I have not received any bill or no bill is delivered to my address for consequtive 3(Three) months. Though I have complained every month over telephone to your customer care service (111).
Please inform me the current status of billing; otherwise it will be impossible for me to clear the bill. It is also noted that no late fine should be charged to me, as it is not the fault of mine.
