Dear Vodaphone Team,
My cell no is [protected].I am regular user of Vodafone service.
On[protected] my two vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) got disconnected because of outstanding amount in vodafone number [protected].
Vodafone number [protected] is already disconnected number from last four months.
This number is already settled. We have given 700 Rs. through cheque to your Vodafone Executive Mr. Sachin (cell no [protected]). Mr. Shukla one of your Vodafone Executive in Lower Parel Branch (Designation=collection manager & cell no -[protected]) is already send me my Settlement Letter also.
Now It's vodafone's responsibility to update the payment details at your end. Where as Vodafone has disconnected my vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) without any prior warning & on the basic of relationship of Vodafone number [protected].
On[protected] as per my tele conversation Mr. Imran with one of your Vodafone Executive in customer care I already sent scan copy of the my receipt on following email Id i.e. vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com,
[email protected] & corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.
I got auto reply also from same ID also.I have same copy in my email account.
Because of this my both Vodafone number [protected] & no 2 [protected] has started.
Now again on same[protected] my both vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) got disconnected because of same reaon i.e. outstanding amount in vodafone number [protected].
Now again here vodaphone is not updated the same the payment details for Vodafone number [protected].Which is not my fault. Because of this My line got disconnect.
I have faced lots of problem because of your poor service.
On[protected] as per my tele conversation with Kripesh Pujari whose ref no is[protected] one of your Vodafone Executive in customer care on[protected] I already sent scan copy of the my receipt on following email Id i.e. vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com,
[email protected] & corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.I also faxed the same receipt on 66661200.
After this also my lines not got started. I personally gone to Thane Vodafone gallery for line start issue.
Because of all this issue I was not able to book my railway ticket. So I faced lots of problem.
I also not used my both no for[protected],[protected] &[protected].
As you are service provider I have not received proper service from your side. I also want 5000/- as a compensation due to non booking of railway Ticket though my Vodafone number [protected] due to lack of proper services.
