    Not received Sim Card After Paying

    I Have register For New Vodafone Connection online, the person calling from Vodafone Lower Parel, They Send Executive to My House Next Day From Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd, But i Did not Received My Sim Car Till Date I have Paid 300/-and Advance rental 1000/- on 22/10/08

    I have a vodafone postpaid mobile connection which i want to change to Prepaid connection. when i contacted vodafone customer care they are saying that it is not possible, but i am able to find the Postpaid to prepaid connection migration form in the vodafone website as mentioned by one of the complaintant. I want to change Bcz they are barring the connection without intimation to us, though
    we have paid the bill with in time, (It was not updated due to their Centre Problem). I had informed that I had paid the bill by cheque 6 days before the due date by giving the details, though they have disconnected the outgoing. No response from the customer care they simply say" we are unable to activate as our system does not show your payment". I went to centre and checked the payment details with them, they said we are sorry we had not updated by miskate and now we will do that and had updated the same. Now they had also levied penal charges for late payment bcz of their mistake for late updation. I have not time to go around those people each time to get update like that and pay penal charges. They also grant you a bogus credit limit which is senseless and has no meaning.

      I had activated vodafone mobile connect activated in my mobile phone with 499 plan.
      after using if for some time last month i changed my plan to 699 plan.
      i called up call center and was asked to deactivated 499 plan and then activate 699 plan.
      i had used 499 plan for 6-7 days only.
      but when the bill was generated i was charged for both the plan ie 499+699 rather than being charged only for the number of days i had used both the plan.

        Hi,

        I am N.Suresh, Working with Bharat Electronics Ltd. at a senior position. I have a Vodafone post paid connection the number being +[protected]. My office is at Jalahalli, Bangalore. The signal strength within my company premises is very weak. I am not able to receive nor make many important calls. When I have conveyed this to the Vodafone-Rajajinagar shop, the response was that a new mobile tower was getting installed at Peenya and the signal would improve by Nov 08. Regretfully, situation has not changed. Could you investigate into the problem. If I am not getting an answer, I will be forced to change the service provider.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          It is just shame of Vodafone "International Service Providers" that they can not stop after registering for "Do Not Disturb" list. I am very busy with my work for whole day. Whenever I am driving I had always recd. Calls & SMS from Vodafone. I had Registered for "DND" on 2/3/2009. Bellow is the confirmation Email which was sent by Vodafone people to me that they have Registered my Number i.e. [protected]
          for "Do Not Disturb" List.
          Now kindly look into the matter & I claim for the compensation against this act from Vodafone.

                Dear Vodaphone Team,
                 
                My cell no is [protected].I am regular user of Vodafone service.
                 
                On[protected] my two vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) got disconnected because of outstanding amount in vodafone number [protected].
                 
                Vodafone number [protected] is already disconnected number from last four months.
                 
                This number is already settled. We have given 700 Rs. through cheque to your Vodafone Executive Mr. Sachin (cell no [protected]). Mr. Shukla one of your Vodafone Executive in Lower Parel Branch (Designation=collection manager  & cell no -[protected]) is already send me my Settlement Letter also.

                 Now It's vodafone's responsibility to update the payment details at your end. Where as Vodafone has disconnected my vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) without any prior warning & on the basic of relationship of Vodafone number [protected].

                 On[protected] as per my tele conversation Mr. Imran with one of your Vodafone Executive in customer care I already sent scan copy of the my receipt on following email Id i.e. vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, [email protected] & corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                I got auto reply also from same ID also.I have same copy in my email account.

                Because of this my both Vodafone number [protected] & no 2 [protected] has started.

                 Now again on same[protected] my both vodafone number (line no 1.[protected] & line no 2 [protected]) got disconnected because of same reaon i.e. outstanding amount in vodafone number [protected].
                 
                Now again here vodaphone is not updated the same the payment details for Vodafone number [protected].Which is not my fault. Because of this My line got disconnect.
                 
                I have faced lots of problem because of your poor service.
                 
                On[protected] as per my tele conversation with Kripesh Pujari whose ref no is[protected]  one of your Vodafone Executive in customer care on[protected] I already sent scan copy of the my receipt on following email Id i.e. vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, [email protected] & corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.I also faxed the same receipt on 66661200.

                After this also my lines not got started. I personally gone to Thane Vodafone gallery for line start issue.

                Because of all this issue I was not able to book my railway ticket. So I faced lots of problem.

                 I also not used my both no for[protected],[protected] &[protected].
                 
                As you are service provider I have not received proper service from your side. I also want 5000/- as a compensation due to non booking of railway Ticket though my Vodafone number [protected] due to lack of  proper services.

