Brother you should not give such complaints on phone. Go to their main vodafone store and give a major complaint. give a complaint on their customer care executive along with that complaint and give what ever is correct and you can think of.

you will not just get a proper solution but you will be compensated as well.

Dear Sir,

I bought a vodafone sim ([protected]) before 4 years in chennai. My service provider deactivated my number on 29-Nov-2009 stating that i used that number to send some group sms. Currently I am using Nokia 2600, and that mobile doesn't have that group sms facility. I personally used to send sms to my friends.

I gave that number to all my friends, family and relationship. Also at present I am looking for a job and I have have given this number to my prospective employees. Now I couldn't connect to anyone of my employees.

So, if they disconnect that number at this moment, my employment opportunity and even my future will be hindered as I may not get the right employeer..
Also, I am from Tanjore and now in chennai for employment purpose, so they disconnect that number it will lead to very danger situation if my parents or relations in my native place could not contact me in emergency situations as well as for any call letters to job opportunities which always I use my permanent address.

One of my friends in Andra Pradesh asked me to keep all his certificates with me, now I have all his certificates (from school to experience certificate in office), but we couln't connect. I am afride that this will cause great inconvinience to him and for his career prospects.

Rightnow I bought another number from another service provider [protected].

I request you to do the necessary to reactivate that number immediately and help me to get the job opportunity from various concerns.

I Am Bhupesh Gajanan Holikar on 13th January 2010 there was call from this no [protected] I think so Mr. amit he told me that there is good scheme from Vodafone saying that there is good plan of VF TALK 199 ONE SEC PLAN he told me every thing for 14 min. then to confirm his senior called me [protected] name Shilpa she also explained me and told me to take TICKET PLAN 299* I accepted and she told me to pay Rs. 350/- cash and you will get card in 48 hours and then at 5:15PM her executive name Jatin No. [protected] came and took from me Rs. 350/- and went saying you will get your card within 48 hours by courier. So waited till 15 January , 2010 till 5:00PM no one came so I called shilpa but she did not picked up the phone (nearly 58 times I called her ) but she did not picked up the phone so I called Jatin he told me you will receive till 6:00PM but after not receiving courier again I called jatin but he used to cut my phone.
Today(16 January 2010 when I called shilpa same thing happened she did not picked up the phone and when I called from landline she told me that I am In Pooja and she cut my phone .
so I called customer care 111 and talk to siyaa sanzgri her team leader Monica your number is activated [protected] (my new number which they have given me) and still I have not received the courier or my new sim card so pls help me out

This mail is written in disgust with the indifference of customer service in Vodafone UP (W) where customer service executives Sajid and later Faiyaz indifferently told me that they could not solve my problem, nor would they log a complaint. I am amazed to see your experience and goodwill asked to go for a walk.
I do believe a large number of your customers are illiterate but you cannot treat anyone in the manner these two executives did from 7:00 pm to 7:16 pm on 18/03/2010.
I have a post-paid connection at my Delhi address [protected]; however I opted for a prepaid connection in UP(W) [protected] but have not managed to recharge the same even though I have made two payments through internet banking through my SBI account. I have got no payment in spite of a confirmation sms and email.
I called up customer care and was shocked by the display of impertinence by your executives Sajid and Faiyaz at 7:00pm-7:16 pm on 18/03/2010 who refused to take a complaint or resolve my problem and informed me that I could do what I like for they could not be of any help to me.
I have made this complaint at your level since such blatant and uncouth behaviour is socially irresponsible and should not go unchecked.

I have informed customer care via the Nodal Officer and have go an equally irresponsible no reply.
Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

Hello, Sir/Madam we are six mobile user all using Vodafone in our family and the last month a lady called from vodafone and my father who is old enough & all the paper work is handled by us but she asked our father to confirm the residential address were they were not able to explain word by word so she stopped our services we submitted the document at least FIVE time in local Vodafone store and at last we bought the another card but balance in the privious one was wasted and ever time ever one lied with us i am afraid that it will start soon ... i am very dissappointed with this behaviour offcource we understand its for our security and you can say if we swith any other company that will not make any difference to such a huge company but i would say ever drop water makes a sea...Thank you.
