don't have a manner to handle their CC. Even they don't know how to speak, how to satisfeid their cst..
        So many times after confirmation of issue they disconnected my call. Every time i had to call more than 4 or 5 times for solution but each and every time i got very different kind of information.Most of executive had their own information to provide me . Even ur second and third level escellation also good for nothing. Most of the time they were not able to identifeid the agent with whom i had word previously.They are also ready to disconnect the call. Most of the executive arenot maintaining any type of records and always giving wrong comitment.
        As per my case, i'm facing problem with series like 9654, 9651, 901..

          Your Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) and Customer Care services are extremely fabulous.
          In a word the person are so hard working and knowledgeable that force me to think to cancel my Vodafone SIM and switch to other companies Plans.

          I am writing you the mail with the most worst service I had ever seen in my life from your Vodafone company.

          Descritption:
          =============
          1)I lost my mobile on 4 March -09.The SIM card which I am using was on my elder brother name(as he is out of INDIA).
          2)I call Cust Care for 4 times and my brother from aborad call once, but no one is there to provide me correct information about how can I able to block SIM to prevent any further misuse.
          3)I went to nearest Vodafone service center that is in Koramangala, in the evening, where I report my missing mobile with Sim no([protected](PREPAID )).They(Vodafone service center that is in Koramangala) take my ID proof and my brother and provide me duplicate SIM card of the same no. [protected]. I ask them any other documents required to submit.They told me no.
          4)On 5 March-09 almost at 8 PM when I try to dial a no.The voice message that comes (This service requires special subscription please call 111 to subscribe).
          But the most interesting thing was that even from my mobile I cannot able to call " 111" then also the same voice message comes (This service requires special subscription please call 111 to subscribe), no outgoing is there from my mobile.

          5)When calling to your cust care they inform me that within 1 hr it will works fine.But Alas! after 1:30 mins I call again then they told me that within 30 mins they will call me.
          But I think They always like to joke with their customer.Hope this your company business.

          6) I call repeatedly the very next day also, but no help comes from your cust care services.
          7)I went your Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) asking the reason of blocking the outgoing from this SIM no([protected]).
          Here one interesting thing I came to know that from your cust care they try to call me, but they find my mobile switch off.(But from 4 March night to still now I have not Switch OFF my mobile).

          I want to know when they call me as you must have record of every calling, but your service center cannot able to give the proper information about which TIME and DATE they call me.But they start aurguing that that they call(is't that joking)?????????????????????????.

          8) Then I ask them that how I able to get my connection back, they told me to submit My document again and within 30 mins I would got my connection back..In the evening I submit my document again(1) ID proof and Address proof and a photo of mine) and I was again told that within 30 mins OUTGOING facility in my SIM will be available.

          9) BUT ALAS! I think your companies cust service has tendency of joking with customer.I did not got outgoing service within 30 mins not even within within 3 hrs.After 3 hrs I again call your cust care then Interestengly from your cust care service I came to know that YOUR workers of Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) did not had any proper information as the person who attend my call told me that not within 30 minutes and even not within 1 hrs outgoing facility will be activated, IT will took 24 hrs to activate.

          AGAIN JOKING. EVEN AFTER 26 hrs I had got my outgoing facility in my SIM [protected].

          BUT Every time they tell me that they are VERY SORRY for this thing.

          NOW TELL ME who like to keep connection of Vodafone with such a BIG BIG SERVICE.

          One thing I will publish this article in site as well tell my friends about this matter, and advice them to switch to other companies PLAN, so that they will not face problem like me in future.

              Iam vodafone prepaid mobile customer of chennai.Iam facing problem to connect to the relaiance landline
              in AP.Previously I used to call to the number.now If I call to the same number its saying please check the number.
              But Iam able to get the call from same number.Even though i gave compliant repeatedly but no use.
              From Any vodafone number(chennai) not able to call to relaiance landline(AP) .
              From vodafone customer care not able to solve the problem.After giving complaint iam getting message problem resolved.but same thing repeats.

              please help me out...how to proceed further..

                Dear Sir,

                I am using VODAFONE GSM services with Mobile no +91-[protected]. I have sent message for DO NOT DISTURB on December last week to avoid unwanted calls from vodafone. They said it will active after 45 days, but after completion of two months still I am receiving messages. If I call to their Customer Care they answer like the problem will be solved in 24hours or 48 hours. But again I am receiving these calls from vodafone. These calls are disturbing me personally and professionally. Please look in to this issue and resolve as early as possible.

Your customer care executive says that nothing can be done and I need to find out the person by asking from the shop from where I had purchased my Sim. They further added that they can't even give me the name or address but I need to submit a no-objection letter from that person without knowing him or her. But the mobile shop told that they have send the correct documents but Vodafone's executive had entered it wrongly in their data base. Now what should I as I am facing this kind of hardship after genuinely purchasing the lifetime sim from The Mobile Store with valid bill and after paying VAT, as no one is willing to help me now. I do not know that my name and documents has been entered against which No.? whose No.? Who is using it and whether the person is a criminal or antisocial or wherever he has made call with my No and document?? Please help me and solve the issue immediately as I can't continue with some others sim and for this I have already purchased an Airtel's sim. Now I am thinking to destroy my Vodafone sim and not using it any more inspite of topping it up with high balance.