                I went to Kiosk 40C (Vodafone at Pacific Fair Gold Coast) and asked about a Nokia Univ Charger Adapter which I had been told by 3 was worth about $7. I was charged $14.95 but then discovered that it wasn't needed. I tried to return it for a refund but I was told "bad luck no refunds/changes allowed". There were no visible signs and I feel cheated by this action.
                It si not a great deal of money but the principle is unsound.

                  I was a vodafone kerala post paid customer. My mbile no was [protected]. Due to personal reasons I decided to discontinue the post paid plan of vodafone. So I went vodafone ministore located at my place( Thodupuzha) and remitted all my dues and gave request to cancel the sim card. They said your application recieved and the connection will cut soon. I asked about the refund of my Deposit Rs 500/-. They told me company will send this amount as cheque within 45 working days. I gave this request on Sepetember 12, 2008. But till this time I didnt recieved the amount or cheque. When I enquired about this the company people told me that my connection deactivated after 90 days of my application and its happend on 20 th January. Now it will take another 45 days to settle my accounts...

                  Pls comment on this... According to tari regualtion and the signed contract with vodafone company it should do within 45 days...

                  Im using the mobile no which is on my sister's name her name is kalpalatha.
                  My plan is corporate 249 plan but im geting the bill of 1400.n above.
                  my tarriff is very high that im charged RS:2.20 per minut.im charged 50 ps per msg to oyhr mobiles.
                  Re 1 for LL.
                  vf to vf also im vhrgd 50ps.
                  even tough im regularly paying the bill since 5YEARS.
                  if i pay 3days late im charged RS 100 EXTRA.
                  PLEASE HELP ME

                    This is with regards to my horrible experience with Vodafone service regarding my cell number A/C[protected]. I received bill amounting to Rs 1217.53 for the period 25/11/08 to 24/12/08. I made a payment for the same using my American Express Card on-line using the Bill desk payment gateway on your vodafone website.

                    However even after making the payment i received a couple of messages reminding me that the payment has not been made. I was informed by your contact center people that the said payment is not reflecting in your systems.Hence i took a print out of the American Express card statement and went and submitted the same to your Goregaon (E) Gallery on 18th January 2009. I met your customer service representative named Kajal in the Goregaon Gallery and she assured me that the payment details have been updated.

                    Funnily enough even after submitting the physical proof of the payment I continued to get reminder messages for non payment of bill. however I ignored the same as the message also said that i should ignore if i have already made the payment. Suddenly on the 29th of January 2009 I started getting a recorded message on my mobile phone instructing that i should go and pay the unpaid bill in order to avoid disconnection of services. As such I called up your contact center on the 29th of January 2009 and spoke to a customer service representative Mr Rakesh and informed him the entire mess. He was however not able to help me in any way and after a lot of repeated requests as well as haggling by me he put Kajal from the Goregaon gallery on the line. Kajal informed me that although she has updated the system on the 18th of January she had misplaced the American Express Card statement that i had given her as proof of payment. She requested me to once again submit the same. I also sent an on-line complaint through the MY FEEDBACK option on your website.

                    Around the 3rd of February 2009 I stopped getting the recorded message on my mobile phone instructing me to make the payment. Hence i though that finally my complaint seems to have been attended to and the payment records must have been updated.

                    Unfortunately for me that was not the case. Today morning I recieved a call from some lady from Vodafone stating that I had not made the December bill payment. I informed her that she should check with Kajal at the Goregaon gallery as to why the payment details were not updated. Moreover I again gave her payment details of the payment made by me on the 6th of January 2009. Today afternoon around 3.30pm I got a rude shock when i tried to make an outgoing call from my cell phone and realized that my outgoing services had been barred. I again called up your contact center on[protected] and spoke to a representative named Rahul who again informed me the same bull that the out going services have been barred because of non payment of bill.

                    I am attaching herewith the copy of the American express statement which clearly shows an amount of Rs 1217.53 which has been debited to the American express card on the 6th of January 2009.

                    I need a clarification on the following points:

                    As a customer why should i be penalized by barring my outgoing calls for no mistake of mine?
                    Instead of rewarding a customer for paying before the due date is it Vodafones' policy to punish customers for paying before time??
                    Why should i need to go and submit proof of payment in the first place??
                    Who will compensate for the time lost on explaining the entire issue time and again to stupid and rude people??

                    I need a written apology from VODAFONE as well as VODAFONE should compensate me for the mental harassment and waste of time as well as inconvenience caused to me due to barring of outgoing services.

                      I have newly shifted to my new office which is located in Kutthambakkam, 788/1 Irulapalayam Village
                      Thirumazhisai Taluk, Poonamallee district. Tamil Nadu. I am facing network connectivity problem inside my office area where inside my cabin i am not getting the network connectivity whereas outside the office compound i am getting the signal. In our company most of them having vodafone connection all are facing the same problem. Those are having other mobile connections they are getting good network connectivity in side our office area also. We will be very grateful if you sort out this problem, since it is very difficult for us to communicate for any urgency.

