hello sir/mam
My self dr. jitendra mistry, i was working is ssg hospital, vadodara, gujarat. i am having two vodafone postpaid connections in gujarat, now i have shifted to delhi for further education purpose. i wanted to cancel my connections one by one.
I talked four times to customer care centre([protected]) on phone, they advise me to send an email to customercare.[protected]@vodafone.com for cancellation. i send it on 23rd jan, 2009. i didnt get reply till.
Then i again called at customer care, all the time some body told me that we will see the status of your cancellation application and will call back you, but they didnt call back.
1) i called on 24/01/2009 at 12:38pm, talked with a lady, whose name was starting from N or M, she didnt reply me
2) i again talked on 25/01/2009 at 11:57am, which was a call from No. [protected] for billing purpose, a lady named RAMESHWARI was on call, i told her the problem and she told me that after seeing all things she will call back, but she did not reply.
Now my problem is i cant go back just for connection cancellation, vodafone store in delhi, they are saying that they can take the bill of gujarat connection but cant cancell the connection of gujarat.
what shoul do? I have decided not to pay bill today onward, if they will send further bill how do i have to react?

Dear sirI, Yogesh Bhagwat using Vodafone Mobile phone no.[protected], a corporate connection for Essel Group, Mumbai this connection was discontinued in November from Corporate connection and was converted to General connection Plan 99, Re 1 call.
I had done ECS for the same number, On 9th Jan 09 an amount of Rs 3671/- (Rs Three thousand Nine hundred Seventy one only) was Debited from ICICI A/c.
For the same I have not received bills, From Last one month I am continuously following with your Executives for a duplicate bill by Fax, Email or Courier, every time request is taken and till date I have not received the same.
Further to this your Executives have no manners to response they are so arrogant even the Team Leaders, Floor Supervisors, Duty Manager etc. Also they fool Team leader talks as they are floor supervisors, and so on, To name a Few MD Ali, Mr. Sajid, Mr. shabaj (Floor Supervisor), Ms. Pramila (Duty Manager) and so on If you check the conversations for the above number you amy get more names.
I can understand the company of this repute will take this matter SERIOUSLY in this COMPITITIVE WORLD OF TELECOM, but at the same time have a gut feeling that nothing will be done as all are from the same group and carry same mentality which has no serious job responsibility or loyalty towards the company/ work
Awaiting Some Positive Response and necessary Action if VODAFONE IS HAPPY TO HELP & believes CUSTOMER IS GOD