                    I have Vodaphone Prepaid Mobile No [protected]. On 6th Mar09 at about 08:45 am I received a message that Priya Uphokta Molible Radio has been activated on my phone. Chagres Rs 12 per week. I immediately checked the balance. It had reduced by Rs 12/-. I had not asked for this facility at all. Vadaphoneon this is not the way. Stop this facility immediately and refund my money...Done make money by cheating the customers.It is criminal...Do the needful immediately or else I am going to stop using your mobile service. There are enough service providers now a days.

                      I am charges almost 215 Rs more in my last mobile bill. As a promotion message I received message to download some pictures, and GPRS setting was sent to me. However I downloded only 3 pictures throught it, which costed me 215 Rs, as per scheme download charges is 10 paisa per kb....

                      I have recharged my vodafone no.(Prepaid No.) [protected] with E-Top up of Rs.245/- on 25th February under the scheme of full talk time . But they have credited only Rs.108.05. When I called them later to credit the remaing amount, they said that my phone was not granted for full talk time of Rs. 245/-. Iagain asked them to credit the remaing talk time under the rules .But they refused to hear and disconnect my phone.

                      I request you to credit the remaining talk time of Rs.110.02 if my mobile was not eligble for full talk time otherwise Rs.136.5, if it is

                        One of Vodafone Executive called and explained me about Vodafone postpaid connection of monthly rental RS149 on 14th Feb 09 by Mob No:[protected] and informed me offer is till today only then I asked to send me a new postpaid Sim she sent one person and he took RS 400 to give Sim on that it it written as RS300 as Local Security Deposit and RS99 for SIM.
                        When I could not get activated even verification over then I told them that am not want to take connection then they have not start my connection and when I asked for my Local Security Deposit to return to me non of them is giving me assurance and even one of them told me you do what ever you want you wont get.Now how to get get my deposit back!!!

                              My mother was using vodafone postpaid plan talk249 and to change the other plan the new postpaid connection is given though the new plan can be changed on previous number itself...the wrong information is given to her that to change the plan the new number will be given.

                                I purchased Data Card (No. [protected]) from Vodafone through Mr. Mohit Dhawan (Dhawan's Mobile No.:[protected]) of Vodafone Ahmedabad in November 2008. Inspite of repeated request he is not giving bill for the stick (Rs. 2500 corporate connection). I complained on [protected] but nothing happened. I requested for address change, I was assured address had been changed but no reply. For Jan Bill I approached Mini Store in Chandkheda, they told me that the the request for duplicate bill has been sent and Iwould get duplicate bill within 7 days. Miss VANDANA Ji from Mohali is guiding me regarding it but she did not tell me the entire story and fact.And fact is this when i was not eligible to get this service then why she is trying to make me fool.
                                    Now i am totally dispointed with this service and my palin is also changed to migrate my number into postpaid so please. This is my request and order i dont want this postpaid service. Kindly stop it here.

                                    I am Amarnath and my mobile number is [protected]. It is a postpaid connection. My complaint is when i am trying to call to customer care executive it is not at all connecting and one more thing is that am using my postpaid connection since last february and am paying the bill at the right time and your service is not at all providing me any offers or gifts but in idea they are giving gifts to the users who are using the connection from 1 year...
                                    Now i am totally dissopointed with this service and i wanted to convert this postpaid to prepaid and i am planning to migrate to other service.
                                    Kindly please get back to me and solve my complaint

                                      This is Amit Mishra, Vodafone prepaid mobile number:[protected] wants to file a conmplaint againts Vodafone Mini Store called, VMS Connexions at Shop No 1, Bldg No 26, Oshiwara Mhada Complex, Opp Mira Tower, Andheri West.


                                      Well i have faced the worst CC experience today where i jus walked in to the above mantioned store at 5.15pm (02/03/09) and i simply asked to top my mobile worth voucher of Rs.50 and gave my number to the assistant called Mario, but since i have two mobile phone i got confused and gave my number as [protected] and after giving the number i said the assistant to WAIT AS I WASNT SURE OF MY NUMBER, MEANWHILE I JUS CHECKED MY NUMBER AND RECOLLECTED THAT MY NUMBER IN [protected] AND NOT [protected] AND I TOLD HIM TO WAIT BUT THE ASSITANT MARIO SAID I DINT HEARD THAT U SAID WAIT AND HE TOPPED UP THE OTHER NUMBER IE[protected] AND NOT [protected]. So i simply asked that i told u to wait and he started shouting that its refilled now and nothing could be done about it and cant be REVERSED. I I Simply said what s this and the Store Manager said that i can do what ever i want and it wont be reversed now. I had to leave fr my work so i dint stayed there after the above mentioned incident but yes tomorroe i will get this escalated to POLICE AND WILL REVERT BACK WITH THE NC NUMBER.


                                      Its not the Matter of Rs.50 but the Concern for such rude and aggressive Customer experience from the store manager and the rep called MARIO. After which i thought to highlight it and get this reported to police and get my 50 Rupees back or my vodafone account being debited for the same amount.


                                      I want ome action to be taken for the same and as i am a Prepaid user but no one would like to be dealt in such a way. Thanks