                        my billing amount is 940/-. but form on 07.02.2009 to 09.02.2009 my outgoing call is not activated.

                        i call to customer care they told me you have to informe us for activation of out going call. if system will

                        discontinew out going call by default than why they will not activate the outgoing facility by default

                          I HAD A VODAFONE CONNECTION NO [protected] SINCE 2007. i USED IT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR.THE PROBLEM started in jun 2008 when wrong bills started coming.
                          Problem 1-Charges of detailed bill (75/- ) being charged to me.Firstly I didn't ask for it secondly i never got a hardcopy of the bill from vodafone. I made several complaints but i wads told it will be adjusted next month and so on.The trouble continues till september 2008
                          Problem 2: I had a STD pack activated of Rs 25 for 1 Rs STD call. In some of bills i found that No STD pack charges were mentioned in my bill. I asked the customer care then i got a response that as you have been using our connection for long so being a privilaged customer u are not being charge. The same continues for 2months and then after 2 months charges started coming in my bill.When i asked i was told that customer care representative has given wrong information and bill was coming wrong.
                          Probblem 3: In the last month of my usage i got the calls that u have exceeded the limit So my outlines will be barredMy bill was not generated and it was just mid of the month..Now i asked customer care there was no proper response I got 5-6 calls with in a day. It was surprising. When i complained customer care no action was taken and i was told i have to pay the bill. When i asked for details of bill they said it will be generated at the end of month. I told cutomer care that until i get a copy of bill i will not pay you can bar my outgoing. Nothing happen but i was getting calls from them continuesly. At the bill date bill came that too wrong when I asked about the bill no proper response.Then my outgoing got barred. SO i discontinued the connection and sent a mail to Mr Satish Kumar Raghu (Vodafone manager). That there is a dispute in the bill Please sort it out No responses I have sent repititive mails to this guy and alos called him up but no response.
                          Now after sending him and calling him multiple times There is no response from Vodafone but i m getting some payment reminders.
                          Today again i Have got a mail from Vodafone about payment of bill

                          Vodafone is the worst service I ever had and will never suggest anyone to go for it.

                            i took another postpaid connection with the local address proof that i had used for my previous vodafone connection which is working perfectly fine, and i was told that it would be activated in a days time. i had to go to Pune as i study there. the number was never activated. i came back for my vacations and i visited the vodafone care in HARDOI. i was told that they had lost my ID and so were unable to activate it. they gave me another number when they found the id. i agreed on this without making a fuss. today 21st NOV 09. one of the workers went for the verification and scared the the person by saying that 2 connections are not possible on one ID and he would be called to court by the company if he does so. he has already taken the money and i have the Receipt of it. i called up the vodafone in Hardoi and the people are extremely rude, this defenitly brings a bad name to your company. i would like to know what is it that i can do to get back my money because there is no way i want a Vodafone connection now. i asked one of them to give me the number of any of the managers and i was denied with arrogance.

                              my no is [protected].m using this no since one year.but just recently three days ago, company blocked my sim without any reason.when i go to vodafon store to get a dublicate sim, employs told me i have to report a FIR about that. and on force, they presserised me to get a new skim. but when i called to vodafon care to conferme about that.costomer care told me i have no need to repost FIR.couse my sim is just dead not stolen. n they suggested me to go again vodafon store to get my dublicate sim.but when i again gone to voda store n told them what customer care said about that.then they talked to me very rudly and said voda care employe are thirt party.they mean voda care and voda store has diffrent rules.and i have to report a FIR.but when i again called to voda care, they again told me you have no need for FIR. just go to voda store and get your dublicate sim.both of them telling me diffrent rules about on single matter.
                              M REALY SHOCKED ON THAT POINT, LIKE VODAFON HAS THIS TYPE OF RUBBISH MANAGMENT.I THINK VODAFON HAS TO CLOSE THE TELECOM COMPUNY AND HAS TO OPEN A RIKSHA COMP.COUSE AN THIRD GRADE INDIAN DHABA OWNER MORE KNOW THEN VODAFONE .HOW WHY TO MAKE RULES, AND HOW TO SELECT THOSE, WHO CAN FOLLOW THESE RULES.                                 My mobile number has been held by me since 2006. On the 11th of November I approached your Vodafone shop at four bunglows near Kamdhenu . I was asked to clear my unbilled amount and pay a deposit of Rs.500/-. At this time I, did not even bother to enquire about my existing deposit lying with you of Rs.250/- which I had paid at the time of taking the SIM.The photo id I had was my PAN card whose signature was not matching as it was an old signature.I still tried to sign in the same way and I was told by your customer service associate that it was ok. Assuming that all was in place I left the shop knowing that you would get in touch with me in case of any problems. The next month the bill again was generated in my name. Around the 21st of December I once again visited the same Vodafone shop and they told me that there was a signature mismatch. This time I cleared the accrued bill and offered to sign again and the concerned customer service exec confirmed that now there will be no problems. However, this was still not done and now another bill was generated. This time also I did not get any call from the customer service centre regarding the issue.I even offered them a new photo id (my passport) whose signature would surely match but I was told that there will be no issue this time. After this when I had to check again with the same customer service centre I got the same feedback that there was a signature mismatch. This time I told the person attending me that i will not remit the payment and that the deposit I had paid should be adjusted against the outstanding bill and that I would not pay any late payment charges as you have been failed in delivering the service requested.


