I Have register For New Vodafone Connection online, the person calling from Vodafone Lower Parel, They Send Executive to My House Next Day From Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd, But i Did not Received My Sim Car Till Date I have Paid 300/-and Advance rental 1000/- on 22/10/08

Want to Change Postpaid to Prepaid Connection

I have a vodafone postpaid mobile connection which i want to change to Prepaid connection. when i contacted vodafone customer care they are saying that it is not possible, but i am able to find the Postpaid to prepaid connection migration form in the vodafone website as mentioned by one of the complaintant. charged twice for same service

I had activated vodafone mobile connect activated in my mobile phone with 499 plan.
after using if for some time last month i changed my plan to 699 plan.
i called up call center and was asked to deactivated 499 plan and then activate 699 plan.
i had used 499 plan for 6-7 days only.
but when the bill was generated i was charged for both the plan ie 499+699 rather than being charged only for the number of days i...

Refund of security amount for postpaid plan

I was a vodafone kerala post paid customer. My mbile no was [protected]. Due to personal reasons I decided to discontinue the post paid plan of vodafone. Bill Payment Updation

This is with regards to my horrible experience with Vodafone service regarding my cell number A/C[protected]. I received bill amounting to Rs 1217.53 for the period 25/11/08 to 24/12/08. I made a payment for the same using my American Express Card on-line using the Bill desk payment gateway on your vodafone website.

outgoing service not provide

i Mr.Jayendra aiyer made payment of Rs.940/- on 07.02.2009 at goregoan vodafone centre at 12.15pm

my billing amount is 940/-. but form on 07.02.2009 to 09.02.2009 my outgoing call is not activated.

i call to customer care they told me you have to informe us for activation of out going call. if system will

discontinew out going call by default than why they will not activate the outgoing facility...

WRONG BILLS AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE

I HAD A VODAFONE CONNECTION NO [protected] SINCE 2007. i USED IT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR.THE PROBLEM started in jun 2008 when wrong bills started coming.
Problem 1-Charges of detailed bill (75/- ) being charged to me.Firstly I didn't ask for it secondly i never got a hardcopy of the bill from vodafone. I made several complaints but i wads told it will be adjusted next month and so on.The trouble continues till september 2008br...

My mobile number has been held by me since 2006. On the 11th of November I approached your Vodafone shop at four bunglows near Kamdhenu . Regarding worst Customer Service Support

This complanit is against my prepaid no. My No. is [protected].
First of all, clear this thing that Customer Service Support is for customer or for somebody else????
The issue is this, vodafone customer Service Support on my no. is barred from the last 1 month, because of this I was not able to know about the problem of balance deducting in my no. And my Balance is automatically deducting from the last 1 month.