                                Today I have received 3 phone calls from your collections department to whom I have narrated the entire saga 3 times. After this again went to the customer service centre to sort out the entire issue. I spoke to the concerned person and told him the I had a deposit of rs.250/- already lying with you against the first subcription. I have applied for the transfer of the name by paying Rs.500 as deposit, hence I would like to adjust the deposit of Rs.500/- against the pending bills ( minus the late charges of Rs.50)

                                And I would make a payment of the balance overdue amount immediately by my credit card and then I would also like to apply for the direct debit facility through my credit card so that my further payments can be made smoothly.

                                I have been told that I will get the refund only through your process which will take 20 days (on priority). I would like to know that if this was the case should have in the first place got a refund of my earlier deposit of Rs.250/- within 20 days from 11th November 2008.

                                I am Arpit Maheshwari, a vodafone post paid user ( +91-[protected]) in Kozhikode ( Kerala). I wanted to convert my number from post paid to pre paid and thus submitted my documents in the prescribed vodafone store. They told me that my number would be converted from post paid to pre paid by 22nd of Feb. Today is 28th of Feb and still my number has not been converted. Not only this but I have been asked to not make any calls from my number else they would not convert it into pre paid till my next billing date which is 22nd of each month. I have called the Regional Executive ( Ms Jalna [protected]) number of times but nothing has been done. I am student in IIM Kozhikode and its difficult for me to leave my class and go to lodge a complaint in the consumer court. Please help

                                  So many calls i've made to the cusomer care, but they are not sending the refund.
                                  It has been 5 months .

                                    This complanit is against my prepaid no. My No. is [protected].
                                    First of all, clear this thing that Customer Service Support is for customer or for somebody else????
                                    The issue is this, vodafone customer Service Support on my no. is barred from the last 1 month, because of this I was not able to know about the problem of balance deducting in my no. And my Balance is automatically deducting from the last 1 month.
                                    Today, when I tried to call from one of my friend's no. then an executive told me that your customer support services are not working. When I asked the reason, he replied me harshly that it will activate from 12th Feb. Even he doesn't have the manners to talk and company says that, this is for customers only.
                                    If a cutomer is not able to take the assistance from the customer services, then how the issues can be resolved.
                                    Now, I agree that your services are very bad n highly disappointed & that is the reason that I am going to discontinue this no. permenantly.
                                    I am totally agree with this. And I have already switched over to Tata.
                                    Because they don't have the courtsey to take care about the customers. So, I think you decision is upto the mark to dicontinue the no. permenantly.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have already paid my last December Vodafone Bill. As per ur Hard Copy of bill.
                                      Mobile NO: [protected]

                                      After 15 days ago “ISSUE STARTS”
                                      Cashier of Vodafone deposit 3.5 thousand rupees by mistake in my Vodafone bill...8-9 month ago ...so as per “minus” balance i m not pay my bill between this period.

                                      After 8-9 month they immediate disconnect my phone & tell to pay 3.5 thousand immediately. A person call me from Ahmedabad named I think “Mr. Sanjiv” from Vodafone & agree with me to give me new revised hard copy of “bill” which is January + adjustment(3.5 thousand) = 4 thousand …which is received last week of January09.

                                      I accept this ….but my mobile is disconnect before 15 days ago …near about 15th Jan09.
                                      Without any proper documentation ..only verbal discussion …

                                      It’s very surprise for me …..
                                      .
                                      Above matter is system error of "Vodafone" ...but u people don’t agree & close my mobile no.

                                      I agree with pay the bill, but it’s big amount for me ….

                                      I used Vodafone card from 3 years ...& regular pay the bill.
                                      Pls give me credit for continue relation with u …..

                                      I will pay my bill next 2-3 month …i[censored] connect my[protected] …

                                      Call me my another no ..[protected] …if any query.
